    摘 要:通過在高鋁水泥中摻入不同摻量(5%、10%、15%、20%)的石灰石、石膏、粉煤灰、礦渣四種礦物摻合料,研究其對高鋁水泥的強度影響及水化作用機理。結果表明,四種摻合料均能不同程度抑制高鋁水泥后期強度倒縮;石灰石、石膏、粉煤灰、礦渣的最佳摻量分別為10%、15%、5%、5%。摻入10%的石灰石、15%的石膏時,高鋁水泥的3d強度分別提高6.80%、4.25%,28d強度分別提高11.63%、8.80%;摻入5%的粉煤灰時,28d強度提高9.91%;礦渣的摻入不能提高高鋁水泥各齡期強度。 Abstract: In order to study the effect of mineral admixture on strength and hydration mechanism of high alumina cement, four kinds of mineral admixture of different dosage(5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) of limestone, gypsum, fly ash and slag were used to replace high alumina cement paste. The results showed that the four kinds of admixtures are different degree of inhibition of high alumina cement later strength reduction. The optimum quantity of limestone, gypsum, fly ash and slag is 10%, 15%, 5% and 5% respectively. When 10% limestone, 15% gypsum were used to replace high alumina cement paste, the compressive strength of high alumina cement at 3d was improved 6.80% and 4.25% respectively, and the compressive strength at 28d increased by 11.63% and 8.80% respectively. When 5% fly ash was used to replace high alumina cement paste, the compressive strength at 28d was improved 9.91%. Slag can’t improve high aluminum cement strength.

    摘??要:研究了不同摻量的石灰石粉對堿礦渣水泥砂漿流動性和力學性能的影響。結果表明,石灰石粉摻量在0~50%時,隨著摻量的增加,砂漿的流動性增大;當石灰石粉摻量為20%時,砂漿3d、7d和28d抗壓強度較基準組分別提高3.1%、4.5%、9.0%,28d抗折強度提高10.0%,即在堿礦渣水泥砂漿中摻入20%的石灰石粉對強度是最為有利的。SEM研究表明,水化早期石灰石粉只起到一定的填充作用,但隨著水化齡期的延長,石灰石粉參與了水化,水化產物的數量增加,砂漿的密實性和強度提高。Abstract:Theinfluence?ofdifferentdosageoflimestonepowderonliquidityandmechanicalpropertyofalkaliactivatedslag-limestonemortarisinvestigated.Theresultsshowthatfluidityofmortarwasincreasedwiththeincreasingoflimestonepowdercontentwhen0~50%limestonepowderwasadded.And?whenthelimestonedosagewas20%,the3d,7dand28dcompressivestrengthofmortarincreasedby3.1%,4.5%and9.0%and28dflexuralstrengthincreasedby10.0%respectivelycompaedwithcontrolgroup.Namelyadding20%limestonepowderinalkaliactivatedslagcementmortarisbestforstrength.Inaddition,theresultsshowedbySEMindicatethatlimestonepowderisjustforthefillingeffectintheearlyhydration,butwiththeprolongingofhydrationtime,limestonepowderparticipatedintheprocessofwaterhydration,theamountofthehydrationproductsincreasedandthecompactness?andstrengthofmortarsalsoincreased.

    摘 要:采用鹽霧試驗箱進行臨海結構混凝土鹽霧干濕循環條件下抗氯離子侵蝕性能的相關研究,系統研究了干濕循環制度、鹽霧濃度以及礦物摻合料摻量等影響因素。研究結果表明,干濕時間比越大,氯離子含量越大,氯離子侵蝕越嚴重;鹽霧濃度越大,氯離子含量越高;粉煤灰、磨細礦渣的摻入可提高臨海結構混凝土材料抗氯離子侵蝕性能,粉煤灰摻量不宜超過40%,當粉煤灰和磨細礦渣摻量各25%時,氯離子含量最低,臨海結構混凝土抗氯離子侵蝕性能最佳。 Abstract: Salt spray chamber was used to study on resistance to chloride corrosion performance of coastal structural concrete under salt spray dry-wet cycle. The influence factors including dry-wet cycle system, salt concentration and mineral admixture dosage were studied systematically. The results show that chloride ion content increases with the increase of the dry-wet time ratio or salt concentration. The resistance to chloride ion penetration performance of coastal structural concrete can be improved by using fly ash and slag. The content of fly ash should not exceed 40%. The chloride ion content is lowest, when fly ash and slag is each 25% of binder, the coastal structural concrete obtain the best resistance to chloride ion penetration performance.

    摘 要:鉆孔咬合樁施工技術已在地下工程圍護結構中得到廣泛應用且技術越來越成熟,但對于咬合樁所使用的超緩凝混凝土的相關技術研究相對較少。為確保咬合樁順利施工,開展了針對超緩凝混凝土配合比設計、凝結時間影響因素、超緩凝混凝土咬合樁施工時間確定方法等方面的研究。研究結果表明,多種因素會造成超緩凝混凝土凝結時間產生偏差;應采取科學方法確定超緩凝混凝土的凝結時間;在超緩凝混凝土工程應用前,應進行詳細交底,避免出現因對重要技術指標理解上的差異而造成工程質量問題。 Abstract:Drilling occlusive pile construction technology has been widely used in underground engineering envelope structure and the technology is more and more mature, but the research on the super-retarder concrete used in the occlusive pile is relatively few. In order to ensure the smooth construction of occlusive pile, the research on super-retarder concrete mix design, influence factors of setting time, determination method of construction time of super-retarder concrete occlusive pile and so on are carried out. The results of the study show that many factors may cause super-retarder concrete setting time deviation, a scientific approach should be used to determine the setting time of super-retarder concrete, and before super-retarder concrete engineering application, the key technology should be detailed explanation to avoid causing engineering quality problems by different understandings on important indicators.

    摘 要:以工程常見幾類典型水洗劣質砂為研究對象,分別探討了干涸河床水洗砂、駱馬湖砂(含蒙脫土泥質)、頁巖及片麻巖水洗機制砂對混凝土的工作性能及力學性能的影響。結果表明,含泥量最低的駱馬湖砂對減水劑的需求量最高,混凝土拌合物的流動性損失最大;水洗河砂少量的含泥量對混凝土的泌水及力學性能影響較??;兩類水洗機制砂所配制的混凝土泌水率明顯高于河砂,且含氣量較低;片麻巖機制砂混凝土的抗壓強度最低,隨著混凝土強度等級的提升其泌水現象有所減輕,但是抗壓強度與河砂的差距愈加顯著。 Abstract: Focusing on several typical inferior sands in engineering, the sand of washing dry river bed, the Luomahu sand and the manufactured sands of shale and gneiss were discussed on their influence on concrete, including fresh concrete performance and mechanical property. The results show that, the Luomahu sand which has the least mud content has the most demand of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and it has the highest slump loss. The small amount of silt content of washing dry river bed sand has little effect on bleeding rate and mechanical strength of concrete. Both of the manufactured sands have higher bleeding rate and lower air content than the river sands. The concrete of gneiss manufactured sand has the lowest compressive strength, and the bleeding rate reduces and the gap of concrete compressive strength between gneiss manufactured sand and river sand become wider as the concrete grade increases.

    摘 要:從細觀層次對混凝土材料的滲透特性進行了研究,并分析了細觀組成對混凝土材料整體滲透特性的影響,分別對3個不同強度等級、6種配合比的混凝土中砂漿相制成的試件進行了抗滲試驗。通過試驗研究了混凝土中砂漿相滲透系數隨水灰比及灰砂比產生的變化,并通過與前人進行的混凝土、巖石抗滲試驗結果進行對比,分析了混凝土細觀組分對其整體滲透特性的影響,證明了界面過渡區是混凝土內部滲流的主要通道。 Abstract: In order to study the permeability of concrete from the mesoscopic level, and analyze the influence of the microstructure on the overall permeability of concrete, the anti-permeability tests are carried out on 3 different strength grades, namely 6 kinds of mixing proportions. Through the test, the changes of mortar phase permeability coefficient with different water cement ratios and cement sand ratios are studied, and by comparing with the concrete and rock permeability test results that are previously studies by others, the influence of concrete component of the overall permeability is analyzed, and the interfacial transition zone is proved to be the main channel of inside concrete seepage.

    摘 要:根據PCCP(預應力鋼筒混凝土管)插口端內壁混凝土環裂產生機理,從管道結構設計出發,提出了高工壓、雙層纏絲管道PCCP插口內壁混凝土的抗裂措施。該措施同時采用在插口異形鋼環外側預留變形縫、插口管芯內襯鋼環以及插口內壁使用鋼纖維混凝土等三種手段,通過提高插口抗彎能力、降低纏絲附加彎矩而實現插口內壁抗裂。建立了高工壓、雙層纏絲PCCP的三維非線性有限元模型,模擬了管道生產中的典型受力情況,分析了管道的應力和變形規律,并與無抗裂措施的管道進行了對比。結果表明,所提出的PCCP插口內壁混凝土的抗裂措施可以大大改善高工壓、雙層纏絲PCCP插口內壁混凝土的環裂問題。 Abstract: According to the circumferential cracking mechanisms of the inner wall of spigot in the prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP), the anti-crack measures are put forward for the structural design of PCCP. For the pipes with the higher internal pressure and double wire wrapped structure, the deformation joint is adopted in the outside of spigot shaped steel rings, and steel ring is lined in the inner wall of the core concrete, and the steel fiber reinforced concrete is used in the spigot simultaneously. To investigate the effectiveness of the anti-cracking measures, the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element models are established respectively to analyze the strain/stress and deformation of the pipe. In comparison with the existing pipes, the residue flexural strength of spigot is improved by using the anti-cracking measures in the PCCP.

    摘 要:以高強高性能預制樁混凝土為對象,研究了不同養護制度、不同摻合料以及防腐劑對高強高性能預制樁混凝土耐久性的影響。試驗結果表明,采用免壓蒸養護工藝制度,通過雙摻礦粉和粉煤灰可以明顯改善混凝土的微孔隙結構,進而有效提高管樁混凝土的耐久性能。 Abstract: Taking the high strength and high performance precast pile concrete as the research object, the effect of different curing system, different admixtures and preservative on the durability of the precast pile concrete is studied. Experimental results show that the micro-pore structure of concrete of the precast pile produced using non-autoclave curing and double mixing slag powder and fly ash can be improved effectively, and its durability can be increased.

    摘 要:混凝土管承口成型質量對整管使用壽命及其管連接密封性有重要影響。為提高當前承口成型質量,指導承口振動成型制造工藝改進,在承口成型工藝實現過程分析基礎上,建立了立式徑向擠壓制管機承口振動系統總體模型;并根據承口幾何特征變化,研究了承口處水泥質量連續變化規律,進而得到了承口振動成型系統的確定數學模型,此外,還仿真分析了不同成型速度、不同直徑下承口振動過程中系統的振動頻譜特性及固有頻率的演變過程。結果表明,隨成型過程中承口質量增加,系統振動固有頻率減小,系統阻尼系數增大,需要提供更大的振動激勵頻率。 Abstract: The quality of concrete pipe bellmouths has important influence on the leakproofness of connecting parts and the service life of pipes. In order to improve the quality of current bellmouths and guide the improvement of vibration molding technology, the overall model of the bellmouth vibration molding system of the vertical radial extrusion equipment is built on the analysis of the bellmouth molding process, and the mathematical model of the bellmouth vibration molding system is confirmed based on the research about the continuous change rule of the bellmouth weight. In addition, a simulation that used to analyze the evolution process of the system vibration spectral characteristic and natural frequency during the bellmouth vibration molding process with different molding speeds and different sizes of concrete pipe moulds is carried out. The research results show that with the increase of the bellmouth weight during the molding process, the system vibration natural frequency decreases, while the system damping factor increases and higher vibration frequency should be provided.
