摘 要:再生骨料性能一般低于天然骨料,為了提高再生骨料的性能,本文研究了再生混凝土骨料的強化技術,探討了再生骨料的化學強化技術對再生混凝土力學性能的影響。研究表明,再生骨料通過化學漿液強化后的性能可以得到一定的提升,其中采用硅藻土強化后延期成型的混凝土各項力學性能提升最為明顯。在配制中低強度混凝土時可以采用再生骨料替代天然骨料,來獲得更好的經濟效益和社會環境效益。
Abstract: Generally, the performance of recycled aggregate is lower than that of natural aggregate, in order to improve the performance of recycled aggregate, the reinforcement technology of recycled concrete aggregate is studied, exploring different chemical slurry reinforced method to improve the performance of recycled aggregate.The results show that after reinforced by chemical slurry, the performance of recycled aggregate concrete has been significantly improved. After reinforced by diatomaceous earth chemical slurry, the enhanced mechanical properties of concrete shows the most obvious upgrade. When compound medium and low strength concrete, recycled aggregate can substitute natural aggregate, to get a better economic and environmental benefits.
