    摘 要:單獨使用環氧樹脂或緩蝕劑對鋼筋混凝土結構中鋼筋的防護效果有限。為取得更好的防護效果,本文嘗試將緩蝕劑和環氧樹脂組合使用,采用半電池電位法測定緩蝕劑和環氧樹脂不同涂刷順序對混凝土構件中鋼筋的防護效果。試驗結果表明,先涂一層緩蝕劑再覆蓋一層環氧樹脂對混凝土構件中的鋼筋防護效果最佳,能有效降低鋼筋的腐蝕電位,使構件中鋼筋的腐蝕概率小于5%,因此,緩蝕劑與環氧樹脂的組合使用能有效保護鋼筋不被腐蝕。 Abstract: The protection cannot show the intact effectiveness when epoxy resin or corrosion inhibitors is used alone on the reinforced steel concrete structure. In this paper, making a combination of epoxy resin and corrosion inhibitors is tried for getting a better protective effect, and half-cell potential method is used to determine the protective effect of epoxy and corrosion for reinforced concrete structure when they are applied in different order. The results show that brushing a layer of corrosion inhibitor then covering a layer of epoxy corrosion inhibitor has a better protection on reinforced steel concrete structure, which can effectively reduce the potential corrosion of the steel and makes the probability of corrosion of steel members less than 5%. Therefore, using the combination of corrosion inhibitor and epoxy resin can effectively protect steel from corrosion.

    摘 要:以9根方鋼管微膨脹再生混凝土構件為研究對象,進行推出滑移試驗,主要研究再生混凝土強度、再生骨料替代率和膨脹劑摻量等因素對微膨脹再生混凝土鋼管柱粘結滑移性能的影響。研究結果表明,再生混凝土強度對粘結滑移性能的影響較大,再生骨料替代率對其影響不明顯,摻入合理比例的膨脹劑可以有效提高混凝土與鋼管之間的粘結力。利用試驗研究數據擬合得到鋼管與微膨脹再生混凝土界面粘結強度計算公式,為微膨脹再生混凝土工程應用提供一定的理論基礎。 Abstract: Based on the root of 9 square micro expansion recycled concrete filled steel tubular short column as the research object, to launch slip test, the effects of the main research strength of recycled concrete, recycled aggregate replacement rate and dosage of expansion agent on micro expansion of recycled concrete steel tube column bond-slip performance are researched. The results show that the effect of recycled concrete strength on the bond-slip performance is larger, the influence of recycled aggregate replacement rate on the bond-slip performance is not obvious, reasonable proportion of expansion agent can effectively improve the cohesive force between concrete and steel tube. Using experimental study data fitting, the steel tube and micro expansion recycled concrete interface bond strength calculation formula is carried out, which can provide certain theoretical basis for engineering application.

    摘 要:為了評價活性粉末混凝土耐硫酸鹽和凍融循環耦合破壞作用的性能,本文通過試驗測定了不同耦合循環次數下,普硅活性粉末混凝土(P)和高抗活性粉末混凝土(GP)的質量損失率、相對動彈性模量、抗壓強度和抗壓強度耐腐蝕性系數等物理力學性能指標,并研究了粉煤灰和礦粉替代量對活性粉末混凝土耐硫酸鹽和凍融循環耦合破壞作用的影響。試驗結果表明,P和GP的質量損失率隨耦合循環次數的變化幅度較小,而相對動彈性模量、抗壓強度和抗壓強度耐腐蝕性系數都隨耦合循環次數的增大出現先增大后減小的趨勢,當耦合循環次數分別為9次和6次時,P和GP的抗壓強度分別達到最大值168.65MPa和157.69MPa;粉煤灰的摻入能明顯改善混凝土的耐硫酸鹽和凍融循環耦合破壞作用,且當摻量為30%時改善效果最好;礦粉的加入也能改善混凝土的耐硫酸鹽和凍融循環耦合破壞作用;相比于相對動彈性模量,抗壓強度更適合評價活性粉末混凝土的耐硫酸鹽和凍融循環耦合破壞作用的性能。 Abstract: In order to evaluate the reactive powder concrete resistance to sulfate and freezing-thaw cycle coupling actions, the mass loss rate, relative dynamic elastic modulus, compressive strength and compressive strength of corrosion resistance coefficient of common silica reactive powder concrete (P) and high resistance to reactive powder concrete (GP) in different coupling cycles are determined through the test, and the effects of fly ash and slag substitution amount on the resistance to sulfate and the effect of freezing-thaw cycles coupled damage of reactive powder concrete are studied. The test results show that with the increase of coupling cycles, the mass loss rate of P and GP changes to a less extent, and the relative dynamic corrosion coefficient of elastic modulus, compressive strength and compressive strength of resistance with the number of cycles coupled increasing, first increased and then decreased. When the coupling cycle times are 9 times and 6 times, the compressive strength of P and GP reached a maximum at 168.65MPa and 157.69MPa; the addition of fly ash can improve the sulfate resistance of concrete, as well as the freezing-thaw cycles and coupling actions, and when the addition amount is 30%, the best effect of improving is obtained. Adding the slag can improve the resistance to sulfate and freezing-thaw cycle coupling actions of concrete. Compared to the relative dynamic elastic modulus, compressive strength is more suitable for the evaluation of resistance to sulfate and freezing-thaw cycle coupling actions of reactive powder concrete.

    摘 要:通過實驗室試驗,添加乳膠聚合物以提高多孔混凝土的強度。本研究集中在聚合物改性多孔混凝土(PMPC)滲透性與強度特性之間的平衡。同時,添加了天然砂和纖維來增強多孔混凝土的強度。試驗結果表明,通過添加乳膠和砂可以生產出具有可接受滲透性和強度的多孔混凝土。 Abstract: Through the laboratory experiment, the strength of pervious concrete is improved by adding the latex polymer. This study focused on the balance between permeability and strength properties of polymer-modified pervious concrete (PMPC). Meanwhile, natural sand and fiber are included to enhance the strength properties of pervious concrete. The test results indicate that it is possible to produce pervious concrete with acceptable permeability and strength through the combination of latex and sand.

    摘 要:通過正交試驗,分析了粉煤灰摻量、沙漠砂替代率、砂率和水膠比對沙漠砂高強混凝土7d、28d、56d和100d抗壓強度的影響;在正交試驗基礎上,保持砂率和水膠比不變,進一步揭示沙漠砂替代率和粉煤灰摻量對沙漠砂高強混凝土28d抗壓強度和劈裂拉伸強度的影響規律。試驗研究表明,隨著沙漠砂替代率增加,沙漠砂高強混凝土抗壓強度和劈裂拉伸強度呈現先增大后減小趨勢,沙漠砂替代率為20%時,沙漠砂高強混凝土抗壓強度和劈裂拉伸強度均達到最大值;隨著粉煤灰摻量增加,沙漠砂高強混凝土抗壓強度和劈裂拉伸強度先增大后減小,粉煤灰摻量為15%時,沙漠砂高強混凝土抗壓強度和劈裂拉伸強度達到最大值,為沙漠砂在工程中的應用提供指導和借鑒。 Abstract: The orthogonal experiment is carried out to analyze the influence of water-binder ratio, fly ash dosage, sand ratio and desert sand replacement ratio on the 7d, 28d, 56d and 100d compressive strength of high strength desert sand concrete. On the basis of the optimal mixture ratio from orthogonal experiment, the regulation on the influence of fly ash dosage and desert sand replacement ratio on the 28d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high strength desert sand concrete is further analyzed. Experimental results show that with the increase of desert sand replacement ratio, the 28d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high strength desert sand concrete firstly increases, then declines. When desert sand replacement ratio amounts to 20%, the 28d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high strength desert sand concrete reaches maximum. With the enhancement of fly ash dosage, the 28d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high strength desert sand concrete also increases firstly, then declines. When fly ash dosage amounts to 15%, the 28d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of high strength desert sand concrete reaches maximum, which provides guidance for the engineering application of desert sand.

    摘 要:通過ISO標準砂與機制砂橢圓環開裂時間測試以及干縮與質量損失關系的分析,提出評價砂漿開裂敏感性的指標,即砂漿初始開裂時間和干縮-質量損失率雙參數法,這不僅適用于河砂砂漿開裂敏感性的判定,對機制砂砂漿亦同樣有效。 Abstract: Through the testing of ellipse-ring cracking time on river-sand and manufactured- sand mortar, and the analysis of relationship between dry shrinkage and mass loss, the index is put forward to elevate the cracking sensitivity of mortar, namely the double parameter method of initial cracking time and dry shrinkage-mass loss rate, which is not only suitable for river-sand mortar to determine cracking sensitivity of mortar, but also manufactured-sand mortar is equally effective.

    摘 要:介紹了一種加鋪2cm混凝土超薄層修復舊混凝土路面的技術。分析了舊路面加鋪超薄混凝土層的可行性,研究了加鋪混凝土層的技術路線及材料配比,探討了施工工藝對混凝土流動性和力學性能的影響。工程實踐表明,采用自密實早強型聚丙烯纖維細石混凝土超薄罩面修補技術,養護7d后即可開放交通。經過一年多的使用觀察發現,路面無開裂和明顯的磨損現象,達到了設計的預期目的。 Abstract: A kind of 2cm ultra-thin concrete overlay on old concrete pavement technology is introduced. The possibility of ultra-thin overlay is analyzed theoretically, and the technical routine and mixture ratio of ultra-thin overlay concrete are studied. The influence of the construction technology on concrete liquidity and mechanical properties are discussed. The road can be opened for traffic after curing 7d in the engineering project by using the early strength and self-compacting type polypropylene fiber fine stone concrete paving technology. After more than a year of use observation, there is no cracking and obvious wear phenomenon on the concrete pavement, therefore, the technology achieves the expected aim of design.

    摘 要:針對目前裝配式空心板梁橋在使用過程中由于“單板受力”現象而出現的鉸縫病害,利用有限元軟件ANSYS建立裝配式簡支預應力混凝土空心板梁橋計算模型,對施加體外預應力大小、預應力筋順橋向布設位置、預應力筋距梁底距離、鋪裝層厚度以及鉸縫深度作了研究,并以加固前后荷載橫向分布影響線的變化為評價標準,分析了不同方法的加固原理及加固效果。得出了采用相應加固方法可以顯著增加空心板梁橋的橫向聯系和整體性,有效改善“單板受力”這一病害。 Abstract: Aiming at the hinge joint disease of fabricated bridge caused by the phenomenon of "single beam bearing"in service, a calculation model of simply supported prestressed concrete fabricated hollow slab bridge is set up to study the outside pre-stress, the position of prestressed steel bar along direction of the bridge, the distances from prestressed reinforcement to the beam bottom, the thickness of pavement layer and the depth of hingle joint by using the ANSYS finite element software. Then, the reinforce theory and effect of different reinforcement methods mentioned above are analyzed according to the change of the load transverse influence line before and after reinforcement. The results show that the methods could obviously increase the transverse contact and integrity of the hollow slab and improve the disease of "single beam bearing".
