    摘 要:研究了疏浚泥對混凝土坍落度和力學性能的影響,并對摻疏浚泥混凝土的耐久性能進行了分析。結果表明,疏浚泥的摻入能有效降低混凝土坍落度;水膠比不變時,摻疏浚泥混凝土早期強度與基準混凝土一致,后期強度略有提高,且疏浚泥摻量在30%時,混凝土收縮增加,抗水滲透和抗氯離子滲透性能均有提高。 Abstract: The influence of dry dredged mud on the slump and mechanical properties of concrete is studied, and the durability of concrete with the dredged mud is analyzed. The results show that adding the dry dredged mud can reduce concrete slump; the early strength of concrete with dredged mud is almost consistent with that of the normal concrete, and the later strength of the concrete improve slightly when having the same water-cement ratio. In addition, the shrinkage of concrete increases and the performances of the resistance to water penetration and chloride ion penetration improve when the content of dredged mud is 30%.

    摘 要:以內蒙古某地高鋁煤矸石為研究對象,采用膠砂強度法研究了其最佳熱活化條件,并將活化后的煤矸石分別取代水泥和摻合料硅灰應用于水泥基灌漿料中。結果表明,該高鋁煤矸石的最佳熱活化溫度為800℃;活化高鋁煤矸石替代水泥基灌漿料中的水泥時,可使其流動度下降,但替代其摻合料硅灰時,可使其流動度增加;活化高鋁煤矸石無論是替代灌漿料中的水泥還是硅灰,均可使灌漿料的凝結時間縮短;活化高鋁煤矸石替代灌漿料中的水泥時,對初期強度不利,但7d后強度均有不同程度提高,活化高鋁煤矸石替代灌漿料中的硅灰時,可提高其強度,取代率越大,提高幅度越大,完全取代效果最好。 Abstract: The heat-activated condition of high alumina coal gangue in Neimenggu is studied, and then, the activated coal gangue is used in grouting material to study the application effect. The result shows that the optimal calcining temperature of high alumina coal gangue is 800℃. The fluidity of the grouting material decreases when Portland cement is replaced by the activated coal gangue, but increases when silica fume is replaced. Adding the activated coal gangue can shorten the setting time of grouting material. The compressive strength of the grouting material enhances when silica fume is replaced by activated coal gangue powder, and the more the replacement ratio, the greater the strength; the compressive strength of grouting material enhances when cement is replaced by activated coal gangue powder after 7d,but decreases in1d.

    摘 要:將廢混凝土、廢磚再生粗砂和特細砂混合后得到建筑垃圾再生混合砂,研究了水膠比、建筑垃圾再生粗砂取代率和粉煤灰取代率對砂漿性能的影響,通過正交層次分析、方差分析和綜合評分法,得出再生砂漿的最佳配合比。結果表明,水膠比和粉煤灰取代率是影響再生砂漿性能的主要因素,粉煤灰取代率增大對再生砂漿強度具有較大的劣化作用,建筑垃圾再生粗砂取代率對砂漿稠度的影響較大,對抗壓強度和抗折強度的影響最小。 Abstract: Recycled construction waste mixed sand was obtained by mixing recycled concrete coarse sand, recycled brick coarse sand and ultra fine sand. The effect of the recycled aggregate replacement ratio, the water-binder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio on the performances of recycled mortar is researched. By analytic hierarchy process, variance analysis and the method of synthetically judgment,the optimal proportion was obtained. The results show that the water-binder ratio and the fly ash replacement ratio are the key factors for the performances of recycled mortar. The increasing of fly ash replacement ratio has negative effect on recycled mortar strength. The recycled aggregate replacement ratio has a significant impact on consistency and minimal impact on compressive strength and bending strength.

    摘 要:蒸壓輕質加氣混凝土(ALC)板具有重量輕, 隔音、隔熱效果好,耐火和環保性好等優點。本文介紹了ALC整間墻板制作過程及施工技術,總結了其過程中的缺陷和經驗。 Abstract: Autoclaved Light-weight Concrete (ALC) board has many advantages, such as light weight, good sound insulation, heat insulation effect, good fire resistance and environmental protection. Here, the production process and construction technology of the whole ALC wallboard are introduced, and some defects and experience in these processes are summarized.

    摘 要:為了研究室內外溫度、濕度波動對現澆鋼筋混凝土樓板非使用荷載裂縫產生的影響,在實際環境中設計建造了足尺的磚混結構模型,對室內、室外的溫度和濕度及無使用荷載作用樓板開裂前后板面混凝土的應變進行了5個月的測量。實測數據分析表明,室外溫度波動對樓板混凝土應變有明顯影響,可以使樓板發生應力疲勞而提前開裂,但濕度波動對裂縫影響較??;室內的溫度和濕度波動與室外相比,呈現明顯的衰減和滯后規律;樓板邊界的梁和墻體也存在收縮應變,其對樓板收縮變形的約束有限,由此而產生的樓板拉應力較??;做好建筑物外表面隔熱處理對減少樓板開裂是有益的。 Abstract: A full scale mixed structure model with 2 test floor slabs was built in real environment to study the influence of temperature and humidity fluctuation on non-service-load cracks in cast-in-situ RC floor slab. Outdoor and indoor temperature, humidity and the strain of slabs concrete before and after cracking without service load were measured for five months. The test results indicate that fluctuation of outdoor temperature has obvious influence on the strain of the floor slab, which leads to stress fatigue in slab concrete, and the slab can crack easier, but the humidity fluctuation has little influence on slab cracking; comparing with the temperature and humidity fluctuation in outdoor, the temperature and humidity fluctuation in indoor show the regularity of decrement and delay; in addition, the beams and walls on the edges of floor slab has a certain of shrink, so the boundary restraint to the shrinkage of floor slab is limited and the tensile stress in slab is smaller; It is helpful to reduce cracking in floor slabs by taking better thermal insulation measures to external surface of a building.

    摘 要:為研究鋼筋混凝土構件在扭矩作用下的受力性能,利用有限元軟件ABAQUS建立了3個鋼筋混凝土純扭構件的有限元模型,分別以截面尺寸和配箍率為研究參數,對其受力全過程進行非線性數值模擬。有限元計算結果表明:截面尺寸和配箍率是影響鋼筋混凝土構件抗扭承載力的重要因素,增大截面尺寸可提高構件的開裂扭矩和極限扭矩,增加配箍率可延緩裂縫的發展,提高構件的極限扭矩;模擬得到的開裂扭矩、極限扭矩與GB 50010—2010《混凝土結構設計規范》的計算公式得出的計算值吻合較好。 Abstract: In order to study the torsional behavior of reinforced concrete members,three kinds of finite element models with different parameters(including the sectional dimension and stirrup reinforcement ratio) are established to simulate the pure torsion of the reinforced concrete members by nonlinear finite element analysis software of ABAQUS. The results show that the section dimension and stirrup reinforcement ratio are the key factors for the torsional capacity of reinforced concrete members. The cracking torque and ultimate torque of the members can be improved with the increasing of section dimension. The development of cracks can be delayed and the ultimate torque of the members can be improved with the increasing of stirrup reinforcement ratio. The cracking torque and ultimate torque of simulation are in good agreement with the calculation values got by the formulae of GB 50010—2010“code for design of concrete structures”.

    摘 要:通過?;⒅楸鼗炷亮⒎襟w抗壓強度與棱柱體軸心抗壓強度正交試驗,研究了試件的破壞形態,分析了水灰比、水泥用量等因素對混凝土受壓強度影響的主次順序,確定了抗壓強度最優配比方案,建立了混凝土立方體抗壓強度與軸心抗壓強度關系式。 Abstract: Based on the orthogonal experiments of compressive strength and axial compressive strength of cube specimens of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete, the failure modes of the concrete specimens are studied. The?influencing order of the factors such as water-cement ratio, cement content etc. on the compressive strength of the concrete is analyzed and discussed, the optimum mix proportion of concrete is determined. In addition, the relationship between the compressive strength and the axial compressive strength of the concrete is put forward.

    摘 要:利用ANSYS對壓型鋼板—輕骨料混凝土組合樓板進行了建模分析,得到了極限荷載、跨中最大撓度和板端相對滑移值,并采用歐洲規范4的建議公式,回歸得出組合樓板的剪力粘結系數m、k,可為該種樓板的工程設計提供參考依據。 Abstract: The ANSYS software is used in the analogue simulation of the composite slab (profiled steel sheet-lightweight aggregate concrete), and the ultimate load, maximum deflection and longitudinal slide values of each slab are obtained after calculating the program. Based on the test results, the shearing bond coefficients (m, k) of the composite slab are defined with regression analysis by using the suggested formula of Eurocode 4, which can be used in practical design.

    摘??要:通過對混凝土試樣進行抗沖擊與磨耗試驗測試,得到了SBR乳液改性水泥混凝土(SBR質量摻量為0~18%)、鋼纖維混凝土(鋼纖維體積摻量為0~1.2%)和鋼纖維聚合物水泥混凝土單位面積磨損量與抗沖擊韌性,分析了鋼纖維和聚合物乳液對水泥混凝土抗沖擊與磨耗性能影響規律及作用機理。研究結果表明,鋼纖維和SBR乳液提高了混凝土抗沖擊與耐磨性能,且隨著摻量增加,作用效果越好;鋼纖維和聚合物乳液復摻對改善混凝土抗沖擊、磨耗性能優于鋼纖維和聚合物乳液單摻。Abstract:Theabrasionweightloseperunitareaandimpactresistanceofconcreteswereacquiredbymeansofimpactandweartestoncementconcrete,thosetestedconcretesincludeSBRlatexmodifiedcementconcrete(0~18%massfraction),steelfiberreinforcedconcrete(0~1.2%volumefraction),steelfiberandSBRlatexmodifiedcementconcrete.Theinfluencelawandtheactionmechanismofsteelfiberandpolymerlatexontheimpactandabrasionresistanceofthesecementconcreteswerestudied.TheresultsshowthattheadditionofsteelfiberandSBRlatexareabletoimprovetheimpactandabrasionresistanceofcementconcrete,theeffectenhanceswithincreasingthecontentofsteelfiberandSBRlatex,andtheeffectsofcompositeadditivesarebetterthanthatofsingleadditive.
