    摘 要:針對目前對珊瑚碎屑混凝土的力學機理尚不清晰這一問題,對不同齡期和水灰比的珊瑚混凝土試塊進行了試驗研究。試驗結果表明,珊瑚混凝土具有早強、快硬的特點;同時,當水灰比減小到一定程度后,單純減小水灰比并不能明顯提高珊瑚混凝土的抗壓強度。本文從材料特性、界面特性以及齡期和水灰比等方面著手,對珊瑚混凝土的強度特性作了詳細分析,并介紹了珊瑚混凝土的破壞形態,從而可為珊瑚碎屑應用于海島混凝土工程提供一定的參考依據。 Abstract: Currently, the mechanical mechanism of coral debris concrete is not well understood, so the research on coral concrete test block in different age and water cement ratio is carried out. The test results show that coral concrete has the characteristics of fast strengthening and hardening, and when the water cement ratio decreases to a certain extent, simply reducing the water cement ratio could not result in obvious additions of compressive strength of coral concrete. From the aspects of material properties, interface properties,age and water cement ratio, the strength characteristics of the coral concrete are analyzed in detail, and the failure pattern is introduced, which can provide reference for application of coral debris in island concrete engineering.

    摘 要:針對工程現場自密實混凝土生產時工作性能降低的問題,通過坍落擴展度、混凝土攪拌等試驗探討分析了環境溫度、攪拌時間、外加劑以及原材料堆放對自密實混凝土的影響。綜合考察影響因素后,通過現場配制對不滿足要求的自密實混凝土提出了配比調整方案,并對自密實混凝土質量控制提出了措施。研究結果表明,溫度越高自密實混凝土坍落擴展度損失越快,摻入適量的緩凝劑可以阻止坍損;攪拌時間存在一臨界值,需根據現場實際情況作具體調整;自密實混凝土拌合物出現離析泌水現象時,應優先調整高效減水劑的用量;露天堆放會導致砂石含水率和含泥量發生變化,從而影響混凝土拌合物的流動性能,應實行封閉式材料管理。 Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the working performance of self-compacting concrete (SCC) decreased in actual production, the main affect factors including ambient temperature, mixing time, admixtures and raw material stacking on SCC were analyzed by slump spread test and mixing test. According to the actual situation of mixing, the adjustment aiming at working performance was raised. The measures for the quality control of SCC were put forward. The research results indicated that the slump spread would lose quickly with the increase of temperature, which could be effectively prevented by the retarder. There was a critical value of the mixing time which should be adjusted according to actual situation. The dosage of super plasticizer needed to be adjusted to avoid segregation or bleeding. Stacking of sand and stone in open-air would make water content and mud content change which influenced the fluidity of SCC. Closed material management should be implemented.

The relationship between the raw material of mortar, shrinkage, and the flexibility is studied in this paper, which can provide an effective theoretical foundation for the reasonable preparation of mortar.

    摘 要:為降低石灰石資源全利用混凝土的開裂敏感性,采用自制的試驗裝置,研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)纖維、減縮劑和膨脹劑對該混凝土干燥收縮的影響規律,以得到有效降低干燥收縮的技術措施,并結合內部相對濕度和孔隙率分析了相應的影響機理。結果表明,減縮劑和膨脹劑可以有效降低石灰石資源全利用混凝土的干燥收縮,其中以減縮劑降低效果更好,而PVA纖維反而增加了其干燥收縮;相比于基準混凝土相應砂漿的孔隙率,摻加減縮劑砂漿的不同孔徑的孔隙率均最低,摻加膨脹劑砂漿的次之,而PVA纖維明顯增加了對干燥收縮影響較大的小于100nm的孔隙率;同步測試得到的干燥收縮與內部相對濕度有較好的線性回歸關系,通過測試內部相對濕度可以計算出同齡期的干燥收縮。 Abstract: In order to decrease the cracking sensitivity of concrete with total utilization of limestone resources, the influence law of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber, shrinkage reducing admixture and expansive agent on drying shrinkage of the concrete was studied by the self-made test device to obtain the effective technology measure of decreasing drying shrinkage, and the corresponding influence mechanism was analyzed by testing internal relative humidity and porosity. The results indicate that the shrinkage reducing admixture and expansive agent can effectively decrease drying shrinkage of concrete with total utilization of limestone resources, the better decreasing with shrinkage reducing admixture, however, PVA fiber increases drying shrinkage. Compared with the porosity of the controlled concrete corresponding mortar, the different aperture porosities of mortar with shrinkage reducing admixture are minimum, and those of mortar with expansive agent are second, and nevertheless, PVA fiber increases the porosity which has an important effect on drying shrinkage and whose aperture is less than 100nm. The better linear relationships between the synchronized drying shrinkage and internal relative humidity are obtained, and the same period drying shrinkage can be calculated by testing internal relative humidity.

    摘 要:為了研究拉伸荷載作用下混凝土的抗滲性,本文通過試驗研究了拉伸荷載下水灰比、礦物摻合料、引氣劑摻量和纖維摻量等對混凝土氣體表面滲透系數的影響。結果表明,水灰比越小,氣體表面滲透系數隨極限荷載比例的變化趨勢越小,當水灰比大于0.4,極限荷載比例大于30%時,氣體表面滲透系數隨極限荷載比例的增大急劇增長;粉煤灰和礦渣的加入都能不同程度改善混凝土的抗滲性能,其中當粉煤灰摻量為10%左右時,氣體表面滲透系數最小,低極限荷載比例下礦渣對抗滲性能的改善效果優于粉煤灰,而在高極限荷載比例下情況相反;引氣劑的加入會使混凝土的抗滲性有所降低;加入適量纖維能明顯改善混凝土在拉伸荷載作用下的抗滲性,且使抗滲性能出現明顯劣化的極限荷載比例顯著增大,纖維摻量宜在1.0%左右。 Abstract: In order to study the effect of impermeability of concrete under tensile load, the influences of water cement ratio, mineral admixture, air entraining and fiber content on gas permeability coefficient of concrete surface under tensile load are studied in this paper. The results show that water cement ratio is smaller, the change trend of surface gas permeability coefficient with the ultimate load proportion is smaller, when the water cement ratio is greater than 0.4, the limit load ratio is greater than 30%, the increase of surface gas permeability coefficient with the growth of the ultimate load ratio is rapidly. Fly ash and slag can improve the impermeability of concrete properties of different level, when the dosage of fly ash is about 10%, the surface of the gas permeability coefficient is minimal, lower limit load ratio to improve the performance of slag against seepage effect is better than that of fly ash, and under the high proportion of limit load is opposite. The addition of air-entraining agent can make the permeability resistance of concrete decreases, adding appropriate fiber can obviously improve the permeability resistance of concrete under tensile load, and the permeability in the significant increase in the proportion limit load of a significant degradation, fiber content should be in about 1%.

    摘 要:超緩凝混凝土是一種凝結時間較長、早期強度較低、后期強度發展較快的新型混凝土。本文探討了水灰比、砂率、礦物摻合料摻量對超緩凝混凝土性能的影響,以水灰比、砂率、礦物摻合料摻量為單一變量,利用聚羧酸和蔗糖為減水劑和緩凝劑,分別測定了混凝土流動性能、凝結性能及抗壓強度。結果表明,超緩凝混凝土的砂率宜選擇35%~45%;水灰比在0.30~0.80范圍,混凝土28d抗壓強度隨水灰比增加而降低,凝結時間隨水灰比增加而增加;粉煤灰和礦粉的摻入可以改善超緩凝混凝土的工作性能,超緩凝混凝土后期強度隨粉煤灰或礦粉取代量增加而降低。 Abstract: Super-retarding concrete is a new concrete, which has longer setting time, lower early strength, later strength rapid development. The effects of water-cement ratio, sand ratio, mineral admixture content on the property of the super-retarding concrete are discussed in this paper, using water-cement ratio, sand ratio, mineral admixture content as the single variable, using polycarboxylic acid and sucrose as the water reducer and setting retarder, the flow properties, coagulation properties and compressive strength of concrete are determined. The results show that sand ratio of super-retarding concrete should be 35%~45%, water-cement ratio in the range of 0.3~0.8, 28d compressive strength of the concrete decrease with water-cement ratio increasing, the setting time increase with water-cement ratio increasing, fly ash and slag can improve the workability of super-retarding concrete, the later strength of super-retarding concrete decrease with the substituted amount of fly ash or slag increasing.

    摘 要:結合柳州某巖溶發育場地的旋挖灌注樁檢測實例,針對施工中基樁混凝土質量的異常情況,分別采取聲波透射法、低應變法、鉆芯法等多種檢測手段判別基樁混凝土的完整性,并對基樁混凝土的異常情況進行綜合分析,提出了復雜地質基樁綜合判定方法,有效避免了基樁質量檢測出現重判或誤判的可能,可為復雜地質情況下的基樁質量檢測提供參考。 Abstract: Combining with a rotary drilling pile detection example in Liuzhou karst area, for the abnormal situations of pile concrete quality during construction, ultrasonic transmission method, low strain reflected wave method, core drilling method and other testing means are taken respectively to identify the integrity of pile concrete, and the abnormal situations of pile concrete are comprehensively analyzed. Then a comprehensive judgement method for detecting pile quality in complex geological areas is put forward to avoid the possibilities of heavy sentence or misjudgment of pile quality and provides a useful reference for pile quality detection under similar comlex geological conditions.
