    摘??要:針對一種嚴酷環境全耐久要求的混凝土,在復摻粉煤灰和礦渣微粉的基礎上,對比研究摻加硅灰、引氣劑、鋼纖維對高強混凝土性能的影響;制備出了一種具有較好的流動性,強度等級為C60且具有一定抗拉性能的全耐久混凝土。采用真空保水法、X-CT、壓汞法三種方法測得混凝土孔隙率,研究了該混凝土的各種耐久性及其相互關系。結果表明,不同測孔方法,采用不同方法評估混凝土的滲透性,其測試結果差別較大;高強混凝土引氣后,收縮增大,抗滲性與強度降低,對其他耐久性無影響。Abstract:Focusingonakindoffulldurabilityconcreteinharshenvironment,basedonthecompoundofflyashandGGBFS,theinfluenceofmixingwithsilicafume,airentrainingagentandsteelfiberonthepropertyofhighstrengthconcretewasstudied,andconcretewithbetterfluidity,strengthlevelofC60andcertaintensilepropertywasprepared.Theconcreteporositywasstudiedbyapplyingvacuumwaterconservationmethod,X-CTandmercuryporosimeter,andvariousconcretedurabilityanditsrelativerelationshipswerestudied.Theresultsindicatethatwhendifferentholemeasurementmethodswereappliedtoevaluatetheconcretepermeability,thereisalargedifferenceamongtheresults.Afterusingairentrainingagentinthehighstrengthconcrete,thereappearsanincreaseinshrinkagepropertyandadecreaseinpermeabilityandstrengthproperties,whilethereisnoimpactonotherdurableproperties.

    摘 要:通過大量試驗研究了重慶地區混凝土用常見礦物摻合料的性能特點,并在其性能特點的基礎上,研究了不同摻加方法對C60超高層泵送混凝土的強度、和易性、泵送性能以及含氣量、壓力泌水率及后期開裂等耐久性的影響。分析實驗數據可知,影響其基本性能的因素主要有摻合料的種類、復摻方式、水膠比、骨料配比等。最終找到最佳復摻方式是粉煤灰、礦粉、硅灰以10:8:3的比例復摻,此時的C60超高層泵送混凝土的拌合物工作性能及后期耐久性最佳,具有較好的泵送施工性能,并通過了超高層泵送實際施工驗證。 Abstract: The performance characteristics of common mineral admixtures for concrete in Chongqing area are studied by a large number of experiments. On the basis of the performance characteristics of the mineral admixtures, the workability, pumping properties and early strength as well as gas content, the rate of pressure bleeding and late cracking and other durability of C60 super high-rise pumping concrete are studied under different mineral admixtures addition and compound method. The experimental data shows that the main factors affecting the performance of C60 super high-rise pumping concrete were the main types of admixtures, addition and compound method, water-cement ratio and aggregate mix ratio. The workability and durability of the C60 high-rise pumping concrete mixture were best when the mineral admixtures compound way was the fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume complex by the ratio of 10:8:3. At this time, the C60 super high-rise pumping concrete has a better pumping construction performance, and passed the actual construction verification.

    摘 要:為了探究遷移型阻銹劑在不同初始相對濕度混凝土中的遷移規律,設計初始相對濕度為0、30%、50%、65%和80%混凝土試塊,分別在阻銹劑遷移7d、14d和28d后,利用納氏試劑分光光度法測定不同深度混凝土中氨氮的含量。結果表明,遷移型阻銹劑在混凝土中的遷移速度隨著初始相對濕度的增大而減小,并且遷移型阻銹劑28d的遷移深度在各個初始相對濕度下均能達到50mm。 Abstract: In order to explore the regularity of the migration corrosion inhibitor in different initial relative humidity in concrete, the initial relative humidity 0%, 30%, 50%, 65% and 80% concrete blocks have been prepared to carry out the Nessler's Reagent Spectrophotometry to determine the ammonia content of concrete in different depths when the migration time reached 7d, 14d and 28d respectively. The results showed that the migration velocities of migration inhibitor in concrete decreased with the increase of initial relative humidity, and all the migration depths of migration inhibitor can reach 50mm when the migration time reached 28d.

    摘 要:利用正交實驗、Dinger-Funk連續分布理論等進行活性粉末混凝土(RPC)配合比設計,探究了不同配合比設計方法所制備的活性粉末混凝土的物理力學性能。研究結果表明,活性粉末混凝土的力學性能是物理堆積和化學反應的共同作用,單純利用緊密堆積原理無法制備出高強度的活性粉末混凝土;對惰性材料含量較多的多組分材料應用Dinger-Funk連續分布理論,很難制備出力學性能優異的RPC材料;利用石英砂的緊密堆積+粉體材料的Dinger-Funk連續分布理論模型,再控制適當的砂膠比,可以配制出力學性能更優的活性粉末混凝土;影響RPC抗折強度和抗壓強度的因素不同,RPC抗折強度和抗壓強度不存在正相關的關系。 Abstract: Orthogonal design, Dinger-Funk continuous distribution theory were used to design the mix proportion of reactive powder concrete (RPC), and the compressive and flexural strength of reactive powder concrete under different mix design methods were explored. The results show that the mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete are a combination of physical accumulation and chemical reaction. Simply using the principle of the most closely packed cannot be prepared high strength of the reactive powder concrete. The Dinger-Funk continuous distribution model of multi-component materials with high content of inert material is difficult to prepare RPC material with excellent mechanical properties. The most compact accumulation of quartz sand and the Dinger-Funk equation continuous distribution model of mineral admixture can be used to construct the reactive powder concrete with better mechanical properties. There is no positive correlation between the flexural strength and compressive strength of reactive powder concrete.

    摘 要:通過摻入不同含量的乳化瀝青,對水泥混凝土的物理性能、力學性能和耐水性能進行相關試驗研究,獲得乳化瀝青摻量對表觀密度、抗壓強度、抗折強度、折壓比、應力-應變關系和耐水性等性能的影響規律。試驗結果表明,乳化瀝青的摻入降低了混凝土的力學性能,但折壓比有所增長,彈性模量降低,材料的變形性能增強,同時耐水性有所提高。 Abstract: Through adding different content of emulsified asphalt, the physical properties, mechanical properties and water resistance of cement concrete were studied, the impacts for bulk density, cube compressive strength, flexural strength ratio of bending-compression strength, stress-strain relation and water resistance were found. Test result show that the addition of emulsified asphalt can reduce the mechanical properties and elastic modulus of cement concrete, but improve the ratio of bending-compression strength which proves deformation performance has been improved, meanwhile, the water resistance also improved.

    摘??要:對當前國內排放的鉻鐵渣種類進行了分析,并對它們各自作為建材摻合料的性能進行了探索性研究。試驗結果表明,微鉻鐵渣可以作為水泥混凝土活性摻合料,高鉻鐵渣和硅鉻鐵渣經加工后可以作為水泥混凝土細骨料應用。Abstract:Thetypesofcurrentdomesticemissionsferrochromeslagareanalyzed,andtheirrespectivepropertiesasbuildingmaterialswithanexplorativearestudied.Theresultsshowthatmicroferrochromeslagcanbeusedasactiveadmixtureforcementconcrete,highchromiumironslagandsiliconchromiumironslagcanbeusedasfineaggregateforcementconcreteafterprocessing.

    摘??要:以天然雨花石、聚氨酯樹脂、長余輝光致發光材料等原料制備發光聚合物透水混凝土,采用亮度計、液壓式壓力機、透水系數儀等測試手段研究了發光聚合物透水混凝土的余輝時間、發光亮度、抗壓強度和透水系數。結果表明,選用100目黃綠色長余輝光致發光材料,發光聚合物透水混凝土的發光效果較好;長余輝光致發光材料摻量為15%~20%,反光粉摻量為聚氨酯的8%,可有效增強發光效果且不影響透水效果。Abstract:Luminouspolymerpermeableconcretewaspreparedwithnaturalriverstones,polyurethaneresinandlongafterglowluminescentmaterials.Then,afterglowtime,luminousbrightness,compressivestrengthandpermeablecoefficientweremeasuredbyluminancemeter,permeablecoefficientapparatusandhydraulicpress.Theresultsshowthattheluminouseffectoftheluminouspolymerpermeableconcretepreparedwith100meshyellow-greenlongafterglowphotoluminescentmaterialisgood.Itcaneffectivelyenhancetheluminouseffectwithoutaffectingtheperviouseffectwhenthecontentoflongafterglowphosphorsis15%~20%andthereflectivepowderis8%ofpolyurethane.

By compared with the traditional feed system, its advantages and application are introduced when applying it to the non-erect ring prestressed pole production.

    摘 要:分析了綜合管廊設防水位的確定方法。結合管廊結構特點,考慮了管廊側壁摩阻力,研究在不同地下水位下管廊所受水浮力與計算方法,并進行工程抗浮算例驗證,研究結果可為抗浮設計提供參考。 Abstract: The method ascertaining the water level for prevention of up-floating was analyzed. Combining the structure characteristic of utility tunnel and considering the side friction of utility tunnel, the buoyancy of water and computation method were studied, and the example of engineering anti-floating was checked. The research results can provide references for anti-floating design of utility tunnel.
