引用本文摘 要：回彈法檢測廢棄混凝土構件并快速分級生產不同質量等級再生骨料及再生粉狀顆粒，添加石灰及粉煤灰配制二灰碎石。設計正交實驗，通過重型擊實、無側限抗壓強度等試驗分析再生骨料質量、二灰摻量、再生粉狀顆粒等因素對其性能影響規律并得出最佳配比范圍。試驗表明，再生骨料及再生粉狀顆?？梢圆煌潭忍娲烊还橇霞胺勖夯?，配置力學性能滿足承載基層要求的半剛性基層材料。 Abstract: The content of waste concrete has been quickly classified with the method of rebound testing to produce different quality grades of recycled aggregates. Then lime and fly ash are added to make lime-fly ash gallet. Designing orthogonal test, the effect of quality of recycled course aggregates, the content of lime-fly ash, regenerated waste concrete powder on matrix is analyzed through the method of heavy compaction test and unconfined compressive strength test. The range of best mix proportion of recycled aggregates lime-fly ash is obtained. This research proves that recycled aggregates and powder can change natural aggregates and fly ash by different levels. The mechanical properties of lime-fly ash regenerated from waste concrete can meet the requirement of loading based layer.
