    摘 要:再生骨料性能一般低于天然骨料,為了提高再生骨料的性能,本文研究了再生混凝土骨料的強化技術,探討了再生骨料的化學強化技術對再生混凝土力學性能的影響。研究表明,再生骨料通過化學漿液強化后的性能可以得到一定的提升,其中采用硅藻土強化后延期成型的混凝土各項力學性能提升最為明顯。在配制中低強度混凝土時可以采用再生骨料替代天然骨料,來獲得更好的經濟效益和社會環境效益。 Abstract: Generally, the performance of recycled aggregate is lower than that of natural aggregate, in order to improve the performance of recycled aggregate, the reinforcement technology of recycled concrete aggregate is studied, exploring different chemical slurry reinforced method to improve the performance of recycled aggregate.The results show that after reinforced by chemical slurry, the performance of recycled aggregate concrete has been significantly improved. After reinforced by diatomaceous earth chemical slurry, the enhanced mechanical properties of concrete shows the most obvious upgrade. When compound medium and low strength concrete, recycled aggregate can substitute natural aggregate, to get a better economic and environmental benefits.

    摘 要:當前礦井開采深度日益增加,高溫熱害問題日益嚴重,本文基于一般噴射混凝土的要求,通過材料正交試驗,摻加陶粒、?;⒅楹头勖夯?,研制出一種新型混凝土隔熱材料,分析了陶粒、?;⒅楹头勖夯覔搅繉τ诓牧蠈嵯禂岛土W性能的影響,論證了新型隔熱材料作為礦井噴射混凝土的適用性和可行性。 Abstract: Nowadays, mine mining depth increasing, the high temperature hot becoming a growing problem, based on the general requirements of sprayed concrete, through the orthogonal test of materials, adding ceramsite, fly ash and glazed hollow bead, a new type of thermal insulation of concrete material is prepared. The influences of the dosage of ceramsite, glazed hollow bead and fly ash on coefficient of thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the material are analyzed, which can demonstrate the applicability and feasibility of the new thermal insulation material as mine sprayed concrete.

    摘 要:高原地區獨特的低溫、大溫差、低濕度的典型環境特征會對當地混凝土結構帶來較大的不利影響。本文研究了高原地區不同月份的環境下自然養護對混凝土力學性能、耐久性能的影響,同時結合實際情況,研究了不同養護方式下溫濕度以及早期養護持續時間對混凝土性能的影響規律,可為高原地區的工程建設提供一定的理論指導及參考。 Abstract: The typical environmental characteristics in plateau such as low temperature, large temperature difference and low humidity can cause adverse effects to the concrete structure. The impacts of natural curing of different months in plateau on the mechanical properties and durable properties of concrete are researched in this paper. Moreover, the influences of temperature, humidity and the duration of early curing on concrete performances in different curing mode are studied, which provides a theoretical guidance and reference for the construction in the plateau region.

    摘 要:造紙工業產生的紙漿廢液因化學成分復雜,難以得到高效利用。試驗研究了利用紙漿廢液木質素磺酸鹽接枝萘磺酸鹽中間體改性制備的新型減水劑(PLGN)對水泥漿體的流動性、水化進程及硬化漿體微結構的作用。結果表明,PLGN能夠改善水泥漿體的流動性,并具有緩凝作用;加速水泥初始期水化速率,使水化誘導期延長,但對第二水化放熱峰值無影響;PLGN可提高后期水泥水化程度,使水泥石結構更加均勻密實。 Abstract: Efficient utilizations of pulping wastes were far more enough due to their complex chemical compositions. A novel water-reducer (PLGN) was grafted by copolymerizing lignosulfonates from pulping wastes with naphthalenesulfonate intermediates. Researches were carried out on the effects of PLGN on cement pastes. It can be found that, the fluidity of cement paste with PLGN was significantly improved and setting retardation was clearly observed. The hydration rate was slightly accelerated during the hydration starting period and the hydration induction period was widely extended with no impact on the second hydration peak value. Results also show that, the hydration degrees of cement pastes with PLGN in later ages were increased. The microstructures of hardened cement paste were modified by PLGN with better uniformity and compactness.

    摘 要:通過總有機碳吸附試驗,初步探究影響砂漿流動性的原因,再結合熒光、XRD和SEM,對具代表性的駱馬湖砂黏土礦物成分進行分析,并研究其改善措施及開發抗泥劑。結果表明,聚羧酸減水劑主要被駱馬湖砂黏土礦物中蒙脫土大量吸附,這類型砂會嚴重降低聚羧酸減水劑的塑化性能;提高水膠比和減水劑摻量均能明顯增加砂漿的流動性;開發出的兩款抗泥劑KNJ-1和KNJ-2均能增大砂漿流動性,降低砂漿的流動度經時損失,可全過程發揮作用;同時,KNJ-1+KNJ-2具有良好的協同效果,“隔離與阻止”共同作用下好于單獨使用的效果。 Abstract: Research on cause of mortar flowability by total organic carbon adsorption test preliminary, and the constituents of clay minerals of Luoma sand by XFR, XRD and SEM are studied, while the improvement measures and anti-clay agents are researched. The results show that montmorillonite are contained in Luoma sands, adsorption a large number of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is the main cause of reduced mortar fluidity. Improving water-cement ratio and increasing the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer can increase the fluidity of mortar, but both methods have certain limitations. Anti-clay agents of KNJ-1 and KNJ-2 can effectively increase the mortar fluidity and reduce the mortar fluidity with time loss in the process. KNJ-1 and KNJ-2 have a good synergistic effect, better than the KNJ-1 and KNJ-2 used alone by “prevention and isolation”.

    摘 要:研究了不同細度與摻量的沸石對赤泥水泥砂漿水化28d強度及放射性的影響。結果表明,利用沸石來取代砂可以有效屏蔽赤泥水泥砂漿的放射性,但同時會影響到砂漿的28d抗壓、抗折強度;當粒度相同時,屏蔽物沸石的摻量越高,放射性的屏蔽效果越好;當摻量相同時,屏蔽物沸石的粒度越小,放射性的屏蔽效果越好。當0.2mm以下沸石取代砂量達到15%時,放射性屏蔽率高達22.7%,此時試塊的內照射指數為0.15,外照射指數為0.24,放射性總比活度降低為210.3Bq/kg。 Abstract: The impact of zeolite content and fineness on the 28d strength and radioactive of the red mud cement mortar was studied. Results show that the radioactive of the red mud cement mortar can be blocked by replacing sand with zeolite, the 28d compressive and flexural strength of the mortar changed at the same time. The higher the content of the shield of zeolite, the better of the radioactive shield effects under the same particle size. The smaller the particle size of the shield of zeolite, the better of the radioactive shield effects under the same content. The radioactive shielding rate can reach 22.7% as the amount of zeolite below 0.2mm instead of sand reaching 15%, the IRa and Ir of the mortar are 0.15 and 0.24, and the total specific activity of the mortar can low to 210.3Bq/kg.

    摘 要:水飽和水泥基材料凍結時孔隙內產生壓力,導致孔壁開裂,是水泥基材料凍融循環劣化的原因之一。根據彈塑性力學和能量守恒原理,定量分析了凍結條件下水飽和水泥基材料內部裂縫的形成及發展,揭示了水泥基材料凍結損傷機理。 Abstract: Pressure creates in saturated pores in cementitious composites when freezing and it leads to the cracking of the pore wall, which is one of the main reasons of the deterioration of cement subjected to freezing and thawing. Based on the plastoelasticity and the principle of conservation of energy, the initiation and propagation of cracks in saturated cement paste under freezing are quantitatively analyzed and the mechanical degradation in mechanical properties of the cement paste is investigated.

    摘 要:為提高預應力高強混凝土管樁的耗能能力,分別采取了在管樁樁身中摻入了不同量的鋼纖維、填芯和加配非預應力筋的改進方法。通過施加低周反復荷載來模擬地震作用下管樁的受力變形情況,并對比了各種改進方法對耗能能力的影響。試驗結果表明,摻入鋼纖維、填芯和加配非預應力筋使得管樁的裂縫發展和破壞形態均得到改善,且承載能力均有提高,其中填芯和配置非預應力筋對管樁承載能力提高最大,并且耗能能力隨著摻入鋼纖維量的增加而提高,而加配非預應力筋和摻入鋼纖維的同時填芯對提高管樁耗能能力的影響最為顯著。 Abstract: In order to improve the energy-dissipating capacity of the prestressed high strength concrete piles, the concrete piles are changed by adding different amounts of steel fiber, pile core and non-prestressed steel bars. The specimens are tested by the low cyclic loading tests, through which to imitate the fore and the morph caused by the earthquake, so as to compare the different influence on the energy-dissipating capacity of the piles. The results show that: the crack and damage characteristic and the bearing capacity of all the piles are improved and the pile core and the non-prestressed steel bars are the most important role in the bearing capacity improvement. The energy-dissipating capacity improves with the increasing of amount of the steel fiber and it can improve the energy-dissipating capacity of piles most observably by adding non-prestressed steel bars and combining the steel fiber and the pile core.

    摘 要:針對港口后張法預應力混凝土大管樁灌漿生產的質量控制,做了壓漿料配比、生產及施工工藝條件對比試驗。試驗結果表明:壓漿劑和水的用量對漿體穩定性影響顯著,現場原材料試驗確定壓漿料配比對壓力灌漿生產質量控制是非常必要的;正確的生產、施工工藝可有效提高漿體密實性,不僅是壓力灌漿生產質量控制的關鍵過程,還是實現結構安全性、可靠性與耐久性的有利保障。 Abstract: For the control quality of production about pressure grouting on port engineering large diameter post tensioned prestress concrete cylinder pile, the contrast tests of under different conditions, the influence of pressure grouting and production and construction technology are carried out. The results show that the influence of the dosage of the grouting agent and the water is significantly on the stability of slurry, and it’s very necessary to determine the pressure ratio to the quality control of pressure grouting production by the raw material test; the correct production construction technology can effectively improve the density of slurry, that is the key process to the quality control of pressure grouting and the guarantee to realize structure security, reliability and durability.
