    摘??要:根據粉煤灰加氣混凝土的差熱分析(TGA/DSC)確定了粉煤灰加氣混凝土的煅燒溫度。經煅燒活化后的粉煤灰加氣混凝土遇水有大量Ca2+溶出,具有再水化反應的能力。將不同溫度煅燒后的粉煤灰加氣混凝土作為水泥混合材,取代標準膠砂試塊中的30%水泥,進行強度對比發現,經750℃煅燒后的粉煤灰加氣混凝土摻入試塊可提高早期強度,3d、7d強度分別達到標準試塊的103.3%和113.6%;長期性能不受影響,365d強度達到106.4%。改變取代量進行研究后發現,取代量在15%內,3d強度均達到標準試塊的116%。研究結果表明,經煅燒活化后的粉煤灰加氣混凝土可作為水泥混合材使用,有助于提高試塊的早期強度。Abstract:Thecalcinationtemperatureoffly-ashautoclavedaeratedconcrete(AAC)isconfirmedbyTGA/DSC.Fly-ashAAChaschemicalreactionabilitywhenitisheatedat745℃whichcanhydrolyzeCa2+ionsinwater.Calcinedfly-ashAACisusedasmixturematerialtoreplaced30%cement,andtheinfluenceofdifferenttemperatureoncompressivestrengthisreasearched.Theresultsshowthatcalcinedfly-ashat750℃canimprovetheearlystrengthofblocks,thecompressivestrengthratiosat3dand7dreach103.31%and113.55%,thecompressivestrengthratioat365dupto106.42%.Whenthereplacementratewithin15%,thecompressivestrengthratioat3dreached116%comparedwithstandardblock.Theresultsprovethatfly-ashAACcalcinedat750℃canbeusedasadmixtureincementandconcrete,andhascontributiontotheearlystrengthofblocks.

    摘 要:針對C30水下鋼管樁混凝土膠材使用量少,水膠比較大,自密實性能差的缺點,本文利用研制出的具有較好增粘、減水、保塑功能的專用外加劑,進行了C30自密實微膨脹水下鋼管樁基混凝土優化配合比設計和性能研究。結果表明,制備出的混凝土初始坍落度230mm,2h坍落度215mm,含氣量1.8%,28d抗壓強度42.6MPa,28d密閉環境下自由膨脹率1.25×10-4,滿足工程設計要求,并將其成功應用于武漢陽邏港深水薄壁大直徑鋼管樁中。 Abstract:According to the under of water steel pile concrete of C30 with less cement consumption and the water ratio is large, and its self-compacting properties poor, the special admixture with good viscosity and water reducing effect is prepared, and C30 of self-compacting concrete under of water steel pile is researched with the performances of 230mm of initial slump, 215mm of 2h slump, 1.8% of air content, 42.6 MPa of 28d compressive strength and 1.25×10-4 of 28d closed environment free expansion rate, which can meet the requirement of engineering design, and it is successfully applied in deepwater port with thin wall and large diameter steel pile in Yangluo of Wuhan.

    摘 要:采用單面凍融法測試了機場道面混凝土在不同濃度甲酸鈉溶液中的抗凍性,并用試件表面剝落量作為混凝土抗凍性評定參數。結果表明,混凝土在中低濃度甲酸鈉溶液中凍融破壞最嚴重,在高濃度和水中破壞較輕。并從混凝土吸水率和除冰劑結冰膨脹率兩方面對試驗結果進行了分析。結果表明,在凍融過程中混凝土吸水率大小和除冰劑本身結冰膨脹率大小共同決定了混凝土在除冰劑中的凍融破壞速率。 Abstract: The freezing-thawing durability of airfield pavement concrete in different salt concentration is measured by single side freezing-thawing method, and the amount of samples’ scaling is regarded as evaluation parameters of the freezing-thawing durability of concrete. Results show that the freezing-thawing damage is the most serious in low salt concentration, while that in high salt concentration and water is much slighter. Then the result is analyzed by two sides which are water absorption rate of concrete and freezing expansion rate of deicer. Results indicate that the concrete bibulous rate and deicing agent itself freezing inflation rate both determine the concrete freezing-thawing damage rate.

    摘 要:對粉煤灰混凝土力學性能進行了試驗研究分析,并將粉煤灰組分與混凝土水化溫升效應關系量化,提出了混凝土水化溫升系數β的計算公式,可供設計施工參考。 Abstract: The mechanical properties of fly ash concrete are researched and analyzed, and the component of fly ash and stress relaxation effect of concrete are quantified. Additionally, the calculation formula of coefficient of concrete hydration temperature rise(β) is put forward, which can provide references in structure design and construction.

    摘 要:研究了半干法脫硫灰對混凝土工作性、力學性能、收縮性能以及抗凍性的影響。結果表明,半干法脫硫灰作為混凝土礦物摻合料,可以改善新拌混凝土坍落度,減少坍損,同時可以改善混凝土收縮性能和抗凍性能;半干法脫硫灰對混凝土強度發展的改善不明顯;隨著半干法脫硫灰摻量的增加,混凝土的收縮率呈現出先降低后增大規律。當半干法脫硫灰摻量低于6%時,混凝土收縮率表現為隨著摻量的增加而降低;當摻量為6%時,降低效果最為明顯?;炷量箖鲂阅茈S著半干法脫硫灰摻量的增加,呈現出先提高后減小的規律,當摻量低于6%時,混凝土的抗凍性能隨著摻量的增加而逐漸得到改善,其中尤以6%摻量改善效果最佳。 Abstract: The influences of semi-dry desulfurization ash on workability, mechanical properties, shrinkage and frost resistance of concrete are researched. The experimental results show that the semi-dry desulfurization ash as mineral additions could improve the slump and shrinkage and frost resistance of concrete. The influence of semi-dry desulfurization ash on mechanical properties is not obvious. The shrinkage rate of concrete declines firstly and then increases with the increase of contents of semi-dry desulfurization ash. Meanwhile, the frost resistance of concrete improves firstly and then decreases with the increase of contents of semi-dry desulfurization ash. When the content of semi-dry desulfurization ash is less than 6%, the shrinkage rate and frost resistance of concrete will decrease with the increase of contents of semi-dry desulfurization ash. The best improved effectiveness of shrinkage and frost resistance is 6% of semi-dry desulfurization ash.

    摘 要:通過將?;郀t礦渣粉與粉煤灰按適當比例摻入混凝土中,制備出抗壓強度和劈裂抗拉強度均滿足C40要求的高性能混凝土,并針對其特性通過有限元分析方法優化設計桿塔基礎尺寸,成功應用于110kV匡城-T接長垣方里線路工程。 Abstract: The high performance concrete which satisfies the compressive and tensile strength requirement of grade C40 is prepared by the mix of slag powder and fly ash at a proper proportion. After the optimization design of pole foundation by finite element method according to the improved characteristic, it has been used in the project of 110kV line from Kuangcheng to Changyuan County Rural Fanli.

    摘 要:在地表面下開挖不同尺寸的圓柱形坑槽,用φ200mm的 PVC做密封桶,分別對高貝利特水泥混凝土和普通硅酸鹽水泥混凝土成型不同尺寸試件,進行自生體積變形試驗。結果表明,混凝土自生體積變形存在明顯的尺寸效應。試件尺寸大,混凝土自生體積變形減少。與普通硅酸鹽水泥混凝土比較,高貝利特水泥混凝土自生體積變形減小的幅度較小。 Abstract: High Belite cement concrete and general Portland cement concrete molded in excavated cylindrical pits with different size under the ground and in sealed PVC buckets with φ200mm are tested on autogenous volume deformation. The results show that size effect of autogenous volume deformation of concrete is obvious, and the autogenous volume deformation of concrete reduces with specimen size increasing. Compared with general Portland cement, the reduction of autogenous volume deformation of high Belite cement concrete is lower. At last, size effect of autogenous volume deformation of high Belite cement concrete is analyzed.

    摘 要:對摻加可再分散膠粉和粉煤灰、礦粉的粘結砂漿力學性能和施工性能進行了試驗研究。結果表明,可再分散膠粉、粉煤灰、礦粉單摻或者復摻比例適當情況下可以極大改善粘結砂漿的各項性能,其中可再分散膠粉最佳摻量為2.4%,保持可再分散膠粉最佳摻量情況下,粉煤灰和礦粉單摻的最佳摻量分別為25%和10%。粉煤灰和礦粉復摻時,兩者質量比例為3∶1、摻量為30%時,粘結砂漿可得到較優的施工性能和粘結性能。 Abstract: The effects of different mineral admixtures on mechanical property and workability of bonding mortar are researched. The results show that under appropriate proportion, the mineral admixtures can greatly improve the performances of bonding mortar. The optimal amount of dispersible powder is about 2.4%. Under the optimal amount of dispersible powder,the amounts of singly mixed with fly ash and slag are 25% and 10%.When the fly ash and slag are mixed, a ratio of 3∶1 by weight, the total content of 30% to replace, bonding mortar can be obtained relatively superior workability and bonding properties.

    摘 要:管樁生產工藝布局應力求生產流程合理、順暢、安全、快捷。在充分利用車間面積基礎上,采用平板車從地面運送,避免模板從空中吊運,此類布置不僅能夠提高生產效率,還能在一定程度上避免安全隱患。 Abstract:The pile production process layout should be reasonable, smooth, safe, convenient and fast. The improved layout which can make full use of production areas, will change thetransportation of piles which doesn't use crane in the air but flat car on the ground orbit. This layout can improve the efficiency of production. More importantly, it will avoid a certain extent from the security hidden danger.

    摘??要:研究了水膠比、砂率及蒸養制度對免壓蒸樁用C80高強混凝土力學性能的影響。結果表明,免壓蒸樁用C80高強混凝土最佳水膠比和砂率分別為0.24和36%,水泥含量為400kg/m3,礦粉與硅灰互摻近1:1,此時混凝土力學性能和工作性能均滿足標準要求;蒸養恒溫靜停時間也制約著免壓蒸預應力樁用C80混凝土的力學性能,通過實驗研究得到了一個最佳蒸養制度。Abstract:Theeffectsofwater-binderratio,sandratioandsteamcuringsystemonthemechanicalpropertyofnon-autoclavedC80concreteusedinprestressedcentrifugalpilearestudied.Thetestresultsshowthatthebestvaluesofwater-binderratioandsandratioare0.24and36%respectively,andthecementcontentis400kg/m3,themixingamountratioofmineralpowderandsilicafumeiscloseto1:1.Undertheseconditions,themechanicalpropertyandworkingperformanceofthenon-autoclavedC80concretecanallmeetthestandardrequirements.Inaddition,thermostaticrestperiodalsorestrictsthemechanicalpropertyofthenon-autoclavedC80concrete,andtheoptimalsteamcuringsystemisobtainedbyexperimentstudy.
