    摘??要:對海工高性能混凝土的配制與耐久性能進行了研究。采用粉煤灰、礦渣、聚羧酸高效減水劑和纖維素類增稠劑(VMA)外摻技術,通過正交試驗設計和配合比優化,選出C40、C45、C50強度等級混凝土最優配合比。結果表明,新拌混凝土初始坍落度為180~200mm,后期強度和耐久性能均滿足海工工程設計要求,混凝土氯離子遷移系數DRCM小于4×10-12m2/s,電通量小于800C,抗凍等級達到F200,抗滲等級遠大于W4;通過微觀分析,混凝土內部結構致密,有害孔較少,可有效防止環境有害離子的侵蝕。Abstract:Thepreparationanddurabilityofmarineengineeringhigh-performanceconcretearestudied.Usingtheadditivetechnologyofflyash,slag,polycarboxylicacidsuperplasticizer,andcellulosethickener(VMA),throughtheorthogonalexperimentdesignandtheoptimizationofmixproportion,theoptimalmixproportionofC40,C45,C50concreteisselected.Theresultsshowedthat,theinitialslumpofthefreshconcreteis180~200mm.Thelatestrengthanddurabilityperformancecanmeettherequirementsofcoastalengineering,thechloridemigrationcoefficient(DRCM)ofconcreteislessthan4×10-12m2/s,theelectricfluxisalsolessthan800C,theconcretefrostresistancegradecanreachF200,andconcreteimpermeabilitygradeismorethanW4.Throughmicroscopicanalysis,theinternalstructureofconcreteisverydense,whichhaslessharmfulhole,sotheconcretecaneffectivelypreventerosionoftheenvironmentalharmfulion.

    摘 要:研究了高吸水性樹脂(SAP)作為內養護材料對堿礦渣水泥砂漿抗壓強度和收縮性能的影響。研究結果表明,摻加預吸水SAP可引起強度下降,下降幅度隨著附加水膠比的增加而增大;SAP可大幅降低堿礦渣水泥砂漿的自收縮,但對絕對干燥收縮的影響較小,甚至可能會使其有所增加。 Abstract: The effect of super absorbent polymer(SAP) on the compressive strength and shrinkage of alkali activated slag cement mortar was studied. The results show that SAP may cause a decrease in strength and the strength decreases faster with the increase of W/C. SAP can greatly reduce the autogenous shrinkage of alkali activated slag cement mortar while it has little effect on absolute drying shrinkage, sometimes it may lead to an increase in absolute dry shrinkage.

    摘??要:針對南海區域高溫高濕環境,采用大粒徑粗骨料、小坍落度的配合比設計方法,預埋冷卻水管及創新施工養護方式,制備方塊大體積海工混凝土。對其收縮性能、熱學性能、水化產物、抗裂性能等方面進行分析,并結合工程應用,得出方塊大體積海工混凝土抗裂設計及施工的相關措施。研究表明,采用5~31.5mm(占比40%~50%)與31.5~63mm兩種連續級配碎石擁有很好的緊密堆積效果,260h收縮率為4.03×10-4,低于5~31.5mm連續級配碎石的260h收縮率4.74×10-4;方塊仿真模型和工程實體溫度分析檢測得出中心最高溫度出現在澆筑后40h,接近70℃,中心溫度和表層溫度最大差值接近25℃;高溫高濕環境下采用預埋冷卻水管及養護劑+土工布+薄膜+土工布四層體系的養護方式對方塊抗裂效果明顯。Abstract:Accordingtoexploitedlargeparticleofcoarseaggregate,designedsmallslumpformixproportion,embeddedcoolingwaterpipeandinnovatedconstructionandmaintenance,thelargevolumemarineconcreteofcuboidwasprepared.Theshrinkageproperties,thermalproperties,hydrationproducts,cracksresistance,etcofconcretewereanalyzed,andtheresearchwascombinedwithengineeringapplicationssothatsomerelatedcracksresistancedesignandconstructionmeasuresofconcretewereobtained.Researchresultsshowthattwocontinuousgradationgravelswith5~31.5mm(40%~50%)and31.5~63mmaccumulatedclosely.The260hshrinkageof4.03×10-4whichwaslowerthan5~31.5mmcontinuousgradationconcrete260hshrinkageof4.74×10-4.Simulationresultsshowthatthecentermaximumtemperaturewascloseto70℃whichappearedat40hafterpouring,andthemaximumtemperaturedifferencebetweenthecenterandthesurfaceapproached25°C.Coolingwaterpipeandfoursystemsofcuringagent-geotextile-membrane-geotextilehadgoodeffectoncracksresistanceundertheconditionofhightemperatureandhighhumidity.

    摘 要:對廢磚大骨料堆石混凝土進行試驗研究,分析了混凝土抗壓強度特點和應力-應變關系,著重分析了混凝土內部破壞特征。研究結果表明,堆石混凝土的抗壓強度與骨料的強度有著密切關系,廢磚大骨料堆石混凝土的強度偏低,應力-應變關系曲線與普通混凝土的曲線形狀相近,彈性模量偏小?;炷猎谑軌哼^程中,破壞形式多樣化,大骨料的強度和表面粗糙程度影響內部破壞型式,粗略分為三種類型,分別是廢磚-混凝土單裂縫混合破壞、廢磚-混凝土多裂縫混合破壞和磚骨料大面積破壞。 Abstract: The experimental study on waste brick large aggregate concrete was carried out. The compressive strength and stress-strain relationship of concrete were analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of high rockfill concrete and aggregate strength are closely related, the strength of waste brick aggregate rockfill concrete is lower, stress-strain curve is similar to the ordinary concrete curve, the elastic modulus is smaller. In the process of concrete compression, destruction forms are diverse, and the strength and surface roughness of the large aggregate affect the internal failure mode. It can be roughly divided into three types, namely, the mixed damage of waste brick concrete single crack, the mixed damage of waste brick concrete, and the failure of brick aggregate.

    摘 要:生態混凝土的研究利用為海綿城市的建設提供了新的思路和方向。本文在研究國內外文獻和實際調研的基礎上,分析了生態混凝土和海綿城市在理念上的一致性,對生態混凝土的應用現狀和功能特性做出了全面分析,指出尚存的問題,進一步指導其在海綿城市中的推廣應用,改善我國當前資源環境緊張的問題,促進經濟社會可持續發展。 Abstract: The research and use of ecological concrete provides a new thought and direction of sponge city constructing. Based on the literature at home and abroad, as well as actual research, the conceptual consistency of ecological concrete and sponge city is analyzed in this paper, and a comprehensive analysis on current status and functional features is carried out. It also points out the existing problems, and guides its further popularization and application in sponge city. Plus, the research and use of ecological concrete can deal with resource issues and environmental problems in China, and promote sustainable development of economic society.

    摘??要:采用礦渣為主要原料,以硫酸鈉為中性鈉鹽,再摻入由水泥熟料、碳酸鈉、鋁酸鈉三種物質構成的復合摻料,制備高抗鹽地聚合物特種膠凝材料。利用正交設計方法對復合摻料的各組分進行組合,再與各水平的硫酸鈉交叉設計試驗配比,以抗折、抗壓強度為指標,通過極差分析得出最佳配比,并對制得的高抗鹽地聚合物特種膠凝材料的基本物理性能、水化硬化機理以及抗化學侵蝕性能進行了研究。Abstract:Inordertopreparehighsaltresistancegeopolymerspecialcementingmaterials,theslagisusedasthemainrawmaterial,sodiumsulfateasneutralsodiumsalt,thencompoundadmixturesareaddedwhicharemadeupofcementclinker,sodiumcarbonateandsodiumaluminate.Theexperimentalformulabyorthogonalexperimentisdesigned,andtheoptimumratiobyusingrangeanalysisbasedontheresultofcompressiveandflexuralstrengthisobtained.Andthecharacteristicsofhighsaltresistancegeopolymerspecialcementingmaterialsarestudied,suchasthebasicphysicalproperties,hydrationhardeningmechanismandchemicalcorrosionresistance.

    摘 要:莫桑比克馬普托大橋是非洲第一大懸索橋,受當地地材的限制,該項目采用了吸水率大于2%的高吸水率粗骨料。為了控制現場混凝土的外觀質量,本文設計了一套混凝土外觀評價的試驗方法和評分標準,考察聚羧酸減水劑、氣泡、脫模劑以及成型方式等不同因素對含大吸水率粗骨料混凝土外觀的影響,為混凝土現場施工提供參考依據。 Abstract: The Maputo bridge in Mozambique is the largest suspension bridge in Africa. Restricted by the local material, the project adopts the high water absorption coarse aggregate with water absorption rate of more than 2%. In order to control the appearance quality of concrete, this paper designed a set of test methods and standards to evaluate the concrete appearance. The influences of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, bubbles, releasing agent and forming method on the appearance of coarse aggregate concrete with high water absorption rate are investigated, which can provide the reference for the concrete site construction.

    摘 要:與普通房建材料相比,地下綜合管廊混凝土不僅要求強度高,且對抗裂、工作性能等也有很高要求。本文研究了粗骨料類型、膨脹劑、混凝土內養護材料、砂率等因素對混凝土強度、抗裂、收縮、工作性的影響。結果表明,碎石混凝土強度高、能有效改善混凝土表面裂紋和收縮;膨脹劑和混凝土內養護材料可以避免混凝土表面生成裂紋,大大降低混凝土收縮率;45%砂率混凝土具有良好的黏聚性、流動性和保水性。 Abstract:Compared with ordinary housing construction, the special-purpose concrete of the underground integrated corridor not only requires high strength, but also has high requirements on crack resistance and workability. The influence of coarse aggregate type, expansive agent, concrete curing material and sand rate on concrete strength, crack resistance, shrinkage and workability are studied. The results show that the gravel concrete is not only high strength, but also can improve the concrete surface crack and shrinkage. Expansion agent and concrete curing material can prevent the concrete surface cracks, and greatly reduce the shrinkage of concrete. 45% sand rate of concrete has good cohesiveness, mobility and water retention.

    摘 要:為探究鋼管混凝土短柱的收縮變形并補償收縮,進行了2個鋼管混凝土短柱收縮試驗和5個不同膨脹劑摻量收縮補償試驗研究。試驗結果表明,普通鋼管混凝土在密封狀態下,早期發生膨脹,之后由于水化收縮、徐變收縮及溫度收縮等使混凝土發生收縮現象;徑向收縮的影響會使鋼管對混凝土的緊箍力推遲產生,影響鋼管混凝土的力學性能;膨脹劑摻量為12%時,能夠完全補償混凝土的收縮,使核心混凝土與鋼管壁緊密結合,且承載力高、變形小,為最佳摻量。 Abstract: In order to study the shrinkage deformation of concrete filled steel tubular short column and shrinkage compensation, two shrinkage tests of concrete filled steel tube short columns and five different expansive agent dosage test of shrinkage-compensated were carried out. The experimental results indicate that the ordinary concrete filled steel tube expands at the early stage under sealed condition, then shrinks due to hydration shrinkage, creep shrinkage and temperature contraction. The effect of radial shrinkage will delay the tightening force of the steel pipe to the concrete and affect the mechanical properties of the concrete-filled steel tube. When the dosage is 12%, the shrinkage of the concrete can be completely compensated, the core concrete is tightly combined with the steel pipe wall, the bearing capacity is high and the deformation is small, which is the best dosage.

    摘 要:對16m長全尺寸預應力混凝土梁橋原型進行三點彎曲疲勞試驗,利用數字圖像相關(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)方法獲得集中力作用點附近區域的變形場及應變場信息。經過200萬次疲勞循環作用,研究了梁體側面裂縫的萌生、成核、擴展機理。試驗結果表明,主裂縫由次裂縫誘發萌生,主裂縫隨疲勞循環次數而擴展,50萬次之前的擴展速率明顯大于50萬次以后的擴展速率。隨著主裂縫的擴展,次裂縫略有閉合。疲勞荷載不超過設計荷載時,鋼絞線具有較好的拉結作用,預應力混凝土梁裂縫開展緩慢穩定,有明顯的剛度退化。與傳統電測法相比,DIC方法可準確觀測全場裂縫擴展過程,可應用于對預應力橋梁的分析研究。 Abstract: Three point bending fatigue test was carried on full-size prototype of a 16m length prestressed concrete girder bridges. The strain field and strain field information near the loading point were obtained using Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method. After 2 million times of fatigue cycle, the crack initiation, nucleation and growth mechanism of the beam were studied. The experiment results show that, the main crack initiation induced by crack, the main crack extension according to the fatigue cycles, the extension rate before 500000 cycles significantly greater than that after 500000 cycles. Crack closure slightly with the expansion of the main crack. The fatigue load is less than the design load, steel strand has good tie effect, crack developing slowly and steady, the stiffness degradate obviously. Compared with the traditional measurement method, DIC method can observe the crack extension process accurately, which can be applied to analysis and research of prestressed concrete bridges.
