    摘??要:通過裂縫測寬儀分析討論了NaCl、Na2CO3和Na2SO4三種鹽溶液環境對不同寬度的水泥砂漿裂縫自修復效果的影響,并研究了水泥砂漿試樣在上述不同鹽環境下的修復前后強度變化。結果表明,在NaCl和Na2SO4溶液中,隨著溶液濃度(0、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%)的升高,裂縫自修復能力呈現出先升高后降低的趨勢,并且當溶液濃度為0.5%時,可以修復裂縫為0.02mm的寬度;在Na2CO3溶液中,隨著溶液濃度的升高(0、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%),裂縫自修復效果有升高的趨勢,并且當Na2CO3溶液濃度為2.0%時,可以修復裂縫為0.02mm的寬度;裂縫自修復的主要原因是未水化水泥顆粒的繼續水化,同時溶液中不同離子與水泥水化產物反應的生成物也可以促進裂縫修復。Abstract:Theinfluencesofthreedifferentsaltsolutions(NaCl、Na2CO3?andNa2SO4)onself-healingeffectofcementmortarcrackswithdifferentwidthwereresearchedbycrackwidthgaugeandthestrengthchangesofcementmortarbeforeandafterself-healinginthedifferentsaltenvironmentswerealsostudied.Theresultsindicatethattheself-healingcapabilityofcementmortarfirstincreasedandthendecreasedwiththeincreasingofsolution(NaClandNa2SO4)concentrations(0、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%).Thecrackwidth(0.02mm)ofcementmortarcouldbehealedwhenthesolutionconcentrationis0.5%.Theself-healingcapabilityofcementmortarincreasedwiththeincreasingofNa2CO3?solutionconcentrations(0、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%).Thecrackwidth(0.02mm)couldbehealedwhentheNa2CO3?solutionconcentrationis2.0%.Themainself-healingreasonisthattheun-hydratedcementparticlescontinuestohydrateandtheproductionmattersproducedbydifferentionsindifferentsolutionsreactionwiththecementhydrationproductscouldpromotethehealingeffectofcementmortar.

    摘??要:主要研究了固硫灰摻量、細度以及SO3含量對活性粉末混凝土(RPC)早期強度和干縮性能的影響。研究結果表明,90℃蒸汽養護2d時,RPC強度隨著原灰摻量的增加先增加后降低;自然養護至28d時,RPC強度出現倒縮現象。當粉磨時間超過20min時,繼續延長粉磨時間RPC強度變化已不明顯;當原灰摻量為膠凝材料的10%,固硫灰粉磨至D50為15.88μm時,RPC活性粉末混凝土早期干縮較小,強度較高;RPC活性粉末混凝土的早期抗壓強度隨著SO3含量的增加而增加,干縮隨著SO3含量的增加而減小。Abstract:TheinfluencesofdifferentCFBCdosage、finenessandSO3asadmixtureonthecompressivestrengthandshrinkageperformanceofReactivePowerConcrete(RPC)arestudied.Theresultsshowthatafter90℃curing24h,thestrengthofRPCwasincreasingwiththecontentoftheoriginalCFBCandthendecreased.Whenthenaturecuringisto28d,themortarwasdecreasing.Whenthegrindingtimeexceeds20min,continuingthegrindingtime,themortarstrengthchangehasnotobvious.Replacing10%cementwithCFBC,withtheD50is15.88μm,theRPChavealowshrinkageandhighcompressivestrength.ThecompressivestrengthofRPCincreasedwiththeincreaseofthecontentofSO3,andtheshrinkagedescreasedwiththeincreaseofthecontentofSO3.

    摘 要:聚天冬氨酸(PASP)是一種被廣泛應用的高分子化合物,但其在混凝土中利用還是空白。利用三種不同分子量的聚天冬氨酸在混凝土拌合時作為減水劑,分析了三種不同分子量的聚天冬氨酸對混凝土坍落度以及坍落度經時損失、強度和耐久性的影響。并在相同試驗條件下,與其他兩種聚羧酸減水劑進行了比較。結果表明,三種不同分子量的聚天冬氨酸對混凝土都有較好的減水作用,最佳摻量為膠凝材料總量的0.8%,其中P-B效果最好,優于試驗所用的兩種聚羧酸減水劑。PASP對于混凝土28d強度有一定提升作用,可以有效提高混凝土抗凍性,降低混凝土的電通量。 Abstract: PASP is a widely used polymer compound, but it is not still used in concrete. Using three different molecular weight poly aspartic acids as a reducing agent in concrete, the effects of three different molecular weights poly aspartic acids on concrete slump and slump loss, strength and durability were analyzed. And under the same experimental condition, the other two kinds of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent were compared. The results show that the three kinds of different molecular weight of the polymer have good water reducing effect on the concrete. The best content was 0.8% of the total amount of cementitious materials, and the effect of P-B was better than that of the two kinds of polymer. PASP for 28 days of the concrete strength has certain promotion effect, and also can effectively improve the concrete frost resistance, and reduce the concrete electric flux.

    摘??要:研究了粉煤灰、礦粉等摻合料對灌漿加固材料的水化熱、體積穩定性的影響和抗裂性能的影響。結果表明,摻加粉煤灰和礦粉后,灌漿材料的水化熱和放熱速率降低,豎向膨脹出現滯后現象;摻加粉煤灰的灌漿材料早期豎向膨脹率增加、長期干燥收縮率大幅降低?,F場試驗表明,摻加粉煤灰后,灌漿加固材料的水化放熱峰值和最大溫差明顯降低,早期強度也顯著降低,經優化后,灌漿加固材料的抗裂性能得到顯著改善。Abstract:Theeffectsofflyash,slagpowderonhydrationheat,volumestabilityandcrackresistanceofgroutingreinforcingmaterialswerestudied.Theresultsshowthatthehydrationheatanditsreleaserateweredecreasedandverticalexpansionwaspostponedwhenflyashandslagpowderwereaddedtogroutingmaterial.Theearlyverticalexpansionrateofthegroutingmaterialwithflyashwasincreased,andtheshrinkagerateofthelong-termdryshrinkagewasgreatlyreduced.Fieldtestsshowthatafteraddingflyash,groutingreinforcementmaterialhydrationexothermicpeakandthemaximumtemperaturedifferencedecreasedsignificantly,theearlystrengthalsosignificantlydecreased.Afteroptimization,thecrack-resistanceperformanceofthegroutingreinforcematerialhasbeensignificantlyimproved.

    摘 要:利用菱鎂礦尾礦煅燒制備輕燒氧化鎂補償蒸養水泥漿體的自收縮。通過測定水泥膠砂流動度和3d強度來確定氧化鎂的合適摻量。通過XRD和TG-DTA表征水泥漿體中氧化鎂的水化進程,并結合壓汞法(MIP)和場發射掃描電鏡二次電子成像(FESEM)分別對漿體的孔結構和氧化鎂水化產物的微觀形貌進行分析。結果表明,氧化鎂在蒸養過程中迅速水化,使得漿體的孔隙率略微增大。蒸養后,漿體中氧化鎂在原位繼續水化,有效地補償了漿體的自收縮。摻有4%氧化鎂的水泥和粉煤灰水泥漿體14d的自收縮值分別減少了33%、17%。 Abstract: Using light-burned magnesia prepared by calcining magnesite tailing to compensate the autogenous shrinkage of steam-cured cement paste was carried out. The fluidity and 3-day strength of cement mortars were measured to determine the suitable addition of magnesia. The hydration process of magnesia in paste was characterized by XRD and TG-DTA. And the pore structure of paste and microstructure of magnesia hydrates were analyzed by MIP and FESEM respectively. The results indicate that the hydration of magnesia is promoted rapidly in steam curing process, and slightly increases the porosity of paste. The continue hydration of magnesia in situ effectively compensates the autogenous shrinkage of paste after steam curing. The autogenous shrinkage of cement and fly ash cement paste with 4% magnesia is decreased by 33% and 17% respectively at the age of 14d.

    摘??要:通過在橡膠再生混凝土中加入適量的納米CaCO3(NC)、納米SiO2(NS)和硅灰(SF)等納米材料,研究其對橡膠再生混凝土耐腐蝕循環性能的影響。研究表明,在橡膠再生混凝土中加入微量納米材料可以有效提高混凝土的耐腐蝕性能,在混凝土中同時摻入適量的NC和NS時,可使混凝土的耐腐蝕性能顯著提升。Abstract:ThroughtherubberrecycledconcreteaddinganappropriateamountofnanoCaCO3(NC),nanoSiO2(NS)andsilicafume(SF)nanometermaterials,theinfluencesofthemontheanti-corrosioncycleperformanceofrubberrecycledconcretearestudied.Theresultsindicatethattherubberrecycledconcreteaddingsuchnanometermaterialscaneffectivelyimprovetheanti-corrosionperformance,ifmixedwithappropriateamountofNCandNSintheconcreteatthesametime,theanti-corrosionperformanceoftheconcretereachesthebest.

    摘 要:研究了鋼纖維(SF)、聚丙烯纖維(PP)和聚乙烯醇纖維(PVA)對免壓蒸PHC管樁用混凝土的力學性能及抗沖擊性能的影響。結果表明:PP纖維、PVA纖維和SF的加入提高了混凝土的抗壓強度和抗折強度,其中,SF的提升效果最大,平均抗壓強度高出空白組15MPa,PP纖維和PVA纖維的提升效果不太明顯;SF的加入大大提高了蒸養混凝土平板的抗沖擊性能,PP纖維的加入對抗沖擊性能也有一定程度的提高,PVA纖維略微降低了混凝土平板的抗沖擊性能;SF混凝土板的抗沖擊性能隨W/C變化不大,其他纖維混凝土板的抗沖擊性能隨W/C增加而降低。 Abstract: The mechanical properties and impact resistance of non-autoclaving PHC concrete with steel fibers (SF), polypropylene fibers (PP) and polyvinyl alcohol fibers (PVA) are investigated. The results show that all the three fibers can enhance the compressive strength and flexured strength of the concrete, in which the compressive strength of concrete with SF is the highest, 15MPa higher than the contrast one. Furthermore, when SF is added in to non-autoclaving PHC pile concrete, the impact resistance properties are greatly improved. The impact resistance properties of concrete with PP can also be enhanced to a certain extent, however PVA will reduce the impact resistance properties of non-autoclaving PHC pile concrete. When the W/C is reduced, the impact resistance properties of concrete with SF changes a little, but concrete with other two fibers have lower impact resistance properties along with the W/C is reduced.

    摘 要:采用ABAQUS有限元軟件計算分析了鋼管自應力混凝土純彎構件的力學性能,并作了試驗驗證,在此基礎上,分析了鋼管自應力混凝土純彎構件受力過程中的彎矩-撓度關系以及鋼管和混凝土間的相互作用。討論了在初始自應力影響下,鋼管自應力混凝土的力學性能。結果表明,在相同條件下,鋼管自應力混凝土比普通鋼管混凝土的縱向應力分布更加均勻,彈性工作階段有所增長,抗彎承載力也得到了提高,但當自應力水平達到某一數值后,抗彎承載力有一定程度的下降。 Abstract:The flexural behavior of self-stressing concrete-filled steel tube under pure bending are carried out by using ABAQUS finite element software. The calculated results are verified by test data, and reasonable agreement is demonstrated. On this basis, the moment-deflection curve and the composite action between the steel tube and concrete are analyzed, and the influence of initial stress on the mechanical behavior of self-stressing concrete filled steel tube is also discussed. The results show that compared with concrete filled steel tube under the same conditions, the concrete longitudinal stress distribution of self-stressing concrete-filled steel tube is more uniform, both the elastic stage and the flexural capacity are also improved, but when the self-stress reaches a certain value, the flexural capacity has a certain degree of decline.

    摘 要:為研究鋼骨-鋼管高強混凝土組合柱純扭力學性能,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立組合柱純扭非線性有限元分析模型。分析了組合柱受力全過程、不同受力階段的應力分布規律及最終破壞模態,研究了混凝土強度、配骨指標、鋼材強度對組合柱抗扭力學性能的影響,基于強度疊加理論,提出了組合柱抗扭承載力簡化計算公式,并且利用Matlab軟件編寫了組合柱抗扭簡化承載力計算公式。結果表明,隨著混凝土強度、配骨指標、鋼材強度的提高,組合柱的極限抗扭承載力不斷提高,其中,鋼材強度影響最明顯,混凝土強度次之,有限元計算所得組合柱抗扭承載力與組合柱抗扭承載力簡化計算公式吻合良好。 Abstract: To investigate the mechanical properties of circular steel tube filled with steel reinforced high strength concrete composite column under pure torsion, nonlinear finite element analysis model of the high strength concrete composite column under pure torsion were established by software ABAQUS, the whole process under the load, the stress distribution rule under different load period and ultimate failure mode of the composite column were discussed. The influence of the strength of concrete grade, steel ratio and the strength of steel on the mechanical properties of the composite column under pure torsion is studied. Based on intensity superposition theory, the simplified calculation formula of torsion bearing capacity of composite column is put forward, and using the software Matlab for the simplified calculation formula of torsion bearing capacity of composite columns program is wrote. The results show that with the increase of concrete strength, steel ratio and the strength of steel, the torsion bearing capacity of the composite column increases. The strength of steel has a significant influence on the torsion bearing capacity of the composite column, and the second is the strength of concrete. It’s proved that the torsion bearing capacity of the composite column calculated by finite element analysis is in good agreement with the torsion bearing capacity calculated by simplified calculation formula.

    摘 要:為研究型鋼混凝土復合受扭構件的滯回性能,試驗考慮了軸壓比、混凝土強度、扭彎比和配箍率對型鋼混凝土柱復合受扭滯回性能的影響,研究了5個1/2比例的十字型鋼混凝土柱在低周反復荷載作用下的復合受扭性能,同時,還與1個鋼筋混凝土復合受扭柱進行了對比試驗。并采用ABAQUS軟件對試驗全過程進行了數值模擬,發現,模擬結果與試驗結果基本吻合,證明了用本文有限元分析方法來研究型鋼混凝土構件的受扭性能是可行的。 Abstract:In order to study hysteretic behavior for steel encased concrete members subjected to combined torsion, the combined torsion tests of 5 half scale steel reinforce concrete(SRC) columns were conducted under low cyclic loading. The influence of the axial compression ratio, the concrete strength, torsion-bending ratio and stirrup rate on combined torsional hysteretic behavior of SRC columns are taken into consideration. Comparative analysis of a reinforced concrete column is conducted. Based on the tests results, the finite element analysis on this subject is conducted by ABAQUS, which shows that the results of test and simulation are very close to each other, proving the feasiblity of the finite element analysis in the research of torsional performance of SRC structure.
