    摘 要:從宏觀和細觀兩個尺度分析了混凝土抗裂性能與骨料體積含量和骨料彈性模量的關系。研究結果表明,增加骨料體積含量,采用彈性模量較高的骨料,可以減小混凝土的干縮變形,但不能提高混凝土的抗裂性能。采用彈性模量較高的骨料使得宏觀干縮應力和細觀干縮應力都有所提高。增加骨料體積含量使得宏觀干縮應力向細觀干縮應力轉變。提高混凝土的抗裂性能應該注意宏觀干縮應力與細觀干縮應力之間的平衡,并給出了建立這種平衡的思路。 Abstract: The relationship between the crack resistance of concrete and the percentage by volume or the elastic modulus of aggregate is analyzed in both macroscale and microscale. The research results show that the increase of the percentage of aggregate by volume or the use of the aggregate with high elastic modulus may decrease the shrinkage deformation of concrete, but cannot rise the crack resistance of concrete. Both of the macrostress of dry shrinkage and the microstress of dry shrinkage are risen when the aggregate with high elastic modulus is used. The macrostress of dry shrinkage is transformed toward the microstress of dry shrinkage. To rise the crack resistance of concrete, it should pay attention to the balance between the macrostress of dry shrinkage and microstress of dry shrinkage, and the thinking establishing the balance is given too.

    摘??要:采用5倍海水濃度的人造海水對再生混凝土梁進行加速腐蝕,通過分層取樣和化學分析方法測得腐蝕齡期分別為60d、120d、180d及240d時各再生混凝土試驗梁的Cl-質量濃度,研究了海水侵蝕下再生混凝土梁中Cl-的擴散特性。結果表明:粉煤灰摻量為40%的C30與C40級再生混凝土梁與同強度等級的其它梁相比,均具有較強的抵抗Cl-滲透的能力;再生混凝土構件中表面自由Cl-濃度隨腐蝕時間的延長而變高,兩者滿足冪函數的關系。Abstract:Solutionwiththeconcentrationfivetimeshigherthanseawaterwasusedasthecorrosionmedia.Chlorideionmassfractionsofrecycledconcretebeamsatcuringagesof60d,120d,180d,and240dweredeterminedwiththestratifiedsamplingandchemicalanalysismethods.Chloridediffusivecharacteristicsoftherecycledconcreteexposedtoseawaterwerestudied.TheresultsindicatethatC30andC40recycledconcretebeamswith40%flyashhavehighertheresistanceofchloridepermeabilitythanthosewith0,10%,20%and30%flyash.Chlorideionmassfractionsofsurfaceincreasewiththeincreaseoftheexposureage,andapowerfunctionrelationshipbetweenthemisproposed.

    摘 要:基于國內外混凝土材料損傷裂紋演化過程的狀況和方法的研究進行了總結分析。通過運用分形幾何學、聲發射技術、CT掃描技術等理論和技術方法對裂紋的產生擴展演化過程進行定量、定性的描述,總結得出各種方法研究下的混凝土材料力學過程與其裂紋演化之間所存在的關系。 Abstract:The status and methods of damage crack evolution of concrete materials at home and abroad are studied and summarized. By using fractal geometry, acoustic emission technology, CT scanning technology theory and method of crack propagation process of quantitative and qualitative description, the relationship between concrete mechanical process of various research methods of crack evolution are summarized.

    摘 要:以C30自密實混凝土為研究對象,研究了單摻和復摻不同類型的減水劑、粉煤灰摻量和砂率對自密實混凝土工作性能和抗壓強度的影響,并獲得了C30自密實混凝土的最佳配合比。結果表明,高效型聚羧酸減水劑與保坍型聚羧酸減水劑復摻總量0.7%,質量比在3:7時,混凝土的工作性能滿足一級性能指標要求,且1h擴展度損失僅為70mm。粉煤灰的摻加能有效改善自密實混凝土的流動性,摻量30%時相比10%,擴展度由590mm提高到690mm,擴展時間T50由14.3s降低至8.4s,且28d抗壓強度較空白樣僅降低15%。砂率在52%時流動性最好,擴展度為710mm,T50為6.1s,且對抗壓強度的影響較低。 Abstract: The influence of different kinds of superplasticizer, fly ash and sand ratio on working performance and compressive strength of C30 slef-compacting concrete are researched to get the optimum mix proportion. The experimental results show that workability of self-compacting concrete is reached first level performance target and the loss of extension degree at 1h is decreased to only 70mm after adding 0.7% high efficient type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and slump retaining type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer whose mass ratio is 3:7. Liquidity of self-compacting concrete can be improved significantly by adding fly ash. Extension degree is increased from 590mm to 690mm, and extension time T50 is decreased from 14.3s to 8.4s when the mixing amount of fly ash is 30% compared to 10% with only 15% reduction of 28d compressive strength. Under the condition of 52% sand ratio which has been proved to be good at liquidity of self-compacting concrete, the expansion degree is 710mm, the T50 is 6.1s, and the influence on the compressive strength is low.

    摘??要:利用非連續粒級骨料、水泥、礦物摻合料等普通原材料,摻入高性能減水劑制備了C30透水混凝土,并研究了骨料特性、水膠比、成型方式等因素對透水混凝土抗壓強度、透水系數等性能的影響。結果表明:選用粒徑為4.75~9.5mm粗骨料、P·O42.5級水泥,控制水灰比0.30左右,摻入聚羧酸高效減水劑,可制得表觀密度為1900kg/m3、透水系數大于1.5mm/s的C30透水混凝土。Abstract:Perviousconcretewaspreparedbycommonrawmaterialsofnoncontinuousgradeaggregate,cement,mineraladmixture,andhighperformancewaterreducingagent.Theinfluenceofporosity,aggregatecharacteristics,mineraladmixturecontent,andmoldingprocessonthecompressivestrengthandpermeabilitycoefficientofperviousconcreteisstudied.TheresultsshowthatwhenC30perviousconcretewithapparentdensityof1900kg/m3andthepermeabilitycoefficientofabove1.5mm/sispreparedbyusingP·O42.5cement,coarseaggregatewithdiameter4.75~9.5mm,water-cementratioofabout0.30andaddingapolycarboxylatesuperplasticizer.

    摘 要:研究了氯鹽和硫酸鹽在干濕循環以及凍融環境條件下,普通混凝土與耐腐蝕混凝土的抗鹽侵蝕性能。試驗結果表明,由于硫酸鹽的存在,在侵蝕早期混凝土強度被提高,混凝土中氯離子的侵蝕濃度被降低;隨著侵蝕齡期的延長,這種影響逐步降低,混凝土性能開始劣化,氯離子逐步向混凝土內部滲透。鹽凍試驗結果表明,相比于低溫對混凝土氯離子擴散的抑制作用,凍融損傷對混凝土氯離子擴散的加速作用占主導地位。耐腐蝕混凝土顯著提高了鋼筋混凝土的抗鹽侵蝕性能。 Abstract: The capability of resistance to salt eroding of normal concrete and anti-corrosion concrete in drying-watering cycle or freezing-thawing cycle is studied. The experimental results show that the strength of anti-corrosion concrete is improved and chloride ion concentration in concretes is reduced in the early stage because of sulfate. But the effects gradually reduce with increase of corrosion age. Due to the effect of physical chemistry of the sulfate, performance of concrete begins to degradation, the chloride ions gradually permeate inside the concrete. The chloride ion penetration performance of reinforced concrete is aggravated in freeze thawing environment. Compared with ordinary concrete, the chloride resistance of anti-corrosion concrete is improved remarkably.

    摘 要:研究了粉煤灰摻量、粗骨料孔隙率、砂率、外加劑等因素對低強度等級自密實混凝土工作性能的影響規律。結果表明:適當降低水泥用量,增加粉煤灰摻量及總膠材用量,可有效改善自密實混凝土的工作性能;當大、小石子比例為7:3時,骨料的孔隙率最低,混凝土的工作性能最好;使用細砂可明顯提高混凝土的黏聚性,研究發現細砂的砂率為48%時,混凝土的工作性能最好;合理使用具有黏度改性型外加劑可使混凝土在較大流動度的狀態下不出現離析、泌水現象。 Abstract:The Influence of fly ash dosage, coarse aggregate porosity, mortar ratio and admixture on the workability of low grade self compacting concrete was studied. The results show that the workability of low grade self compacting concrete can be improved by properly reducing the amount of cement and increasing the content of fly ash and the amount of total cementitious materials; when the ratio of large stones to small stones is 7:3, the aggregate porosity is the lowest, and the concrete has the excellent workability; using fine sand can obviously improve the cohesiveness of concrete. It is found that concrete has the best workability when the sand ratio is 48%. adding a viscosity modifying admixture can make the concrete have high workability and no the phenomenon of bleeding or segregation.

    摘 要: 為了驗證CFRP的補強加固效果,采用2根內徑2.6m的PCCP進行了內水壓力試驗,并通過集中斷絲模擬了最不利斷絲管的受力狀況。結果表明,未粘貼碳纖維的斷絲管,在設計內水壓0.9MPa的狀態下,斷絲40根后管芯混凝土開裂。分部位粘貼1層、2層和3層環向碳纖維的加固管,在設計內壓0.9MPa下,斷絲70根后管芯混凝土開裂。CFRP在管芯混凝土出現微裂縫后參與應力重分布,一定程度上緩解了裂縫尖端的應力集中,延緩管芯混凝土開裂,同時,改善了非斷絲區鋼絲受力狀態,延遲了鋼絲和鋼筒進入屈服狀態。CFRP補強加固PCCP的效果明顯。 Abstract: In order to verify the reinforcement effects of CFRP, two internal water pressure tests were carried out by using two PCCPs with an inner diameter of 2.6m, and simulated the most unfavorable situation by using centrally breaking wires. The results show that when the design pressure is 0.9MPa, the core concrete cracks after the broken wires of the non-adhesive carbon fiber pipes reaches 40. The pipe pastes 1 layer, 2 layers and 3 layers of CFRP parts by parts, when the design pressure is 0.9MPa and the number of broken wires is 70, its core concrete cracks. CFRP contributes to the stress redistribution after the microcracks in the concrete, which can alleviate the stress concentration at the tip of the crack and retard the cracking of the concrete. At the same time, the stress state of the wires in the non-broken wires zone improves and the yield state of the wires and the cylinder delays. The effects of CFRP reinforcement on PCCP is obvious.

    摘 要:通過對國內外的文獻分析與研究,介紹了PCCP數值計算方法的最新進展情況,闡述了國內外學者在PCCP管道數值分析研究中的研究內容和采用的建模方法,分析了不同建模方法的優缺點,并對現在建模所采用的預應力施加方法進行了對比。結合管道數值計算的研究動態,提出了管道數值計算研究的重點和需要進一步研究的問題。 Abstract:PCCP has developed dozens of years at home and abroad. It is necessary to carry out further research in the aspects of its stress model, experimental research, numerical analysis and structural reliability analysis. The numerical analysis is the main method of current research on pipeline structure performance. The PCCP calculation problems are introduced, the research contents and modeling methods that the domestic and foreign researchers involved in PCCP numerical analysis are mainly elaborated, the advantages and shortcomings of different modeling methods are analyzed and methods of prestressed steel wire of simulation are compared. Combined with foreign research direction, the direction of our country in PCCP numerical analysis are forecasted, the reference for pipes in numerical calculation are provided.
