    摘??要:試驗測試了鋰渣等量取代10%、20%、30%水泥的C30、C40和C60三個強度等級的混凝土在不同凍融循環次數下的強度和氣體滲透系數,研究了凍融循環作用下鋰渣混凝土強度和氣體滲透性之間的相關性。結果表明:凍融循環作用下,鋰渣混凝土的氣體滲透系數和抗壓強度與試件的初始狀態、變化速率以及凍融循環次數密切相關,其性能劣化的曲線可采用生長模型中Slogistic1函數進行擬合求解;由擬合結果分析可知,對于C30和C40混凝土來說,鋰渣摻量在20%以下,能夠改善混凝土的氣體滲透性和抗壓強度,但對于C60混凝土來說,鋰渣摻量超過10%后性能下降較明顯;凍融循環作用下,鋰渣混凝土氣體滲透性系數與抗壓強度線性相關性良好。Abstract:ThestrengthandgaspermeabilityofC30,C40andC60lithiumslagconcreteunderfreezing-thawingcyclesweretestedtostudythecorrelationbetweenthestrengthandgaspermeabilitycoefficientofconcreteunderfreezing-thawingcycles.Theresultsindicatethestrengthandgaspermeabilitycoefficientofconcreteunderfreezing-thawingcyclesisaffectedbytheinitialstate,therateofchangeandthenumberoffreeze-thawcycles,thecurveofitsperformancedegradationcanbegotbySlogistic1functioninthegrowthmodel;theanalysisofthefittingresultsshowsthattheamountoflithiumslagislessthan20%,whichcanimprovethegaspermeabilityandcompressivestrengthofC30andC40concrete;butforC60concrete,theamountoflithiumslagismorethan10%,andtheperformancedecreasesobviously.Underthefreezing-thawingcycles,thegaspermeabilitycoefficientoflithiumslagconcretehasagoodlinearcorrelationwiththecompressivestrength.

    摘??要:通過對水灰比為0.3、骨料粒徑分別為3~5mm與5~10mm的透水混凝土進行試驗研究,得出了在14%、17%、20%以及16%、18%、20%目標孔隙率下的滲透系數及抗壓強度,滿足CJJ/T135—2009《透水水泥混凝土路面技術規程》與CJJ/T253—2016《再生骨料透水混凝土應用技術規程》抗壓強度要求的臨界目標孔隙率的值分別為14%與16%。并在此基礎上進行礦渣微粉改性研究以及基于Fluent多孔介質模型的滲流模擬研究。結果表明,礦渣微粉等效替代7.5%的水泥時,具有最優的抗壓強度;將滲透系數轉化為黏性阻力系數,采用Fluent多孔介質模型進行滲流計算是合理的。Abstract:Whenthewatercementratiois0.3,theperviousconcretewithaggregatesizeof3~5mmand5~10mmisstudied,thepermeabilitycoefficientandcompressivestrengthatthetargetporosityof14%,17%,20%and16%,18%and20%?areobtained.Whenthetargetporosityvaluesis14%and16%,compressionstrengthoftheperviousconcretecanmeettherequirementsof?CJJ/T135—2009TechnicalSpecificationforPerviousConcretePavementandCJJ/T253—2016TechnicalSpecificationforApplicationofRecycledAggregatePerviousConcrete.Onthisbasis,theslagpowdermodificationandseepagesimulationbasedonFluentporousmediummodelareresearched.Whentheamountofslagequivalentcementis7.5%,theslaghasthebestcompressivestrength.ItisreasonabletouseFluentporousmediamodeltocalculateseepage.

    摘??要:試驗研究了高性能混凝土試件在早齡期標準養護、水環境養護、鹵水環境養護下抗壓、抗折強度的變化規律,以及混凝土試件在水環境、鹵水環境下腐蝕2年內其抗壓、抗折強度隨服役期的變化規律。研究結果表明:在低齡期下,抗折強度呈現先增后減的趨勢,且28d齡期值大于3d齡期;抗壓強度呈現先減后增的趨勢,3~7d抗壓強度降低較多,但水環境下比鹵水環境下的7~28d抗壓強度增長多;在鹵水腐蝕環境下混凝土的抗折與抗壓強度在0.5~1.0年、1.0~1.5年、1.5~2.0年這3個時間段內的變化與腐蝕影響能力同時存在,但抗折強度在服役期內表現為增強,抗壓強度表現為降低;標號為Ca50z高性能混凝土試件的配合比為最佳,表現出良好的抗腐蝕性。Abstract:Theinfluenceofdifferentenvironmentofstandardcuring,watercuringandbitterncuringonthecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthofearlyageHPCarestudied,andthechangerulesofthecompressivestrength,flexuralstrengthofconcretespecimensinwaterandbrinecorrosionenvironmentwithintwoyearswiththethevariationoftheserviceperiodaretestedandstudied.Theresultsshowthatintheearlyperiod,theflexuralstrengthofconcretedecreaseshowsatendencytoincreasefirstandthentodecrease,andthe28dvalueisgreaterthanthe3dage;itscompressivestrengthshowsatendencytodecreasefirstandthentoincrease,the3~7dcompressivestrengthdecreasesmorethanthatof28d,butthe7~28dcompressivestrengthgrowshigher;theinfluencechangeandcorrosionofbrinecorrosionenvironmentontheconcreteflexuralandcompressivestrengthatthethreetimeperiodof0.5~1.0years,1.0~1.5years,1.5~2.0yeasrexistatthesametime,buttheflexuralstrengthintheserviceperiodincreases,thecompressivestrengthreduces.ThemixtureratioofCa50zHPCspecimenisoptimum,whichshowsgoodcorrosionresistance.

    摘 要:研究了不同濃度的海水對泡沫混凝土抗壓強度和孔結構的影響。研究結果表明:隨著海水濃度的提高,泡沫混凝土的7d,28d抗壓強度均呈現先升高后降低的趨勢;通過Matlab軟件和IPP圖像分析軟件發現,在一定范圍內提高海水濃度進行養護能降低泡沫混凝土的孔隙率,使其孔徑分布更加均勻,平均孔徑更小,單位面積氣孔數更少,氣孔平均形狀因子更低。 Abstract:The effect of different concentration of seawater on the compressive strength and pore structure of foamed concrete was studied. The results show that with the increase of the concentration of the seawater, 7d and 28d compressive strength of the foamed concrete increase at first and then decrease. Based on the Matlab software and IPP image analysis software, it’s found that increasing seawater concentration within a certain range can reduce the porosity of foamed concrete, make more uniform pore size distribution, lower the average aperture and less number of stomata per unit area, as well as lower average pore shape factor.

    摘 要:以體積法設計透水混凝土配合比,研究了不同成型方式、設計孔隙率、增強料等因素對透水混凝土抗壓強度及透水系數的影響。試驗結果表明:沖壓成型透水混凝土抗壓強度和透水系數均高于振動成型透水混凝土;透水混凝土抗壓強度隨設計孔隙率的提高而逐漸降低;添加可再分散乳膠粉和硅粉可以提高透水混凝土抗壓強度,但會在一定程度上降低透水系數。 Abstract: The mix proportion of pervious concrete was designed by void design procedure, the effect of different factors on the compressive strength and permeability of pervious concrete was studied such as molding method, porosity and reinforcer. The result show that the compressive strength and permeability of pervious concrete by stamping forming are higher than that of pervious cement concrete by vibration molding; the compressive strength of pervious concrete gradually decreases with increasing of porosity; the compressive strength is increased after mixing polymer dispersion powder and silica fume, but the permeability is decreased to some extent.

    摘 要:研究了葡萄糖酸鈉、羥基乙叉二磷酸(HEDP)、2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷(PBTCA)、白糖、三聚磷酸鈉五種緩凝材料對濕拌砂漿性能的影響。結果表明,摻入緩凝劑后,濕拌砂漿的初始稠度有了不同程度的增加,摻葡萄糖酸鈉的濕拌砂漿初始稠度增幅最大;緩凝劑的加入能明顯延長濕拌砂漿的凝結時間,在相同的摻量下,其中摻羥基乙叉二磷酸的濕拌砂漿緩凝時間最長;緩凝劑的加入能明顯降低濕拌砂漿的稠度經時損失,摻有HEDP的濕拌砂漿稠度經時損失最小,但是摻有HEDP和PBTCA的濕拌砂漿后期會出現泌水的現象;緩凝劑的不同摻量對濕拌砂漿28d強度影響不大。 Abstract: The influence of five kinds of retarded materials, sodium gluconate, hydroxy two phosphoric acid (HEDP), 2- phosphate group -1, 2, 4- three carboxylic acid butane (PBTCA), sugar and sodium tripolyphosphate, on the performance of wet mix mortar are studied. The result shows that added with the retarder,the initial consistency wet-mix mortar are extended to varying degrees, among them, the initial consistency of wet mix mortar with sodium gluconate increased most. The setting time of wet mix mortar can be obviously prolonged by adding retarde. Under the same dosage, the wet mixing mortar with hydroxyl two phosphoric acid has the longest retarding time. The addition of retarder can obviously reduce the loss of consistency of wet mix mortar,wet-mix mortar with HEDP has the least loss of consistency, but wet-mixed mortar with HEDP or PBTCA will appear the phenomenon of bleeding at later period. The different dosage of retarder has little influence on the strength of wet mixing mortar for 28 days.

    摘 要:分析了中美兩國PCCP設計標準中關于砂漿強度取值以及開裂控制條件的一些規定,并基于ABAQUS有限元分析軟件,模擬和研究了PCCP在安裝和運行過程中砂漿保護層的力學響應機理,依據計算結果對設計標準中存在的問題進行了探討。結果表明,目前設計中采用砂漿的抗壓強度作為砂漿強度的設計值,高估了PCCP砂漿的承載能力,同時,設計標準中控制砂漿層開裂驗算中的應變限值過高,導致砂漿保護層容易產生裂縫這一現象被忽視,容易導致由設計缺陷造成的PCCP結構失效和破壞。 Abstract: The strength and cracking control strain limits of mortaring coating in PCCP in both AWWA standard and Chinese specification were discussed and the structural behavior analysis of mortar coating was conducted based on the ABAQUS FEM software. The comparison of simulation results and design standard shows the strength of mortar in the present design overestimates the capability of mortar coating in PCCP, as well as the strain limits of cracking control are too high so that some crackings are usually neglected. Therefore, the structural failure of PCCP caused by design defect might happen.

    摘 要:利用XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析和膠砂強度等測試手段分析了攪拌站廢渣的物理化學性能指標,采用機械磨細、高溫煅燒手段對廢渣活性進行評價,并研究分析了普通等級混凝土、建筑砂漿及免燒磚摻廢渣的可行性。結果表明,廢渣因粒型不規則、組成成分復雜等因素影響,流動度比和活性較低;機械磨細和高溫煅燒均可以提高廢渣的活性,但提升幅度有限;用8%的廢渣替代粉煤灰生產普通等級混凝土、12%~14%的廢渣替代水泥和粉煤灰生產建筑砂漿、37.5%的廢渣替代粉煤灰生產免燒磚在技術上是可行的,且具有良好的經濟效益。 Abstract: The physical and chemical performance indexes of mixing station waste residue were analyzed by using different test methods such as XRD, SEM, laser granularity analyzer and mortar strength. The activity of waste residue was evaluated by mechanical grinding and high temperature calcination, the feasibility of adding waste residue on common grade concrete, building mortar and baking-free brick was also studied and analyzed. The results show that the fluidity and activity of waste residue are lower by the irregular particle size and complex composition. Mechanical grinding and high temperature calcination can increase the activity of waste residue,but the range of lifting is limited.Production of common grade concrete with 8% waste residue instead of fly ash, building mortar with 12%-14% waste residue instead of cement and fly ash, baking-free brick with 37.5% waste residue instead of fly ash is feasible technically,which obtains a good economic benefit.

    摘 要: 介紹了預制綜合管廊接口密封圈材料的選擇,并基于綜合管廊使用環境,選取了三元乙丙橡膠作為主要密封材料。對選取的材料進行了老化試驗,得到了壓縮永久變形值和老化系數,并計算了老化時間,驗證了所使用的材料滿足相關耐久性要求。 Abstract: The selection of sealing ring material for prefabricated integrated pipe gallery was introduced. Based on the using environment of comprehensive pipe galleryand, the three ethylene propylene rubber was selected as the main sealing material. The aging test of the selected material was carried out, and the value of permanent compression deformation was obtained. The aging time was calculated, and the material could meet the relevant durability requirements.
