    摘 要:采用彈性力學方法研究了徐變變形對圓環抗裂試驗結果的影響。通過研究發現,位移、應變和應力均隨徐變變形的增大而減小。緩慢干燥時,徐變變形能夠減小水泥基材料圓環開裂的趨勢。 Abstract: The method of elasticity is used to study the influence of the creep on the experimental results of breaking ring. It is discovered by research that the displacement, strain and stress decrease with the increase of the creep. When the dry process is slow, the creep decreases the cracking possibility of the ring of cementing material.

    摘 要:以蘇州濱湖新城地下空間工程中所用的C35、C40、C45三種強度等級的混凝土為研究對象,系統研究了新型CaO類膨脹抗裂劑對不同強度等級混凝土自收縮的補償效果。結果表明,新型HME?誖-Ⅴ混凝土高效抗裂劑對不同強度等級混凝土的自收縮均有明顯的補償作用,強度等級越低,補償效果越好。 Abstract: The three strength grade concrete including C35, C40 and C45 used in Suzhou Binhu New City Underground Space are researched in this paper. The workability, mechanical properties and autogengous shrinkage compensation effect of them with or without the new CaO expansive agent have been studied. The results indicate that the HME?誖-Ⅴhigh cracking resistance agent has an excellent ability to compensate the autogenous shrinkage of the three strength grade concrete and the lower the concrete strength grade, the better the compensation effect.

    摘??要:對不同配合比混凝土試件在不同海洋區域內進行現場暴露試驗,通過硫酸根離子含量測定、SEM掃描電鏡試驗及X熒光試驗,研究實際海洋暴露環境下混凝土內部硫酸鹽侵蝕機理。試驗結果表明,不同暴露環境下硫酸根作用機理不同,混凝土在不同暴露區域硫酸鹽侵蝕程度為潮汐區>水下區>浪濺區;硫酸根離子由混凝土表層向內部傳輸,在表層范圍內硫酸鹽腐蝕產物主要是鈣礬石,隨著硫酸根離子傳輸深度增加以及內部游離CaO水化成Ca(OH)2,混凝土硫酸鹽損傷程度加??;混凝土表層SO42-和Ca2+含量較高,而混凝土內部Na+含量較高。Abstract:Carryingontheexposureexperimentofdifferentconcretemixproportionunderdifferentmarineenvironmentandtestingthesulfatecontent,SEMexperiment,XRFexperiment,thesulfatecorrosionmechanisminconcreteisstudied.Theresultsshowthatthesulfatecorrosionmechanismisdifferentwiththeexposureenvironmentvaried,andthedegreeofconcretesulfatecorrosionislittoralarea>underseaarea>splasharea.Thesulfateinvadedfromsurfacetoinner,andthemaincorrosionproductsisettringite.TheconcretesulfatecorrosionbecomeseriouswiththedepthincreasedandfreeCaOaqueousCa(OH)2.ThecontentofSO42-andCa2+higherinsurface,theNa+contentishigherininside.

    摘??要:特種超細礦物摻合料微珠能夠應用于C50、C55商品混凝土中,用量為30~40kg/m3。等量取代水泥時,微珠混凝土較普通混凝土配合比降低了水泥用量及膠凝材料總量,能降低混凝土的粘度,提高混凝土的強度,降低成本。C50、C55微珠混凝土用水量為145~150kg/m3,采用C50、C55微珠專用外加劑,推薦摻量1.9%。Abstract:NewspecialsuperfinemineraladmixturebeadscanbeusedinC50,C55commodityconcrete,theamountis30~40kg/m3replacingthesameamountofcement.Comparedwithordinaryconcrete,itreducesthetotalamountofcementandcementitiousmaterials,reducestheviscosityoftheconcrete,improvesthestrengthofconcreteandreducescosts.C50,C55beadsconcretewaterconsumptionis145~150kg/m3,usingC50,C55beadsspecialadditive,recommendeddosageis1.9%.

    摘 要:對C25水工自密實混凝土的工作性能、力學性能、干縮性能、自生體積變形性能及抗裂性能等進行了試驗研究,并結合云南龍開口水電站工程實踐進行了應用效果分析。研究結果表明,采用C25低強度等級的自密實混凝土,能有效提高水工混凝土結構的耐久性能,且其工作性能、力學性能均能滿足工程設計要求。 Abstract: Experiments are conducted for the properties of C25 hydraulic self-compacting concrete, such as working performance, mechanical performance, dry shrinkage performance, deformation performance of its volume and anti-cracking ability, and the application effect is analyzed in combination with the engineering practice of Yunnan Longkaikou Hydropower Station. The results show that the use of self-compacting concrete with low strength grade of C25 can effectively improve the durability of hydraulic concrete structure, at the same time, the working performance and mechanical properties of C25 hydraulic self-compacting concrete can meet the requirement of engineering design.

    摘 要:對C40高性能混凝土(簡稱HPC)不同高溫作用后,采用自然冷卻和噴淋冷卻兩種方式冷卻至常溫,研究其抗壓強度和劈裂抗拉強度的變化。試驗結果表明,兩種冷卻方式均使C40高性能混凝土抗壓強度及劈拉強度總體呈下降趨勢,但自然冷卻后,混凝土抗壓強度在300℃出現反彈,劈拉強度一致下降;噴淋冷卻后,抗壓強度和劈裂抗拉強度均一致下降。初步探討了高溫后混凝土性能劣化的機理。 Abstract: The variation of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of C40 high performance concrete (HPC) is comparatively studied and discussed, using natural cooling and spray cooling to room temperature after exposed to different high temperatures. The test results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of C40 HPC are totally in downward trend under the two cooling ways after high temperatures, nevertheless, the compressive strength recover when naturally cooled after heated to 300℃. After the spray cooling, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength decline consistently. At the same time, the degradation mechanism of HPC after high temperature is explored.

    摘 要:通過管樁在不同濃度腐蝕溶液中長期浸泡試驗,研究了管樁的耐久性以及涂刷型水泥基滲透結晶型防水材料的有效性。研究結果表明,管樁強度較高、電量值較低,具有一定的抗氯離子滲透性能,在微腐蝕、弱腐蝕和中腐蝕環境中應用是可行的,在強腐蝕環境下不宜采用管樁;在管樁表面涂水泥基滲透結晶防水材料對強度影響不大,對提高抗氯離子滲透性能可能有一定作用。 Abstract: Using pile long-term immersion experiment in different coastal region environment, the durability of pile and the validity of brushed cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material on improving the durability of pile are studied. The results show that the strength of pile is high and its Coulomb electric flux is low, the pile has chloride resisting properties. So the pile can be used under the micro, weak and middle corrosion environment, but it cannot be used under the strong corrosion environment. Using brushed cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material maybe improve the chloride resisting properties of pile.

    摘 要:對歷年來我國樁基國家標準、樁基行業標準以及廣東省標準中用單樁豎向靜載試驗法來確定極限承載力與樁頂總沉降量的關系相關規定進行了歸納,介紹了澳門使用的歐洲標準計算公式,指出我國規范雖已提出考慮樁長、樁徑的因素,但不夠具體,而各規范又不統一。對各種規格管樁在幾種荷載下的彈性壓縮量理論值進行了計算,說明了考慮樁頂沉降時樁長的因素不容忽視,規范需要具體化。澳門使用的公式考慮的因素明確且具體,可作借鑒。 Abstract:Using vertical static load experiment method of single pile to determine the relationship between ultimate bearing capacity and the total settlement of the pile top from our national standards, pile foundation industry standards, and standard of Guangdong province is summarized over the years, and the related calculation formula in Macao using European standard is introduced. It’s pointed out that our country standards have considered the factors of pile length and pile diameter, but requirements are not enough specific, and the specifications are not unified. By calculating the theoretical value of the elastic compression of all kinds of piles under several loading, it’s explained that the pile length cannot be ignored considering the settlement of pile top. The Macao calculation formula from European standard can be a reference because of clear and specific requirements.
