    摘 要:對發泡水泥孔結構的影響因素進行了系統研究。結果表明,水料比、增稠劑、防水劑和粉煤灰摻量是影響發泡水泥孔結構的主要因素,通過改變水料比、增稠劑和防水劑摻量可實現發泡水泥孔徑的控制。發泡水泥抗壓強度與孔徑密切相關,并非孔徑越大或越小,抗壓強度越高,最佳孔徑存在一個范圍。提出了具有較高抗壓強度和適宜孔徑的發泡水泥配合比。 Abstract: The effecting factors of foamed cement pore structure are systematically researched. The results indicate that the water cement ratio, thickening agent, waterproofing agent and fly ash dosage are the main factors affecting the pore structure of foamed cement. Through changing the water cement ratio, thickening agent and waterproofing agent dosage, the pore size of foamed cement can be controlled. The compressive strength of foamed cement is relative to the pore size, and the optimum pore size has a certain range. The mix proportion of foamed cement is proposed which has higher compressive strength and proper pore size.

    摘??要:采用紙漿廢液制備的木質磺酸鹽接枝共聚聚羧酸減水劑制備木聚羧酸鹽減水劑,通過探討反應溫度、保溫時間、木質素減水劑和聚羧酸減水劑質量比對所合成木聚羧酸鹽減水劑性能的影響規律,確定了最佳合成工藝參數。紅外光譜表征表明,木質素磺酸鹽和聚羧酸中間體發生了酯化反應,形成了木聚羧酸減水劑。試驗表明,制備的木聚羧酸減水劑在摻量為0.5%(質量分數)時具有良好的分散性和保塑性,減水率達到31.3%,是一種性能優良的高效減水劑。Abstract:Anewsuperplasticizerofpolycarboxymethyl-ligninsulphonateispreparedby?polycarboxylatesuperplasticizerandlignosulphonate-basedwaterreducingagent,whichismostlyextractedfromthewastepaperpulp.Inthisarticle,graft-copolymerizationtemperature,copolymerizationtime,lignosulphonateandpolycarboxylateintermediatesmassratioonthesynthesisofpolywood-carboxylatesuperplasticizerpropertiesarediscussed.Infraredspectrogramshowsthat1343.95cm-1positionistheesterC=O-Cstretchingvibration,anewmaterialofpolywood-carboxylatesuperplasticizerisformed.Thetestsexhibitthepolywood-carboxylatesuperplasticizerhasgoodplasticizingandfluidityretainingabilitywiththedosageof0.5%(bymass),andthewaterreductionrateis31.3%.Theseresultsindicatethatpolywood-carboxylatesuperplasticizerhaslowvolume,lowcosts,highliquidityandhighslumpretainingcharacteristics.

    摘??要:針對石碴在壓制成型水泥基材料中的應用進行研究,探索了不同摻量的石碴(等量取代河砂)對水泥基材料抗折強度、吸水率和抗凍融等性能的影響規律。研究結果表明,隨石碴摻量的增加,水泥基材料抗折強度先增大后減小,吸水率則呈減小趨勢,抗凍融性能變差;當石碴摻量為0~40%時,水泥基材料滿足GB/T50082—2009中D25抗凍等級指標要求。并對其機理進行了分析。Abstract:Accordingtothesearchofcrushedsandapplicationincement-basedmaterials,theflexuralstrength,waterabsorptionanddurabilityofcement-basedmaterialswithcrushedsand(CBM-CS)producedbypressedformingarestudiedinthispaper.Thesandisreplacedwithcrushedsandinthistest.TheflexuralstrengthofCBM-CSfirstlyincreaseandthendeclines,andthewaterabsorptiondecreasesallthetimewiththesandweightreplacedbycrushedsandincreasedfrom0%to100%,andthefreezing-thawcycleresistancedeteriorates,butmeetsnormspecification,andthefreezing-thawcycleresistanceofcement-basematerials(dosageofcrushedsandfrom0%to40%)meetD25frostresistingclassindicationinGB/T50082—2009《Standardfortestmethodsoflong-termperformanceanddurabilityofordinaryconcrete》.Anditsmechanismisanalyzed.

    摘 要:采用緊密填充技術優化出了活性粉末混凝土五級配復合材料體系中各組分的搭配比例,探討了水膠比及鋼纖維摻量等對活性粉末混凝土抗壓強度的影響,并通過SEM分析了活性粉末混凝土產物的微觀結構。結果表明,選用優化后的復合材料體系,在常溫養護條件下可制備工作性能良好、產物結構致密、28d抗壓強度高達179.6MPa的活性粉末混凝土?;钚苑勰┗炷恋目箟簭姸入S水膠比的降低而增加,當水膠比降低至0.15時,仍可獲得工作性能良好的超高強活性粉末混凝土;在同一水膠比下,增加鋼纖維摻量能顯著提高活性粉末混凝土的抗壓強度,但為了保證混凝土的工作性能,鋼纖維的體積摻量不宜超過2%。 Abstract: The mass ratio of each component in reactive powder concrete (RPC) composite materials with five kinds of particle gradation is optimized by dense packing technology. Effects of water/binder ratio(W/B) and steel fiber content on RPC compressive strength are investigated. And the microstructure of products is measured by SEM. Results show that the RPC with good workability, extremely dense of product structure and up to 179.6MPa compressive strength could be prepared in normal curing condition when the optimized composite materials is used. The compressive strength of RPC increases with the W/B decreasing. The ultrahigh strength RPC with good workability can be obtained even when the W/B decreases to 0.15. And the compressive strength of RPC increases with the volume content of steel fiber increasing in the same W/B. In order to ensure the workability of RPC, the volume content of steel fiber should not exceed 2%.

    摘 要:根據分子設計的原則,采用“滴加法”合成出一種帶長側鏈聚醚基團、羧酸基團的聚丙烯酸高效減水劑。通過正交試驗和單因素優化,得到最佳工藝條件n(OXAC):n(AA) =0.046:0.175,H2O2的用量為單體總質量的1.2%,VC的用量為H2O2用量的26.9%,在60℃下反應5.0h。當聚丙烯酸高效減水劑的摻量為0.92%時,C40混凝土的初始坍落度為217mm,1h后塌落度為195 mm,含氣量為3.5%,28d的強度高達65.4MPa。 Abstract: Based on the principle of molecular design, a polyacrylic superplasticizer is synthesized with long side-chain polyether group and carboxylic group by the method of “titration”. The best reactant ratio are n(OXAC):n(AA) =0.046:0.175 and m(H2O2)= 1.2% [m(OXAC) +m(AA)], m(VC)= 26.9%[m(H2O2)], and the optimal reaction conditions are 60℃ for 5.0h, which is obtained via orthogonal test and single factor optimized. The initial slump of C40 concrete containing the 0.92% superplasticizer is 217mm and remains 195mm after 1h. The air content of the concrete is 3.5%, and its strength reaches up to 65.4MPa at 28d.

    摘 要:研究了活性粉末混凝土(RPC)各組分摻量對其流動度和抗壓強度的影響,并對90℃熱水養護和90℃蒸汽養護兩種養護方式進行了研究。結果表明,水膠比為0.21、硅灰摻量為0.35、石英粉摻量為0.27、石英砂摻量為0.78、粉煤灰取代量為0.3時,可以得到流動度與強度均較好的活性粉末混凝土;90℃蒸汽養護下試件強度較90℃熱水養護稍有提高,在3d齡期時強度提高了2.2%。 Abstract: The influences of each component dosage on the fluidity and compressive strength of reactive powder concrete (RPC) are researched. And the effect of curing modes on strength of RPC is also investigated. Results indicate that when water-binder ratio is 0.21 and cement: silica fume: fly ash: quartz sand: quartz powder=0.7: 0.35: 0.3: 0.78: 0.27, the fluidity and strength of RPC will be better. And the compressive strength of the specimens subjected to a 90℃ steam curing is a little higher than those cured in hot water at 90℃. Compared to the specimens cured in hot water at 90℃, the compressive strength of specimens subjected to a 90℃ steam curing increases 2.2% after 3 days curing.

    摘 要:以北京特大暴雨產生的安全問題為背景,結合國務院辦公廳下發的通知精神,指出了加快修建城市地下蓄水設施,提高城市排水防澇能力的建議意見。介紹了用于修筑城市地下蓄水池的預制裝配化混凝土涵管形式,列出了預制混凝土蓋板式涵管常用的產品規格表,并簡要說明了該類涵管內力的計算方法。 Abstract:Base on a case of torrential rainstorm in Beijing and combined with the spirit of the notice published by the general office of the state council on March 25, 2013, some advice on building urban underground sluice facilities and improving the urban drain ability are put forward. The kinds of prefabricated concrete culverts for building urban underground reservoirs are introduced. The product specification table commonly used for the precast concrete culvert with cover plate is listed, and the internal force calculation method of the culvert is briefly illustrated.

    摘 要:介紹了國內預制裝配式鋼筋混凝土檢查井的研究情況及應用現狀,概述了該類鋼筋混凝土檢查井的生產工藝流程,并對其主要環節進行了分析討論。指出,相比現場砌筑檢查井,預制裝配式鋼筋混凝土檢查井具有產品性能優良、節約施工時間、保護環境等優點,應積極推廣。 Abstract:The research and application status of the prefabricated reinforced concrete inspection well in China are introduced. The production process of the kind of inspection well is summarized, and its main stages of production are analyzed and discussed. Meanwhile, it points out that comparing with the on-site masonry inspection well, the prefabricated reinforced concrete inspection well has many advantages, such as good product performance, saving the construction time and protecting the environment, so the inspection well should be actively promoted in China.

    摘 要:介紹了人工砂(石礦尾屑和卵石砂)在高強度預應力混凝土管樁中的應用,并作了試驗研究。結果表明,摻入一定量的人工砂不但可以提高混凝土的強度和性能,而且具有一定的經濟優勢。摻入人工砂生產出的管樁完全能滿足工程施工需要,特別是對于年設計生產能力100萬m管樁的生產單位,人工砂具有更大的應用價值。 Abstract: The application of artificial sand (stone chip tail sand and pebble) in high strength prestressed concrete piles is introduced, and some relative experimental studies are carried out. The results show that adding a certain amount of artificial sand can not only improve the strength and performance of concrete, but have some economic advantages. The piles with artificial sand can completely meet the requirements of engineering construction, especially for production companies whose the annual design production capacity is 1 million meter piles, artificial sand has greater application value.

    摘 要:對相似巖土工程地質條件下,同一廠區的兩個工業儲池分別使用干、濕法水泥土攪拌樁進行地基處理。結合兩種不同工法的加固機理,根據靜載試驗結果以及經濟效果的對比分析得出,在含水量較高的長三角軟土分布區,干法水泥攪拌樁的地基處理效果優于濕法。 Abstract: The foundations of the two industrial storage tanks in the same factory district are respectively reinforced by using dry jet mixing piles and deep cement mixing piles due to the similar geological conditions. Combining with mechanisms of the two different methods, the static load test and analysis of economic effect are done. The results show that the effect of ground treatment by using dry jet mixing piles is better than that of deep cement mixing piles in the Yangtze river delta soft soil region with higher water content.
