    摘 要:通過混凝土強度試驗,研究了水灰比、緩凝劑摻量、自然溫度養護、防凍劑等因素對硫鋁酸鹽水泥混凝土凝結時間和強度特性的影響。結果表明,適宜摻量的硼酸緩凝劑可以延長硫鋁酸鹽水泥混凝土凝結時間,且不會降低混凝土早期強度;養護溫度和水灰比對硫鋁酸鹽水泥混凝土強度發展有顯著影響;低溫或負溫施工時通過添加適量防凍劑或采取簡單保溫措施,硫鋁酸鹽混凝土可獲得良好的早強和負溫工作性能,能夠大大縮短西北高寒干旱區混凝土施工工期,并延長混凝土年施工期2~4個月。 Abstract: Considering the water-cement ratio, retarder dosage, natural temperature and anti-freezing agent factors, the setting time and strength of sulphoaluminate cement concrete are studied by the concrete strength experiment. The results indicate that the setting time of sulphoaluminate cement concrete can be extended by adding a appropriate content of boric acid retarder, which will not reduce concrete’s early strength. The curing temperature and water-cement ratio have a significant effect on the strength development of the sulphoaluminate cement concrete. By adding a appropriate content of anti-freezing agent or taking a simple heat preservation measures, the sulphoaluminate concrete which is constructed during low or negative temperature environment, can still have a good performance of working and early strength, so that can shorten the construction period greatly and extened the year construction period of concrete for 2 to 4 months in the northwest alpine and arid areas.

    摘 要:測試分析了窯灰的物理和化學性能,討論了其用作混凝土早強劑的性能。結果表明,適量窯灰的摻入具有顯著的早強作用,明顯增大了水泥誘導期和加速期的水化放熱速率,但水化產物未出現明顯變化。離子濃度增大導致水泥顆粒溶解和水化產物析出加速是窯灰早強作用的主要原因。 Abstract: The physical and chemical properties of the kiln dust and its performance used as early strength agent are analyzed. The results show that the appropriate amount of kiln dust has significant early strength and can increase the rate of hydration heat of cement in induction phase and accelerated phase, but the hydration products do not appear significant changes. The main reason of accelerating the early strength for the kiln dust is that the increase of ion concentration leading to the cement particles dissolution and hydration products of cement accelerated precipitation.

    摘 要:通過大摻量超細工業廢渣、尾礦砂部分取代普通砂及采用普通工藝成功制備了不同配合比的超高性能水泥基復合材料,分別測試了其在不同齡期下的抗壓強度和抗折強度,并對其彎曲荷載-撓度曲線進行了分析,討論了尾礦砂對其力學性能的影響。結果表明,尾礦砂的適量加入可以提高超高性能水泥基復合材料的的力學強度,且在鋼纖維的協同作用下表現出良好的韌性。 Abstract: Three kinds of ultra-high performance cementitious composites (UHPCCs) are successfully prepared by substitution of ultra-fine industrial waste for large quantity of cement, substitution of tailing sands for common river sands and using the conventional technology. The compressive strength and flexural strength of UHPCCs at different curing times are tested. The flexural load-deflection curves are analyzed. The influence of tailing sands on the mechanical performance of UHPCCs is discussed. The results show that proper tailing sands are benefit for the increase of the mechanical performance of UHPCCs, and make UHPCCs having excellent toughness with the interaction of the steel fiber.

    摘 要:通過測試摻用再生微粉漿體的化學結合水、水化熱和抗壓強度,研究了再生微粉摻量及不同強度廢棄混凝土制備的再生微粉對水泥水化性能的影響。結果表明,再生微粉對漿體化學結合水和抗壓強度的影響趨勢相近;隨著再生微粉摻量的增加,漿體化學結合水越來越小,摻用強度高的廢棄混凝土制備的再生微粉漿體各齡期化學結合水均明顯高于強度較低的廢棄混凝土制備的再生微粉漿體;摻用再生微粉降低了漿體最大放熱量,且隨著摻量的增加,延緩了其達到最大放熱量的時間,摻用高強度廢棄混凝土制備的再生微粉的漿體最大放熱量大于摻用強度較低廢棄混凝土制備的再生微粉漿體,但對漿體達到最大放熱量的時間影響不大。 Abstract: The effects of the recycled powder content and recycled powder prepared by waste concrete with the different strengths on the hydration characteristics of cement pastes are studied by testing the chemically combined water, compressive strengths and hydration heat. The results indicate that the effect of recycled powder on compressive strength of pastes is similar with that on chemically combined water; chemically combined water of pastes decreases with the increase of the recycled powder content; chemically combined water of pastes with recycled powder prepared by the higher strengths waste concrete at the corresponding ages is greater than that of pastes with recycled powder prepared by the lower strengths waste concrete; recycled powder decreases the maximum hydration heat, and the exothermic time of the maximum hydration heat is delayed with the increase of the recycled powder content; the maximum hydration heat of pastes with recycled powder prepared by the higher strengths waste concrete is greater than that of pastes with recycled powder prepared by the lower strengths waste concrete, but the effects of two kinds of recycled powder on the exothermic time of the maximum hydration heat are little.

    摘 要:合理漿體比的確定需要考慮工程的類別及混凝土各項性能的設計要求,高速鐵路、預拌混凝土和海工工程等所使用的混凝土都應對漿體比做出較為明確的規定。研究表明,由于海工混凝土需要嚴格控制收縮開裂,應在滿足混凝土其他性能要求的前提下,盡量選擇最小的漿體比。 Abstract: A reasonable ratio of paste volume must meet the needs of various properties of concrete for different projects, therefore, the ratio of paste volume should be explicitly stipulated respectively for the concrete of high-speed railway, ready-mixed concrete and marine engineering. The research indicates that as for marine concrete needing the strict control of shrinkage cracking, a minimum ratio of paste volume should be the preferential choice with the other properties satisfied.

    摘 要:針對活性粉末混凝土(以下簡稱RPC)的力學性能特點,通過理論推導分析,提出了預應力RPC電桿的承載力計算方法,給出了相應參數的建議取值范圍。對500kV預應力RPC電桿進行了設計,利用有限元軟件ANSYS建立了有限元模型,對不同工況下預應力等徑RPC雙桿的受力性能及變形性能進行了有限元分析,分析結果驗證了該設計方法的有效性。 Abstract:According to mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete(hereinafter referred to as RPC)and the theory analysis, an unified formula for calculating ultimate bearing strength of equal-diameter prestressed RPC pole is deduced, and the suggestion ranges of relevant parameters are proposed. The 500kV prestressed RPC poles are designed, and finite element models of the poles are established by ANSYS software. The finite element analysis on stress and deflection of prestressed RPC double poles in different work conditions are carried out. The finite element analysis results show that the design method is effective for the prestessed RPC poles.

    摘 要: 以大型樁基工程作為研究對象,通過聲波透射法與鉆芯法綜合檢測,建立基于聲波波速的樁身混凝土強度專用測強曲線,根據波速盡早推定樁身混凝土的強度。對比預留的標準養護立方體試件和鉆芯取樣所得的樁體混凝土試件的抗壓強度值,并建立兩者的相關關系進而推定出樁身混凝土的強度。經過檢驗證實了這兩種推定樁身混凝土強度的方法是切實可行的,特別是通過測強曲線盡早推定樁身混凝土強度,實現了信息化施工,增強了工程質量的監控。 Abstract: Based on the large pile foundation project, the f-c curve was fitted by the data of velocity of ultrasonic wave and compressive strength of concrete tested by cross-hole sonic logging and core drilling method on the piles. The aim is the concrete strength of piles can be early predicted by the wave velocity. In addition, comparing the compressive strength of the cube specimens with the standard condition curing and concrete specimens of pile body by core drilling methods, the relationship between the two compressive strengths is set to infer the compressive strength for real piles. The test results show that these inferring methods in this project are effective, especially it can predict the concrete strength of the underwater piles as early as possible by the f-c curve. The technology can realize the information construction and strengthen the supervision of construction quality.

    摘 要:在混凝土中摻加鋼纖維和石墨制備道路橋梁融雪除冰用導電混凝土,并在36V人體安全電壓作用下進行升溫實驗,得出不同配合比導電混凝土升溫性能曲線,通過對比分析發現,混合摻加鋼纖維和石墨材料比單獨使用一種材料的升溫性能要好,其中摻加質量分數為2%鋼纖維加1.67%石墨的導電混凝土升溫性能最優,且抗壓強度滿足設計要求。 Abstract: A type of conductive concrete containing steel fiber and graphite is developed for heating and deicing. For the purpose of observing the heating performance of the conductive concrete, an heating experiment is conducted at 36V which is an safe voltage for human body. The results of experiment show that the heating performance of the concrete both adding steel fiber and graphite is better than that of the concrete only containing steel fiber or graphite. And the conductive concrete containing 2% steel fiber and 1.67% graphite has the best heating performance, and the compressive strength of the concrete satisfies the design requirements as well.
