    摘 要:傳統水泥砂漿保水性、黏聚性差,導致砂漿的收縮性大,抹面易開裂,施工性能差。加入一定量的橡膠粉,雖然在一定程度上降低水泥砂漿的強度,但是其抗裂性能得到大幅提升,同時有效利用了廢舊橡膠。研究了橡膠粒徑、摻量對水泥砂漿強度、抗裂性能的影響,結果表明,橡膠粒徑對水泥砂漿的影響起伏較大;一定范圍內,橡膠摻量越大,水泥砂漿的抗壓、抗折強度下降越大,但抗裂性能越強。 Abstract: The traditional cement mortar has a poor water retention and cohesiveness, which leads to a large shrinkage, easily cracking for plastering and a poor construction performance. Although adding a certain amount of rubber powder may reduce the strength of cement mortar to a certain extent, its crack resistance gets significantly improved and meanwhile, the waste rubber is made good use. The influence of rubber particle size and rubber content on the strength and crack resistance of cement mortar were studied, the results showed that, the influence of the rubber particle size on the cement mortar fluctuates strongly; within a certain range, the larger dosage of rubber, the bigger reduction in both compressive strength and flexural strength, the stronger in crack resistance of cement mortar.

    摘 要:磚塊作為再生混凝土粗骨料的成份之一,其含量高低可顯著影響混凝土拌合物的工作性能。為此,通過測定磚塊孔隙特征、不同磚塊含量的水泥漿體流變參數以及不同水灰比的水泥漿體中磚塊的吸、放水行為,掌握磚塊的影響規律。結果表明,磚塊特有的孔結構導致其對水泥顆粒吸附量可忽略不計,僅可能與水發生交換行為。在不同水灰比的漿體中,磚塊自身含水率將顯著影響其吸、放水行為。當漿體水灰比為0.3~0.5時,磚塊的平衡含水率約為9%~17%,且漿體水灰比越高,則磚塊平衡含水率越高。預示著當配制低強度等級混凝土時,可以提前對再生骨料進行飽水處理。磚塊摻量為10%以下時,磚塊飽水后摻入水泥漿中不會對水泥漿體的流變性能產生顯著影響。 Abstract: Brick is one of the coarse aggregate of recycled concrete; its content will probably effect the working performance of the concrete mixture. Therefore, the effect law can be known by the measure of brick pore feature, rheological parameters of cement pastes with different bricks content and the suction and drainage behavior of bricks in cement pastes with different water cement ratio. The results showed that, the unique pore structure of the brick leads to no adsorption of cement particles, which can only be exchanged with water. With different water cement ratio, the water content of the brick will significantly affect its suction and drainage behavior. When the water cement ratio is 0.3 to 0.5, the equilibrium moisture content of the bricks is 9% to 17%. The higher the water cement ratio, the higher equilibrium moisture content of bricks, which shows that, when prepare low strength concrete, pre-full-water treatment can be carried out on the recycled aggregate. When the content below 10%, bricks with full water have no effect on the mobility of the cement paste.

    摘 要:以再生細骨料取代率和溫度作為影響參數,設計并制作了45個標準立方體試塊進行抗壓強度試驗。觀察了試塊的破壞過程和破壞形態,實測了試塊的極限抗壓強度,分析了不同溫度下立方體抗壓強度與再生細骨料取代率的關系以及不同取代率下立方體抗壓強度與溫度的關系,討論了影響參數對于立方體抗壓強度的影響規律。結果表明:再生水泥砂漿的破壞過程和形態與天然水泥砂漿相似;當溫度達到400℃時,試塊無爆裂現象,但試塊的顏色變成了暗粉紅色;隨著再生細骨料的增加,試塊質量損失率增大;在恒溫3h的條件下,不同的溫度對立方體試塊抗壓強度的影響規律并不明顯。 Abstract: Taking the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate and temperature as the affect parameters, 45 standard cube test blocks were designed and produced to carry out compressive strength test. The failure process and failure mode of test blocks were observed. The limit of the cube compressive strength of test blocks were measured, the relations between cube compressive strength and recycled fine aggregate under different temperatures and the relations between cube compressive strength and temperatures under different replacement rates were also analyzed, the influence law that the parameters made on the cube compressive strength was discussed. The results showed that, the failure process and the failure mode of recycled fine aggregate cement mortar and the failure process and the failure mode of nature is similar; when the temperature reached 400℃, the block has no burst phenomenon, but the color of block turned into a dark pink; with the increase of recycled fine aggregate, the mass lose rate of block increase; the influence law that different temperature making on cube compressive strength of test block is not obvious when temperature keeps same for 3h.

    摘 要:針對坑外鄰近剛性樁復合地基條件下側向土壓力的計算,規范采用的是朗肯土壓力作圖法按天然地基計算,未能考慮樁體的荷載傳遞效應及附加應力隨深度的變化?;跇秱饶ψ枇Ψ植技僭O,采用Mindlin解和Boussinesq解分別求得樁體與樁間土產生的豎向附加應力,并結合Mohr-Coulomb強度準則,依據極限平衡法推導出既有剛性樁復合地基條件下主動土壓力強度計算公式,并將本文算法與規范算法和朗肯主動土壓力進行對比分析。結果表明,本文計算土壓力強度分布大于朗肯主動土壓力而遠小于規范計算值,并隨深度呈非線性分布,樁體的荷載傳遞效應會對樁端附近土體產生附加土壓力,0.5倍樁長范圍內僅考慮樁間土的附加土壓力。最后,通過室內模型試驗結果與本文計算結果進行對比,證明了所提算法的合理性與有效性。 Abstract: The Rankin’s active pressure calculated method of the standard under the condition of natural foundation is used to compute the lateral earth pressure adjacent to rigid pile composite foundation. It ignores the deep transfer function of pile load and the change of additional stress along depth. Based on the assumption of the lateral frictional resistance distribution, this paper combined M-C criterion and limit equilibrium method, use Mindlin solution and Boussinesq solution to calculate the vertical additional stress between piles and soil, meanwhile, the active earth pressure adjacent to rigid pile composite foundation is computed. This method is compared with the standard method and the Rankin’s active pressure. The results showed that the active pressure intensity is smaller than that is calculated by standard, and the distribution curve is nonlinear. At the same time, the active pressure intensity of pile tip is influenced by the transfer function of pile load, and with the scope of the 0.5 times of pile length only considers the influence of vertical addition stress of soil between piles. Finally, comparing the result of the indoor model test and calculation method in this article can verify the rationality and effectiveness of this method.

    摘 要:為了提高混凝土預制構件生產線效率,以臺灣新代的HC10A一體化控制器為控制核心,采用開放式數控系統的結構形式,設計了四軸置模機械手的控制系統。分析了機械手的結構與功能,在此基礎上設計了控制系統的硬件組成,實現了伺服電機的閉環控制,根據機械手工作流程的特點,完成了控制器的軟件編寫。該控制系統具有性能穩定、控制精度高、操作簡單、可靠性高、使用維護方便,易于實現機電一體化等優點,能滿足置模需求,符合工業應用要求。 Abstract: To improve the production efficiency of the concrete prefabricated parts production line, a control system for four axis motion of the manipulator is designed which uses the structure form of open CNC and takes HC10A integrated controller of SYNTEC as the control core. The structure and function of the manipulator are analyzed, and the hardware structure of the control system is designed on the basis of this. The software system is completed according to the requirement of the characteristic of the work flow. The control system has the advantages of simple operation, safe, efficient and stable, strong anti-interference ability, safe and stable performance, high control precision, which can meet the demand scale, in line with the industrial application requirements.

    摘??要:以水泥和白肥作為復合膠凝體系,研究了水泥-白肥-硫酸渣生產建筑砌塊的可行性。當白肥和水泥摻量均為20%~60%時,隨白肥與水泥質量比從1∶3逐步上升到3∶1,水泥-白肥-硫酸渣基建筑砌塊用水量從240mL逐步上升到342mL,干密度從1816kg/m3逐步下降到1410kg/m3,7d強度呈現先增長后下降趨勢,抗壓、抗折強度最高值分別為16.7MPa、3.0MPa,其機理為白肥與水泥水化產物Ca(OH)2反應生成羥基磷灰石,與C-S-H協同形成穩定的復合膠凝體系,可應用于砌塊生產中,變廢為寶。Abstract:Usingcementandwhitephosphorusfertilizerasthecompositioncementingsystem,thefeasibilityofproducingbuildingblocksbasedoncement,whitephosphorusfertilizerandpyritecinderwerestudied.Whencontentsofwhitephosphorusfertilizerandcementinblockswerebothfrom20%to60%,withwhitephosphorusfertilizercementratiorisingfrom1∶3to3∶1gradually,waterconsumptionofthebuildingblocksbasedoncement,whitephosphorusfertilizerandpyritecinderincreasedfrom240mLto342mL,drydensityoftheblocksdecreasedfrom1816kg/m3to1410kg/m3and7dstrengthpresentedafirstgrowingafterdecreasingtend,themaximumsofcompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthoftheblockswere16.7MPaand3.0MParespectively.ThemechanismisthatwhitephosphorusfertilizerreactwithcementhydrationproductCa(OH)2?togenerateCa10(PO4)6(OH)2,whichcouldformstablecompositegelledsystemcombinedwithC-S-H.Whenappliedsuccessfullyinblocks,thatcouldtransformwasteintotreasure.

    摘??要:泡沫混凝土因漿體密度小、黏度大、流動性較差,施工后需人工刮平作業。通過改變水灰比、外加劑,制備了A03~A05密度等級的不同流動性能的泡沫混凝土漿體,并研究了水灰比、外加劑對新拌泡沫混凝土漿體流變參數及流動性的影響。研究表明:水灰比增大,泡沫混凝土漿體極限剪切應力降低;減水劑摻量增加、促凝劑摻量降低均有利于泡沫混凝土漿體相對極限剪切應力與相對黏度的降低;增加水灰比,引入減水劑,有利于改善泡沫混凝土的流動性,實現新拌泡沫混凝土的自流平。Abstract:Duetothelowdensity,largeviscosityandpoorliquidity,foamedconcreteneedstobeleveled.FoamedconcreteswithA03~A05andvariousrheologicalpropertieswerepreparedbychangingw/canddosagesofadmixtures,theeffectsofw/candadmixturesontheflowabilityandrheologicalparameterswerestudied.Theresultsshowedthattherelativeyieldstressdecreasingwiththeincreasingw/c,decreasingrelativeyieldstressandrelativeviscositycanbeachievedbyincreasingwaterreduceranddecreasingset-accelerator.Increasingw/candaddingwaterreducerarebeneficialtoimprovethefluidityoffoamedconcrete.Self-flowingfoamedconcretecanbeachieved.

    摘??要:為探索開孔泡沫混凝土對Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附性能影響,以普通硅酸鹽水泥作為膠凝材料制備400kg/m3的開孔泡沫混凝土,采用靜態吸附法研究開孔泡沫混凝土對Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附性能影響,并對其吸附動力學和熱力學進行研究。結果表明:開孔泡沫混凝土對Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附效率[100mL含Cr(Ⅲ)溶液初始濃度為50mg/L]可達98.53%;開孔泡沫混凝土對Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附過程符合準二級吸附動力學模型,不同溫度下吸附過程均符合Langmuir等溫吸附模型;開孔泡沫混凝土對Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附是一個熵推動的自發過程。因此,將開孔泡沫混凝土用于吸附廢水中Cr(Ⅲ)具有一定可行性。Abstract:Inordertostudytheeffectofcell-openfoamconcreteontheadsorptionpropertiesofCr(Ⅲ),OPCwasusedasthecementitiousmaterialtopreparethe400kg/m3cell-openfoamconcrete,thestaticadsorptionmethodwasusedinthestudyandthekineticsandthermodynamicsadsorptionwasstudied.TheresultsshowedthattheCr(Ⅲ)adsorptionrateofcell-openfoamconcrete[theinitialconcentrationofCr(Ⅲ)was50mg/Lper100mL]canbe98.53%;thisadsorptionprocessfollowedthepseudosecond-orderkineticmodel,theadsorptionprocessatdifferenttemperaturesfollowedLangmuirisothermmodel.Theadsorptionprocesswasaspontaneousprocess,whichindicatedthatthecell-openfoamconcretecanbeusedforadsorbingtheCr(Ⅲ)ofthewastewater.

    摘??要:為了研究納米SiO2摻量對混雜纖維混凝土結構抗震性能的影響,建立彈性約束和固定約束相結合的模型,綜合運用結構動力學分析方法,應用ANSYSWORKBENCH有限元分析軟件,采用美國EI-Centro南北方向振動加速度,進行地震響應分析計算。根據求解云圖,發現摻量為總質量0.36%的納米SiO2混雜纖維混凝土抗震效果最好,相對于不摻納米SiO2的混凝土形變位移減小3.4%~3.6%。Abstract:Inordertostudytheinfluenceofnano-SiO2contentontheseismicperformanceofhybridfiberconcretestructure,theseismicresponseanalysiswascarriedoutwiththeestablishedmodelofelasticrestraintandfixedconstraintusingthefiniteelementanalysissoftwareANSYSWORKBENCH,inwhichthestructuraldynamicanalysismethodandtheEI-Centrovibrationaccelerationinnorthandsouthdirectionhavebeenused.Accordingtothesolutionofthecloudmap,thebestseismicperformancehasbeenfoundwithadding0.36%nano-SiO2tothehybridfiberconcrete,whenthedeformationdisplacementreduced3.4%~3.6%withnonano-SiO2.

    摘 要:通過不同鋼纖維摻量對不同錨固長度下的活性粉末混凝土進行黏結性能測試,得到鋼纖維摻量和錨固長度的變化對黏結應力的影響結果,并對各種變量對其錨固應力的影響進行了分析。研究表明,隨著鋼纖維摻量的逐漸增加,黏結應力也逐漸增加,當鋼纖維摻量為0.2%時,黏結強度增長趨勢出現拐點,此時黏結強度和經濟性均為最佳;隨著錨固長度的增加,黏結強度逐漸降低;使用ABAQUS有限元模擬分析,得到混凝土內部受力狀態與實際裂縫分布吻合。Abstract: The bond performance of the reactive powder concrete was tested under the different dosage of steel fibre and different anchorage length, the results under the different dosage and anchorage length of steel fiber were gotten, the influence of various variables on the anchorage stress were analyzed. The results showed that, the bond stress increases gradually with the increase of steel fiber content, when the steel fiber content is 0.2%, the growth trend of bond strength has an inflection point, the bond strength and economy are the best. With the increase of anchorage length, bond strength decreased gradually. By using ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis, the inside stress which was consistent with the actual fracture distribution was gotten.
