    摘??要:研究了高溫養護(80℃熱水養護及后續200~300℃高溫烘箱養護)對活性粉末混凝土(RPC)力學性能的影響。結果表明,烘箱高溫養護顯著提高了RPC混凝土的抗壓強度,而一定程度上降低了抗折強度。通過對高溫養護下失水量、硅酸鹽聚合程度、水化產物能譜分析、孔體積及界面過渡區的研究,認為高溫養護過程中,水泥基體中硅酸鹽聚合度提高,部分水化硅酸鈣轉變成了硬硅鈣石,有利于抗壓強度的提高。而烘箱高溫養護減弱了界面結合強度,使得抗折強度下降。Abstract:Theeffectsofhightemperaturecuring(80℃hotwatercuringand200~300℃ovencuring)onthemechanicalpropertiesofreactivepowderconcrete(RPC)arestudied.TheresultsshowthattheovenhightemperaturecuringcanobviouslyimprovethecompressivestrengthofRPC,butdecreasetheflexuralstrengthtosomeextent.Throughtheresearchonwaterlossunderhightemperature,polymerizationdegreeofsilicate,energyspectrumanalysisofhydrationproducts,porevolumeand?interfacialtransitionzone,itisconsideredthatduringthehightemperaturecuring,thepolymerizationdegreeofsilicateisimproved,somehydrationsilicatecalciumturnstoxonotlite,whichisbeneficialtoimprovingthecompressivestrength.However,theovenhightemperaturecuringdecreasestheinterfacialstrength,whichmakestheflexuralstrengthdecrease.

    摘 要:根據彈性力學基本方程,研究了均勻干燥過程中水泥基材料彈性模量對徑向位移分布、徑向應變分布、環向應變分布、徑向應力分布和環向應力分布的影響,分析了其機理,探討了圓環抗裂試驗方法定量化的途徑。 Abstract: According to the equations of elasticity, the influences of the elastic modulus of cementing material on the distribution of the radial displacement, radial strain, circumferential strain, radial stress and circumferential stress in homogeneously drying process are studied, and the mechanism is analyzed. The way of quantitative analysis for the test method of breaking ring is discussed.

    摘 要:采用大摻量礦物摻合料配制C30~C60自密實混凝土,并對自密實混凝土的工作性能、強度及抗氯離子滲透性能進行研究。結果表明,增加膠凝材料用量可以改善混凝土的自密實性能,采用大摻量礦物摻合料替代水泥保證混凝土粉體總量,是配制中低強度自密實混凝土的方法之一;大摻量礦物摻合料自密實混凝土的抗壓強度和抗氯離子滲透性能隨齡期的增長不斷提高,大礦物摻合料自密實混凝土的抗壓強度和抗氯離子滲透性能評價應以56d齡期為準。 Abstract: C30~C60 self-compacting concrete (SCC) is made by a high volume of mineral admixtures. The workability, strength and the penetration resistance of chloride ions performance of SCC are investigated. The results show that increasing the proportion of binding material can improve the self compacting performance of concrete, and using large amount of mineral admixture as substitution of cement is a way of making mid-low strength SCC. The compressive strength and penetration resistance of chloride ions performance of SCC with a large proportion of mineral admixtures are improved continually with the increase of curing period, and should be evaluated by the age of 56d.

    摘 要:為滿足多基復合管冬季生產及施工的需要,在確定配合比及蒸養條件下,通過試驗,研究了混凝土脫模、3d、7d、28d、90d時的抗壓強度隨防凍劑(NaNO2 、K2CO3)摻量變化而變化的規律,得到了不同負溫條件下防凍劑的最佳摻量及摻量系數,為多基復合管的生產及施工提供了理論依據和技術支撐。 Abstract:To meet the needs of production and construction of the multi-matrix composite pipe in winter, in the specified mix proportion (water-cement ratio 0.34, sand ratio 0.37, superplasticizer dosage 0.5%, expansive agent content 10%) and steam-curing condition (-1℃、-3℃、-5℃ lasting 1h, transferring to constant temperature humidity chamber, heating-up rate 20℃/h, thermostatic temperature 65℃, thermostatic period 3.5h, natural cooling), the stripping strength, 3d strength, 7d strength, 28d and 90d strength of concrete with variation of amount of anti-freezing NaNO2, K2CO3 are studied to find the optimum content and the coefficient of anti-freezing NaNO2, K2CO3 under different negative temperature, which can provide a common technique to produce and construct the multi-matrix composite pipe.

    摘 要:采用活性TH粉進行自密實混凝土配合比設計,成功配制出C50自密實鋼管混凝土。探討了活性TH粉對混凝土工作性能的影響,研究了摻TH粉后混凝土強度和收縮性能的變化規律。結果表明,TH粉具有比Ⅰ級粉煤灰更高的活性、形態效應和微集料效應,能降低拌合物粘度、改善混凝土工作性能、提高后期強度和減小體積收縮,28d收縮率可降至1.5×10-6,是配制高強泵送自密實混凝土的優質摻合料。經過現場成功中試,在武漢中央文化區秀場和六星級酒店項目中得到了較好應用。 Abstract: The C50 self-compacting steel tube concrete is prepared successfully with active TH powder developed together with other groups. The influence of TH powder on the workability of concrete is discussed, and the regulars of compressive strength and shrinkage are studied. The results show that the TH powder has better active, water reduction and micro-aggregated effect rather than the grade Ⅰfly ash, furthermore, it is beneficial to reduce mixture viscosity, improve the workability, increase later strength and decrease the 28 days shrinkage ratio to 1.5×10-6. Meanwhile, it is the quality mineral admixture for preparing high-strength pumping self-compacting concrete. The preparation technology is applied for Wuhan central culture district and the six-star hotel project after successful pilot testing.

    摘 要:分別采用天然中砂和混合砂(機制砂與天然細砂復配而得)作細集料,對新拌混凝土工作性及硬化混凝土的強度和部分長期性能與耐久性能(抗碳化、收縮、徐變)進行對比研究。結果表明,同配合比下,混合砂混凝土的技術性能與天然中砂混凝土的相當。 Abstract: The natural sand and mixed sand (manufactured sand mixed with natural fine sand) are used as fine aggregate, and the workability of fresh concrete, strength and some long-term performance and durability of hardened concrete (carbonization resistance, shrinkage and creep) are comparatively studied. Results show that the properties of concrete made of composite fine aggregates are familiar to those of concrete made from natural middle-size of fine aggregates when the mixture proportion is the same.

    摘 要:通過對國標GB/T 19685—2005《預應力鋼筒混凝土管》中PCCP抗裂內、外壓檢驗荷載公式的分析,修改了抗裂內壓檢驗荷載公式中的個別參數,整理出了新的抗裂內、外壓檢驗荷載公式,并舉算例進行了對比計算,提出了對公式使用的幾點認識。 Abstract: The internal and external pressure test load formulas of PCCP of the GB/T 19685—2005“Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe” are analyzed, and it’s point out that these formulas have some problems. So, the new modified internal and external pressure test load formulas are put forwards. By taking some examples, the new and old test load formulas are compared and explained.

    摘 要:使用機制砂替代一定量的河砂來制備管樁混凝土,根據不同機制砂性能參數對管樁混凝土性能的影響規律,提出了適合生產管樁混凝土生產使用的技術參數,并進行了離心試驗。實驗結果表明:當機制砂細度模數在3.5~4.0時混凝土工作性較好;機制砂中石粉含量越高,混凝土需水量越高,導致強度偏低,當機制砂石粉含量小于5%時,對混凝土強度沒有太大的影響;機制砂中石粉化學成分對混凝土性能也有很大的影響,當CaO含量越高、SiO2含量越低時,對混凝土性能影響越??;機制砂可以改善混凝土集料的級配,對混凝土離心性能有明顯的改善。 Abstract: The concrete pile was prepared by using manufactured sand instead of the equivalent content of river sand to find out the influence of different performance parameters of manufactured sand on the pile concrete and ascertains performance parameters which are suitable for producing concrete pile. And for these purposes, the centrifuge test was done. The result show that: when the fineness modulus of manufactured sand is in 3.5~4.0, the workability of concrete is good; the higher the content of fine content is, the higher the concrete water demand will be, which will result in a lower strength of concrete. When the fine content is less than 5%, there is no significant influence on the performance of the concrete; chemical constituents of stone powder in manufactured sand also have a great influence on performance of the concrete. Higher CaO content and lower SiO2 content cannot influence concrete performances a lot. Because of the improvement of the aggregate gradation, the centrifugal operation of concrete is obviously better.

    摘 要:以黏土質陶粒為骨料,52.5級普通硅酸鹽水泥作為膠凝材料,輔以聚酯纖維和減水劑等外加劑,制作出一種新型的水泥基陶粒多孔地鐵軌道吸音板。試驗分析了不同工況下隧道內隧道壁測點和道床測點的吸音效果,研究了吸音板薄弱位置的受力性能。結果表明,所制備的水泥基陶粒多孔地鐵軌道吸音板不僅吸音降噪效果好,而且結構安全可靠。 Abstract:With the clay ceramsite as aggregate, 52.5 ordinary portland cement as the cementing material, polyester fiber, water-reducing agent and so on, a new kind of metro rail porous sound-absorbing board with cement and ceramsite was produced. The sound-absorbing effects of the tunnel wall and ballast bed of tunnel on different working condition as well as the force performance of the sound-absorbing board in the weak position are studied. The results show that the kind of sound-absorbing board has good sound-absorbing effect and safe structure.
