    摘??要:鑄余渣主要含有C2S、C3S及少量鋁酸鹽和玻璃質,粒度小于1mm的鑄余渣占比為53.11%,通過10mm過篩可獲得41%的鑄余渣尾粉。在水泥預粉磨中外摻6%的鑄余渣,粉磨過程沒有出現“飽磨返料”的現象,表明其易磨性較好,但粉磨產量下降4t/h,因此,單獨粉磨鑄余渣經濟性不佳,需搭配各類混合材共同粉磨。在水泥中外摻6%的鑄余渣后各項指標滿足GB175—2007《通用硅酸鹽水泥》。將鑄余渣用于替代28%的磷渣微粉后的強度均有所降低,但后期強度可滿足GB/T14902—2012《預拌混凝土》的使用要求。Abstract:ThecastingresiduemainlycontainsC2SandC3S,asmallamountofaluminatesandglass.Theratioofcastingresiduetograinsizelessthan1mmis53.11%,and41%ofthetailingspowdercanbeobtainedby10mmscreeningof.Incastingslagcementpregrindingandgrindingprocesswith6%,no"returnsaturation"phenomenon,showitsgoodgrindability,butthegrindingproductiondeclines4t/hours,soseparategrindingslaghasthepooreconomy,whichneedsallkindsofcollocationmixedmaterialgrindingtogether.Afteradding6%ofthecastingresiduetothecement,theindexesmeetGB175—2007GeneralPortlandCement.Thestrengthoftheslagusedtoreplacethe28%slagpowderhasbeenreduced,butthelaterstrengthstillmeetstherequirementsofGB/T14902—2012ReadyMixedConcrete.

    摘 要:對幾種低品位非金屬礦及高硅鋁工業廢渣等固體廢物的火山灰活性進行了研究。結果表明,這些固體廢物通過一定工藝條件處理后,具有很好的火山灰活性,是良好的水泥活性混合材和高性能混凝土摻合料。 Abstract: The ash activity of the several kinds of solid waste such as low grade non-metallic mineral and high silicon-aluminum industry waste residues were studied. The result shows that these solid waste has the very good ash activity in a certain process condition treatment, so it’s the good activity of cement mixed material and high performance concrete admixture.

    摘 要:地下室超長結構在溫差、混凝土收縮等作用下,極易出現裂縫,不但影響工程質量,還影響使用功能。通過對地下室外墻板采用無粘結預應力抗裂施工工藝,克服了溫差、收縮等引起的拉應力,達到了控制裂縫的目的。 Abstract: Under the influence of temperature difference and concrete shrinkage, the ultra-long structure of basement can easily crack, which not only affects the engineering quality, but also affects the function. The tensile stress caused by temperature difference and shrinkage is overcome by using non-bonding prestressed anti-crack construction technology for underground and outdoor wallboard, which achieves the purpose of controlling crack.

    摘 要:利用自制的簡易裝置可測試混凝土早期的體積變形,測試數據準確可靠,可以較好的反應混凝土的體積變形趨勢,對于體積變形量較大的高強度等級自密實混凝土亦與紅外測試裝置相差不大,此種測試方法具有廣泛的適用性,具有一定的推廣價值。測試結果表明,聚羧酸減水劑和膨脹劑對混凝土的收縮有較好的抑制作用。礦粉對混凝土的收縮起促進作用,粉煤灰對混凝土的收縮有一定的抑制作用。 Abstract: The simple homemade device is used to determine the early-age volume deformation of concrete, the accurate and reliable results show that this method could reflect the trend of volume deformation of concrete effectively. For the high-strength self-compacting concrete with large volume deformation, the differences of results between the infrared testing device and the method are small. Therefore, this method could be widely applied and worth a certain of promotional value. The results show that polycarboxylate- superplasticizer and expansion agent have the preferable inhibitory action on shrinkage of concrete. Mineral powder play a role in promoting the shrinkage of concrete, while, the fly ash has a certain of inhibitory action on shrinkage of concrete.

    摘 要:在我國在建和待建的核電站中,存在大量的大體塊混凝土結構及其他形式的復雜混凝土結構,利用傳統的超聲波測混凝土缺陷方法測試這些結構的內部缺陷存在一定的困難。針對這種檢測需要,設計了一種新型混凝土缺陷測試方法,采用能夠向四周空間均勻發射超聲波的球形埋置式超聲波探頭,在結構內部組成陣列布置,相互之間收發超聲波信號,或與外部手持式平面超聲波探頭搭配使用,從而分析混凝土內部的密實度狀況。 Abstract: Mass concrete structure and other complex concrete structure are commonly utilized in nuclear power plant under construction and to be built in our country. There are different difficulties to detect the internal defect of these structures with traditional test methods. A new method of concrete defect test was researched which utilized a spherical embedded ultrasonic transducer as the core component. The transducers can be located inside the concrete structure in a preset pattern, and motivate or receive the ultrasonic signal with other transducers around or the traditional transducer handled by test personnel on the structure surface to analyze the compactness situation of concrete inside the structure.

    摘 要:結合箱涵臥式模具的結構特點以及預制混凝土箱涵產品的成型工藝,針對現有的定型箱涵模具,設計了一種可調節的、模塊化的組合式預制混凝土箱涵模具;通過分析現有模具的結構特點與功能,在現有模具的基礎上設計了各部件的可調節模塊。該可調節模具具有制作精度高、操作簡單、生產效率高等優點,通過安裝可調節模塊實現了臥式箱涵模具的一模多用,從而減少了構件廠的設備投資,滿足了目前預制混凝土箱涵產品規格多樣化的需求。 Abstract:Based on the structural characteristics of horizontal culvert box mould and the shaping technics of pre-fabricated concrete box culvert products and combined with the existing shaped box culvert mould, the adjustable and modularized composite prefabricated concrete box culvert mould is designed. By analyzing the structural characteristics and functions of the existing mould, the adjustable mould of each component is designed based on the current mould. The adjustable mould has the advantages such as high precision of manufacturing, simple operation, and high production efficiency, the plurality of functions of one horizontal box culvert mould are achieved through adjustable module, the equipment investment of the component factory is reduced, and the demand of the diverse product specification of the prefabricated concrete box culvert is satisfied.

    摘 要:在建立混凝土空心砌塊非穩態導熱-自然對流-輻射多模式耦合傳熱模型基礎上,研究了基于穩態熱優化的混凝土空心砌塊在徐州地區采暖期的非穩態周期傳熱特性;分析了空心砌塊溫度場、熱流率隨時間的變化規律。定義了非穩態周期傳熱條件下混凝土空心砌塊保溫性能評價參數—失熱量,并與常用的保溫性能評價參數—等效導熱系數對比。結果顯示,非穩態周期傳熱時空心砌塊優化的效果并沒有等效導熱系數表征的優越;因此,在空心砌塊的設計中應該重視非穩態傳熱的重要性。 Abstract: The multi-model unsteady heat transfer model of concrete hollow brick was established to investigate the unsteady periodic heat transfer performance of the optimal concrete hollow brick in heating periods of Xuzhou. The change rule of the temperature field and heat flux with the time was analyzed. A new parameter of the losing heat was defined under unsteady periodic heat transfer to evaluate the thermal insulation property of concrete hollow brick, comparing with the equivalent thermal conductivity. The results show that the optimized degree minimizing equivalent thermal conductivity weakens unsteady periodic heat transfer. The present results emphasize the significance of the unsteady heat transfer on designing the concrete hollow brick.

    摘 要:大量利用金屬尾礦資源,既能減少對生態環境的影響,還可生產滿足京津冀地區工程建設需求的建筑材料,具有低碳綠色的顯著特征。本文以承德地區金屬鉬尾礦和石屑為主要原料,以水泥和粉煤灰為膠結材料,采用半干法壓制成型工藝,生產混凝土免燒磚制品,研究了各原材料配比對免燒磚抗壓強度的影響。試驗結果顯示:①免燒磚較適宜的原材料配合比為15%水泥、18%石屑、11%粉煤灰和56%鉬尾礦;②水泥含量對免燒磚抗壓強度具有非常顯著性影響,而粉煤灰、石屑、脫硫石膏影響不顯著;③減少石屑細粒比例,或摻加鐵尾礦替代部分石屑,均能小幅提高試塊的抗壓強度;④摻加Na2SO4或NaCl早強劑能提高免燒磚強度,而摻加1.0% Na2SO4較合適。 Abstract: With utilizing metal tailing resources in large quantity, its ecological impact on the environment will be reduced and besides, related building materials meet the requirement for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region market can be produced, both of which has a remarkably green and low carbon character. A kind of concrete based baking-free bricks is introduced, which are made of molybdenum tailings and stone chips as the main raw materials, and cement and fly ash as the cementing materials, with the method of half-dry pressing molding process. The compressive strength of these bricks is investigated with various composition of raw materials. Results show that: ①the appropriate weight ratio of raw materials is 15% cement, 18% stone chips, 11% fly ash and 56% molybdenum tailings; ②the cement content has significant influence on the compressive strength of the baking-free brick, while fly ash, stone chips and desulfurization gypsum have no significant influence; ③decreasing the fine particle proportion of stone chips, or replacing partial them by iron tailings, the compressive strength will be decreased in a slightly growing rate; ④with addition of the early strength agent like Na2SO4 or NaCl, the compressive strength will be enhanced, and the appropriate ratio is 1.0% of Na2SO4.

    摘 要:通過對八組72個試件兩端開口式新型保溫承重砌塊砌體抗剪試驗研究,分析了新型保溫承重砌塊砌體受剪破壞特征,考察了薄層砂漿和銷鍵對該砌塊抗剪強度的影響;研究了外墻砌塊的外保溫層部分對試件抗剪性能的影響,在此基礎上,探討了內、外墻新型保溫承重混凝土砌塊砌體的抗剪強度計算公式,根據現行砌體規范提出了建議計算方法,為其在實際工程中的應用及規程的編寫提供基本理論和試驗依據。 Abstract:The experimental study of shear strength was carried out by 8 groups ( 72 shear specimens ) of open-ended new type compound insulation concrete block masonry. The shear failure characteristics of a new type of thermal insulation bearing block masonry was analyzed, the influence of thin layer mortar and pin on the shear strength of the block was investigated, the influence of external thermal insulation layer of exterior wall block on shear performance of specimens was studied. The shear strength calculation formula of new type thermal insulation load-bearing concrete block masonry of internal and external wall was proposed, and the calculation method according to the existing masonry standard was put forward, which provides the basic theory and experimental basis for its application in practical engineering and the compilation of rules.

    摘 要:通過正交試驗,分析了粉煤灰摻量、碳纖維摻量、沙漠砂替代率對沙漠砂混凝土28d抗壓強度、劈裂抗拉強度、拉壓比的影響,揭示的粉煤灰摻量、碳纖維摻量、沙漠砂替代率對沙漠砂混凝土28d抗壓強度、劈裂抗拉強度、拉壓比的影響規律;通過對比試驗,采用與混凝土抗壓強度等性能試驗相同的配比,測定了基準混凝土、摻沙漠砂混凝土、正交試驗最優組的1d、3d、7d、14d、28d、45d、60d收縮率,結果表明碳纖維對沙漠砂混凝土各齡期干燥收縮具有很好的抑制作用。 Abstract: The orthogonal experiment is carried out to analyze and study the influence of fly ash content, carbon fiber content, desert sand replacement ratio on the 28d compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, tension and compression ratio of desert sand concrete. Based on the comparative test, using the same mix proportion as compressive strength of concrete,the shrinkage rate of the normal concrete, desert sand concrete and orthogonal test optimal group for 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 28d, 45d and 60d were tested. The experimental results show that carbon fiber has a good inhibition on the shrinkage of desert sand concrete at different ages.
