    摘 要:在對白銀市東大溝Pb、Zn、Cd復合污染土壤基本理化性質分析的基礎上,進行了制備免燒磚的初步研究,探討了不同水泥用量對免燒磚抗壓強度和浸出毒性的影響,分析了磚體在不同pH值環境下的安全性,并對固化前后污染土中重金屬形態進行了對比分析。結果表明,水泥對Pb、Zn、Cd具有良好的固化效果。隨著水泥添加量的提高,磚體抗壓強度呈上升趨勢。與原土相比,磚體中重金屬在不同pH值溶液浸提下,浸出趨勢不變,浸出濃度顯著下降,重金屬酸可提取態部分所占比例顯著下降,殘渣態上升。 Abstract: Based on the analysis of the basic physical and chemical properties of Pb, Zn, Cd contaminated soils of Dongdagou in Baiyin, the preparing of non-burned brick was studied. The effect of cement addition on compressive strength and leaching toxicity was discussed. The stability under different pH was analyzed and the distribution of heavy metals in soil before and after solidification was compared. The results showed that the cement has good curing effect on Pb, Zn and Cd. The compressive strength of brick improves as the increasing of cement. Compared with raw contaminated soils, the heavy metal leaching trend in brick in different pH leaching liquor does not change, but the leaching concentration decreases. The acid extractable of heavy metal in brick decreases, residual form increases.

    摘 要:分析了低負溫型管道壓漿料的技術原理,研究了水灰比、漿體溫度、風速、攪拌時間以及儲漿罐容積等對凝結時間及流動度經時損失的影響。通過制定合理的壓漿施工工藝,以及預應力混凝土梁模擬灌漿后降溫試驗,驗證了管道壓漿冬季施工的可行性。 Abstract: The technical principle of low negative temperature pipeline slurry was analyzed, the effects of water cement ratio, slurry temperature, wind speed, stirring time and storage tank volume on the setting time and the loss of fluidity over time were studied. The reasonable process on pressure grouting construction and the test of the prestressed concrete beam to simulate the cooling after grouting were carried out to verify the feasibility of pipeline grouting winter construction.

    摘 要:某大橋主墩零號塊結構尺寸大,采用C55混凝土,收縮大,施工過程中處理不當極易出現裂縫,在混凝土配合比優化設計的基礎上,依據溫度場及溫度應力場仿真計算結果制定了相應的溫控標準,并通過原材料溫度控制、混凝土摻加碎冰拌和、液氮預冷混凝土、埋設冷卻水管通水冷卻等措施,使該零號塊箱梁未出現有害溫度裂縫,達到了預期的溫度控制效果。 Abstract:Due to the large structure size of zero block of some river bridge, the concrete is easy to crack in construction when using C55, based on the optimization of concrete mix proportion, the standard of temperature controlling was made according to the result of temperature and thermal stresses distribution of mass concrete. By controlling materials temperature, mixing concrete with ice, cooling concrete with liquefied nitrogen and applying recycling cool water, harmful cracks was not appeared in mass concrete of ultra large zero block of the river bridge and anticipated temperature control requirements was achieved.

    摘 要:通過大批量的試配以及在生產過程中對混凝土配合比的實時調整,實現了南京世界貿易中心C60自密實鋼管柱頂升混凝土工程的順利施工。在生產過程中不斷調整膠凝材料用量、碎石級配及圓整度;同時檢測混凝土在出機、入泵及出泵時的工作性能以及振搗方式對混凝土試塊強度的影響。工程實踐表明,出泵時混凝土工作性能滿足施工要求,振搗方式對自密實混凝土的強度影響較小。 Abstract: World Trade Centre Nanjing was constructed by self-compacting concrete through lift-up technology of C60 steel tubes, which performed as planned through a number of tests and real-time adjusting of concrete mixture ratio on site. During the construction, binding material consumption, gravel gradation and roundness were adjusted to guarantee progress; when the concrete was out of the mixer, pumping-in and pumping-out, the working performance were supervised at every step. The results show that the working performance of concrete meets the construction demands when pumped out. The vibrating method has little influence on the strength of self-compacting concrete.

    摘 要:對目前混凝土強度檢測領域常用技術方法研究現狀進行了分析,總結和比較了不同檢測技術方法的優缺點,探討了混凝土抗壓強度檢測技術方法的研究發展方向,認為宜采用局部破損修正非破損的檢測方法可更準確推定混凝土抗壓強度,更好地服務于工程質量,并確保結構安全。 Abstract: The advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods of commonly concrete strength testing is analyzed, summarized and compared, the developing direction of concrete compressive strength testing technology and methods is discussed, the results show that using local damage detection method provide more accurate estimation of concrete compressive strength, which can better service in the engineering quality and ensure the structure safety.

    摘??要:陶瓷微珠具有質輕、導熱系數低的特點,目前主要應用于建筑反射隔熱涂料中,采用熱線法導熱系數儀測試其導熱系數為0.0350W/(m·K),比?;⒅楹团蛎浾渲閹r導熱系數低20%~30%,干密度為78kg/m3,有利于制備輕質高強、保溫性能好的保溫砂漿。為降低保溫砂漿的導熱系數,通過復摻少量陶瓷微珠和聚苯顆粒,制備的保溫砂漿的干密度為228kg/m3,28d抗壓強度為0.4MPa,導熱系數為0.060W/(m·K),除干密度稍偏高外,其它主要性能指標滿足GB/T10303—2001《膨脹珍珠巖絕熱制品》中200號優等品標準要求。Abstract:Ceramicbeadshavethecharacteristicsoflightweightandlowthermalconductivity,itismainlyusedinarchitecturalreflectivethermalinsulationcoatings.Thethermalconductivitycoefficientis0.0350W/(m·K),whichis20%~30%lowerthanthatofglazedhollowbeadandexpandedperlite.Thedrydensityofceramicbeadsis78kg/m3,whichisbenefitforthepreparingofthermalinsulationmortarwithgoodthermalinsulationproperty.Toreducetheconductivitycoefficientofthermalinsulationmortar,thethermalinsulationmortarwaspreparedbymixingwithsmallamountofceramicbeadsandpolystyreneparticles,whosedrydensityis228kg/m3,the28dcompressivestrengthis0.4MPa,andthethermalconductivityis0.060W/(m·K).Inadditiontotheslightlyhigherdrydensity,theothermainperformanceindexesmeettherequirementsofgrade200superiorproductofGB/T10303—2001.

    摘??要:研究了不同黏度不同摻量的羥丙基甲基纖維素(HPMC)對普通砂漿(砌筑砂漿、抹面砂漿)保水性能的影響。研究發現,HPMC能大幅提高砂漿的保水性,較大改善砂漿的施工性能,其合適摻量為0.4‰~0.5‰。在相同黏度不同摻量的HPMC條件下,砂漿的用水量基本保持不變,表觀密度略有增加,保水率隨著HPMC用量的增加而增加。在不同黏度相同摻量的HPMC條件下,砂漿的用水量同樣基本一致,表觀密度也是略有增加,保水率隨著HPMC黏度的增加而增加。Abstract:Theinfluenceofdifferentviscosityanddosagehydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC)onwaterretentioncapacityforordinarymortarwasstudied,includingmasonrymortar,pointingjointmortar.TheresultsshowthatHPMCcansignificantlyimprovethewaterretentioncapacityofmortarandtheworkabilityofthedry-mixedmortar,andthesuitabledosageis0.4‰~0.5‰.WhenthedosageofHPMCisdifferentandtheviscosityissame,thewaterconsumptionofcementmortarbasicremainsunchanged,volumeweightslightlyincreases,andwaterretentioncapacityincreaseswithdosageincreaseofHPMC.WhentheviscosityofHPMCisdifferentandthedosageissame,thewaterconsumptionofcementmortarbasicremainsunchanged,volumeweightslightlyincreases,andwaterretentioncapacityincreaseswithviscosityincreaseofHPMC.

    摘 要:增大截面法加固的鋼筋混凝土梁屬于新舊材料二次組合梁,能否成為一個整體,關鍵取決于結合面能否充分傳遞剪力。為了確保新舊混凝土協同工作,剪力可靠傳遞,達到良好的加固效果,本文通過對三種不同結合面處理加固梁的力學性能進行了研究。結合面粘貼鋼絲網的處理方式,可以改善梁的受力性能,提高梁的承載力,加固效果好。 Abstract: Reinforced concrete beams reinforced by section enlargement method are new composite beams of old and new materials, whether they can become a whole, it depends on the joint surface whether it can fully transfer shear. In order to ensure the old and the new concrete working together, transfering shear reliably, and reaching a good reinforcement effect, the mechanical properties of reinforced beams strengthened by three different bonding surfaces are studied. The method of bonding steel wire mesh on the surface, which can improve the beam performance and the bearing capacity of the beam and achieve a good reinforcement effect.

    摘??要:研究了水灰比、玄武巖纖維摻量、纖維長度及養護制度等對活性粉末混凝土(RPC)早期強度和干縮性能的影響。研究結果表明,90℃蒸汽養護2d時,RPC強度隨著水灰比的增加逐漸降低,自然養護至28d時,RPC強度出現倒縮現象,當水灰比為0.17時,RPC28d強度為132.3MPa,干縮率為5.1×10-3。當纖維摻量為1.0%,長度為6mm時,RPC28d抗壓強度為135.7MPa,干縮率為1.3×10-3;90℃蒸養2d的RPC試件,28d強度最高,干縮最小。Abstract:Theinfluencesofwater-cementratio,basaltfiberdosage,fiberlengthandcuringsystemontheearlycompressivestrengthandshrinkageperformanceofRPCarestudied.Theresultsshowthat,after90℃curing24h,thestrengthofRPCisdecreasedwiththeincreaseofthewater-cementratio.Whenthenaturecuringisto28d,themortarstrengthisdecreasedandwhenthewater-cementratiois0.17,theshrinkagerateis5.1×10-3.Whenthefiberdosageis1.0%,lengthis6mm,the28dcompressivestrengthofRPCis131.9MPa,theshrinkagerateis1.3×10-3.When90℃curing2d,theRPChasahigherstrengthandlowerdryshrinkage.

    摘??要:通過抗拉、抗壓及抗彎性能試驗,研究了20mm短切玄武巖纖維對噴射混凝土力學性能的影響規律。結果表明,玄武巖纖維體積摻量在3kg/m3時,玄武巖纖維混凝土的力學性能最優,抗壓、抗拉、抗折強度的增幅可達33%、23%、40%,摻量再增加時力學性能下降。端鉤型鋼纖維摻量為20kg/m3時對混凝土各項力學性能的增幅僅為6%~8%,其效果弱于最佳摻量的玄武巖纖維混凝土?;炷灵_裂后,亂向分布的纖維會將力傳遞到裂縫兩側的表面,使裂縫的發展得到抑制,試件可以繼續受力,玄武巖纖維的橋聯作用對抑制濕噴混凝土開裂有較大的幫助。Abstract:Thetensile,compressiveandflexuraltestwerecarriedouttostudytheinfluencethat20mmshortBFhasonmechanicalpropertiesandmechanismofsprayedconcrete.TheresultsshowedthatwhentheBFvolumeis3kg/m3,ithastheoptimalmechanicalproperties.Theincreaseofcompressivestrength,tensilestrengthandflexuralstrengthreaches33%,23%and40%respectively.ThemechanicalpropertiesofBFRCweredecreasedwhenthedosagecontinuestoincrease.Whentheendhooktypesteelfibercontentis20kg/m3,themechanicalpropertiesofconcreteincreasedbyonly6%~8%,theeffectisweakerthantheoptimumdosageofBFRC.Aftercracking,therandomdistributionfiberwilltransfertheforcetothesurfaceofbothsidesofthecrack,thedevelopmentofthecrackcanberestrained,specimencancontinuetobearforce.ThebridgingeffectofBFhasgreathelponinhibitionofwetsprayedconcretecracking.
