    摘 要:以氟化工工業廢渣為主要原材料,經活性激發,添加適宜減水劑、可再分散乳膠粉制備石膏基灌漿材料。研究了復合激發劑對氟化工工業廢渣凝結時間、強度的影響,聚羧酸減水劑與氟化工工業廢渣的相容性以及可再分散乳膠粉對石膏基灌漿材料黏結強度和耐水性能的影響,探討了利用氟化工工業廢渣制作石膏基灌漿材料的可能性。 Abstract: Using fluorine chemical industrial residue as a main materials, gypsum-based grouting material was prepared by activating activity, adding superplasticizer, and redispersible emulsion powder. The influence of composite activator on setting time and strength was studied, compatibility of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and fluorine chemical industrial residue, and effects of redispersible emulsion powder on bonding strength and water resistance of gypsum-based grouting material were carried out. The possibility of gypsum-based grouting material by using fluorine chemical industrial residue is discussed.

    摘 要:采用熱處理-水泥固化/穩定化技術對電鍍污泥中的重金屬進行穩定化、固定化處置,研究了摻雜混凝土的力學性能與浸出毒性。結果表明,熱處理對電鍍污泥減量化效益明顯,殘渣中銅、鎳有富集作用,但其形態從可交換態向殘渣態過渡較為明顯(分別達到82.46%和96.58%),生物安全性得到明顯提高。再將電鍍污泥摻入混凝土,按照不同比例將水泥與電鍍污泥混摻制磚,其中以80:20配比水泥塊力學性能最好,浸出毒性達到國標限值要求。 Abstract: Stabilization and immobilization of heavy metals from electroplating sludge dealt with heat treatment, cement solidification/stability technology, mechanical properties and leaching toxicity are studied by mixing concrete. The results show that, reduction effects of heat treatment on electroplating sludge is remarkably achieved, enrichment of reside from copper and nickel is carried out, transition of its form is obvious from exchangeable to residual (which can reach 82.46% and 96.58% respectively), bio-safety can be improved obviously. Mixed electroplating sludge and concrete, brick is prepared by cement and electroplating sludge according to different ratio, that mechanical properties is the best by 80:20 proportion, leaching toxicity can meet national standard.

    摘??要:通過凍融、抗滲和腐蝕試驗進行了環保型PVA纖維尾礦砂水泥基復合材料的試驗研究。試驗表明:材料抗凍融性能好,經65d250次-20~+20℃的凍融循環后,試件的整體性好,質量和彈性模量損失分別為15.4%和14.6%,可適用寒冷地區的工程需要;材料的抗滲性能較好,密實度高,滲透系數為1.749×10-4m/h;具備優異的抗腐蝕能力,經6個月5%不同種類的鹽溶液浸泡腐蝕后進行四點抗壓和抗彎試驗,各性能指標降低率為6%~10%。Abstract:Throughfreeze-thawtest,anti-permeabilitytest,andcorrosiontest,experimentof?environmentalPVAtailingcement-basedcompositematerialsisstudied.Theresultsshowthat,freeze-thawresistanceofmaterialisgood,integrityofspecimenisalsogoodundertemperaturebetween-20℃to+20℃after250times65days,thelossofqualityandelasticmodulusisrespectively15.4%and14.6%,whichisappliedforengineeringincoldarea,permeabilityofmaterialsisgood,compactnessishigh,permeabilitycoefficientis1.749×10-4m/h,corrosionisgood,throughimmersionandcorrosion,four-pointcompressivestrengthtestandbendingexperimentofdifferenttypesof5%saltsolutioniscarriedoutaftersixmonth,propertiesindexisreducedby6%and10%.

    摘 要:烏魯木齊水坂景觀大橋工程是十三屆冬運會場的配套設施,為新疆地區首例大跨度中承式飛燕拱橋。橋拱鋼管混凝土結構采用C50微膨脹、自密實混凝土,具有良好的工作性能、微膨脹性能和力學性能:鋼管混凝土自由膨脹率穩定收斂期為52d,自由膨脹率為5.0×10-4;3d強度達到設計強度90.6%,7d即達到設計強度?;炷翝沧⒉捎庙斏ㄊ┕すに?,灌注施工過程中根據泵送壓力情況調整泵送作業方案,并在泵送作業前后及泵送作業過程中進行了全過程測量控制并采取了適當的糾偏措施。 Abstract: Urumqi ShuiBan Landscape Bridge is supporting facilities of 12 Olympic winter games , which was the first large span half-through flying-swallow-type arch bridge in Xinjiang region. C50 micro expansion self-compacting concrete was used in arch concrete-filled steel tube structure,that had good work performance, micro expansion performance and mechanical properties, the stable convergence period of free expansion for steel concrete was 52 days and the free expansion rate was 5.0×10-4; 3d strength met design strength by 90.6%, 7d strength met design strength. The technology of concrete pouring was used by jack-up method which should be adjusted by pumping pressure situation pumping operation scheme. At the same time, whole process measurement control is carried out before or after pumping operations, and in pumping process, appropriate corrective measures should be taken.

    摘 要: Y型巨柱斜撐高位轉換結構是一種較為復雜的鋼管混凝土結構體系,基于此類結構內部帶有多層加勁肋板的封閉鋼管混凝土結構具有操作空間狹小,澆筑工藝困難、內部空氣難以排除、混凝土成型質量不易控制的特點。本文結合西寧某工程實踐,提出了一種Y型巨柱斜撐高位轉換體系中高位封閉斜撐鋼管自密實混凝土的泵送頂升施工技術。 Abstract: Y type giant rider shore high-level transfer structure is a complex concrete-filled steel tube structure system. Based on characteristic that of closed concrete-filled steel tube structure with multilayer stiffening rib plate in inner of this type of structure has limited operation space and it is difficult to pour concrete, exhaust air and control the molding quality of concrete. Combined with a Xining engineering practice, pumping jack-up construction technique of high-level closed rider shore in concrete-filled steel tube and self-compacting concrete in Y type giant rider shore high-level transfer system is put forward.

    摘 要:依托實際工程項目,對人防地下室頂板比較全面地制定了方案一~方案八共計八個方案,繪制詳細施工圖并進行詳細工程量和經濟指標的計算;從地下室凈高、經濟指標、施工情況等多方面綜合分析各個方案的優缺點,為在實際項目應用時選擇最優的人防地下室頂板方案提供參考。 Abstract: Eight schemes named 1~8 was formulated of basement tip ban of air defence according to actual engineering project, the detailed working was drown up, the detailed engineering quantity and economic indicator were also calculated. In order to provide reference to choose air defence basement roof of actual engineering project, the relative merits of every scheme were analyzed according to the basement net height, economic indicator and construction situation.

    摘??要:濕拌砂漿在北方地區推廣應用過程中,將會受到冬季低溫環境的影響。本文通過試驗,對比研究了摻硝酸鈣外加劑對濕拌砂漿抗凍性能的影響,試驗表明,在-4~5℃溫度變化范圍內,使用含硝酸鈣外加劑可以降低濕拌砂漿的稠度損失,改善砂漿的抗凍性能,更有利于砂漿工程施工;硝酸鈣外加劑可以提高低強度等級濕拌砂漿的抗凍性能,但對于M15及以上較高強度等級濕拌砂漿的抗凍性能改善作用不明顯。Abstract:Whenthewetmixedmortarisappliedinthenorthernarea,itwillbeaffectedbylowtemperatureenvironmentinwinter.Theinfluenceofcalciumnitrateadditivesonfrostresistance?propertiesofwetmixmortarisstudiedbycomparisontest.Theresultshowsthat,atatemperature-4~5℃range,admixturescontainingcalciumnitratecanreducelossofconsistencyofwet-mixedmortar,improvefrostresistanceofmortar,andthatismorebeneficaltomortarprojectconstruction.Calciumadditivescanimprovefrostresistanceoflowgradewetmixedmortar.However,itisnotobvioustoimprovefrostresistanceofM15andthehighgradewetmixedmortar.

    摘??要:以固廢物脫硫灰替代部分水泥,輔以輕質骨料稻殼,制備出了水泥-脫硫灰-稻殼保溫干混砂漿,研究了脫硫灰摻量、稻殼摻量等對砂漿性能的影響,并對膠凝材料體系最佳配比進行了試驗優選。研究結果表明,水灰比為0.51、脫硫灰替代10%水泥、外摻9.7%的稻殼替代河砂、膠砂比為1:0.97的稻殼保溫砂漿導熱系數低,表觀密度為1623kg/m3,28d抗壓強度為11.5MPa,,且砂漿保水率為92.6%,2h稠度損失率為13.9%,凝結時間為7.3h,各項性能均滿足GB/T25181—2010《預拌砂漿》標準要求。Abstract:Cement-desulfurizationash-basedrice-hullthermalinsulationdrymortarmixedlight-weightaggregatesrice-hullwaspreparedwithsolidwastedesulfurizationashreplacingsomecement.Theinfluencesofamountofdesulfurizationashandrice-hullonperformanceofmortarwereinvestigated,andthebestmixproportionofcementitioussystemwasselected.Theresultsshowthat,watertocementratiois0.51,desulfurizationashisreplacedby10%cement,rice-hullisreplacedby9.7%sand,binder-sandratiois1:0.97,thermalconductivityofcoeffirice-hullinsulationmortarislow,apparentdensityis1623kg/m3,compressivestrengthof28dupto11.5MPa,water-retentionrateis92.6%,consistencylossrateof2hupto13.9%,settingtimeis7.3h,whichcansatisfystandardrequirementsofGB/T25181—2010ready-mixedmortar.

    摘 要:以化學改性的生土基材料為基礎,研究了不同植物纖維物理改性對生土材料制品力學性能和耐久性能的影響,并從結構上分析了其強度增減原因。研究結果表明,復合物理改性能提高改性效果。 Abstract: Took raw soil based material by chemical modified as foundation, the influence of physical modification for different plant fiber on mechanical properties and durability of raw soil wall material is studied, reasons for increasing or decreasing in strength are analyzed. The results show that, modified effect can be improved by composite physical modification.
