    摘 要:以高含氧化鎂水泥和粉煤灰為膠凝材料的大壩混凝土作為研究對象,采用溫度應力試驗機(TSTM)評價既定溫度履歷下的抗裂性能。通過對比分析表明,水膠比較低的混凝土具有更好的抗裂性。與采用混凝土的抗拉強度或極限拉應變作為抗裂性能的判據相比,借助TSTM試驗所獲得的一系列指標進行抗裂性能的評價更為合理準確。 Abstract: An experimental investigation on anti-cracking performance of dam concrete that contains cement with MgO and fly ash is presented by means of temperature stress testing machine (TSTM) test with a specific temperature history. The results indicate that the higher water to binder (w/b) ratio concrete has poorer cracking sensitivity than the lower w/b one. Compared to criteria of anti-cracking performance in terms of tensile strength and/or tensile strain capacity, a criterion based on TSTM test is more reasonable and has higher precision.

    摘 要:為了對國防工程進行快速修補,將普通硅酸鹽水泥和硫鋁酸鹽水泥(SAC)按不同比例進行復配,研究復合體系凝結時間、強度、變形等性能,優化配合比,滿足快速修補的特殊要求。試驗結果表明,當SAC含量在15%時,復合膠凝材料在各方面均表現出優異的性能,在此基準配比基礎上摻入適量聚丙烯纖維及高效減水劑,即可配制出具有較短凝結時間、良好和易性、較高強度及粘結強度的復合膠凝快速修補砂漿。 Abstract: In order to repair defense construction rapidly, according to the different proportion, Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement are used to make up a composite cementitious material, the setting time, strength and deformation of composite system are researched to satisfy the special requirement of fast repair. Test results show that composite cementitious material has superior performance in various aspects when the SAC is 15%, on the basis of this benchmark ratio mixed with proper amount of polypropylene fiber and high efficiency water reducing agent, composite cementitious mortar can be made out with a short setting time, good workability, high strength and bond strength .

    摘 要:用彈性力學方法分析了抗裂圓環在水泥基材料發生不均勻干縮變形時的徑向位移分布、徑向應變分布、環向應變分布、徑向應力分布和環向應力分布。給出了這些分布的數學表達式,并對這些表達式進行了分析。研究結果表明,在不均勻干燥過程中,水泥基材料圓環徑向受壓、環向受拉、最大環向拉應力在圓環的外側。 Abstract: The method of elasticity is used to analyze the distribution of the radial displacement, radial strain, circumferential strain, radial stress and circumferential stress in breaking ring due to the inhomogeneous dry shrinkage of cementing material. The mathematical equations of these distributions are given. The results show that in the inhomogeneous drying process, the ring of cement-based material is compressive in radial direction and tensile in circumferential direction. The maximum circumferential tensile stress is at the external surface of the ring.

    摘 要:提出了再生聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫級配理論,研究了EPS顆粒級配對再生EPS保溫砂漿抗壓強度、抗折強度、粘結強度、吸水率、導熱系數等性能的影響。試驗結果表明,中粒徑、2區的EPS制作的保溫砂漿的綜合性能最好,并提出用人工適配的方法配置出中粒徑、2區的EPS,對控制再生EPS泡沫顆粒級配有重要的技術及經濟意義。 Abstract: Recycled polystyrene foam grading theory is proposed in this paper, and the influences of particle distribution on the workability, compressive strength, flexural strength, adhesive strength, thermal conductivity and water of absorption of EPS thermal insulating mortar are experimentally studied. The results of the test show that the medium particle size in area 2 can make the best for the comprehensive performance of EPS thermal insulation mortar. Meanwhile, a method of using artificial adaptation of particle size in area 2 is proposed. Controlling the particle distribution of recycled polystyrene foam grain size has important technical and great economic significance.

    摘 要:采用自行開發的廢棄混凝土回收裝置,對工程拆除產生的廢棄混凝土進行破碎、分離處理,驗證了該技術分離廢棄混凝土的效果;得到的硬化水泥漿體經磨細后進行了水泥混合材料以及混凝土摻合料的性能試驗。試驗結果表明,硬化水泥漿體粉活性指數大于65%,具有一定活性,其他性能指標(標準稠度用水量、凝結時間、安定性、流動度比)符合水泥及摻合料有關技術要求,可以作為水泥混合材料及混凝土摻合料使用。 Abstract: The well-separated aggregates and the hardened cement paste are obtained from the waste concrete, which is through a process of crushing and separating of the waste concrete by using self-developed waste concrete recycling equipment. The experiment shows that this self-developed recycling equipment is effective, the obtained size of hardened cement paste is smaller than 0.15mm which is easy to fine grinding. The ground hardened cement paste is used as an admixture in cement and concrete respectively to be tested, and the properties are tested as well. The test results show that the hardened cement paste possesses activity, and its pozzolanic activity index is greater than 65%. Performance indexes such as water requirement of normal consistency, setting time and soundness all meet the requirements of cement performances. The hardened cement paste can be used as cement blending material and the concrete admixture.

    摘 要:摻加具有較大發泡倍數和較低泌水率的引氣劑可有效改善干混砂漿的工作性,并以粉煤灰替代部分水泥,研究了兩種引氣劑對砂漿工作性能、力學性能的影響規律,并對膠凝材料體系最佳配比進行了試驗優選。研究結果表明,水灰比為0.53,引氣劑摻量在0.5%左右時,新拌砂漿的流動性、保水性、干縮率等性能均滿足規范要求;7d和28d抗壓強度均滿足M10級強度要求;在引氣劑摻0.5%、粉煤灰摻20%左右時,新拌砂漿的工作性能也能滿足規范要求。 Abstract: Adding the air entraining agent which has larger expansion ratio and smaller bleeding rate can improve the workability of dry-mixed mortar efficiently, with the fly ash replacing some cement, the influencing rules of two kinds of air entraining agent on the mortar’s workability and mechanical properties are studied, and the best mix proportion of binding material mortar is optimally selected. The experimental results show that when the water to cement ratio is 0.53 and the air entraining agent volume is about 0.5%, the fresh mortar’s fluidity, water retention and dry shrinkage can meet the standard requirement, the 7d and 28d compressive strength of dry-mixed coating mortar are 11.2MPa, 8.6MPa and 18.8MPa, 15MPa respectively, all meet the strength requirement of M10. In addition, under the mixing two kinds of air entraining agent in 0.5%, fly ash replacing about 20% cement, the fresh mortar’s workability can also meet the standard requirement.

    摘??要:為測定濱海天然卵石混凝土的性能,研究骨料形狀對混凝土性能的影響,就濱海天然卵石和普通碎石混凝土性質提出了新的比較條件-同坍落度和同水泥用量,并在此條件下配制了不同強度的混凝土。通過比較卵石和碎石混凝土的抗壓強度、抗折強度和疲勞強度,從靜力強度和動力強度方面表明,濱海天然卵石混凝土的抗壓強度提高0.5%~10.7%,疲勞壽命延長35.8%~76.6%,抗折強度提高-2.2%~8.1%,說明濱海天然卵石混凝土的靜力性能和疲勞性能良好,在水泥混凝土路面和承受動力荷載的混凝土構件中,卵石混凝土具有顯著的疲勞強度優勢。Abstract:Inordertotesttheperformancesofcoastalnaturalgravelconcreteandstudytheeffectsofaggregateshapeontheperformanceofconcrete,thenewcomparativeconditionssuchasthesameslumpandcementcontentareputforwardbetweennaturalgravelandcommonstoneconcrete.Thedifferentstrengthsconcretearepreparedunderthiscondition.Throughthecomparisonsuchasthecompressive,flexuralandfatiguestrengths,thestaticanddynamicstrengthsshowthatunderthiscondition,thecompressivestrengthofcoastalnaturalgravelconcretecanimprove0.5%~10.7%,fatigueworklifecanprolong35.8%~76.6%,andtheflexuralstrengthcanimprove-2.2%~8.1%,whichcanbeprovedthatthestaticandfatigueperformancesofcoastalnaturalgravelconcretearewell.Inthecementconcretepavementanddynamicloadingconcretecomponents,thegravelconcretehasobviouslyfatiguestrengthadvantage.

    摘 要:通過對管基一體異型鋼筋混凝土排水管與普通圓形鋼筋混凝土排水管的管型設計、技術性能、施工工況和經濟性比較,闡述了管基一體異型鋼筋混凝土排水管結構設計的合理性及使用的安全可靠性,指出了管基一體異形鋼筋混凝土管在工程中推廣應用具有良好的優勢和發展前景。 Abstract:By comparing the type design, technical performance, construction condition and economical cost of heterotype reinforced concrete sewerage pipes with pipe and pipe bedding integration and normal circular reinforced concrete sewerage pipes, it indicates that the structure design of heterotype reinforced concrete sewerage pipes with pipe and pipe bedding integration is reliable and safe, and the concrete sewerage pipes have a good advantage and development prospect in engineering application.

And some related suggestions for pipe production line design are put forward.

    摘 要:闡述了環形混凝土電桿配筋設計的指導原則和理論依據,建立了電桿受彎承載彎矩函數關系式,確定了各自變量、系數及常數的取值方法,并通過Excel表格將其完整表示出來,從而快速、準確地計算出電桿配筋設計結果;最后通過具體實例驗證了利用Excel表格進行環形混凝土電桿配筋設計的準確性。 Abstract:The reinforcement design guidelines of the circular concrete poles are introduced. The function relationship between the flexural bearing and bending moment of the concrete poles are established, and the obtaining value methods of coefficient, variable and constant of each function are determined. The above design data and all values are completely expressed by using the Excel worksheet, then, reinforcement design results of the concrete poles are rapidly and accurately calculated. In addition, taking the specific examples validates the accuracy by using Excel worksheet to designing the reinforcement of the circular concrete poles.
