    摘??要:研究了摻入廢舊橡膠顆粒及廢舊聚氨酯顆粒的改性水泥砂漿的機械性能和導熱系數。以體積比0,10%和30%的廢舊橡膠顆粒及廢舊聚氨酯顆粒代替石英砂配制出幾種改性砂漿,通過試驗檢測了橡膠顆粒及聚氨酯顆粒摻合物對新拌砂漿的質量、抗壓強度、抗彎強度和導熱性能的影響,并通過摻加石灰石粉末作為填料得到最優化的改性砂漿配比。結果表明,摻入橡膠顆粒及聚氨酯顆粒降低了材料的單位重量和導熱系數,同時增強了隔熱性能。的單位重量和導熱系數,同時增強了隔熱性能。Abstract:Themechanicalbehaviourandthermalconductivityofcementmortarwitheithersolerubber(SR)orpolyurethane(PU)wasteparticlesarestudied.Severalmortarmixturesarepreparedbyreplacingquartzsandwith0,10%,and30%ofeitherSRorPUpost-consumerplasticparticles.TheinfluencesofSRparticleorPUparticleonthequality,compressivestrength,flexuralstrengthandthermalconductivityofthefreshmortararetested.Anoptimizationofmortarmixtureproportionsiscarriedoutbyaddingalimestonepowderasfiller.ThestudyresultsshowthataddingtherubberparticlesandPUparticlesincementmortarcanreducebothunitweightandthethermalconductivityoftherawmortar,andreinforceitstheat-insulatingproperty.

    摘??要:選用熱容大的玄武巖、冶煉鋼渣為集料,硅酸鹽水泥作為蓄熱材料的膠凝劑,添加礦渣粉和硅微粉提高了蓄熱材料力學性能,摻入一定比例石墨粉改善了蓄熱材料熱學性能,所制備的蓄熱混凝土在200~500℃高溫階段抗壓、抗折強度綜合性能表現突出,在溫差300~500℃,其平均比熱為2272J/(kg·K),每m3蓄熱混凝土的理論蓄熱量可達335.75kWh。Abstract:Usingthelargeheatcapacitymaterials(basaltandsmeltingslag)asaggregateandPortlandcementasthegelatinizer,theheatstorageconcretewithgroundslagandsilicapowerforincreasingthemechanicalpropertiesofconcreteandacertainproportionofgraphitepowderforimprovingthethermalperformanceoftheheatstoragematerialisprepared.Thestudyresultsshowthatthecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthoftheheatstorageconcretearegreatin200~500℃,theaveragespecificheatoftheconcreteis2272J/(kg·K)in300~500℃,andthetheoreticalheatstoragevalueoftheconcreteis335.75kWh/m3.

    摘 要:采用50℃熱水加速老化的方法,以抗折強度的變化為考察目標,研究了廢磚取代天然砂、粉煤灰取代水泥對GRC耐久性的影響。結果表明,廢磚取代GRC中天然砂對其耐久性有提高作用;粉煤灰在廢磚及天然砂混合骨料GRC體系中對玻璃纖維的“保護”作用較在天然砂骨料GRC體系中強;廢磚以45%的體積取代率取代天然砂,較之粉煤灰以20%質量取代率取代水泥對GRC的耐久性改善作用大,二者同時取代時較之單獨取代效果好。 Abstract: By using the method of accelerating GRC ageing, the effects of waste brick and fly ash on the durability of GRC are researched. The results show that the durability of GRC can be improved when natural sand in GRC is replaced by waste brick. The improving effect of fly ash on the durability of GRC with waste brick aggregate is greater than the one with natural sand aggregate. The improving effect on the durability of GRC with natural sand replaced by 45% waste brick (volume fraction), is greater than the one with P·O cement replaced by 20% fly ash(mass fraction), and the effect is greater when natural sand and cement are replaced simultaneously by waste brick and fly ash with the replacement rate mentioned above.

    摘 要:以鄂爾多斯市體育中心體育館工程為依據,分析了斜筒柱的關鍵施工技術的難點,針對該技術要點提出了相應的施工措施,同時還介紹了斜筒柱的施工技術,包括斜筒柱鋼筋工程、模板及支撐架施工、混凝土工程。 Abstract: Based on the ordos sports center stadium project, the difficult points in the key construction technology of inclined cylinder are analyzed. The corresponding construction measures for the technical main points are put forward, and the construction technology of inclined cylinder including oblique cylinder steel bar engineering, template and support frame construction and the concrete engineering are introduced in detail.

    摘 要:以解放軍某博物館工程為實例,針對筏板基礎防水工程的設計與施工,提出了剛性防水加柔性防水的復合防水施工方案。工程實際表明,該方案防水效果良好且能夠滿足規范要求,施工操作也相對簡單,并能有效保證地下室功能的安全。 Abstract: By the people's Liberation Army Museum project as an example, aiming at the design and construction of the raft foundation waterproof engineering, the composite waterproofing construction scheme of the rigid waterproof and flexible waterproof is put forward. Engineering practice shows that the scheme has good waterproof effect and can meet the requirements of correlative specification, and its construction operation is relatively simple, and it can effectively ensure the safety of the basement function.

    摘 要:新制定的建材行業標準JC/T 2126.6-2012《水泥制品工藝技術規程 第6部分:先張法預應力混凝土管樁》已于2013年6月1日實施。為了便于該標準的使用方準確理解標準條款的具體含義,正確貫徹實施標準條款的具體要求和規定,本文介紹了該標準的制定過程,并對標準的主要條款及其制定依據進行了解釋和說明。 Abstract:The new building material industry standard of JC/T 2126.6-2012 Process technology specification for cement products Part 6: Pretensioned spun concrete piles was implemented on June 1, 2013. In order to accurately understand the meaning of standard provisions and implement the specific requirements of the standard provisions for user, the formulation process of the standard is introduced, meanwhile, the main provisions of the standard and its formulation basis are explained and illustrated.

    摘 要:鋼筋混凝土井字梁被廣泛應用于各類建筑中。由于鋼筋混凝土材料非線性的性質,通用結構設計軟件PKPM不能很精確地得到荷載作用下井字梁結構的豎向撓度。本文以PKPM軟件為主,針對某一井字梁工程實例,采用大型通用有限元軟件輔助PKPM軟件進行了非線性分析。本工程實例解決了由于PKPM軟件本身缺點而引起的鋼筋混凝土井字梁結構豎向撓度超限的問題,節約了材料,取得了一定的經濟效益。 Abstract: Reinforced concrete grillage beam is widely used in various types of buildings. Because of nonlinearity of reinforced concrete materials, the general structure design PKPM software can't exactly figure out the vertical deflection of grillage beam structure under loading. Here, it takes a case of grillage beam engineering as example, the nonlinear analysis is carried on by large-scale general finite software assisted PKPM software. The engineering example can solve the vertical deflection transfinite question of reinforced concrete grillage beam structure cauced by disadvantage of PKPM software, and the method can save the material and also achieve some economic benefits.

    摘 要:采用二次加荷的方法,探討了鋼筋混凝土單梁在受力狀態下使用鋼板和碳纖維布復合加固的技術。理論和試驗數據吻合較好,結果較為理想,為該種類型結構加固提供了參考。 Abstract: Using the method of the secondary load, the steel plate and CFRP composite reinforcement technology for the reinforced concrete single beam under stress condition is discussed. The discussion result show that theory values are consistent with the experiment data and the technology can provide a reference for this kind of structure reinforcement.

    摘 要:對三組27個自保溫混凝土砌塊試件進行了抗壓強度和彈性模量的試驗研究,試驗結果表明,自保溫混凝土砌塊砌體的受壓破壞過程分為三個階段,與普通混凝土砌塊砌體的受壓破壞過程類似;自保溫混凝土砌塊砌體的初裂荷載約為破壞荷載的70%,表現出了明顯的脆性特征。 Abstract: The compressive strength and elastic modulus of 3 groups of 27 self-insulation concrete block specimen was tested and investigated. The test results show that the compression failure process of self-insulation concrete block is divided into three stages, which is similar to that of the ordinary concrete block. In addition, the initial crack load of the self-insulation concrete block is about 70% of the failure load of the concrete block, which shows an obvious brittleness characteristic.

    摘 要:采用?;⒅樽鳛橹饕p細集料,與水泥、砂石、水拌制混凝土,通過正交試驗選出最優配合比方案,制作成承重磚進行了各項物理力學性能試驗及砌體力學性能試驗。結果表明,其各項物理力學性能均符合混凝土實心磚的技術要求,同時該磚具有輕質、保溫等特性,對提高建筑節能具有重要意義。砌體力學性能試驗結果中,砌體軸心抗壓強度計算值與規范中混凝土砌塊相近,為了更好的擬合,對α給出了建議值;抗剪強度計算值略小于實測平均值,符合規范要求。 Abstract: The concrete is prepared by using the glazed hollow bead selected as the main fine aggregate, cement, gravel,water and so on. Some tests of the physical and mechanical properties and masonry mechanical properties on the load-bearing bricks made using the optimal mixing proportion got by the orthogonal experiment are carried out. The results show that all the physical and mechanical properties can conform to the technical requirements of the solid concrete brick, meanwhile, the birick has the features such as lightweight and thermal insulation, which is a great significance for improving building energy saving. The results of masonry mechanical properties test indicate that the calculation value of masonry axial compressive strength is closed to the calculated value of concrete block in specification. In order to get the better fitting, the suggestive value of α is given. The calculation value of shear strength is slightly smaller than the average of measuring value, and it conforms to the requirements of the specification.
