    摘 要:鋼渣微粉具有較高的表觀密度和對減水劑較差的吸附能力,取代部分礦粉后,混凝土的坍落度增加,工作性能提升。在商品混凝土中,鋼渣微粉以適度的摻量(25%~50%)取代礦粉后,混凝土的力學性能有所提高,且各齡期收縮都有微弱的改善,混凝土的裂紋條數和開裂面積都有一定程度的降低,混凝土的凍融循環次數、電通量都較基準樣有所改善,碳化深度明顯降低,抗滲等級穩定,在高強度等級混凝土中,這種改善作用更為明顯。 Abstract: Steel slag fine powder is characterized with high apparent density and poor absorption capacity to water-reducer. That steel slag replaces part of mineral powder, increases the slump of concrete, and improves the working performance of concrete. For ready-mixed concrete, with proper dosage (25%~50%) of steel slag fine powder replacing the mineral powder, the working performance of concrete is enhanced, the shrinkage in every age is improved slightly, number and area of crack in concrete have a certain degree of reduction, number of freezing and thawing cycle and electric flux are better than those of the reference sample, carbonation depth decreases significantly, and the seepage resistance stays stable. For the high-strength concrete, with this method, the improvement would be more effective.

    摘??要:為了獲得溶蝕與氯鹽耦合作用下水泥基材料性能退化規律,設計開展了硬化水泥凈漿試件在1.0mol/LNaCl、1.0mol/LNH4Cl及1.0mol/LNaCl+3.0mol/LNH4NO3混合溶液中的浸泡腐蝕試驗,并利用酚酞法、飽和干燥稱重法、快速氯離子濃度測定儀和X射線衍射儀(XRD)對腐蝕進程中硬化水泥凈漿溶蝕深度、孔隙率、自由氯離子含量及物相組成進行分析。結果表明,腐蝕過程中硬化水泥凈漿溶蝕深度與時間平方根成線性關系;硬化水泥凈漿孔隙率及氯離子傳輸速率均隨著氫氧化鈣的溶出而不斷增加,一旦氫氧化鈣完全溶出,其基本保持不變;鈣離子的不斷溶出,導致硬化水泥凈漿內部化學環境發生改變,原有的結合氯離子變成自由氯離子。Abstract:Inordertoobtainthedegradationofcement-basedmaterialsunderthecouplinginteractionsofcalciumleachingandchlorideerosion,theimmersioncorrosiontestofcementpastespecimensinthreeleachingsolutions(1.0mol/LNaCl,1.0mol/LNH4Cl,1.0mol/LNaCland3.0mol/LNH4NO3)wascarriedout.Theleachingdepth,porosity,freechloridecontentandphasecompositionofcementpasteintheprocessofcalciumleachingandchlorideerosionwereinvestigatedbythephenolphthaleinmethod,saturation-dryingweighingmethod,rapiddeterminationmethodofchlorideioncontentandX-raydiffractionanalysis(XRD).Theresultsshowthattheleachingdepthofcementpasteislinearwiththesquarerootoftime.Theporosityandchloridetransmissionrateofcementpasteallincreasewiththedissolutionofcalciumhydroxide,andoncethecalciumhydroxidecompletelydissolves,itbasicallyremainsunchanged.Moreover,thecontinuousdissolutionofcalciumionsresultsinachangeinthechemicalenvironmentwithinthecementpaste,wheretheoriginalboundchlorideionbecomestoafreechlorideion.

    摘 要:利用公路RCM法和國標RCM法測試了不同類型混凝土28d、56d、84d齡期的氯離子擴散系數。結果顯示,采用公路RCM法與國標RCM法測試的氯離子擴散系數具有較好的相關性,國標RCM法測得氯離子擴散系數約為公路RCM法測試結果的1.30倍。采用冪函數對早齡期擴散系數衰減系數m值進行擬合,并與現有的衰減系數經驗公式進行對比,修正了現有的經驗公式,提出了混凝土早齡期擴散系數的衰減公式,可用于根據28d擴散系數推定56d和84d混凝土擴散系數。 Abstract: The highway RCM method and Chinese standard RCM method are used to test the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of different types of concrete at the age of 28d, 56d, 84d. The results show that the diffusion coefficient tested by the highway RCM method and Chinese standard RCM method has good correlation. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient results measured by Chinese standard RCM method are about 1.30 times of the results measured by highway RCM method. By using the power function, the early age diffusion coefficient attenuation coefficient m is fitted and compared with the existing empirical formula of attenuation coefficient, and the existing empirical formula is modified by the test results. The proposed early age attenuation formula of the diffusion coefficient of concrete can be used to forecast the 56d and 84d diffusion coefficient according to the 28d diffusion coefficient test result.

    摘 要:為探究新型多取代苯胺類阻蝕劑的緩蝕性能, 采用密度泛函理論方法, 在 MO6-2x/6-311+G 基組與水平上, 計算了17種已知緩蝕率的苯胺衍生物的三類獨立的物理化學參數,得到了單取代苯胺衍生物的胺基氮原子電荷,苯胺衍生物分子信息熵以及與氮原子及鐵原子的受-授結合能。結果顯示,胺基N原子的靜電勢電荷,分子的信息熵以及受-授結合能均直接影響這些化合物的緩蝕效率(EI),所建立的三元線性回歸模型其相關系數R2=0.9976,預測值與實驗值的相對平均誤差RSD=2.15%。根據構建的模型,設計出了10 種多取代苯胺類分子,其中8個分子的EI可有顯著提高(EI>70%)。 Abstract: In order to explore a new multi substituted aniline resist agent of corrosion inhibition performance, using density functional theory (DFT), in the MO6-2x/6-311+G basis set level,it were calculated 17 known corrosion inhibition rate of aniline derivatives of 3 kinds of independent quantum chemical parameters, obtained the single substituted aniline derivatives of benzene ring carbon atoms bearing amine radical nitrogen atom charge and information entropy of aniline derivatives and with their iron atoms and the secondary stabilization energy. By means of one element and multiple linear regression analysis, the quantitative structure activity correlation (QSAR) model of the 17 kinds of aniline compounds with corrosion inhibition efficiency (EI) was established. Results show that amino N electrostatic potential charge, molecular information entropy and licensing can be combined directly affect these compounds of EI, the established ternary linear regression model and the correlation coefficient R2=0.9976, predicted value and experimental value average relative error of RSD=2.15%. According to the construction of the QSAR model, 10 kinds of multi substituted aniline compounds are designed, and the EI value can be significantly improved (>70%).

    摘 要:研究了?;郀t鎳鐵渣粉用于預拌砂漿時的性能。結果表明,?;郀t鎳鐵渣粉作為摻合料摻入預拌砂漿時能有效改善砂漿保水性能,顯著延長凝結時間,同時在抗壓強度及其他技術性能滿足要求的前提下大幅降低水泥用量和生產成本,有效實現了預拌砂漿生產的綠色化。 Abstract: The properties of ready-mixed mortar with or without ground granulated blast furnace ferronickel slag powder are studied. The test results show that adding ground granulated blast furnace ferronickel slag powder as additive in the ready-mixed mortar can improve the water retention effectively and extend the setting time significantly. And the compressive strength and other properties also meet the requirements of commercial mortar. Therefore, the dosage of cement and the cost of mortar can be decreased significantly and environmental-friendly production of ready-mixed mortar can be achieved effectively.

    摘 要:公路隧道襯砌混凝土在承載和復合酸性氣氛共同作用下的中性化侵蝕不容忽視。研究了江底公路隧道的抗中性化分析預測及公路隧道襯砌混凝土抗中性化的影響參數,并基于荷載水平和復合酸性氣氛條件對襯砌混凝土抗中性化水平進行數值分析,提出了公路隧道襯砌混凝土的抗中性化提升技術;然后確定了公路隧道高抗中性化襯砌混凝土臨界最大連通毛細孔隙率為9.15%,氫氧化鈣含量至少要大于等于環境溫度條件下的溶解度,并最終提出了公路隧道高抗中性化襯砌混凝土的設計方法及制備要點,從而為公路隧道抗中性化襯砌混凝土的設計和制備提供依據。 Abstract: The neutral erosion of lining concrete in vehicle tunnel under the condition of comprehensive load and compound acid gases is noticeable. The anti-neutralization analysis and prediction of an under-river tunnel lining concrete were discussed, and the neutral depth was modified based on the effect of load level and composite acid gas. Then the anti neutral level was analyzed by a numerical way. Furthermore, the technology of enhancing the anti-neutralization of vehicle tunnel lining concrete was put forward. Finally the micro-structure parameters of high resistant neutral lining concrete were determined such as the limited capillary porosity not higher than 9.15% and the limited content of Ca(OH)2, and the design method and key points of preparation of the high anti-neutral lining vehicle tunnel concrete were proposed so as to provide basis for the design and preparation of anti-neutral vehicle tunnel lining concrete.

    摘 要:將礦物摻合料分別摻入鋼渣混凝土中,與普通混凝土抗壓強度及抗侵蝕性能進行比較,從而得出一種適用于鋼渣軌枕混凝土的配合比。結果表明,標準養護210d時,鋼渣混凝土強度均超過普通混凝土;在180d硫酸鹽和鎂鹽侵蝕下,普通混凝土與鋼渣混凝土抗侵蝕系數均大于0.8,抗侵蝕性能良好。當粉煤灰、礦渣粉和鋼渣粉三者復摻時,鋼渣混凝土的后期抗壓強度和抗侵蝕能力均表現最佳。 Abstract: The mineral admixtures are mixed into the steel slag concrete respectively, compared with the compressive strength and the corrosion resistance of the common concrete, a kind of mixture ratio suitable for the steel slag sleeper concrete is obtained. The results show that at the standard curing 210 days, steel slag concrete strength is better than ordinary concrete. Under 180 days sulfate and magnesium salt erosion condition, ordinary concrete and steel slag concrete corrosion resistance coefficients are both greater than 0.8, with good anti-erosion performance. When the fly ash, slag powder and steel slag powder are mixed together, the later compressive strength and corrosion resistance of steel slag concrete are the best.

    摘 要:研究了玄武巖纖維(BF)、聚丙烯纖維(PP)和鋼纖維(SF)對免蒸養PHC大口徑管樁混凝土的工作性能、力學性能及抗沖擊性能的影響。結果表明,在保證坍落度的條件下,BF和PP的摻入導致基準配比總用水量的增加,SF的摻入對基準配比總用水量影響不大;摻入 BF和PP的混凝土因用水量的增加導致抗壓抗折強度隨著纖維摻量增加而降低,均低于空白組,而摻入SF的混凝土抗壓抗折強度隨著纖維摻量增加而增加,高于空白組;落球沖擊試驗結果表明,纖維的摻入提高了混凝土板單次沖擊過程中彎曲荷載,降低了沖擊過程中板的撓度;摻入SF的混凝土具有最高的重復落球沖擊次數,摻入PP的混凝土抗沖擊次數也略高于空白組,摻入BF的混凝土板承受的重復沖擊次數僅略高于未摻纖維的空白組。 Abstract:The workability, mechanical properties and impact resistance of concrete forthe non-steam cured large-diameter PHC pile with basalt fiber (BF), polypropylene fiber (PP) and steel fiber (SF), respectively, were investigated. The results show that the incorporation of BF and PP fibers increased the total water of requirement of the mix which had the same workability, and the incorporation of SF, however, have little effect on the total water requirement.The compressive strength of concrete incorporated with BF and PP fiber, respectively, is decreased by the increase of fiber content, because of the increase of the total water requirement. The compressive strength of concrete incorporated with SF is however increased with the increase of fiber content. The results of falling ball impact test show that the incorporation of fiber improves the bending load at the single impact of concrete slab, while the displacement of the slab during the impact process is reduced. The concrete with SF shows the highest repeated impact resistance. For concrete with PP fiber, the impact number is slightly higher than that of reference concrete. For concrete with BF, the number of repeated impacts is similar to that of reference concrete.

    摘 要:研究了使用混凝土預拌料和配套的鋼纖維澆筑的超高性能纖維混凝土材料(UHPFRC)的抗壓及抗彎性能。材料立方體抗壓強度平均值在標準熱水浴養護后達到165MPa;測試了兩個基于此材料的UHPFRC配筋板條的抗彎承載力。試驗結果表明,采用開孔截面且不使用箍筋的試件抗彎承載力僅比實心且配置抗剪鋼筋的試件低10%??紤]到材料使用、構件自重和鋼筋加工成本,超高性能空心配筋板的結構形式更為經濟合理。 Abstract: The compressive strength and flexural strength of the Ultra-high performance fiber reinforced concrete slabs made from premix material and steel fibers are studied. The cube compressive strength reached beyond 165MPa after the standard hot water curing treatment. Two steel rebar reinforced slab strips are tested under flexural loading. The load capacity of the S2 specimen with circular hollow section without any shear reinforcement is only 10% lower than that of the S1 specimen, which is designed with solid section and shear reinforcement. Considering the amount of material, the self-weight of the deck system, and the cost associated with the rebar cage preparation, the ultra-high performance fiber reinforced hollow reinforced concrete slab is regarded as a more rational and economical solution.
