    摘 要:測試了不同膠凝體系低水膠比水泥基復合材料的流變學性能、繪制了流變曲線,分析其適用的流變模型。結果表明,低水膠比水泥基復合材料表現出典型的脹流型流體特性,Bingham模型不能準確表征低水膠比水泥基復合材料的流變特性,采用Herschel-Bulkley模型更為適宜。 Abstract: Flow curves of cement-based materials with different cementitious compositions at low water-binder ratio are tested by a rheometer, and the suitability of some fluid models is analyzed. The results show that cement-based material at low water-binder ratio has the characteristics of dilatant fluid. Instead of Bingham model, Herschel-Bulkley model is considered the most appropriate one for analyzing the rheological characteristics of cement-based material with low water-binder ratio.

    摘 要:利用彈性力學方法分析了抗裂圓環在水泥基材料發生均勻干縮變形時的徑向位移分布、徑向應變分布、環向應變分布、徑向應力分布和環向應力分布。給出了這些分布的數學表達式,并對這些表達式進行了分析。研究結果表明,在均勻干燥過程中,水泥基材料圓環徑向受壓,環向受拉,最大環向拉應力在圓環的內側。環向應變是多種應變的疊加,而不僅是環向拉應力作用的結果。 Abstract: The method of elasticity is used to analyze the distribution of the radial displacement, radial strain, circumferential strain, radial stress and circumferential stress in breaking ring due to the homogeneous dry shrinkage of cementing material. The mathematical equations of these distributions are given. The results show that in homogeneously drying process, the ring of cement-based material is compressive in radial direction and tensile in circumferential direction. The maximum circumferential tensile stress is at the internal surface of the ring. The circumferential strain is the superposition of a lot of strain, not only the elastic strain due to the circumferential tensile stress.

    摘 要:針對泡沫水泥性能隨含濕量變化的不可預知性,研究了快硬硫鋁酸鹽水泥經過60℃烘干后,在溫度為25℃、相對濕度為90%、時間間隔相同的條件下抗壓強度、抗拉強度和導熱系數的變化規律。結果表明,抗壓強度、抗拉強度和導熱系數分別可以通過二次多項式或波爾茲曼方程推測其隨含水率的變化,相關系數均在93%以上。 Abstract: Aiming to the property change of foam cement unpredictable with different moisture content, the change laws of tensile strength, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement are investigated at various temperatures with same length of time on the condition of the relative humidity 30%RH and 25℃ after drying at 60℃. The results show that the change law of tensile strength, compressive strength and thermal conductivity with different moisture content can be prediction by quadratic polynomial or Boltzmann equation. The correlation coefficients are higher than 0.93.

    摘 要:為研究橡膠集料高抗開裂混凝土的抗開裂性能,研究了普通砂漿、橡膠集料砂漿、摻膨脹劑砂漿和雙摻橡膠集料與膨脹劑砂漿的抗開裂性能以及普通混凝土、橡膠集料混凝土、補償收縮混凝土和雙摻橡膠集料與膨脹劑混凝土的力學性能。試驗結果表明,在砂漿中加入膨脹劑和橡膠能提高混凝土的抗裂性,兩者復摻優于單摻膨脹劑砂漿、橡膠集料砂漿和普通砂漿;膨脹劑的摻加提高了橡膠混凝土的抗壓和抗折強度,同時也減少了混凝土的壓折比,彌補了橡膠加入后混凝土強度的部分減少量。 Abstract: To study the cracking resistance of rubber expansion concrete, the cracking resistance of ordinary mortar, crumb rubber mortar, mortar with expanding agent, mortar with both expanding agent and crumb rubber is studied, and the mechanical properties of ordinary concrete, crumb rubber concrete, shrinkage-compensating concrete and concrete with both expending agent and crumb rubber are also researched. The results show that mortar with both expanding agent and crumb rubber can enhance the cracking resistance of concrete which is superior to mortar with expanding only, with crumb rubber only and ordinary mortar. It reflects that rubber expansion concrete has better cracking resistance. The addition of expanding agent can improve the compressive and flexural strength of rubber expansion concrete, simultaneously reduce the compression flexure ratio which compensates for the loss of strength of the concrete due to the addition of rubber.

    摘 要:采用粉煤灰等量替代水泥進行改性,研究了不同粉煤灰摻量、不同骨料粒徑對透水混凝土孔隙、透水性能及力學性能的影響,從微觀層面揭示粉煤灰對透水混凝土的作用機理。結果顯示,當粉煤灰摻量為20%時,透水混凝土滲透性能滿足工程要求,其60d抗壓強度有明顯提高。 Abstract: The equal replacement of cement by fly ash is tested, the influences of different fly ash content and aggregate sizes on porous concrete’s pores, permeability and mechanical properties are studied, and the microscopic mechanicals are further revealed. The results show that the permeability of porous concrete mixed with 20% fly ash can meet engineering requirement, and the 60 days compressive strength of such concrete increases significantly.

    摘 要:用于頂進施工的大口徑鋼筋混凝土管接口的水密封性能檢驗關乎管線的工程質量。針對上海污水治理南線干管工程對所使用的?覫4000mm承插式鋼筋混凝土管接口需達到“零滲漏”的要求,提出了具體的檢驗方案。檢驗結果表明,采用環狀水壓試驗架可模擬施工工況條件,進行大口徑管材接口的水密封性能檢測,特別是接口在允許轉角范圍內的水密封狀況檢驗。 Abstract: The water seal performance of the interface of the large diameter reinforced concrete pipes is very important, and its test method is the key for the pipeline engineering quality by using the jacking construction method. Interface of Ф4000mm socket type reinforced concrete pipes has to achieve the requirement of zero leakage in Shanghai sewage disposal project. For solving this problem, the specific inspection scheme is put forward. The inspection results show that the annular pressure test stand can simulate the construction conditions, and test the water sealing performance of interfaces of the large diameter pipes, particularly within the scope of allowed angle.

Here, the causes of PCCP failures are divided into 5 categories of design、manufacture、installation、environment and operation. Acorrding to some typical engineering examples, the failure modes and failure causes of PCCP are anlyzed.

    摘 要:在預應力混凝土抗拔樁研究現狀的基礎上,總結分析了各類相關技術規程中抗拔管樁及方樁單樁豎向抗拔承載力的設計方法,針對樁身、接頭、樁與承臺的連接等方面的技術難點提出了相關建議,并介紹了該類樁型在實際應用中的關鍵問題及解決方法。 Abstract: Base on the research status of prestressed concrete uplift piles, the design methods for uplift bearing capacity of piles and square piles in various related technical regulations are analyzed and summarized. Meanwhile, some suggestions on the pile body, joint and connection between pile and pile cap are put forward. In addition, some key problems of such type of piles and the solutions in engineering applications are recommended.

    摘 要:介紹了機制砂的干、濕法生產工藝,試驗研究了機制砂用在管樁混凝土中的可行性,并對該類混凝土配合比進行了優化。此外,結合工廠實際生產現狀,討論了機制砂在PHC管樁工程中的應用情況,并指出采用機制砂來生產PHC管樁具有較好的經濟效益和社會效益。 Abstract:The production processes of dry method and wet method for producing machine-made sand are introduced. The feasibility of machine-made sand as a kind of mixture to produce the pile concrete are tested and studied, and the mix proportion of the concrete is optimized. In addition, combining with the factory production status, the application situation of machine-made sand in the PHC pile engineering are discussed, and it points out that the using the machine-made sand to produce PHC piles has good economic and social benefits.
