    摘??要:對硫酸鹽和氯鹽復合溶液浸泡下的鋼筋銹蝕規律進行了試驗研究,探討了彎曲荷載對鋼筋銹蝕的影響。采用電化學方法評價鋼筋的腐蝕狀況,用鋼筋銹蝕電位和鋼筋銹蝕速率反映鋼筋的銹蝕程度。根據鋼筋銹蝕產物在混凝土最外邊緣拉裂處所產生的環向拉應力定義混凝土受鋼筋銹蝕影響的損傷度Ds,建立了損傷度與銹蝕電流密度、銹蝕時間的方程,并進行了模型驗證。Abstract:Thesteelcorrosionofreinforcedconcreteunderthemixturesolutionofsulfateandchlorideisinvestigated.Theeffectsofflexureloadingonsteelcorrosionisdiscussedinthispaper.Electrochemicalmethodsareusedtoanalyzethecorrosionstateofsteelinconcrete,thedegreeofcorrosionisreflectedwithcorrosionpotentialandcorrosioncurrentdensity.Accordingtothehooptensilestressattheouteredgeoftheruptureplaceinducedbycorrosionproduction,thedamagedegreeofconcrete(Ds)causedbysteelcorrosionisdefined.Therelationofthedamagedegree,corrosioncurrentdensityandcorrosiontime-varyingisestablished,whichreflectstheprocessofdamageevolution.Andthemodelverificationiscarriedout.

    摘 要:利用高吸水性樹脂(SAP)引入數量不等的內養護水,研究了低水膠比混凝土強度、重量損失、電阻率和收縮的變化規律。結果表明,SAP的加入一定程度上降低了混凝土的抗壓強度和劈裂抗拉強度,提高了混凝土的保水性,混凝土表面和內部的電阻率也有所下降,混凝土的自收縮大大降低,且混凝土的早期干縮也有所下降。 Abstract: By adding super absorbing polymer(SAP) into the concrete with low water-binder ratio as an internal curing agent, and by adding additional curing water to the concrete, the autogenous shrinkage of the concrete can be significantly reduced. The effects of the addition of SAP on the properties of the concrete with water-binder ratio 0.3 are investigated. The results show that the addition of SAP leads to the decrease of the compressive and tensile strength and the electrical resistivity. The water retention for the concrete incorporation SAP is higher compared to the concrete without SAP. The addition of SAP into the concrete with low water-binder ratio can remarkably reduce the autogenous shrinkage, and it can also decrease the early dry shrinkage of concrete.

    摘 要:從外加劑、脫模材料及配合比等方面分析了各因素對聚羧酸混凝土表觀氣泡的影響規律及改性方法。研究結果表明,聚羧酸減水劑種類及含氣量控制方式對混凝土外觀質量影響較大;水溶性脫模劑對聚羧酸混凝土外觀的改善效果優于油類脫模劑;在脫模劑中摻入一定量的緩凝劑對混凝土外觀質量有一定的改善作用;降低用水量或提高膠材用量能有效提高混凝土的外觀質量。 Abstract: The affecting laws and improvement method of apparent bubble of polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete are investigated by the factors of the additives, release agent and mixture ratio design. The research results show that the kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and control method of air-entraining agent can greatly affect on the quality of the apparent bubble of concrete. Using water-based release agent and mixing a certain amount of setting retarder into the release agent can make the concrete have a good appearance effect. Besides, reducing the account of water or improving the binding materials content can also improve the quality of the concrete appearance.

    摘 要:根據昆明地方原材料的特性,通過改進機制砂,嚴格控制含泥量,采用摻聚羧酸減水劑和礦物摻合料(雙摻技術)進行配合比優化試驗,不僅改善了混凝土工作性,而且大幅提高了混凝土強度及耐久性,在云南地區率先實現了聚羧酸系減水劑在商品混凝土中的應用。 Abstract: According to the characteristics of Kunming local raw materials, by improving the manufactured sand, strictly controlling the amount of mud and using polycarboxylate superplasticizer and mineral admixtures (double admixing technology), the optimizing test of mix proportion is carried out, which can not only improve the workability of concrete, but also improve the strength and durability of concrete. Therefore, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer in ready-mixed concrete in Yunnan is firstly applied.

    摘 要:介紹了目前預壓應力對預應力混凝土管樁和空心方樁樁身軸心受壓承載力設計值的影響所持有的兩種不同觀點,并指出按照文中公式(4)計算的預應力樁軸壓承載力設計值與實際情況較為相符,值得推廣使用。 Abstract: Two different views about the influence of the preloading stress on pile body axial compression bearing capacity design value of prestressed concrete piles and hollow square piles at present are introduced. Meanwhile, it points out that prestressed pile axial compression bearing capacity design value got by the equation (4) in this paper is consistent with actual situation, and the calculate method is worthy of promoting for standard design and engineering design.

    摘 要:結合萬州110kV輸電線路混凝土電桿埋深段斷裂事例和鋼筋混凝土材料的特點與力學性能,以DL/T 5154—2002《架空送電線路桿塔結構設計技術規定》為基礎,分析得出了外荷載作用、混凝土碳化和鋼筋銹蝕是引起鋼筋混凝土電桿埋深段斷裂的主要原因,并根據這些原因提出了相應的防治措施。 Abstract: Combination with the crack case of buried segments of 110kV transmission line concrete poles in Wanzhou and material characteristics and mechanical properties of reinforced concrete, base on DL/T 5154—2002《The Technical Regulation of Design for Pole and Tower Structures of Overhead Transmission Line》, the main reasons why the depth section of reinforced concrete pole will be crack are analyzed, which includes the external load, concrete carbonation and steel corrosion. And some corresponding prevention measures are put forward.

    摘 要:用CFG樁對不能滿足設計要求的水泥土攪拌樁復合地基進行加固補強處理,檢測結果表明,經二次加固后,該地基較好地滿足了設計要求。施工期間和竣工二年間沉降觀測的結果表明,沉降正常,進一步說明了第二次加固方案的可行性。 Abstract: The bearing capacity of the soil-cement mixing pile composite foundation cannot meet design requirements after construction, therefore the composite foundation is reinforced by CFG piles. The test results indicate that the bearing capacity of the foundation can meet design requirements after reinforcing. The settlement observation results during the period of construction and after two years of completion show that settlement is ok, which further illustrates the secondary reinforcement method is feasible and good.

    摘 要:通過對一超齡混凝土構件進行CFRP加固試驗分析、理論計算以及有限元模擬分析,探討了加固后構件的受力性能以及變形情況。結果表明,CFRP加固可以提高和改善鋼筋混凝土構件的受力性能;實際的超齡混凝土板加固后承載能力比規范計算公式要偏低,對于超齡混凝土結構的加固計算,若借鑒規范公式計算應當予以折減;最后論證了所述的有限元模型的建立和分析與試驗結果一致,可以模擬和反映構件的性能。 Abstract: By the experimental analysis, theoretical calculation and the finite element simulation analysis of the overage RC slab strengthened with CFRP, the performance and deformation of the strengthened RC slab are discussed. The experimental results show that using CFRP can largely enhance and improve the performance of the concrete member. The actual bearing capacity of the strengthened RC slab is smaller than the calculation value of the formulae from the code. Therefore, when it comes to the calculation of the strengthened overage concrete members, the calculation value got from the code should be discounted. In addition, the consistency between the results derived from finite element models and the experiment are demonstrated, and the results indicate that the finite element model can appropriately simulate and reflect the performance of the concrete member.
