    摘??要:通過分析混凝土裂縫愈合前后的力學性能、裂縫寬度、物相組成和組織結構,研究了不同濃度Na2CO3溶液(0、2%、4%、6%)環境下混凝土裂縫的自愈合性能。結果表明,Na2CO3溶液對混凝土裂縫的自愈合效果明顯優于水;不同濃度Na2CO3溶液環境下,混凝土的強度、波速均隨齡期延長逐漸增大,且增長速率前期較大,后隨齡期的延長趨于平緩;6%Na2CO3溶液環境下,混凝土強度恢復效果最明顯,49d時完全恢復,60d時強度恢復率增至106.1%;2%Na2CO3溶液環境下,60d時混凝土強度恢復率僅為73.5%;4%Na2CO3溶液環境下,混凝土強度恢復效果處于兩者之間。隨Na2CO3溶液濃度的增大,裂縫中C-S-H凝膠、CaCO3晶體等水化產物增多,體積增大,二者通過填充作用和膠結作用,使裂縫逐漸愈合。Abstract:Concreteself-healingperformancesunderdifferentconcentrationofsodiumcarbonatesolution(0,2%,4%,6%)werestudiedbyanalyzingmechanicalproperty,crackwidth,phasecompositionandmicrostructurebeforeandaftertherepairmentofconcretecrack.Theexperimentalresultsindicatedthattheself-healingcapacityofconcretecuringinsodiumcarbonatesolutionwasmuchbetterthanthatofconcretecuringinwater.Indifferentconcentrationsofsodiumcarbonatesolution,theearlyrisingrateofstrengthandultrasonicvelocityofconcretesamplewashigh,alongwiththeprolongationofcuringage,therisingrateofstrengthandultrasonicvelocityleveledoff.Concretecuringinthe6%sodiumcarbonatesolutionshowedthebestself-healingperformanceanditscompressivestrengthrecoveredcompletelyinthecuringageof49days,andthestrengthrestorationratiowas106.1%inthecuringageof60days.Thestrengthrestorationratioofconcretecuringin2%sodiumcarbonatesolutionwasonly73.5%inthecuringageof60days.4%sodiumcarbonatesolutionshowedamiddleself-healingperformance.Theamountandsizeofhydrationproducts,suchasC-S-Hgelandcalciumcarbonate,increasedwiththeincreaseofsodiumcarbonatesolutionconcentration.Thesehydrationproductsmadethecrackhealedgraduallythroughfillingactionandcementationaction.

    摘??要:鋼管混凝土的設計應滿足自密實填充要求的同時,具有合適的膨脹性能。試驗在保證C60混凝土工作性能的基礎上,研究了膨脹劑摻量對混凝土工作性能、強度和膨脹性能的影響,配制出C60自密實膨脹鋼管混凝土。當膨脹劑摻量為10%時,混凝土自由膨脹率范圍在0.07%~0.09%,限制膨脹率范圍為0.02%~0.035%,同時由混凝土工作性和強度變化規律,得出膨脹劑摻量不宜超過10%,并通過混凝土膨脹性能的分析研究單向限制膨脹率與自由膨脹率的相關性規律,兩者具有較好的相關性,但膨脹劑摻量會影響這二個膨脹指標的相關性規律。Abstract:Concretedesignofsteeltubefilledconcreteshouldnotonlymeettherequirementsofself-compacting,butalsoneedthesuitableexpansionproperties.Onthebasisofworkingperformancerequirement,theimpactsofexpansiveagentonconcreteworkingperformance,strengthandexpansionpropertiesarestudied,theC60steeltubefilledconcreteisprepareedtomeettheself-compactingandexpansionproperties.Whenthedosageofexpansiveagentis10%,concretefreeexpansionratioreached0.07%~0.09%,andrestrainedexpansionratioreached0.02%~0.035%.Meanwhile,inconsiderationofworkingperformanceandstrengthofconcrete,theexpansiveagentshouldnotbetoomuch.Theresearchalsofoundthatrestrainedexpansionratioandfreeexpansionratioofexpansiveconcretehavegoodcorrelation,butthecorrelationruleisaffectedbytheexpansiveagentcontent.

    摘??要:分別采用物理強化、化學強化和物理-化學復合強化三種不同的強化方式對簡單破碎再生粗骨料進行強化處理,并采用100%取代天然碎石制備再生粗骨料混凝土,研究了不同強化處理后的再生粗骨料對混凝土工作性能、力學性能、抗滲透性能和抗碳化性能的影響。結果表明,經過強化處理的再生粗骨料混凝土的各項性能均有不同程度的提高,其中經二次物理強化處理后的再生粗骨料混凝土的用水量較天然碎石混凝土僅增加了6kg/m3,其抗壓強度也達到最高值,接近于天然碎石混凝土;經二次物理強化和化學浸漬復合強化處理后的再生混凝土氯離子擴散系數降低了13.6%;三種不同的強化方式處理后,再生混凝土的碳化深度和碳化速度均有所降低。Abstract:Threekindsofdifferentstrengtheningtechnologiesofphysicalenhancement,chemicalenhancementandphysical-chemicalcompoundenhancementtostrengthenthesimplecrushingrecycledcoarseaggregateareadopted,with100%replacednaturalgravelpreparationofrecycledcoarseaggregateconcrete,andtheinfluencesoftherecycledcoarseaggregateofdifferentstrengtheningtreatmentontheworkingperformance,mechanicalproperties,penetrationresistanceandcarbonationresistanceofconcretearestudied.Theresearchresultsshowthat,throughstrengtheningtreatment,recycledcoarseaggregateconcretepropertiesareimprovedtodifferentdegrees,thewaterconsumptionofrecycledcoarseaggregateconcreteafterthesecondaryphysicalstrengthentreatmentisonlyincreasedby6kg/m3thanthatofnaturalgravelconcrete.Thecompressivestrengthalsoreachedthehighestvalue,closetothenaturalgravelconcrete.Thechlorideiondiffusioncoefficientofrecycledconcreteafterthesecondaryphysical-chemicalcompoundstrengtheningtreatmentisreducedby13.6%.Thedepthofcarbonationandcarbonationvelocitydecreaseafterthreekindsofdifferentstrengtheningtreatments.

    摘 要:基于已有混凝土耐久性研究成果,通過建立砂漿在硫酸鹽溶液作用下的兩階段三區域蝕強模型,推導出了雙階段的抗腐蝕系數公式,并采用雙折線的強度損失率對系數的表達進行了簡化,該系數可以充分考慮硫酸鹽濃度、腐蝕時間、腐蝕擴散程度以及試件尺寸等因素對砂漿力學性能的影響。通過結合試驗結果和參數的具體分析得出:該系數模型具有較強的適用性,可準確有效地評估硫酸鹽作用下混凝土及砂漿腐蝕程度,且所采用的簡化方法不僅能滿足結果的精確性要求,同時對于公式的表達與最終參數的擬合更加簡便與高效。 Abstract: Based on the existing research results of durability about concrete, the destruction process of the mortar under the action of sulfate solution was divided into two phases and three areas in this paper, and the corrosion resistance coefficients at the corresponding stage was put forward and simplified by using strength loss rate formula of the double broken line. The coefficient can fully consider the influences of not only sulfate concentration, corrosion time and the diffusion degree of corrosion, but also the effects of specimen size. Through a certain amount of fitting analysis of the test results, the coefficient model has strong applicability, and the simplified method adopted can not only satisfy the requirement of the accuracy of the results, but also make the formula expression and the final parameter fitting more convenient and efficient, so the coefficient can accurately and effectively evaluate corrosion degree of concrete and mortar under the action of sulfate.

    摘??要:分別進行了水泥石、骨料和鋼纖維對混凝土耐鉆磨性能和抗壓強度影響的研究,制備出高耐鉆磨的超高強混凝土(抗壓強度為198MPa)。試驗結果表明,水膠比0.18,高強摻合料摻量20%,棕剛玉為骨料,體積摻量為10%,鋼纖維體積摻量為1.75%時,超高強混凝土耐鉆磨性能和抗壓強度最佳,并對其高致密、高耐鉆磨機理進行了探索。?Abstract:Theinfluencesofcementstone,aggregate,steelfiberondrill-grindingresistanceandcompressivestrengthofconcretearestudied.Theconcreteispreparedwithgooddrill-grindingresistanceandhighcompressivestrengthof198MPa.Theresultsshowthat,whenwater-binderratiois0.18,thedosageofhighstrengthadmixtureis20%,thevolumedosagesofbrowncorundumasaggregateandsteelfiberareseparately10%and1.75%,ultra-highstrengthconcretehasbetterdrill-grindingresistanceandcompressivestrength.Themechanismofdrill-grindingresistanceandstrengthofconcreteisalsoresearched.

    摘 要:闡述了滲透結晶型表面處理劑的作用機理。滲透結晶型表面處理劑滲透進入水泥基內部后,與水泥的水化產物發生反應可以生成新的晶體來填補水泥縫隙,使基體更加密實,研究發現,這是通過與水泥基的化學反應增強機制來實現強化的。本文主要介紹了氟硅酸鹽與水泥基材料的作用機理,并初步研究了氟硅酸鹽表面硬化的處理方法。 Abstract: Surface treatment agent of permeable crystallization is elaborated around. After permeable crystallization surface treatment agent penetrating into cement base, reacting with the hydration products of cement, it can generate a new crystal to fill the gap of cement base, which make more dense matrix. The reinforcement is realized through the chemical reaction enhanced mechanism of cement base. The reaction mechanism of fluorosilicate with cement base is mainly introduced, and a preliminary research of surface treatment method of fluorine silicate surface treatment agent is carried out.

    摘 要:通過對混凝土大壩的評估,分析了影響混凝土大壩工程壽命的因素,總結了混凝土大壩工程壽命的評價方法,提出了延長混凝土大壩工程壽命的方法,以便維護混凝土大壩的安全運行。 Abstract: Through evaluating the concrete dam, the influencing factors of lifespan of concrete dam are analyzed including aging of concrete dam, the quality of construct material and structure foundation of concrete dam. The lifespan evaluation methods of concrete dam are summarized including comprehense evaluate index method, lifespan distribute method and frequency respond method. The method for prolonging lifespan of the concrete dam is put forward to maintain the safe operation of concrete dam.

Combined with engineering examples, the application of cathodic protection technology in anticorrosion of prestressed concrete pipe for water transmission is illustrated, and the future development of the cathodic protection technology in anticorrosion of the PCCP (Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe) water pipelines is expected.

    摘 要:探討了采用芯模振動工藝制備管子、檢查井、箱涵等混凝土制品時易產生麻面、裂縫、鋼筋骨架下沉、混凝土塌落、檢查井井底漏水等質量通病的原因,并針對這些問題,提出了相應的預防措施。 Abstract:Common quality problems of concrete products ( pipes, manhole and box culvert ) prepared by using the core vibrated casting technology such as pitted surface, cracks, sinking of reinforcement cages, slump, leakage at the bottom of manholes are discussed, and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward to solve these problems.

    摘 要:進行了6根CFRP方鋼管再生混凝土短柱和2根方鋼管再生混凝土短柱的軸壓性能試驗。研究了再生粗骨料取代率、CFRP包裹層數對CFRP方鋼管再生混凝土短柱受力性能的影響。試驗結果表明,CFRP方鋼管再生混凝土短柱的承載力隨著再生粗骨料取代率的增加而降低;增加CFRP包裹層數,其試件承載力變大。 Abstract: A total of 6 CFRP square steel tubular confined recycled aggregate concrete short columns and 2 recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tubular short columns were tested under axial compression load. The influences of the replace rate of recycled aggregate concrete and the layers of CFRP jackets on the compression behavior of CFRP square steel tubular confined recycled aggregate concrete short columns were studied. The results indicate that with the replace rate of recycled aggregate concrete increasing,the specimens have an decreasing trend in the load bearing capacity; the more the layers of CFRP jackets, the higher the load bearing capacity of the specimens.
