    摘 要:對不同摻量橡膠再生混凝土的軸壓強度和彈性模量進行了測定,并對比了普通混凝土與普通再生混凝土的軸壓強度與彈性模量,分析了橡膠粉對再生混凝土軸壓強度和彈性模量的影響,使用掃描電鏡對混凝土的微觀結構進行研究。結果表明,橡膠粉會降低再生混凝土的軸壓強度和彈性模量,增大孔隙率并改變孔隙結構。當橡膠粉摻量控制在5%時,橡膠再生混凝土可以滿足使用強度要求,且有較好的延性;當橡膠粉摻量超過7%時,由于強度損失過大,橡膠再生混凝土不適合工程應用。 Abstract: The axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of recycled concrete with different dosage of rubber powder were measured, the axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of ordinary concrete and ordinary concrete with recycled concrete were contrasted, effects of rubber powder on axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of recycled concrete were analyzed, micro structure of concrete was studied by SEM. The results showed that, rubber powder would decrease axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of recycled concrete, that would enhance porosity and change its pore structure at the same time. When dosage of rubber powder is controlled at 5%, rubber recycled concrete could meet strength requirements and had good ductility; when dosage exceeded 7%, rubber recycled concrete was not suitable for engineering applications as large loss of strength.

    摘 要:為提高普通混凝土路面的早期強度、抗彎性能,縮短養護時間,運用正交試驗方法對9組鋼纖維橡膠路面混凝土和一組普通混凝土試件分別進行了齡期3d和28d抗壓強度和抗折強度試驗,通過直觀分析和方差分析,考察各因素對路面混凝土抗壓和抗折強度的影響。結果表明,修補劑、鋼纖維、40目橡膠粉在低摻量下,鋼纖維橡膠路面混凝土的最佳配比為修補劑摻量15%,鋼纖維體積率0.5%,橡膠粉摻量5.0%。修補劑對鋼纖維橡膠路面混凝土的抗壓和抗折強度影響最大,最高可提高強度的68.6%;鋼纖維對抗折強度的影響程度高于橡膠粉;鋼纖維和橡膠粉對抗壓強度無明顯影響,加入適量的鋼纖維和橡膠粉可提高混凝土的抗折強度及彎曲韌性。 Abstract: In order to improve the early strength and flexural performance of ordinary concrete pavement, and shorten curing time, compressive strength and flexural strength experiment for 3d and 28d of 9 groups of steel fiber reinforced rubber pavement concrete specimens and a set of common concrete specimen were carried out by orthogonal experiment method. Through the intuitive analysis and variance analysis, the influence of various factors on compressive and flexural strength of pavement concrete were investigated. The results showed that, at low dosages of repairing adhesive, steel fiber and 40 mesh rubber powder, the best proportion of steel fiber reinforced rubber pavement concrete for repairing adhesive content was 15%, steel fiber volume rate was 0.5%, and rubber powder content was 5.0%. The largest effects on compressive strength and flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced pavement concrete is repairing adhesive, the largest strength can be increased by 68.6%. The influence degree of steel fiber on flexural strength is higher than rubber powder, steel fiber and rubber powder had no significant effect for compressive strength, and adding suitable amount of fiber and rubber powder can improve flexural strength and flexural toughness of concrete.

    摘 要:通過極差分析和功效系數分析研究了鉬尾礦與水泥的質量比、 PC減水劑用量及水灰比對鉬尾礦骨料混凝土抗折強度以及抗壓強度的影響。結果表明:當鉬尾礦與水泥的質量比為4:6,PC減水劑摻入量為水泥量的0.5%,水灰比為0.25時,可制得28d抗折強度達到11.25MPa、抗壓強度達到45.5MPa的鉬尾礦混凝土,符合國家標準抗壓強度MU30等級的要求。 Abstract: Through range analysis and efficiency coefficient, the influences of molybdenum tailings and cement mass ratio, PC superplasticizer dosage and water-cement ratio on flexural strength and compressive strength of molybdenum tailings concrete were studied. The results showed that, when mass ratio of molybdenum tailings and cement is 4:6, dosage of PC superplasticizer is 0.5% amount of cement, water-cement ratio is 0.25, the flexural strength can be obtained 11.25MPa in 28d, compressive strength of molybdenum tailings concrete is 45.5MPa, which meets MU30 level for compressive strength of national standard.

    摘 要:現有碳纖維布(CFRP)預應力張拉設備結構復雜,施工繁瑣,不能夠滿足現場施工要求。試驗研究發現,僅粘貼一層碳纖維布對被加固構件的性能提升很小,不能滿足加固要求。通過試驗研究,研發了一種可以對雙層碳纖維布同時張拉的加固方法和施工工藝,并采用預緊螺栓錨固鋼板對碳纖維布錨固,對9根試驗梁進行了試驗。結果表明,該張拉設備操作方便,施工快捷,可大大提高施工效率,通過錨固措施,可有效防止碳纖維布在加載過程中發生滑移和大面積剝離現象。 Abstract: The existing CFRP pre-stressed streching equipment with complex structure, construction tedious, can not satisfy site construction requirements. Experimental research found that, only a piece of carbon fiber can’t enhance performance of the strengthened beam, which can not meet requirements of reinforcement. Through experimental research, a double CFRP can be tensioned reinforcement methods and construction technology at the same time, which is used by preloaded bolt anchorage steel to anchorage the CFRP, and experiment of 9 test beams is studied. The results show that, the tensioning device is easy to operate, quick construction, and can greatly improve efficiency of construction, which can effectively prevent the CFRP in process of loading slip and large area of stripping phenomenon by anchoring measures.

    摘 要:針對現有混凝土振搗設備不能較好地滿足PC 構件的柔性化生產需求問題,設計了一種多功能、滿足中低頻振動的混凝土振動臺。對振動臺的中頻和低頻部分進行了結構設計,為確定振動臺低頻部分的主要尺寸和運動規律,對并聯機構進行了運動學求解,得到了驅動桿輸入和動平臺的位置、速度和加速度的關系,最后對振動臺并聯機構的布局進行了分析。該振動臺采用振動電機和并聯機構兩種振動方式實現了中低頻振搗,具有工作頻率范圍大、承載能力強的特點,有效提高了混凝土的振搗質量與效率。 Abstract:Because the existing concrete vibration equipment cannot better meet the need of the PC component flexible production, a new multi-function concrete vibrostand is designed. The structure of the vibrostand in the middle and low frequency is designed and analyzed. In order to determine the main size and movement of the low-frequency part of the shaking table, kinematics solution of parallel mechanism is discussed, and the position relation and the movement relation between the moving platform and the driving rod are obtained, and the layout of the vibrostand is also analyzed. Two vibration modes of the vibration motor and parallel mechanism are combined to realize the low and middle frequency vibration. The vibrostand has many advantages, such as large operating frequency range, heavy-load capability, and improve the quality and efficiency of the vibration of the concrete.

    摘 要:研究了輕骨料種類、粒徑、摻量對輕骨料多孔混凝土抗壓強度、導熱系數、吸水率、干燥收縮的影響。研究結果表明,輕骨料的筒壓強度越高,輕骨料多孔混凝土的抗壓強度越高;粒徑較小的輕骨料在漿體中分布更為均勻,不易出現上浮現象,抗壓強度更高;適量的輕骨料可增加輕骨料混凝土的抗壓強度、降低多孔混凝土的導熱系數;輕骨料的合理使用可以降低多孔混凝土吸水率與干燥收縮值,提高輕骨料多孔混凝土的耐久性。 Abstract: The effect of lightweight aggregate type, particle size, content on the compressive strength, thermal conductivity, water absorption, drying shrinkage of the lightweight aggregate porous concrete were studied. Compared with lightweight aggregate concrete, the results showed that, the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate is increased with the increase of the cylinder pressure strength of the lightweight aggregate porous concrete. The light aggregate with smaller particle size distributes uniformly can increase the compressive strength. Appropriate lightweight aggregate concrete can increase the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete and reduce the thermal conductivity of porous concrete. The reasonable use of lightweight aggregate can reduce the water absorption and drying shrinkage of the porous concrete and improve the durability of lightweight aggregate concrete.

    摘??要:以免煅燒脫硫石膏-粉煤灰-礦粉復合膠凝材料為基材,將廢棄泡沫玻璃邊角料、?;⒅榈缺夭牧献鳛檩p質骨料摻入,制備保溫材料。測試了保溫材料的干表觀密度、立方體抗壓強度、導熱系數等性能指標,并通過SEM進行界面微觀形貌觀察。結果表明:所制備保溫材料的干表觀密度最小可達到410kg/m3,立方體抗壓強度均達到0.5MPa以上,導熱系數在0.06~0.09W/(m·K)之間,均滿足現行標準要求。Abstract:TakingFGDgypsum-flyash-slagpowderasbasematerial,foamglassandglazedhollowbeadweremixedaslightweightaggregatetoprepareinsulationmaterials.Dryapparentdensity,cubecrushingstrengthandthermalconductivityofthermalinsulationmaterialweretested,interfacemicrostructurewereanalyzedbySEM.Theresultsshowedthat,theminimumdrydensityis410kg/m3,allcubecrushingstrengthcanreachmorethan0.5MPaandthethermalconductivityis0.06~0.09W/(m·K),theaboveallmeetwiththerequirementsofcurrentstandards.

    摘??要:以鋯硅渣為摻合料、普通硅酸鹽水泥為主要膠凝材料,雙氧水為發泡劑制備了發泡水泥。通過水泥膠砂強度和凈漿流動度試驗,研究了鋯硅渣的最佳煅燒溫度和適宜摻量。同時,對鋯硅渣發泡水泥的性能及孔結構進行了探究。結果表明,鋯硅渣最佳煅燒溫度為450℃,摻量為5%,雙氧水用量為3.6%時,制備的鋯硅渣發泡水泥制品干密度為450kg/m3,7d抗壓強度為3.6MPa,28d抗壓強度為4.2MPa,導熱系數為0.0903W/(m·K),均達到蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊同密度等級優等品的技術指標要求。Abstract:ThefoamingcementwaspreparedwiththemainmaterialsofZr-containedsilicaresidueasadmixture,theordinaryPortlandcementasthecementingmaterial,thehydrogenperoxideasthefoamingagent.TheoptimalcalcinationtemperatureandthedosageofZr-containedsilicaresiduewereobtainedthroughthecementmortarexperimentandcementpastefluidity.Meanwhile,thepropertiesandporestructureoffoamedcementofZr-containedsilicaresiduewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthat,theoptimalcalciningtemperatureandtheappropriatedosageofZr-containedsilicaresiduewere450°Cand5%respectively.Whenthedosageofhydrogenperoxidewas3.6%,thedensityofthesampleis450kg/m3,7dofthecompressivestrengthis3.6MPa,28dofthecompressivestrengthis4.2MPa,andthermalconductivityis0.0903W/(m·K),whichcouldmeettherequirementsofsuperiorproductslevelofthestandardofautoclavedaeratedconcreteblock.

    摘 要:基于勁性環梁式鋼管混凝土柱-鋼筋混凝土梁節點的低周往復荷載試驗及ABAQUS有限元數值模擬結果, 分析了節點試件的滯回特性,通過對有限元計算結果進行回歸分析,考慮剛度退化的影響,提出了勁性環梁式鋼管混凝土節點的三折線恢復力模型,該恢復力模型包括骨架曲線模型和具有剛度退化規律的滯回規則。最后將所提出的恢復力模型和試驗所得曲線進行比較,結果符合較好。建立的恢復力模型可用于勁性環梁式鋼管混凝土框架節點的彈塑性分析。 Abstract: According to the results of low cyclic loading tests and ABAQUS finite element analysis, the hysteretic characteristics of steel reinforced ring-beam connections of concrete filled steel column and RC beam are analyzed. A trilinear hysteretic restoring force model considering rigidity degradation is proposed by regression analysis of the finite element calculation results, which includes a skeleton curve model and a hysteresis rule with rigidity degradation law. The compared results show that the proposed restoring force model agrees with the test curves well. The model can be used to elastic-plastic analysis of steel reinforced ring-beam connections of concrete filled steel column frame.
