    摘??要:試驗以非晶態鋁酸鈣為主要礦相、復合Na2SO4、CaSO4·2H2O、NaAlO2等物質,制備了一種低堿高性能粉體速凝劑。通過正交試驗和極差分析研究了四種物質復配對水泥凈漿凝結時間的影響,通過正交試驗結果得出最優配比為67%非晶態鋁酸鈣、18%Na2SO4、8%CaSO4·2H2O、6.2%NaAlO2。新型速凝劑在水泥中的摻量為3.5%~5%時,其各項指標均滿足JC477—2005標準中合格品的要求;當摻量為3.5%~4.5%時,新型速凝劑的各項指標均滿足JC477—2005標準中一等品的要求。新型速凝劑摻量為4%,水泥初凝時間為2min26s,終凝時間為4min55s,1d抗壓強度19.1MPa,28d抗壓強度比為90%。Abstract:Anewtypeoflowalkalihigh-performancepowderacceleratorwassynthesizedbytheorganiccomplexofusingamorphouscalciumaluminate,Na2SO4,CaSO4·2H2OandNaAlO2.Thispaperwasstudiedbyorthogonalexperimentandrangeanalysisoffoursubstancesafterinvestigatingtheinfluenceofthecementsettingtime.Theresultsshowthattheoptimummixproportionis67%amorphouscalciumaluminate,18%Na2SO4,8%CaSO4·2H2Oand6.2%NaAlO2.Thedosageofnewaccleratorincementis3.5%~5%,eachindexofpropertiesmeetstherequirementsofJC477—2005standard.TheinitialsettingtimeandfinalsettingtimeofthePortlandcementaddedwith4%acceleratorareremarkableshortenedto2min26sand4min55srespectively,andthe1dcompressivestrengthreaches19.1MPa;meanwhileitprovidesashighas90%retentionof28dcompressivestrength.

    摘??要:采用異丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、馬來酸酐(MA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)等作為合成的主要原材料,直接聚合制得一種緩釋型聚羧酸減水劑。探討了摻入不同單體、采用不同投料方式及不同氧化還原體系對合成的減水劑減水性能和緩釋性能的影響,并且通過引入一種新的氧化劑,最終得到一種低溫合成減水劑的方法。Abstract:Usingisobutylenealcoholethoxylates,maleicanhydride,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonicacidmonomerasthemainsynthesisrawmaterials,acontrol-releasedtypepolycarboxylatesuperplasticizerisdirectlypolymerized.Theimpactsofincorporationofdifferentmonomers,usingdifferentfeedingmethodsanddifferentoxidation-reductionsystemonwater-reducingpropertyandcontrol-releasedpropertyofsyntheticsuperplasticizerarediscussed.Andbyintroducinganewkindofoxidizingagent,alow-temperaturesynthesismethodforwaterreducingagentisobtained.

    摘 要:通過測試不同花崗巖粉取代率的RPC在標準養護制度下力學性能的變化規律及微觀結構的變化,研究了不同花崗巖粉取代率對RPC力學性能及微觀結構的影響。結果表明,在標準養護條件下,隨著花崗巖粉取代率的增加,與未取代的對比組相比較,RPC的力學性能能夠滿足取代前的要求;花崗巖粉完全取代石英粉標準養護28d后,只摻花崗巖粉的RPC組與只摻石英粉的基準組RPC,水化產物的微觀形貌均以長度約3μm的針棒狀C-S-H為主,兩者的水化產物Ca/Si相差很??;標準養護RPC的孔結構以無害孔、少害孔為主。 Abstract: Based on the test of reactive powder concrete (RPC) with different granite powder replacement ratios, the mechanical properties and micro-structural effect on the standard curing RPC were investigated. Results show that, under the condition of standard curing, along with the increase of granite powder replacement ratio, the mechanical properties of RPC can satisfy the requirements of the former. After standard curing 28d, granite powder completely replaces quartz powder, compared with the case of no replacing, the microstructure of hydration products is given priority to the needle bar of C-S-H, which the length of the C-S-H is about 3μm with slightly different in Ca/Si ratio. Standard curing RPC pore structure is given priority to with harmless hole and little hole. The RPC pore structure was improved after quartz powder was replaced by granite powder.

    摘 要:以過硫酸銨(APS)為引發劑,異戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、甲基丙烯磺酸鈉(SMAS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、改性丙烯酸酯類化合物(MAE)為原料,利用自由基共聚反應制備早強型聚羧酸系減水劑。運用正交試驗分析法,探討了原料比例、用量等因素對減水劑性能的影響,綜合考慮得出最佳配方。相比市售減水劑,利用最佳配方自制的早強型聚羧酸系減水劑具有更高的減水率和更好的分散性,且混凝土的早期強度明顯提高。 Abstract: The early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized with isoamyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium methylallyl sulfonate, acrylamide, acrylic, modified acrylic ester compounds and the initiator of ammonium persulfate by free-radical copolymerization. The effects of the ratio and dosage of raw material on the performances of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were investigated by orthogonal test. And the optimal prescription is made certain by holistic consideration. Compared with commercial polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared under optimal prescription has higher water-reducing, dispersibility and excellent early strength.

    摘 要:主要采用單摻抗油劑、雙摻礦物摻合料兩種方法進行了試驗,并且結合上述兩種方法的優缺點改進了配制抗油混凝土的方法,采用HYK抗油劑與礦物摻合料進行復摻的方法配制抗油混凝土,效果優于上述兩種方式。試驗主要研究不同HYK抗油劑摻量、HYK抗油劑與礦物摻合料復摻、礦物摻合料復摻條件對抗油混凝土抗油性能的影響,從混凝土強度增長率、機油滲透率、滲透深度等抗油性能指標表征混凝土的抗油性能,得出C40混凝土中硅灰摻量為6%左右,粉煤灰摻量為15%左右,HYK摻量為6%左右時,混凝土的抗油性能最佳。 Abstract: Methods of testing concrete mainly adopts single mixing agent and double mixed mineral admixture, and combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the above two methods to improve the oil resistance of concrete, the oil resistance of concrete is better than the above two ways by using the methods of HYK agent and mineral admixture mixed. The different influences of the HYK agent dosage, HYK agent and mineral admixture mixed, mineral admixture mixed on the oil resistance of concrete are studied, the oil-resistance of concrete is characterized from the strength growth rate, oil permeability, oil penetrating depth and so on. Results show that the oil resistance properties of C40 concrete?is the best when silica fume content about 6%, fly ash content about 15% and HYK content about 6%.

    摘 要:節段預制拼裝橋梁的預制混凝土構件對變形控制具有較高要求,需要混凝土構件具有較好的體積穩定性,并能抑制早期裂縫。本文針對節段預制混凝土構件性能要求,通過對南京長江四橋引橋、蕪湖長江大橋引橋、蘇通大橋引橋等代表性工程的節段預制混凝土原材料指標和配合比設計關鍵參數進行了廣泛調研,并結合國內外相關規范,提出了節段預制混凝土原材料優選原則和配合比優化設計方案。 Abstract: Segmental precast concrete component have higher requirements for deformation control, which requires the concrete component has a better volume stability and early cracking resistance. Through the survey of existing Nanjing Fourth Bridge, Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge, Sutong Bridge about segmental precast concrete raw material index and the key mix proportion design parameters, and combined with the national standard, the principle of optimization of raw material and optimum design scheme are put forward in this paper.

    摘 要:對三種不同規格的RPC蓋板分別用GB 26537—2011《鋼纖維混凝土檢查井蓋》附錄B和南方電網《電纜溝蓋板標準技術標書》中規定的承載能力試驗方法進行了測試并對比分析。結果表明:采用GB 26537—2011方法測得的蓋板裂縫荷載和破壞荷載均高于電力行業方法所測結果,但國標方法測試時蓋板內部鋼筋不屈服,且在加載后期蓋板的受力狀態與實際不符,因此,建議采用電力行業方法作為活性粉末混凝土電纜溝蓋板承載能力測試方法。 Abstract: The three different sizes of Reactive Powder Concrete cover using the bearing capacity test methods referred to the appendix B of GB 26537—2011 steel fiber reinforced concrete manhole cover and standard technical tender of electric cover of the China Southern power grid are tested and compared respectively. The test results indicate that the crack load and the ultimate load tested by the national standard method are greater than those of the occupation standard method. Furthermore, the steel bar inside the cover doesn’t yield when tested by the national standard method and the loading condition is not correspond with the fact during the later loading period. Therefore, it’s recommended that the bearing capacity of the Reactive Powder Concrete cover should be tested by the occupation standard method.

    摘 要:以引水工程TBM施工使用C60W8F100高性能混凝土管片生產為背景,針對嚴寒地區冬季生產的管片混凝土強度等級高、耐久性要求高、制作難度大、外觀質量要求嚴、環境溫度對質量影響大、工期緊等諸多因素,通過雙摻粉煤灰和礦粉礦物摻合料技術,并采取優化混凝土配合比、調整工藝參數等措施,研制出了符合設計要求的高性能混凝土管片。 Abstract: Based on the diversion work by TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine) construction technique using C60W8F100 high performance concrete to produce segment and according to the some factors of segment production in winter of serve cold area such as high-strength degree concrete, excellent erosion-resisting, high exterior appearance quality requirement, environmental temperature and tight schedules etc, the high performance concrete segment that complies with the design requirements is designed and produced by double mixing fly ash and mineral powder technology, optimizing the mix proportioning of concrete and adjusting the process parameters.

    摘 要:研究了地震作用下柱截面尺寸的變化對高層錯層結構的影響,分析了不同截面尺寸下X向地震作用和Y向地震作用下柱剪力和位移的變化趨勢。通過控制柱截面尺寸對錯層結構進行優化設計,設置了五種不同柱截面尺寸方案,并通過SATWE軟件靜力分析了錯層柱處的剪力以及結構的最大位移。分析結果表明:盡管方案選型不同,但錯層柱在地震下的剪力變化趨勢大體相同,只是數值大小不同;適當減小中柱截面尺寸對于控制結構剪力和位移是有利的;Y向地震作用下,結構剪力和最大位移變化情況和X向地震作用類似。 Abstract: The split-level structure is analyzed under the earthquake action, and the influence of column section size of high-rise split level structure on the column shear force and displacement change under the seismic action of X and Y in different section size is researched. Five different programs about column section size are analyzed by controlling the size of column to optimize the design of split-level structure, and then the static analysis of maximum displacement and shear force of staggered column is conducted by SATWE. The results show that the shear force changes of split-level columns have the same trend although different scheme selection, just have different numerical values; it is benefit to control structure shear and displacement by reducing the column section size appropriately;the shear force and displacement change of structure have the same trend under the seismic action of X and Y.

    摘 要:介紹了擠擴支盤樁的工作原理,在此基礎上,綜述了擠擴支盤樁在各種載荷下的承載機理、支盤設計方法、承載力計算方法等的研究進展,分析了目前研究中尚待解決的問題,并對未來發展方向進行了展望。 Abstract: The working principle of squeezed branch pile is introduced. Based on the above basis, research progress of load bearing mechanism、design method of branch、the bearing capacity calculation method and so on of squeezed branch pile are reviewed. Besides, some unsolved problems in the present study are analyzed and the future development direction is prospected.
