    水泥類型對人工魚礁混凝土耐久性的影響

    摘 要:采用硅酸鹽水泥、硫鋁酸鹽水泥以及兩種水泥混合后配制人工魚礁混凝土,研究水泥類型對人工魚礁混凝土的耐久性的影響。試驗中,采用氯離子滲透性和吸水率試驗研究水泥類型對人工魚礁混凝土滲透性的影響,結合孔結構和XRD等試驗方法對混凝土微觀結構進行測試和分析,研究不同水泥對混凝土性能的影響。研究結果表明:在標準養護下,采用硫鋁酸鹽水泥時海水海砂混凝土的骨料與水泥石界面得到明顯改善,裂縫減少,孔結構優化;與普通混凝土相比,其抗壓強度和劈拉強度分別增加了15.0%和11.9%,抗滲性也得到提高;而采用混合水泥會導致海水海砂混凝土內部的裂縫明顯增多,骨料與水泥石界面變差,孔結構明顯劣化,導致抗壓強度、劈拉強度和抗滲性降低。 Abstract:With Portland cement, sulfate aluminate cement, and two kinds of cement mixture preparation of artificial reefs, the influence of the cement type on the durability of artificial reef concrete is researched. Using the chloride ion permeability test and water absorption test, the influence of the cement type on the permeability of artificial reefs concrete is studied. In combination with pore structure and XRD, the microstructure of concrete is tested and analyzed, to study the effect of different cement on concrete performance. The results show that under the standard curing, using sulfate aluminate cement, the sea sand concrete aggregate and cement interface get improved significantly, the crack reduced and pore structure optimized. Compared with ordinary concrete, its compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increased by 15.0% and 11.9% respectively, the penetration resistance is improved. Using mixed cement can cause the sea sand concrete internal cracks obviously increased, aggregate and cement interface, pore structure obvious degradation, reduce the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and permeability resistance.

    摘 要:針對大體積混凝土收縮開裂的特點,研究了煅燒菱鎂礦所得MgO膨脹劑組成、微觀結構、水化活性及膨脹變形性能,探討了煅燒制度與MgO膨脹劑的微觀結構、水化活性及膨脹性能的關系。結果表明,煅燒溫度升高,MgO微晶聚集而成的MgO顆粒表面逐漸密實,團聚體中MgO晶體自由燒結程度提高、晶粒尺寸增大,水化活性值增大;相同粒度分布的菱鎂礦粉體,煅燒溫度對MgO膨脹劑粒度分布的影響基本一致。礦物組分、粒度分布基本一致條件下,水化活性值、晶粒尺寸與煅燒溫度存在指數關系;水化活性值與晶粒尺寸存在線性關系。水化活性值可調控MgO膨脹劑的膨脹歷程;不同煅燒制度制備的MgO膨脹劑的早期膨脹性能(水養20℃)隨著活性值增大呈指數性減小。 Abstract: In order to improve the volume stability of mass concrete, the composition, microstructure, hydration activity and expansion property of MgO expansive agent obtained by calcining magnesite were investigated, and the relation between calcination systems and the microstructure, hydration activity and expansion deformation performance were discussed. The results show that when calcination temperature rises, the surface of MgO particles agglomerated by MgO crystallites will become denser. Since MgO crystals in agglomerations are sintered freely at a higher temperature, crystalline dimension is enlarged and hydration activity value is increased. Calcination temperature has similar influences on particles distribution of MgO expansive agent prepared from the same magnesite. When mineral constituent, particles distribution of MgO expansive agent are basically identical, an exponential relation exists between crystallite dimension and calcinations temperature, hydration activity value is proportioned with crystallite dimension. Hydration activity value can regulate and control MgO expansive agent’s expansion process, as the early expansion deformation performance (kept in water at 20℃) of MgO expansive agents prepared by different calcination systems will decrease exponentially along with hydration activity value increased.

    摘 要:以核電站構筑物混凝土為研究對象進行了快速凍融試驗,分別研究分析了混凝土凍融損傷后的宏觀性能及凍融前后混凝土的孔隙結構變化?;谙鄬訌椥阅A刻岢隽嘶炷羶鋈趽p傷分段式模型,擬合精度較高。并以某北方核電站為例,評估了構筑物混凝土結構的使用壽命為229年,結果符合工程實際情況。 Abstract: The fast freeze-thaw tests are carried on for concrete of nuclear power plant structures. The macroscopic properties and pore structure of concrete samples were studied and analyzed before and after freeze-thaw tests. Freeze-thaw damage sectional model is put forward based on the relative dynamic elastic modulus, high fitting precision is achieved. Taking one northern nuclear power plant as an example, the service life of concrete structures is calculated, the result is accorded with actual situation.

    摘??要:利用珊瑚骨料取代傳統骨料進行混凝土配合比設計,系統研究了水膠比、砂率和膠凝材料用量三個因素對珊瑚骨料混凝土性能的影響,并通過XRD、SEM等測試手段對珊瑚骨料混凝土的微觀結構進行了分析。試驗結果表明,珊瑚骨料混凝土的抗壓強度隨著水膠比的增大先增大后減小,隨著砂率的增大先增大后減小,隨著膠凝材料用量的增加先增大后減小,膠材用量為440kg/m3時,抗壓強度達到最大值;珊瑚骨料混凝土和普通混凝土的28d水化產物基本相同,都含有Ca(OH)2、Aft、CaCO3和C-S-H凝膠。珊瑚骨料內部多孔的微觀結構使珊瑚骨料-水泥漿體的界面黏結力較普通骨料-水泥漿體的界面黏結力大,改善了混凝土界面結構性能。Abstract:Usingcoralaggregateinsteadofcommonaggregateforconcretemixtureratiodesign,theimpactofwater-cementratio,sandratio,andcementitiousmaterialcontentoncoralaggregateconcreteperformanceisstudied.Besides,themicrostructureofthecoralaggregateconcretethroughthetestmeanssuchasXRD,SEMisanalyzed.Thetestresultsshowthatthecoralaggregateconcretecompressivestrengthfirstincreasesthendecreaseswiththeincreaseofwatercementratio,thecoralaggregateconcretecompressivestrengthfirstincreasesthendecreaseswiththeincreaseofsandratio,thecoralaggregateconcretecompressivestrengthfirstincreasesthendecreaseswiththeincreaseofdosageofcementitiousmaterial,andthecompressivestrengthachievesmaximumwhenthedosageofcementitiousmaterialis440kg/m3.Thehydrationproductsof28dayscoralaggregateandcommonconcretearebasicallythesame,bothcontainCa(OH)2,AFt,CaCO3andC-S-H.Theinternalporousmicrostructureofcoralaggregatemakestheinterfacebondstrengthbetweencoralaggregate-cementpastebiggerthanordinaryaggregate-cementpaste,whichcanimprovetheinterfacestructureperformancegreatly.

    摘 要:采用不同水性環氧樹脂制備了三種水泥基環氧砂漿材料,借助試件制備手段,分析測試了水性環氧樹脂砂漿體系的力學性能、收縮性能和抗凍性能,探討了水性環氧樹脂含量對復配體系力學性能的影響,當湛新和亨斯邁水性環氧樹脂含量達到2%時,砂漿體系力學性能最優,其中亨斯邁水性環氧樹脂體系的抗壓強度可達到75MPa以上。 Abstract: Three cement-based waterborne epoxy mortar materials were prepared by different waterborne epoxy. The mechanical properties, self-shrinkage properties and frost resistance of mortar system were studied through test piece manufacture. And the influence of epoxy content on mechanical properties of compound system was discussed. The mechanical properties of compound system were better when using Allnex and Huntsman waterborne epoxy. Especially, compound system from Huntsman has the highest compressive strength, up to 75MPa.

    摘 要:結合已有大型自密實清水混凝土工程,從原材料、配合比、施工工藝和模板等影響因素方面,綜述了國內外清水混凝土的配制方法與控制技術,分析了清水混凝土表面缺陷及形成機理,提出了清水混凝土配合比參數、控制技術和研究展望。進一步改善自密實清水混凝土表面性能關鍵技術為:在嚴格控制原材料性能的基礎上,優化自密實清水混凝土配合比,控制其黏度低于80Pa·s,并防止離析泌水;采用輔助振搗以排除清水混凝土表層氣泡;選用清水混凝土專用模板和滿足性能要求的脫模劑,宜采用樹脂類脫模劑。 Abstract: Combined with the existing large self-compacting and fair-faced concrete engineering, from the aspects of raw materials, mix proportion, construction technology and template, the preparation method and control technology at home and abroad of concrete are summarized, and the surface defects and formation mechanism are analyzed. The mix proportion parameters, control technology and research prospect of fair-faced concrete are put forward. The key technology to improve the surface performance of self compacting and fair-faced concrete is that based on the strict control of raw materials, to optimize the self compacting concrete mix ratio, control the viscosity of less than 80Pa·s, and to prevent bleeding and segregation. And the auxiliary vibration is used to eliminate concrete surface bubbles, the special formwork concrete is selected and the demoulding agent which can satisfy the performance requirements is selected, while the resin release agent is appropriate.

    摘 要:為了推進混凝土生產技術的發展,改善混凝土生產設備,分析和介紹了大型智能PC外墻板混合生產線成套設備的生產工藝和關鍵部件。該設備具有行走裝置及載體、布模系統、布料振搗系統、構件表面處理系統和構件養護系統等幾大關鍵部件。通過中央控制子系統、模臺循環控制子系統和構件養護子系統組成的成套集群控制系統實現了對整條生產線的觀察、檢測與布控。 Abstract: To promote the development of concrete production technology and increase the degree of its equipments, the production technology and main parts of large and intelligent production line for PC slabs are analyzed and introduced. This production line consists of walking device and its carrier, arrangement of side mode, arrangement of concrete and it vibration, surface treatment, concrete product curing, and so on. This production line is observed, checked and controlled by a cluster control system consisted of center control sub-system, cycle control sub-system of concrete tray, and curing sub-system of concrete product.

    摘 要:結合國內外理論和試驗研究成果,介紹了裝配式混凝土框架結構的不同構造形式,并綜述了裝配整體式框架結構、全裝配式框架結構、預應力框架結構、設置耗能裝置的裝配式框架結構節點以及整體結構的抗震性能,指出了裝配式混凝土框架結構在研究中存在的若干問題,并提出了下一步研究的建議。 Abstract:Compared to cast-in-place concrete structures, the precast concrete frames structures has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, short construction period, less labor and so on, and it also has broad application prospects. Based on the theoretical and experimental results at home and abroad, the seismic behavior of the monolithic precast concrete structure, fully precast concrete structure, prefabricated prestressed frame structure and the frame structure with energy-consuming devices are summarized, and some suggestions about the study of the precast concrete frame structure are proposed, and some key technical issues are listed.

    摘 要:為研究裝配式矩形螺旋箍筋RC梁的抗剪性能,設計并制作了3根配置矩形螺旋箍筋RC梁和3根配置普通分離式箍筋RC梁,研究了剪跨比、配箍率等因素對構件的抗剪承載力、整體性的影響。結果表明,與配置普通分離式箍筋RC梁相比,當剪跨比為1.51、2.03時,裝配式矩形螺旋箍筋對RC梁的斜截面承載力有所提高;當剪跨比為2.5時,斜截面承載力略有降低;裝配式矩形螺旋箍筋對RC梁的撓度無明顯影響,但可以增強混凝土梁的整體性;配置矩形螺旋箍筋RC梁可以節約18%的箍筋用量。 Abstract: To study the shear strength of assembly rectangular spiral stirrup concrete beams, three RC beams with rectangular spiral stirrups and three RC beams with common stirrups were designed and fabricated, the effects of shear span ratio and stirrup ratio on the shear strength and integrity of the composite were studied. The results show that compared with common RC beams, when the shear span ratio is 1.51, 2.03, the oblique section bearing capacity of assembly rectangular spiral stirrup concrete beams improves. When the shear span ratio is 2.5, the oblique section bearing capacity decreases. Assembly rectangular spiral stirrup has no obvious effect on the deflection of RC beam, but it enhances the integrity of concrete beam. The use of a rectangular spiral stirrup can save about 18% of the stirrup.
