    摘 要:利用工業副產品石膏與煤矸石復合制備石膏基綠色膠凝材料,檢測了復合膠凝材料的物理力學性能,并借助XRD、SEM等測試手段分析了試件微觀性能。結果表明,煤矸石的摻加對復合膠凝材料具有重要影響,綜合考慮各項因素,認為摻加10%煤矸石粉能夠制備出性能優良的復合膠凝材料。 Abstract: The gypsum based green cementing materials are prepared by using the industrial by-product gypsum and coal gangue. And the physical and mechanical properties of composite gelled material are tested, meanwhile, the microscopic properties of specimens are characterized using XRD and SEM. The results show that coal gangue has an important effect on the properties of composite gelled material. Comprehensively considering of various factors, it’s found that high performance composite gelled material can be prepared by adding 10% gangue powder.

    摘 要:研究了石膏、引氣劑、發泡劑與聚丙烯纖維對石膏基膨脹珍珠巖制品強度及干表觀密度的影響。結果表明,隨石膏用量減少,制品的干表觀密度減小,抗壓與抗折強度略減??;在相同石膏用量下,摻入引氣劑能顯著降低制品的干表觀密度,但會對制品的抗折與抗壓強度產生不利的影響;隨著發泡劑摻量的增加,制品的抗壓與抗折強度降低,而制品的干表觀密度也減??;隨聚丙烯纖維含量的提高,制品干表觀密度降低。 Abstract: The effects of gypsum, foaming agent, retarder and polypropylene fiber on compressive strength and dry bulk density of gypsum-based expanded perlite products are studied. The results show that with the decreasing of gypsum content, dry bulk density, compressive and flexural strength of products decrease. Under the same content of gypsum, adding the foaming agent can significantly reduce the dry bulk density of products, but may have an adverse effect to the flexural and compressive strength of the products. With the increasing of hydrogen peroxide content, the compressive, flexural strength and dry bulk density of products all decrease. In addition, with the increasing of polypropylene fiber content, dry bulk density of products decreases.

    摘 要:將鐵尾礦和河砂分別浸泡于三種堿性溶液中,分別測定了不同浸泡時間的質量損失率、浸泡溶液的pH值和電導率值變化。結果表明:鐵尾礦不會發生堿-集料反應;堿性環境中,河砂的質量損失率總體高于鐵尾礦。河砂浸泡液的pH值降幅高于鐵尾礦;河砂浸泡液的電導率值高于鐵尾礦。在堿性環境中,鐵尾礦比河砂具有更好的化學穩定性,具有代替河砂配制水泥基膠凝材料的可行性。 Abstract: The iron ore tailing (IOT) and river sand are respectively soaked into three kinds of alkaline solution with different pH to test the mass loss of granules, pH and electricity conductivity of soaking solution in different periods. The results show that IOT is not susceptible to alkali-silica reaction. Mass loss of river sand is higher than that of IOT under the alkaline solution. The pH of soaking solution with river sand has more significant decrease compared with that of IOT, whereas inversely variation for electricity conductivity occur following prolongation of time. Better chemical stability of IOT is proven than that of river sand, which provides a reliable guarantee for application of IOT in Portland cement materials substituting river sand as fine aggregate.

    摘 要:以廢舊聚苯顆粒等體積取代水泥砂漿中的砂子,研究了廢舊聚苯顆粒摻量對水泥砂漿靜力學性能的影響。結果表明,隨聚苯顆粒摻量增加,砂漿流動度先增加后下降,砂漿試樣7d、28d抗折抗壓強度均呈下降趨勢,3d抗折強度先增加后下降,抗壓強度下降緩慢;砂漿試樣3d、7d、28d抗壓強度與密度存在線性關系,且線性關系都比較顯著。 Abstract: The influence of the content of waste polystyrene granule which substitutes the equivalent content for sand in mortar on physical properties of cement mortar is studied. It shows that with the increasing of polystyrene granule aggregate content, the fluidity of cement mortar firstly increases and then decreases; The 7d, 28d of flexural and compressive strength of samples are on the decline, but its 3d flexural strength first increases and then decrease, meanwhile, the 3d compressive strength of cement mortar show a slow downward trend; it has a very significant linear relationship between the 3d, 7d, 28d of the compressive strength and density of samples.

    摘 要:闡述了鋼筋混凝土保護層厚度偏差對鋼筋混凝土結構的承載力、粘結錨固性和耐久性的影響。介紹了中國石化某分公司對煉化一體化工程污水處理場74m×36m×8m大型鋼筋混凝土生化池保護層厚度偏差進行控制和檢測情況。結果表明,由于采用水平筋交叉定位后用箍筋固定主筋、加設封閉箍筋以及在鋼筋與模板之間支墊特制墊塊對鋼筋定位等措施,提高了鋼筋鋪設的準確性和穩定性,減少了鋼筋位移。經檢測,其鋼筋保護層厚度合格點率達到95%以上,滿足設計圖紙和GB50204-2002規范要求。 Abstract: The affect of the thickness deviation of reinforced concrete cover on the bearing capacity, bonding anchoring and durability of the concrete structures are introduced. The concrete covers of 74m×36m×8m large salty and oily biochemical pool at wastewater treatment plant are controlled and detected by Rebar Detection System in a certain branch, SINOPEC. The results show that the bars are fixed more accurately and stably by using the measures of applying main bars fixed by stirrups after cross-positioning of horizontal bar, adding closed stirrups, and fixing bar with support pads of fluted fine stone concrete pad between the bars and shuttering formworks. The testing data show that the qualified rate of concrete cover thickness is more than 95% and meets the requirements of design blueprints and GB50204-2002 “Code for acceptance of constructional quality of concrete structures”.

    摘 要:采用快凍法,對?;⒅楸爻兄鼗炷梁推胀ɑ炷吝M行了25次、30次、50次、75次凍融循環試驗研究,根據試驗結果得出了抗壓強度隨凍融循環的退化規律,建立了與凍融參數相關的退化計算公式。試驗結果表明,隨著凍融循環次數的增加,普通混凝土與?;⒅楸爻兄鼗炷亮⒎襟w抗壓強度呈下降趨勢,但?;⒅楸爻兄鼗炷恋目箟簭姸认陆第厔菥徍?,對凍融循環較不敏感,這說明?;⒅楸爻兄鼗炷量箖鲂阅軆炗谄胀ɑ炷?,且凍融次數越多越明顯。 Abstract: Using fast freeze-thaw method, the freeze-thaw tests with 25, 30, 50 and 75 cycles on the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete and ordinary concrete are carried out. Base on the test results, the degradation law between the compressive strength of concrete and the freeze-thaw cycles is attained, and the degradation formulas for compressive strength with the freeze-thaw cycles are established. The test results indicate that compressive strengths of the two kinds of concretes decrease with the increasing the freeze-thaw cycles, but the downward trend of compressive strength of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete is slower than that of the ordinary concrete, which shows that frost resistance of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete precedes that of ordinary concrete, especially under the condition of more freeze-thaw cycle number.

    摘 要:采用正交試驗法對9組纖維泡沫混凝土和1組泡沫混凝土進行強度試驗,考察的因素有纖維種類、纖維摻量和纖維長度,同時對不同纖維與漿體基體的結合進行微觀分析。通過正交試驗的直觀分析法比較各因素對纖維泡沫混凝土強度的影響。結果表明:在纖維種類、摻量以及長度三因素中,纖維摻量對纖維泡沫混凝土的強度影響最大,纖維長度影響最??;同時,加入適量的纖維可以提高泡沫混凝土的強度,抗折強度比抗壓強度提高更為顯著。 Abstract:The compressive strength and flexural strength of 9 groups of foam concrete specimens and 1 group of foam concrete specimen are tested using the orthogonal experimental method to study the affect of fiber types, fiber contents and fiber lengths on the mechanical properties of foam concrete, and analyze the binding performance of fiber and cement mortar. The test results show that the fiber contents play the most important role in improving strengths of fiber foam concrete, and the role of fiber lengths is the smallest in the three factors. In addition, adding the right content of fiber can improve the strength of foam concrete, and the flexural strength of foam concrete improves higher than that of its compressive strength.

    摘??要:使用預應力筋材內嵌加固工藝,對10根混凝土梁試件進行了加固后的試驗研究。試驗證明,預應力筋材內嵌加固法,能夠很好地改善混凝土梁試件的整體穩定性,加固后混凝土梁試件的開裂荷載值、屈服荷載值和極限荷載值有顯著提高。隨加固量及張拉預應力值的不同,加固梁的開裂荷載值提高了72.6%~321.26%,屈服荷載值提高了6.19%~99.09%,極限荷載值提高了46.04%~135.27%。說明預應力筋材內嵌加固法能夠有效改善加固梁的延性和安全性能,剛度也有明顯提高,對裂縫的產生和發展都有約束作用,同時螺旋肋鋼絲的高強性能也得到了充分發揮。Abstract:Theprestressednearsurfacemountedhelicalribsteelwiretensionsystemisadopted,usingtheprocessofslotting,reinforcingandtensioninghelicalribsteelwire,fillingglue,andinthispaper,anexperimentalstudyisconductedon10RCbeamswithprestressednearsurfacemountedhelicalribsteelwire.Theexperimentalresultsindicatethatthismethodcouldimprovetheoverallperformanceofthereinforcedbeams,andfirst-crackload,flexuralload,ultimateloadareincreasedeffectively.Withthenumberofhelicalribsteelwireandprestressedlevel,first-crackloadisincreasedby72.6%~321.26%,flexuralloadisincreasedby6.19%-99.09%,ultimateloadisincreasedby46.04%~135.27%,theeffectisobvious.Thisreinforcingmethodcouldeffectivelyimprovetheductility,safetyperformance,thestiffnessofreinforcedbeam,andtheemergenceanddevelopmentofcrackscouldbeconstrained,andthehighstrengthofhelicalribsteelwirehasbeenfullyplay.

    摘 要:采用52.5R硅酸鹽水泥、標準砂、硅灰、粉煤灰、高效減水劑、鋼纖維、聚乙烯醇纖維等原材料配制高強度纖維增強水泥基復合材料(FRCC),在標準養護條件下,進行不同齡期、不同纖維種類及不同纖維摻量的試驗研究,試驗結果表明,采用標準養護制度,90d齡期時,FRCC能夠達到實際工程要求的抗壓強度和抗折強度。 Abstract:The high-performance FRCC (Fiber Reinforced Cementitious Composite)was prepared by using 52.5R Portland cement, standard sand, volatilized silica, fly ash, super plasticizer, steel fibers, polyvinyl alcohol fibers and other materials. Under the condition of standard curing, the influences of different age, different kinds and content of fibers on the FRCC were studied. The results show that FRCC has high compressive strength and flexural strength, which can meet the load requirements of engineering practice at age of 90d.
