    摘 要:采用水泥裹石法成型透水混凝土,研究了不同水泥用量、粉煤灰、礦粉不同取代水泥量、特細砂和機制中砂摻量對透水混凝土強度和透水系數的影響。結果表明,隨著水泥用量的增大,透水混凝土的抗壓強度和抗折強度均增大,而透水系數隨著水泥用量的增加而下降。粉煤灰和礦粉取代水泥來配制透水混凝土,透水混凝土的7d和28d抗壓強度均有所下降,且早期強度下降明顯。透水混凝土中摻入特細砂和機制中砂都可以使透水混凝土內部更加密實,提高其抗壓強度;當使用特細砂和機砂雙摻時,增強效果大于單摻。 Abstract: Using cement binding up stone manufacturing pervious concrete, the effects of different amount of cement, fly ash, slag with different cement replacement volume, superfine sand and manufactured medium sand content on the strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete are studied. Under the experimental conditions the results show that with the increase of amount of cement, the compressive strength and flexural strength of pervious concrete are increased, while the permeability coefficient increases with amount of cement decreased. Manufacturing pervious concrete with fly ash and slag to replace cement, the 7d and 28d compressive strength of pervious concrete are decreased, and the early strength decreased significantly. The superfine sand and manufactured medium sand mixing mechanism of pervious concrete can be made of pervious concrete internal denser, increase the compressive strength. When using superfine sand and manufactured sand mixed, the reinforcing effect is better than using the single doped.

    摘 要:在彈性力學基本方程的基礎上,研究了均勻干燥時鋼芯壁厚對徑向位移分布、徑向應變分布、環向應變分布、徑向應力分布和環向應力分布的影響規律。通過比較試驗狀態與實際工程狀態的差異,提出了絕對約束狀態的概念。用彈性力學方法推導出絕對約束狀態下應力的計算公式,并以此提出了水泥基材料抗裂性能的定量判據。 Abstract: On the basis of the equations of elasticity, the influences of the thickness of steel core on the distribution of the radial displacement, radial strain, circumferential strain, radial stress and circumferential stress under the condition of homogeneously drying are studied. By the comparison between the test state and the engineering state, the concept of absolute restraint is advanced. The equation calculated the stress under the condition of absolute restraint is derived by the method of elasticity. And the quantitative criterion of crack resistance is put forward.

    摘 要:針對外墻保溫材料用粘結砂漿收縮較大的缺點,本文采用普通硅酸鹽水泥與快硬硫鋁酸鹽水泥復配以降低砂漿的收縮率。試驗結果顯示,不論有無UEA膨脹劑的加入,PO-SAC復配可以顯著降低砂漿的收縮率,但同時砂漿試樣的抗壓、抗折強度也會降低,且快硬硫鋁酸鹽水泥占比在30%時,砂漿試樣的強度最低。此外,PO-SAC復配砂漿的凝結時間也較短,該種砂漿要應用于實際工程,仍需要后期試驗研究。 Abstract: Because of the large shrinkage of the mortar used for external thermal insulating materials, in order to reduce the shrinkage, the ordinary Portland cement and rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement is used to make mortar in this paper. The experimental results show that whether added the UEA expensive agent, or without the expensive agent, compounding of ordinary Portland cement and rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement could significantly reduce the shrinkage of mortar, but the compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar specimen reduce at the same time, and when the rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement accounted for 30%, the strength of the specimen is the lowest. Moreover, the setting time of the PO-SAC system is very short, so the research is needed to continue whether this kind of mortar is suitable to engineering application.

    摘??要:研究了超硫酸鹽水泥(簡稱SSC)膠凝材料體系中礦粉、石膏和水泥熟料的粒徑變化對其力學性能的影響,借助激光粒度分析儀和掃描電子顯微鏡分別分析粉料粒度分布和SSC試件的微觀形貌,得出從粉料粒徑角度提高SSC力學強度的相關方法。研究表明,礦粉粒徑對力學強度影響最為明顯,隨著礦粉粒徑變小,力學強度呈現增大的變化趨勢。礦粉比表面積為545m2/kg的試件相對于比表面積為227m2/kg的試件28d抗壓強度增加31.8%;石膏粉磨至比表面積為350~450m2/kg比較適宜,不磨或粉磨時間過長對力學強度均有不利影響;水泥熟料粒徑對力學強度影響相對較小,粉磨至比表面積高于350m2/kg就可以滿足SSC的配制強度要求。Abstract:Effectofslag,gypsumandcementclinkerparticlediametersonthemechanicalpropertyofsupersulphatedcement(SSC)arestudied.InordertoobtainedsomerelevantmethodsofimprovingSSCmechanicalstrength,thepowderparticlesizedistributionandmicrostructureofSSCspecimensareanalyzedbylaserparticlesizeanalyzerandscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).TheresultsshowthatthemostremarkablefactorofpowdertoinfluenceSSCmechanicalstrengthisslagparticlediameter,thereexistsoppositechangetrendbetweenthem.Thespecimens28dayscompressivestrengthwithslagsurfacearea545m2/kgincreased31.8%tothesurfacearea227m2/kg.Thegypsumsurfacearearangefrom350m2/kgto450m2/kgisfavorable,nogrindortoomuchbothhaveadverseeffectonmechanicalstrength.Cementclinkerparticlediameterhasarelativelyslighteffectonthemechanicalstrength,grindingsurfaceareato350m2/kgcanmeettherequirementsofSSCmechanicalstrength.

    摘 要:以石蠟/膨脹石墨復合相變材料為功能組分,制備出具有蓄熱調溫功能的保溫砂漿。利用SEM分析了復合相變材料的微觀形貌,測試了相變保溫砂漿的抗壓強度、軟化系數、導熱系數和調溫蓄熱等技術性能。結果表明,隨著相變膨脹石墨摻量的提高,砂漿28d抗壓強度逐漸降低,軟化系數則先增加后降低;熱導率較高的膨脹石墨提高了石蠟的熱交換效率,使保溫砂漿具有較好的調溫蓄熱能力。 Abstract: Using phase change composite paraffin and expanded graphite for functional components, the thermal insulation mortar for thermal storage and thermal regulating effect is prepared. SEM is used to analyze the microstructure of phase change expanded graphite; technical performances of the softening coefficient, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and thermal storage performance of mortar are investigated. The results show that, with the increase of the phase change expanded graphite content, water absorption of mortar first decreased and then increased, 28d compressive strength decreased gradually; expanded graphite with high thermal conductivity increases paraffin heat exchange efficiency, which make the thermal insulation mortar with thermal storage ability.

    摘 要:針對安徽省建筑用砂現狀,采用正交試驗技術,配制C80混合砂高性能混凝土,研究了石粉含量及石粉作摻合料對C80混合砂高性能混凝土工作性和抗壓強度的影響規律;提出了C80混合砂高性能混凝土的配制技術。 Abstract: In view of present situation on building sand in Anhui province, C80 mixed sand high performance concrete is mixed with orthogonal experiment adopted, and the influences of stone-dust content and used in replacing cement as admixture on workability and compressive strength of C80 mixed sand high performance concrete are researched. Accordingly, preparation technique of C80 mixed sand high performance concrete is proposed.

    摘 要:采用免壓蒸工藝技術,通過復摻94級硅灰和S115級礦粉,成功制備出C100高強高性能混凝土預制樁,并對其作了性能測試及成本分析。結果表明:采用該類方法制備的C100高強高性能混凝土預制樁的外觀質量、樁身強度、抗彎性能等均符合相關標準要求,且生產成本較低。 Abstract:Through double mixing grade 94 silica fume and S115 mineral powder, C100 high strength and high performance concrete precast piles were produced by using the non-pressure steaming process technology. The performance of the concrete precast piles were tested and the cost was analyzed. The results show that the appearance quality, strength, bending capacity of the concrete precast piles are all comply with the relevant standards, meanwhlie, the piles have a lower production cost.

    摘 要:為了驗證《預制混凝土檢查井》標準規定的預制混凝土檢查井產品軸向承載力檢驗指標和相應的軸向承載力測試方法,試制了規格為DN1200的預制混凝土檢查井產品并開展了軸向承載力測試。測試結果表明,標準規定的軸向承載力指標是合適的,相應的測試方法是可行的。 Abstract:In order to verify the axial bearing index and its corresponding test method of the precast concrete products from“precast concrete inspection Wells” standards, DN1200 precast concrete well is produced and its axial bearing is tested. The results show that the standard specification for the axial bearing index of precast concrete products is appropriate, and the corresponding test method is feasible.
