    摘 要:為探究含粗骨料超高性能混凝土單軸拉伸韌性及增強增韌機理,采用單軸拉伸法,研究含粗骨料超高性能混凝土的單軸拉伸性能;采用X射線計算機斷層掃描技術和圖像分析法,并引入纖維分散系數和纖維取向系數,對單軸拉伸試驗后超高性能混凝土中鋼纖維的真實分布進行表征;闡明了鋼纖維分布與粗骨料、鋼纖維分布與混凝土拉伸韌性之間的關系。試驗結果表明,鋼纖維以粗骨料為中心環繞分布;粗骨料對鋼纖維分布具有不利影響,粗骨料摻量越大,粒徑越大,纖維分散性越差,超高性能混凝土單軸拉伸韌性越低;鋼纖維分布與超高性能混凝土單軸拉伸強度及韌性密切相關,隨著纖維分散系數和取向系數的增大,超高性能混凝土單軸拉伸強度、韌性指數以及拉壓比相應增大,韌性增強。 Abstract: In order to investigate the properties of uniaxial tension and mechanism of strengthening and toughening of ultra-high performance concrete containing coarse aggregate, the method of uniaxial tension is used to study the toughness of uniaxial tension; the method of X-ray computed tomography and image analysis introducing fiber dispersion coefficient and fiber orientation factor, is used to study the true distribution of steel fiber in ultra-high performance concrete. It illustrates the relationship between steel fiber distribution and coarse aggregate, steel fiber distribution and uniaxial tensile toughness. The experimental results reveal that steel fibers take coarse aggregate as the center, surround distributing, coarse aggregate having adverse effects on the steel fiber distribution, the more of coarse aggregate content, the larger of particle size, the poorer of fiber dispersion, the lower of uniaxial tension toughness. Steel fiber distribution is closely related to uniaxial tensile strength and toughness of ultra-high performance concrete. With increasing of fiber dispersion coefficient and the orientation factor, uniaxial tensile strength, toughness index and tension and compression ratio are increased, the toughness of concrete reinforced.

    摘 要:金屬絲網不僅能夠有效提高水泥混凝土材料的抗侵徹、抗沖擊性能,還可以起到減少裂縫等作用。本文在1~18GHz波段范圍內研究了金屬絲網增強水泥凈漿的吸波性能,在10kHz~1.5GHz頻率內進行了金屬絲網增強水泥砂漿的電磁屏蔽性能測試。結果表明,厚度為10mm時最大電磁波吸收率約為16dB,大于6dB的累計帶寬有5.5GHz,30mm時最大吸收率約9dB,大于6dB的累計帶寬有3GHz。鋼絲網復合水泥砂漿具有良好的屏蔽效能:隨著頻率的增加,屏蔽效能逐漸增加。當頻率大于450MHz時,屏蔽效能都大于8dB;鍍鋅鋼絲網復合水泥砂漿最大屏蔽效能約16dB,而沒有鍍鋅的能夠達到20dB。 Abstract: Metal wire mesh can not only effectively improve the anti penetration, impact resistance of cement concrete materials, but also can play a role in reducing the cracks. In this paper, the absorbing performance of metal wire mesh reinforced cement paste was studied in the range of 1~18GHz band, and the electromagnetic shielding performance in 10kHz~1.5GHz was tested. The results show that the maximum electromagnetic wave absorption rate of 10mm is about 16dB, and the total bandwidth over 6dB is 5.5GHz, the maximum absorption rate of 30mm is about 9dB, and the total bandwidth over 6dB is 3GHz. Steel wire mesh composite cement mortar has good shielding effectiveness: with the increase of frequency, the shielding effectiveness is gradually increasing. When the frequency is greater than 450MHz, the shielding effectiveness is greater than 8dB. The maximum shielding effectiveness of the galvanized steel wire mesh composite cement mortar is about 16dB, and that of no zinc plating one can reach 20dB.

    摘 要:通過正交試驗的方法,對比研究了超細粉煤灰和粉煤灰對于混凝土強度的影響,結果顯示和粉煤灰相比,超細粉煤灰優勢明顯,在合理摻量下,既可以滿足混凝土的強度要求,又能有效提高工作性,節約水泥。 Abstract: By means of orthogonal experiment, the contrast research of ultra-fine fly ash and fly ash for the influence of the strength of concrete is carried out. The results show that compared with fly ash, ultra-fine fly ash has the obvious advantages, under the reasonable dosage, it can satisfy the requirement of the concrete strength, and improve the workability, effectively save cement.

    摘 要:試驗將循環流化床燃煤固硫灰與磨細固硫渣按不同比例復摻,分析了復摻灰的各項性能,研究了復摻灰等質量替代粉煤灰對混凝土工作性能及強度的影響。結果表明,復摻灰安定性合格,固硫灰占比增大,復摻灰活性指數先增大后減小,需水量比逐漸增大,占比為40%時活性指數最高為84.23%,占比≤50%時,需水量比滿足Ⅱ級灰要求;采用減水與保坍比例為1:0.8的高保坍減水劑,固硫灰占比40%的復摻灰配制的混凝土工作性能及強度均優于粉煤灰混凝土,與C30混凝土相比,復摻灰對C60混凝土的強度特別是早齡期強度的貢獻更大。 Abstract: Circulating fluidized bed coal combustion fly ash (CFBCF) and ground slag (GCFBCS) were admixed and the properties of the admixture were analyzed. The equal mass replacement of fly ash by admixture and its effects on workability and the strength of the concrete were also studied. The experimental results show that the soundness of admixture is qualified, the index of activity of admixture increases first and then decreases with increase of the FBCF ratio, on the other hand, water demand ratio increases gradually. The maximum index of activity is 84.23% with the 40% FBCF ratio, the water demand ratio meet requirement of FA Ⅱ when the ratio is less than 50%. The workability and strength of concrete made of water reducer which ratio of water reducing agent and slump retaining agent is 1:0.8 and admixture which FBCF ratio is 40% is better than fly ash concrete. Compared with C30 concrete, the admixture contribution to strength especially early age strength is greater for C60 concrete.

    摘 要:混凝土是三相復合材料,其宏觀力學特性與界面過渡區(ITZ)有關。本文總結了ITZ 力學性能的試驗與數值模擬研究現狀,并就ITZ 影響混凝土宏觀動態力學性能的參數進行了歸納。結果表明,由于缺乏ITZ動態力學性能的試驗數據,目前基于細觀數值模擬技術研究混凝土試樣動態力學性能的成果均是在一定假設條件下開展的。然而,這些假設條件的可靠性有待相應試驗數據的驗證。經過對ITZ的幾何和力學影響因素的總結,指出針對ITZ影響混凝土宏觀動態力學性能問題中尚待深入研究的內容。 Abstract: The concrete is a kind of three-phase composite, whose macro-mechanical properties correlate with interfacial transition zone (ITZ). In this paper, the research status of experimental study and numerical simulation on the ITZ mechanical properties are summarized, and the ITZ influential parameters to the macro-mechanical properties of concrete are also concluded. It is found that dynamic mechanical results obtained from meso-scale numerical simulation are based on certain assumptions. However, the reliability of these assumptions needs to be further validated by corresponding experimental data. Through summarizing the geometrical and mechanical influential parameters of ITZ, issues about how ITZ influences the macro-dynamic mechanical performances of concrete which require further study are pointed out.

    摘 要:采用球磨法將石墨烯納米片分散在水泥基體中,研究了石墨烯納米片摻量對水泥基材料抗折強度和抗壓強度的影響。實驗結果表明,適量的石墨烯納米片可均勻分散在水泥基體中,通過橋聯效應和拔出效應對水泥基材料起增強增韌作用,當石墨烯納米片摻量為0.04%時,石墨烯納米片與水泥基體界面結合良好,沒有明顯過渡層,試件3d抗折強度和抗壓強度分別提高了22.84%和23.61%。 Abstract: Graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) were dispersed in the cement matrix by milling method. The effect of GNPs with different contents on the flexural strength and compressive strength of composites were studied. The results showed that well dispersed GNPs improved the mechanical properties of cement composites, owing to GNPs excellent pulling-out and bridging capability. When the GNPs content was 0.04%, the mechanical properties of cement composites were increased obviously. Its flexural and compressive strength increased by 22.84% and 23.61% respectively compared with the referee sample after curing 3 days. The interface between graphene nanoplatelets and cement was bonded well, with no obvious transition layer.

    摘 要:以C60混凝土為研究對象,通過單摻和復摻不同比例的粉煤灰、礦粉、偏高嶺土,研究各礦物摻合料對混凝土抗壓強度及體積穩定性的影響。結果表明,單摻粉煤灰和偏高嶺土能有效降低混凝土試件的收縮率,其中摻加20%粉煤灰的混凝土試件,60d收縮率相比不摻加時降低了19.07%,單摻偏高嶺土10%與20%時,收縮率分別降低了28.66%和30.27%,二者相差不大。復摻10%偏高嶺土+20%粉煤灰時,混凝土試件的收縮率得到進一步降低,60d收縮率僅為空白樣的60.02%,且28d抗壓強度為63.5MPa,與空白樣相比略微降低。 Abstract: Effects of three kinds of mineral admixtures ( fly ash, slag power and metakaolin ) on the compressive strength and volume stability of concrete are researched. Different dosages of mineral admixtures are added into concrete with strength grade C60 by the methods of separate addition and compound addition. The experimental results show that the shrinkage of concrete specimens is decreased after adding fly ash and metakaolin separately. At 60 days, contrasting to the blank sample with no admixtures, the shrinkage of concrete specimens with 20% fly ash is decreased by 19.07%, the shrinkage of concrete specimens with 10% and 20% metakaolin is decreased by 28.66% and 30.27% respectively. The compound addition of 10% metakaolin and 20%fly ash has a better effect on reducing the concrete shrinkage, according to data, this concrete shrinkage is only about 60.02% of the blank sample, at the same time, 28d compressive strength reaches to 63.5MPa, which is not much difference to the blank sample.

    摘 要:基于電桿余漿成分分析結果及C50普通混凝土配合比設計特點,探討了循環利用余漿生產同等級的環形混凝土電桿的可行性。通過近一年的跟蹤分析、試驗與實際應用得出,將余漿再次使用到電桿生產中完全可行,并且經濟和社會效益顯著。 Abstract: Based on the composition analysis results of residual slurry and C50 common concrete mixture ratio design characteristics of the circular concrete pole, residual slurry is used as solid content in cement to produce the same class concrete pole. Through nearly a year of tracking analysis, experiment and practical application, it's proved that circulating utilization of residual slurry in concrete pole is completely feasible, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.

    摘 要:為了解雙層箍筋對混凝土變形性能的影響,對6根雙層箍筋約束混凝土圓形柱與2根普通箍筋圓柱進行了軸心受壓試驗,研究了其破壞過程和破壞形態。并基于試件的荷載-應變曲線,分析了箍筋形式、內外層箍筋間距以及配箍特征值對試件變形性能的影響。結果表明:雙層箍筋比普通箍筋能更有效地提高高強混凝土的延性,從而提高了混凝土柱的變形性能。 Abstract: In order to effectively improve the strength and deformation properties of concrete circular columns, a new type of of building structure (double-stirrup RC column) is proposed. On the basis of concentric loading tests of six circular columns confined by double high strength spiral stirrups, the damage form of the concrete circular columns and the stress-strain curve of the specimens are analyzed. The results show that double high strength spiral stirrups is more effective in the lateral deformation of the high strength concrete than common reinforcement, and can effectively improve the deformation of high strength concrete components performance.
