    摘 要: 對高原環境橋用高性能混凝土的配制技術與性能進行了研究。結果表明,采用骨料級配設計技術、粉煤灰和高性能減水劑雙摻技術和引氣技術配制的C50高性能混凝土具有早強、高強和低收縮性能,同時具有良好的抗凍性能。分析表明,控制含氣量為4.5%~6.0%,氣孔的孔徑范圍為40~280μm,氣泡間距系數為120~150μm,其抗凍性均大于300次凍融循環。含氣量是提升混凝土抗凍性的重要參數,而所引入氣孔的性質也同樣重要。適當增加含氣量、減小孔徑和氣泡間距系數,可明顯提升混凝土的抗凍性能。 Abstract: The preparation technology and properties of high performance concrete are studied, which is used for bridges in the plateau environment. The results show that, the high performance concrete which use the aggregate gradation design technology, fly ash and high performance reducing water agent of double doped technology and air entraining technology have the properties of early strength and high strength and low shrinkage performance and good frost resistance which can meet the plateau environment with dry winds and freezing thawing. The analysis shows that the air content of concrete is not the only quality of decision parameters of concrete, the properties of introducing bubbles are also important. Appropriately increasing the air content, reducing the pore diameter and the spacing coefficient of the air bubble can obviously improve the frost resistance of concrete.

    摘??要:根據長沙國金中心混凝土400m以上超高層泵送冬季施工情況,通過改變膠凝材料組分及含量,設計九組不同的配合比制備高性能混凝土,分別對其工作性能、力學性能、水化產物等方面進行分析,并結合工程應用,得出混凝土冬季環境下工作性能、力學性能變化的相關規律。結果表明,硅灰在超高層泵送混凝土中摻量為3%~5%比較適宜,對混凝土工作性能指標改善明顯,壓力泌水率保持在20%以內,擴展度達到700mm以上無泌水現象;硅灰具備火山灰效應及填充作用,可提高混凝土的強度;采用熱水生產法、罐車保溫法、泵管保溫法、配合比優化法等方法后,在5℃左右養護溫度下,C50混凝土構件實體抗壓強度在澆筑后36h達到25MPa,72h后達到38MPa,擁有較高的早期強度,滿足冬季施工進度要求。Abstract:Accordingtochangingthecompositionandcontentofcementitiousmaterials,9kindsofconcretesampleswithdifferentmixproportionswerepreparedforChangshainternationalfinancialcentreabove400msuperhighpumping.Theworkperformance,mechanicalperformanceandhydrationproductswereanalyzed,andtheresearchwascombinedwithwinterconstruction,somerelatedrulesofconcreteworkandmechanicalperformanceunderwinterconditionwereobtained.Experimentalresultsshowedthatthepropercontentofsilicafumeinsuperhighpumpingconcretewas3%~5%whichhadapromotingeffectontheworkperformance.Thepressurebleedingratewaslessthan20%andexpansionupto700mmwithoutbleeding.Theconcretestrengthincreasedasthedensityrisebyvolcanicashandfillingeffectofsilicafume.ThecompressivestrengthofC50concreteafterpouring36hreached25MPaand72hreached38MPaattemperatureabout5℃,whichhadhighearlystrengthtomeettherequirementsofwinterconstructionschedulewithhotwaterproduction,concretedeliverytankerinsulation,pumptubeinsulationandmixoptimization.

    摘 要:“煙塔合一”技術的運用使煙氣中殘留的腐蝕性介質進入冷卻塔,塔內環境的腐蝕性大大增強,特別是酸腐蝕環境的發展會直接導致塔壁混凝土的耐久性能降低。在選定混凝土強度等級條件下,開展了不同種類防腐涂料的耐酸腐蝕試驗。試驗結果表明:防腐涂層的運用可有效阻止酸性介質對混凝土的侵蝕;在相同酸性腐蝕條件下,有機成膜型涂料抗鹽酸侵蝕能力要強于無機滲透型涂料;水泥基滲透結晶型涂層在酸性環境下存在表皮脫落現象,在使用中應考慮酸性環境對該涂層穩定性的影響。 Abstract: The use of "smoke tower" technology makes the residues of corrosive medium in flue gas into the cooling tower with flue gas, the corrosion is greatly enhanced in tower, especially the acid corrosion environment will directly lead to the development of the tower wall of concrete durability performance degradation. Under the selected concrete strength grade, the acid corrosion test of different kinds of anticorrosive coatings is carried out. The use of anti-corrosion coating can effectively prevent the corrosion of the concrete from the acid medium. Under the same acid corrosion condition, the corrosion resistance of the organic film coating is better than that of inorganic permeable coating. The surface of the cement-based permeable crystalline coating has the phenomenon of epidermal shedding in the acid environment, which should be considered in the use of the acidic environment to affect the stability of the coating.

    摘??要:利用珊瑚砂取代天然河砂進行混凝土的配合比設計,系統研究了珊瑚砂混凝土的抗折強度、抗壓強度、劈裂抗拉強度、干燥收縮以及早期抗開裂性能,同時用相同配合比參數的河砂混凝土進行對比。此外,還對珊瑚砂混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性、抗碳化性等耐久性以及水化產物的微觀結構進行了分析。試驗結果表明,珊瑚砂混凝土的抗壓強度要低于河砂混凝土,而抗折強度、劈裂抗拉強度則相差不大;珊瑚砂混凝土的干燥收縮性能、早期抗開裂性能、抗氯離子滲透性以及抗碳化性均要好于河砂混凝土。珊瑚砂混凝土和河砂混凝土的28d水化產物基本相同,都含有Ca(OH)2,鈣礬石AFt,CaCO3和C-S-H凝膠。珊瑚砂由于其凸凹多孔,使得其界面過渡區的黏結力要大于河砂混凝土,這極大改善了其界面的結構性能。Abstract:Thecoralsandinsteadofnaturalriversandforconcretemixtureratiodesignisusedinthispaper.Comparedwiththesamemixingratioparametersofriversandconcrete,thecompressivestrength,flexuralstrength,splittingstrength,shrinkageandcrackresistanceperformanceofcoralsandconcretearesystematicallyreseached.Inaddition,thechlorideionpermeability,carbonationresistanceandmicrostructureofcoralsandconcretearealsoanalyzed.Thetestresultsshowthatthecoralsandconcretecompressivestrengthislowerthanriversandconcrete,flexuralstrengthandsplittingstrengthisthesame.Theshrinkage,crackresistanceperformance,chlorideionpermeabilityandcarbonationresistancearebetterthancoralsandconcrete.Thehydrationproductsof28dayscoralsandandriversandconcretearebasicallythesame,bothcontainCa(OH)2,AFt,CaCO3andC-S-H.Theinternalporousmicrostructureofcoralaggregatemakestheinterfacebondstrengthbetweencoralaggregate-cementpastebiggerthanordinaryaggregate-cementpaste,whichcanimprovetheinterfacestructureperformancegreatly.

    摘 要:通過對水泥水化歷程的研究,合成兩種特殊聚羧酸系保坍劑SR-1、SR-2,解決高溫天氣條件下,水泥水化引起的混凝土坍落度損失問題。結果表明,SR-1、SR-2保坍劑相對傳統保坍劑,具有緩釋時間可控的優勢,對混凝土凝結時間、含氣量影響較小,并具有一定的減水作用。 Abstract: Through the research on the process of cement hydration, two special PCE slump retaining agent SR-1、SR-2 were synthetized, the problem of concrete slump loss by cement hydration under high temperature weather conditions was solved. Results show that compared with traditional slump retaining agent, SR-1、SR-2 were provided with release time in control, less impact with setting time and air contain in concrete, and also had a certain extent water reduce effect.

    摘 要:第十三屆全國冬季運動會冰上運動中心項目由速滑館、冰球館、冰壺館、媒體中心及組委會、餐廳和宿舍、動力中心組成。其中,冬運會三個場館皆屬于大面積冰面承壓層,為保證其整體性,采用連續澆筑,激光整平的施工工藝。本文就該工程項目涉及的混凝土抗凍性能、收縮特性等耐久性,力學性能以及施工性能指標進行了研究,分析歸納出滿足設計和施工要求的收縮率低、抗凍性能良好的連續澆筑大面積冰面承壓層的C40F250低收縮混凝土配合比。 Abstract: The construction projects of the Thirteenth National Winter Games center consist of speed skating museum, hockey hall, curling hall, media center and the organizing committee, canteen and dormitory, and power center. Among them, the venue of the three winter olympics belong to the large area of the ice compression layer, which are with construction technology by continuous casting and laser leveling to make sure its integrity. In this paper, it presents the concrete frost resistance, shrinkage properties, durability, mechanical properties and construction performance of engineering project by finite element study. The C40F250 low shrinkage concrete mix ratio for the large area ice compression layer continuous casting concrete is analyzed and introduced, to meet the design and construction requirements of low shrinkage and good frost resistance.

    摘 要:在對地鐵盾構管片裂縫的修補過程中,經常會遇到修補材料脫落和失效問題,所以材料的界面黏結強度是非常重要的指標。針對隧道和地下環境,選用水性環氧樹脂,參考砂漿黏結拉拔試驗設計了界面拉伸黏結試驗方法研究改性水泥基修補材料與老混凝土界面的黏結性能,并通過掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察砂漿的微觀形貌,紅外光譜(FTIR)分析凈漿界面黏結機理。試驗結果表明,摻入環氧后能顯著改善修補材料與老混凝土過渡區的黏結性能,大幅提高黏結強度。 Abstract: The repair materials often fall off and become invalid during the process of repairing shield concrete segment cracks. Hence, it is deeply essential for the material has high interfacial bond strength. The interfacial bonding properties of waterborne epoxy resin modified cement-based repair materials are tested by self-designed interfacial tension test method. And the microstructure of the modified cement mortar and interfacial bonding mechanism of the modified cement paste are studied and analyzed by SEM and FTIR. The measurement results indicate that the addition of the epoxy can significantly improve the transition zone between repair material and old concrete and increase the bond strength.

    摘 要:針對PCCP管道內接口滲漏常規處理工藝存在的不足,提出了PU注漿止漏+快速填充抗滲劑的工藝方法。就PCCP管道單接口打壓時出現的內漏、外漏、內外漏(無滲水)、內外漏(有滲水)四種情況,分別采用不同工藝方法進行處理。所提出的接口預埋針頭注膠工藝成功解決了滲漏處理后無法驗證的問題,打壓孔高壓注膠工藝成功解決了外水內滲管道無法使用聚硫密封膠封堵的問題,以上工藝方法在實際施工過程中使用效果明顯。 Abstract: For the disadvantages of PCCP interface leakage conventional treatment process, the fast filling process of the PU grouting seepage + anti-permeable admixture is put forward. Different treatment technology is taken on the internal leakage, external leakage, internal or external leakage (no water seepage and taking water seepage) of PCCP when single interface is pressured and it has great effect. The proposed interface embedded needles injecting process successfully solves the verification question after leakage, and pressing hole high pressure injecting process successfully solves the penetration of the polysulfide sealant plugging problem of external water intravasation pipe. The actual construction verifies these processes have obvious effect.

    摘 要:采用三種工業廢渣,配制水泥凈漿試件,試驗研究了標準養護和自然養護條件下,水泥制品中重金屬元素在3d、7d和28d的溶出性能,并采用重金屬元素的可溶出量指標評價了水泥制品的環境安全性。結果表明,水泥制品造成土壤重金屬污染的風險較??;粉煤灰水泥制品和礦渣水泥制品在自然水環境下是安全的;爐渣水泥制品可能會造成水環境的Cr、Zn污染。各重金屬元素溶出率的排列次序為:Zn>Cr>Cu>Cd>As≈Pb。隨養護齡期的延長,重金屬元素的溶出率減小。與標準養護相比,自然養護條件下水泥制品中重金屬元素的溶出率增大。 Abstract: Three kinds of industrial wastes were used to make the cement paste specimens. Leaching of heavy metals from the cement products exposed to the standard curing and the natural curing was experimentally researched at curing ages of 3d, 7d and 28d. The leaching index of heavy metals was applied to assess the environmental safety of cement products. The results show that the cement products may not cause the heavy metals pollution to soils. Fly ash cement products and slag cement products are safe for the water environment; while the municipal solid waste incineration fly ash cement products may cause the Cr and Zn pollution to the water environment. The leaching ratios of heavy metals are Zn>Cr>Cu>Cd>As≈Pb. The leaching ratios of heavy metals decrease with the curing age. Compared with the standard curing, heavy metals have larger leaching ratios from the cement products exposed to the natural curing.

    摘 要:介紹了阿根廷貝爾格拉諾貨運鐵路線改造用米枕、寬枕的設計及生產工藝,并根據試生產經驗,結合實際情況提出了生產米枕、寬枕時的主要技術措施,包括原材料的選用、配合比的選擇、混凝土養護制度的制定、模具及生產工藝的精細化管理和改造等。 Abstract: The design and production process of concrete sleeper for Argentina belgrano freight railway reconstruction are introduced, and according to the trial production experience, combined with actual situation, the main technical measures of concrete meter sleeper(MS) and wide sleeper(WS) are proposed, including the raw material selection, mix proportion optimization, formulation of concrete curing system, mold and fine management and reform of production process and so on.
