    摘??要:預拌砂漿具有質量優良、減輕污染、生產效率高及可消納大量固體廢棄物等優勢,近些年得到大量推廣。碎屑是礦石開采產生的廢渣,其排放量為碎石產量的20%~30%左右。本文分析了碎屑不同摻量對預拌抹灰砂漿的標準稠度用水量、強度等性能的影響,并對其耐久性如收縮率及抗凍性等進行了研究,從碎屑理化性質等方面論述了相應的作用機理,可為碎屑在預拌砂漿中的大規模應用提供理論依據和技術支持。Abstract:Dry-mixedmortarhasbeenusedwidelyduetoadvantagesofstablequality,lowpollutionandhighefficiencyaswellasabilityofdisposalofwastes.Clasticarebyproductsofstoneextracting,andtheamountisabout20%~30%oftheaggregate.Theinfluencesofclasticamountonthestrength,wateramount,andthedurabilitysuchasshrinkageandfrost-resistanceofready-mixedplasteringmortarareanalyzed.Meanwhilethemechanismisdiscussedbasedonthephysicochemicalpropertyofclastics.Theresearchcanoffersometheoryevidencesandtechnicalsupportforthescaleapplications.

    摘??要:采用高溫燒制工藝,研究了原材料、成型溫度、加熱時間、發光粉摻量對氧化條件下制備發光石性能的影響。結果表明,以100目SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+長余輝發光粉和低熔點硼酸鹽玻璃粉為原材料,發光粉摻量為30%,溫度800℃,加熱時間為10min,制備的發光石表觀質量、強度及發光性能良好。將該發光石作為骨料應用于混凝土中,可制備出具有照明與裝飾功能的發光露骨混凝土。Abstract:Theluminousstoneispreparedbyusinghightemperaturefiringtechnology,andtheinfluencesofrawmaterials,processingtemperature,heatingtime,phosphorcontentonthepropertiesoftheluminousstonearestudiedunderoxidizingconditions.TheresultsshowthatwhentherawmaterialsisSrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+longafterglowphosphorof100meshandlowmeltingborateglasspowder,phosphorcontentis30%,temperatureis800°C,andheatingtimeis10min,theluminousstonehasgoodapparentquality,strengthandluminousperformance.Usingtheluminousstoneasconcreteaggregate,theluminousexposedaggregateconcretecanbepreparedwithfunctionsoflightinganddecoration.

    摘??要:以商洛鉬尾礦為試驗礦樣,以氯氧鎂水泥為膠凝材料,進行了制磚研究。通過MgO、MgCl2和鉬尾礦等的混合,經攪拌、振動后制備免燒磚,研究了波美度和鉬尾礦摻加量對免燒磚性能的影響,并分析了尾礦對免燒磚性能影響的機理。研究結果表明,當鹵水波美度為28%,尾礦摻加量為80%時,性能較好,其28d的抗折強度和抗壓強度分別為3.35MPa和9.28MPa。Abstract:UsingmolybdenumtailingsinShangluoasacoresampleandmagnesiumoxychloridecementascementitiousmaterials,thebanking-freebrickispreparedbymixingmolybdenumtailings,MgOandMgCl2,andthenvibrationandstirring.Theeffectsofmolybdenumtailingscontentand°Béofbrineonpropertiesofthebanking-freebrickandthemechanismarestudied.Theresultsshowthatwhenthemolybdenumtailingscontentis80%and°Béofbrineis28%,the28danti-pressurestrengthandflexuralstrengthofpreparedbanking-freebrickarerespectively3.35MPaand9.28MPa.

    摘 要:結合工程實例,對高速公路改擴建中既有斜腿剛構天橋再利用的改造方案進行了探討,介紹了幾種基于體系轉換的技術改造方案,并通過對比推選出優選方案:“雙塔斜拉體系——單索+體外預應力”。理論分析與實踐表明,體系轉換法進行斜腿剛構橋梁改造是可行的。 Abstract: According to the engineering example, the technology reconstruction plan of the existing rigid frame bridge with inclined leg in the highway construction and expressway reconstruction is discussed, and several technical reconstruction schemes based on system transformation are introduced and compared. And an optimization scheme "the cable-stayed system with twin towers—single cable & external prestressing" is chosen. Theory analysis and practice show that the method of system transformation for reconstruction rigid frame bridge with inclined leg is feasible.

    摘 要:利用工業廢渣鋼渣、礦渣、EPS顆粒、水泥及石膏等按一定比例拌和,生產新型自保溫墻體材料,并將其應用到牧民定居工程中的“暖圈”建設。討論了將復合保溫材料在現場實際施工中的攪拌問題,并對復合材料在澆筑過程中施工質量控制的技術措施進行研究。 Abstract: A new type of self-insulation wall materials is produced by mixing a certain ratio of industrial waste slag, slag cement, plaster EPS beads and so on, and applied in the "warm circle" construction of herdsmen settlement project. The mixture stirring problems of composite insulation materials in the actual construction are mainly discussed and some technical measures for construction quality control of composite insulation materials are studied during in-situ casting.

So the technology is applied in Anyang world trade center project. In the process of practical application, several technical improvement measures are put forward in view of the problems in the key construction technology. It can provide a reference for the construction of the high-rise frame tube structure.

    摘 要:在混凝土砌塊中填入相變石膏板,構成復合相變混凝土砌塊,將其運用到建筑外墻中。在實驗室搭建變溫熱箱實驗裝置,通過實驗與模擬驗證焓法模型在計算相變傳熱時的可行性,并運用焓法模型計算分析由復合相變混凝土砌塊砌成的建筑外墻的熱工特性。研究表明,用焓法模型計算得到的模擬值與實驗值的誤差不超過5%。通過焓法模型計算分析得到,當室內空調定溫為26℃時,相變石膏板相變溫度為26℃節能效果最佳,將這種相變石膏板放置在混凝土砌塊外側孔中,相變外墻房間節能59.1%,節約電費61.4%;放置在砌塊內側孔中,相變外墻房間節能45.3%,節約電費48.2%。 Abstract: Composite phase change concrete blocks applied in building exterior walls are formed by putting phase change plasterboard in concrete block. The enthalpy method is used to simulate and calculate, the variable temperature hot box is used to validate the accuracy of the enthalpy method, and the thermal performance of the exterior wall built with composite phase change concrete blocks is calculated using the enthalpy method. The results show that it’s concluded that the relative error of calculating phase change heat transfer by the enthalpy method is no more than 5%. When the indoor air conditioning temperature is 26 ℃ constantly and the phase change temperature of phase change plasterboard is 26 ℃, the energy-saving effect is the best. When putting this kind of phase change plasterboard in the outside layer of concrete block, 59.1% of energy and 61.4% of power are saved; when putting it in the inside layer of concrete block, 45.3% of energy and 48.2% of power are saved.

    摘 要:通過對聚氨酯蒸壓加氣混凝土性能的測試,研究了聚氨酯摻量對蒸壓加氣混凝土比強度、吸水率、抗凍性的影響。并利用X射線衍射和掃描電鏡等分析方法分析了不同聚氨酯摻量下的蒸壓加氣混凝土的水化產物和結構特點。研究發現:聚氨酯能提高蒸壓加氣混凝土的比強度;聚氨酯的摻量在6%左右,比強度有顯著提高;聚氨酯摻量在6%左右對抗凍性有顯著改善,15次凍融循環后的質量損失率和強度損失率分別為3.249%和16.43%;水化產物以托勃莫來石和C-S-H為主;加入聚氨酯后沒有引起蒸壓加氣混凝土表觀密度的明顯增加。 Abstract: Through the physical properties test of polyurethane autoclaved aerated concrete, the influence of different polyurethane content on strength, water absorption, frost resistance of autoclaved aerated concrete is studied. The hydration products and structural characters of autoclaved aerated concrete with different content are analyzed by XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that polyurethane can enhance the strength of autoclaved aerated concrete, and the strength is enhanced obviously when the polyurethane content is 6%; the frost resistance is improved obviously when the polyurethane content is 6%, and the mass loss rate and strength loss rate after 15 times freezing-thawing cycles are 3.249% and 16.43% respectively; the hydration products mainly contain tobermorite and C-S-H; the apparent density of samples are not increasing obviously when polyurethane is used.

    摘??要:研究了一種以鍍銅鋼纖維為導電材料的屏蔽砂漿,并分別測定了纖維摻入法和滿鋪法砂漿的力學性能、導電性能和電磁屏蔽效果SE(Shieldingeffectiveness)。研究結果表明:金屬纖維能夠提高砂漿力學性能和導電性能,隨著纖維摻量的增加,纖維摻入法砂漿抗折強度較普通砂漿提高約14.2%~17.8%,抗壓強度提高約7.3%~23.1%;鍍銅鋼纖維能夠提高砂漿的SE,纖維摻入法最優纖維體積分數為1%,采用滿鋪法制作的纖維布砂漿SE在各個頻段范圍內均高于纖維砂漿,在200~1500MHz范圍內增幅約20dB,最大SE為-51.52dB,研究結果對電磁屏蔽砂漿在民用建筑中的推廣具有一定的指導意義。Abstract:Akindofshieldingmortarwithcopperplatingmetalfiberasconductivematerialisstudied,andthemechanicalproperties,electricalconductivityandtheelectricalshieldingeffect(SE)ofshieldingmortarusingfiberincorporationmethodandfull-pavemethodmortarrespectivelyaremeasured.Theresultsshowthatthemetalfibercanimprovemechanicalpropertiesandelectricalconductivityofmortar.Comparedwithordinarymortar,withtheincreasingoffibercontent,theflexuralstrengthofthemortarwithmetalfiberincreasesabout14.2%~17.8%andthecompressivestrengthincreasesabout7.3%~23.1%.Conductivecopperplatingmetalfibercanimprovetheshieldingeffectivenessofmortar,theoptimalfibervolumefractionoffiberincorporationmethodis1%,SEofthemortarusingthefiberreinforcedpolymermortaradoptfull-pavemethodishigherthanthatoffibermortarineachfrequencyrange,andtheincreasingextentisabout20dBintherangeof200~1500MHz,thelargestSEis-51.52dB.Theseresultshaveacertainguidingsignificancetothepromotionofelectromagneticshieldingmortarincivilbuilding.

    摘 要:將不同比例的碳納米管摻入水泥砂漿,制備了六組水泥砂漿復合材料試件,分析了不同齡期下不同摻量的碳納米管分散液對水泥砂漿力學性能的影響。研究結果表明:少量碳納米管的摻入,會使水泥砂漿的力學性能提高,但是摻量過高時反而會有所下降。碳納米管對水泥砂漿早期的力學性能提高較大,當水灰比為0.50時,碳納米管的摻加量存在一個最優值。 Abstract: In order to analyze the flexural strength and the compressive strength of the cement mortar under different content of carbon nanotubes in different ages, six groups of cement mortar mixed with different proportions of carbon nanotubes are tested. The experimental results show that the incorporation of a small amount of carbon nanotubes improves the mechanical properties of cement mortar, but the mechanical properties of cement mortar decline when the dosage is too high. The early mechanical properties of cement mortar with carbon nanotubes are greatly improved. The mixing amount of carbon nanotubes is an optimal value while the water-cement ratio is 0.50.
