摘 要:通過混凝土強度試驗,研究了水灰比、緩凝劑摻量、自然溫度養護、防凍劑等因素對硫鋁酸鹽水泥混凝土凝結時間和強度特性的影響。結果表明,適宜摻量的硼酸緩凝劑可以延長硫鋁酸鹽水泥混凝土凝結時間,且不會降低混凝土早期強度;養護溫度和水灰比對硫鋁酸鹽水泥混凝土強度發展有顯著影響;低溫或負溫施工時通過添加適量防凍劑或采取簡單保溫措施,硫鋁酸鹽混凝土可獲得良好的早強和負溫工作性能,能夠大大縮短西北高寒干旱區混凝土施工工期,并延長混凝土年施工期2~4個月。
Abstract: Considering the water-cement ratio, retarder dosage, natural temperature and anti-freezing agent factors, the setting time and strength of sulphoaluminate cement concrete are studied by the concrete strength experiment. The results indicate that the setting time of sulphoaluminate cement concrete can be extended by adding a appropriate content of boric acid retarder, which will not reduce concrete’s early strength. The curing temperature and water-cement ratio have a significant effect on the strength development of the sulphoaluminate cement concrete. By adding a appropriate content of anti-freezing agent or taking a simple heat preservation measures, the sulphoaluminate concrete which is constructed during low or negative temperature environment, can still have a good performance of working and early strength, so that can shorten the construction period greatly and extened the year construction period of concrete for 2 to 4 months in the northwest alpine and arid areas.
