    摘 要:將2種不同粒徑、堿活化的廢舊硫化橡膠粉(WTR),以3種不同摻量等體積取代細骨料,制成廢舊膠粉改性水泥砂漿(WTRCM),研究WTRCM耐水抗滲、抗壓及阻尼減振性能。結果表明,WTRCM的單面吸水率、力學強度隨WTR摻量的增加均逐漸降低,60目和80目WTR體積摻量為20%的WTRCM單面吸水量、抗壓強度分別降低了60%、69%和62%、60%,表明憎水且柔性WTR摻入能提升砂漿抗滲耐水能力,但會降低其抗壓強度,且摻加粒度細的WTR更為有利。WTRCM的損耗因子隨WTR摻量增加而逐漸增大,60目和80目WTR體積摻量為30%的WTRCM阻尼減振效果可提高分別達30%、36%,表明具有柔韌性的WTR摻入有利于快速衰減掉WTRCM所受的振動能量,且摻加粒度細的WTR更為有效。 Abstract: Two different particle sizes of waste tire rubber powder (WTR) were firstly alkali activated, and WTR modified cement mortar (WTRCM) was prepared with three different WTR contents replacing the same volume dosage of fine aggregates. The water absorption, compressive strength and damping properties of WTRCM were studied, respectively. The results show that the sided water absorption, mechanical strength of WTRCM both gradually decrease with increasing content of WTR. When the dosage of WTR with 60 mesh or 80 mesh is 20%, the corresponding sided water absorption and compressive strength of WTRCM are decreased by 60%, 69%, 62%, 60%, respectively. It’s shown that the incorporation of hydrophobic and flexible WTR can improve water impermeability capacity, yet impair compressive strength of the mortar, and that with finer WTR loading is more favorable. Loss factor of WTRCM increases with increase of WTR dosage, the damping ratio of WTRCM with 60 mesh and 80 mesh WTR dosage of 30% can be increased up to 30%, 36%, respectively, which is indicated that the incorporation of the flexible WTR rapidly attenuates vibration energy of WTRCM, and that with finer WTR is more effective.

    摘??要:在混凝土中同時加入鋼纖維和納米礦粉,對比研究了鋼纖維和納米礦粉摻量以及基體強度對鋼纖維納米混凝土劈拉性能和抗折性能的影響規律。結果表明,鋼纖維的加入及增大摻量,改善了試件的破壞特征,劈拉和抗折強度均顯著增長;基體強度提高的同時,拉壓強度比和折壓強度比降低;納米SiO2和納米CaCO3摻量的增大,可小幅度提高劈拉和抗折強度,但脆性也相應提高。鋼纖維增強增韌作用、納米礦粉微填充及促進水化作用共同改善了混凝土的力學性能。Abstract:Bothofsteelfibersandnanometermaterialsaremixedintoconcrete,thentheeffectsofmixamountofsteelfiberandnanometermaterialsaswellasmatrixstrengthonsplittingtensileandflexuralstrengthofsteelfiber-nanometermaterialreinforcedconcreteareinvestigated.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthefailurecharacteristic,splittingtensileandflexuralstrengthofspecimensareimprovedsignificantlyinthecaseofmixingwithsteelfiberandincreasingofmixamountofsteelfiber;withtheincreasingofmatrixstrength,thetension-compressionratioandflexure-compressionratiodecreased;withtheincreasingofmixamountofnanometerSiO2andCaCO3,thesplittingtensile,flexuralstrengthbrittlenessincreasedtoalimitedextent.Theimprovedmechanicalpropertiesbenefitedfromtheeffectsofreinforcingandtougheningforsteelfiber,andtheeffectsoffillingandpromotinghydrationfornanometermaterials.

    摘 要:參照工業上砂加氣混凝土工藝,研究水淬錳渣作為硅質材料和輕質骨料制備加氣混凝土的可行性,通過對兩種加氣混凝土進行性能測試及SEM微觀觀察,研究了其抗壓強度、收縮性能和水化產物,并分析了兩者性能之間的差異。 Abstract: Referring to industry technology of sand aerated concrete, the feasibility of water quenching manganese slag used to produce aerated concrete as siliceous material and lightweight aggregates was investigated. Through performance tests and SEM microanalysis, the differences of compressive strength, shrinkage properties and hydration products between two kinds of aerated concrete are researched and analyzed.

    摘??要:采用非接觸混凝土收縮變形測試方法,研究了摻HCSA膨脹劑自密實混凝土的早期收縮性能。結果表明,隨著強度等級的提高,自密實混凝土的早期收縮率有增大的趨勢;對于典型的強度等級為C40的普通自密實混凝土,3d收縮率約為1350×10-6;當摻加8%的HCSA膨脹劑時,其早期收縮可減少80%~92%;在充分保濕養護的條件下,摻HCSA膨脹劑的自密實混凝土可處于零收縮狀態。Abstract:Usingthenon-contacttestingmethodofconcreteshrinkagedeformation,theeffectofHCSAexpansiveagentontheearlyshrinkageofselfcompactingconcreteisstudied.Theresultsshowthatwithhighergradeofstrength,thereisthetendencytoincreaseearlyshrinkageofselfcompactingconcrete.ForthetypicalordinaryselfcompactingconcreteofstrengthgradeC40,its3dshrinkagerateisabout1350×10-6.Whenadding8%HCSAexpansiveagent,theearlyshrinkagecanbereducedby80%~92%.Withthefullmoisturizingmaintenanceconditions,theselfcompactingconcretemixedwithHCSAexpansiveagentcanbeinaconstantnon-shrinkagestate.

    摘 要:研究了葡萄糖酸鈉、丙三醇等六種緩凝劑、聚羧酸減水劑、聚丙烯酰胺及著色劑在不同摻量及不同使用條件下對表面緩凝劑性能的影響。研究表明,丙三醇與某有機膦酸同聚羧酸減水劑復合使用進一步提升了表面緩凝劑緩凝組份的緩凝效果及穩定性,通過炭黑的著色作用和一定質量比的聚丙烯酰胺調節有效緩凝組份對面層混凝土的滲入深度及降低噴灑量波動敏感性,可制備出著色效果良好、在5~35℃環境溫度、24~60h露骨處理時間、100~150g/m2噴灑量范圍內均可實現良好露骨處理效果的低敏感性表面緩凝劑。 Abstract: The effects of different retarders, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, polyacrylamide and colorant on surface retarders at different use condition and dosage are investigated. The retarders included sodium gluconate, glycerol, and so on. Results show that it can enhance the retarding effect and stability by glycerol and an organic phosphonic acid compounded with polycarboxylate superplasticizer, through the use of carbon black and polyacrylamide adjusted the infiltration depth,it is reasonable to produce low sensitive surface retarders,which had 24~60h effective acting time and can be used at 5~35℃ ambient temperature, 100~150g/m2 concentration.

    摘 要:模擬海洋鹽霧區和水下區,采用非破損檢測方法測定了混凝土在鹽霧腐蝕和海水侵蝕中的相對動彈性模量和質量損失率,研究了混凝土的經時劣化損傷演變規律、特點及損傷程度。同時比較了鹽霧環境和海水環境對混凝土損傷劣化的共性和差別。最后借助損傷度概念,探討了礦渣摻量和混凝土強度對混凝土損傷度的影響。結果表明,相對動彈性模量經時變化過程表現為4個階段,質量損失變化過程包括2個階段。鹽霧腐蝕造成的混凝土損傷大于海水侵蝕;混凝土的損傷度隨著礦渣摻量的增加而增大,同時混凝土強度亦對損傷度起著重要影響。 Abstract: Simulating marine salt spray zone and submerged zone in laboratory, the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and mass loss rate of concrete subjected to salt spray corrosion and seawater attack are determined by the method of non-damage detection, the damage evolutional law, characters and damage degree of concrete are investigated. Meanwhile, the deterioration of concrete subjected to salt spray and seawater environment is analyzed and compared. At last, based on the concept of damage degree, the influences of slag content and concrete strength on damage degree of concrete are deeply discussed. The results show that the change tendency of the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity exhibits 4 stages, and mass loss change represents 2 stages. The deterioration of salt spray corrosion is more serious than that of seawater attack, the damage degree of concrete enlarges with the increasing of slag content, meanwhile, concrete strength has an important impact on it.

    摘 要:通過臥式模板體系技術,解決了預制看臺板的尺寸、形狀、角度變化等問題,并利用清水預制構件混凝土的反打工藝,解決了看臺板的觀感問題。此外,基于BIM軟件,按照實際施工情況創建土建結構、鋼結構及看臺板的三維模型,模擬看臺板的吊裝過程,制定出合理的吊裝順序,有效縮短了工期。 Abstract: By using horizontal precast grandstand board template system technology, some problems of size, shape, angle changes and so on of the precast grandstand board were solved, and using the shimizu precast concrete counter-play process solved the grandstand board perception problem. In addition, based on the BIM software, a 3-D model of civil engineering structures, steel plates and grandstand board was built according to the actual construction. And using the model, the lifting process of grandstand board was simulated and a reasonable lifting order was developed, which greatly shortened the construction period.

    摘 要:以鋼管再生混凝土短柱為研究對象,再生料替代率與偏心距為變化參數設計了18根試件進行試驗,觀察了試件的破壞過程與形態,分析了再生料替代率、偏心距對峰值應力和應變的影響。并運用統一強度理論、套箍混凝土理論和疊加計算理論對各組試件的承載力進行了計算分析。結果表明,采用統一強度理論和疊加計算理論方法計算軸壓與偏壓試件偏于安全,而采用套箍混凝土理論計算則不太安全。 Abstract: Taking recycled aggregate concrete-filled circular steel tube columns as the research object, 18 specimens based on the changed parameters of substitution rate of recycled material and eccentricity are designed, the destruction process and form of these specimens are observed, and the effect of the two kinds of parameters on the peak stress and peak strain of specimens are analyzed. In addition, the bearing capacities of the specimens are calculated and analyzed using the unified strength theory, confining concrete theory and superposition calculation theory. The results show that unified strength theory and superposition calculation theory are safe, while confining concrete theory is not safe.
