    摘??要:以邢汾高速公路洺水大橋為工程背景,采用緊密堆積模型對C50高性能混凝土進行配合比設計,通過試驗驗證了混凝土性能,并采用透水模板布對混凝土表面進行了強化處理。試驗結果表明,雙摻粉煤灰與礦渣粉是配制低滲透性混凝土的經濟、有效途徑,礦物摻合料的較佳摻量為30%~40%;采用緊密堆積模型可使常用膠凝材料用量降低20kg/m3左右;采用透水模板布后混凝土結構外觀無氣孔、砂線等缺陷,表層混凝土氯離子擴散系數顯著降低,僅為使用鋼模板的表層混凝土的14%。Abstract:TakingMingshuiBridgeofXingtai-Fenyanghighwayastheengineeringbackground,themixproportionofC50highperformanceconcrete(HPC)isdesignedusingcloselypackedmodel,whichisprovedbylabexperiments.Inaddition,thecontrolledpermeabilityformworklinerisusedforstrengtheningtheconcretesurfacetreatment.Theresultsindicatethataddingflyashwithslagpowderisaneconomicandeffectivewaytopreparelowpermeableconcrete,andtheoptimizedcontentsofthecompositesrangesfrom30%to40%.Thecloselypackedmodelcanreducethecontentofcementitiousmaterialabout20kg/m3.Withthecontrolledpermeabilityformworkliner,thereisnovisibledefects(i.e.cavityorsandline)onthesurfaceofconcretestructure,andthechlorideiondiffusioncoefficientofsurfacelayerconcreteissignificantlyreduced,namelyonly14%ofthatusingsteelformwork.

    摘 要:通過對摻CaO膨脹熟料的水泥膠凝材料在不同水膠比和養護溫度下的研究,探索其自由線膨脹和強度發展的規律。利用Avrami結晶反應動力學模型對不同溫度下CaO膨脹熟料水化反應的水化程度進行擬合,得出不同水化反應溫度下的水化反應速率常數。試驗結果表明,在相同水膠比條件下,養護溫度高,自由線膨脹率大,前期水化反應速率、水化程度大,抗壓強度在14d之前隨養護溫度增大有所增大,后期強度隨養護溫度增大而減??;在溫度一定的條件下,自由線膨脹率隨水膠比增大而減小,抗壓強度也表現出相同的規律。通過計算可得到30℃、40℃、60℃條件下水化反應速率常數分別為0.5989、0.8959、0.9735。 Abstract: By the research of cement cementitious materials doped with CaO expansion clinker in different water-binder ratios and curing temperatures, the laws of the free linear expansion and strength development are explored. Using Avrami crystallization reaction kinetics model to deal with the experimental results, the hydration reaction rate constants under different temperatures are obtained. The experimental results indicate that under the conditions of the same water-binder ratio, the higher curing temperature, the more free coefficient of linear expansion, pre-hydration reaction rate and degree of hydration increase, compressive strength increases with curing temperature before 14 days, the later strength with curing temperature decreases. With the water-binder ratio increasing, the free coefficient of linear expansion reduces, compressive strength also shows the same law. By calculating, under the conditions of 30℃、40℃、60℃, the hydration reaction rate constants are 0.5989, 0.8959 and 0.9735.

    摘??要:在高性能混凝土中摻入礦渣微粉、粉煤灰等摻合料改善混凝土相關性能的基礎上,采用脫硫石膏替代部分粉煤灰,改變混凝土中膠凝材料SO3含量,研究其對混凝土工作性能、力學性能和收縮性能的影響。試驗結果表明,脫硫石膏(SO3)摻量在一定范圍內時,可改善混凝土的工作性能和力學性能,并顯著減少混凝土各齡期的累計收縮率。Abstract:Basedonthehighperformanceconcretemixedwithflyashandslagpowdertoimproveitsperformances,thedesulphurizationgypsumissubstitutedsomeflyashtochangetheSO3amountofcementitiousmaterialinconcrete,andtheeffectsofthedesulphurizationgypsumontheworkability,mechanicalpropertyandshrinkageofconcreteareresearched.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatwhentheamountofdesulphurizationgypsum(SO3)isappropriate,itcanimprovetheworkabilityandmechanicalpropertyofconcrete,andobviouslyreducetheaccumulativeshrinkagerateofconcreteateachage.

    摘 要:通過對聚合硫酸鋁進行改性,研制出一種無堿液態高效水泥速凝劑。研究結果表明,當速凝劑摻量為5%時,可使P·O 42.5級水泥的初凝時間縮短至2min48s,終凝時間縮短至4min37s,1d抗壓強度達到8.6MPa,1d、28d抗壓強度和抗折強度保留率分別為79.63%、81.89%和78.13%、97.89%。采用XRD、DSC測試手段對水泥的水化樣進行分析,探討了這種速凝劑的速凝機理。 Abstract: A kind of non-alkali high efficiency liquid cement setting accelerator is developed by regulating the chemical composition of polymerized aluminum sulfate. The results show that the initial setting time and the final setting time are sharply shortened to 2 minutes 48 seconds and 4 minutes 37 seconds respectively and the 1d compressive strength reaches to 8.6MPa when the dosage of the setting accelerator is 5%. Meanwhile, its compressive strength and flexural strength retention at the age of 1d and 28d reach to 79.63%、81.89% and 78.13%、97.89% respectively. Phase characteristics on the hydrated cement specimens by means of XRD and DSC are analyzed and the acceleration mechanism is discussed.

    摘 要:基礎的不均勻沉降會對建筑物產生冗余力。本文研究了不采用檢測設備,根據沉降數據,在沉降差允許的情況下,通過沉降數據的回歸分析及撓度計算,求出冗余荷載,由此判斷沉降造成的冗余力對建筑物基礎的影響是否在可控范圍之內。 Abstract: The redundant force will emerge when the base of construction subsides unevenly. In this paper, without monitoring device and based on the monitoring data, the redundant force is solved by the regression analysis of monitoring data and the calculation of deflection in the permission of differential sedimentation, then it is able to be estimated that whether the influence of redundant force on the base of construction is under control which is made by differential sedimentation.

    摘 要:介紹了建設地下市政綜合管廊的意義以及國內外綜合管廊建設發展概況。對比了現澆施工和預制裝配式施工工法,并舉例對兩種施工工法所需工期與成本進行分析,指出了預制裝配式施工具有縮短工期、降低成本、節能環保等優勢。此外,還介紹了用于地下綜合管廊中不同形狀(如圓形、矩形和異形)的預制混凝土涵管。 Abstract:The significance of constructing underground municipal utility tunnels and the development situation of the utility tunnel at home and abroad are introduced. The cast-in-situ construction method and prefabricated fabricated construction method are compared, and required construction time and cost for a project using the two construction methods are analyzed by taking an example, which points out that the prefabricated fabricated construction method has much advantages, such as shorter the construction period, lower cost, energy conservation and environmental protection, etc. In addition, different shape (round, square and deformed) precast concrete culvert pipes for the comprehensive utility tunnels are introduced.

    摘 要:通過模擬真實環境下縮尺寸渡槽模型的精細化施工及傳感器的優化埋置,研究了大截面矩形渡槽底板與側墻的溫度分布場規律。結果表明,第一批澆筑模型底板有四個溫度變化階段,且溫度明顯呈非線性分布,空氣的流通狀況及底模是否拆除是影響溫度分布的關鍵因素,而模型側墻早期沿壁厚方向溫度梯度不大,原因在于側墻厚度不大且木模板具有一定的保溫作用。通過此研究,明確了渡槽模型溫度場的分布特性,可以為分析渡槽的溫度應力及開裂機理提供試驗和理論基礎。 Abstract:By simulating refinement construction of shrinkage size aqueduct model and optimization embedment of sensors under real environment, the temperature distribution field laws of large cross-section rectangle aqueduct base plate and side wall are studied. The results indicate that the first batch of casting model base plate has four temperature phases, the temperature distribution is nonlinear, and the air circulation situation and whether or not to dismantle the base plate are the key influence factors on the temperature distribution. Temperature gradient of model side wall along the thickness direction at early age isn't big, which is because the side wall isn't thick and wood formwork has a certain heat preservation effect. Through this research, the temperature field distribution characteristics of aqueduct model are cleared, and it can provide the experimental and theoretical basis for analyzing the temperature stress and crack mechanism of the aqueduct.

    摘 要:對不同百分比摻量的納米SiO2和鋼纖維做了正交試驗,進行了7d,28d抗壓強度和劈裂抗拉強度試驗研究。結果表明,摻入納米SiO2能顯著提高混凝土早期抗壓強度,摻量為1.2%時抗壓強度提高24.5%。摻入鋼纖維能顯著提高混凝土劈裂抗拉強度,鋼纖維體積率摻量達到1.6%時劈裂抗拉強度提高78.6%。納米SiO2和鋼纖維的復合摻入,可顯著優化補償收縮混凝土的力學性能。 Abstract: Taking different percentage of dosage of nano-SiO2 and steel fibers for orthogonal tests, the results of compressive strength and resistance to splitting strength for 7d, 28d have been analyzed. The results show that adding nanometer SiO2 can remarkably improve the early compressive strength of concrete, when mixing content is 1.2%, the compressive strength can increase 24.5%. Adding steel fiber can remarkably improve the concrete resistance to splitting strength, when mixing content is 1.6%, the resistance to splitting strength can increase 78.6%. The shrinkage compensating concrete mechanical properties can significantly optimized through the mixing of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber.

    摘 要:通過聚丙烯纖維再生混凝土平板試驗,分析研究了聚丙烯纖維對再生混凝土中長期抗裂性能的影響。實驗結果表明,摻一定量的聚丙烯纖維對再生混凝土的中長期抗裂性能有很大的提高。 Abstract: The impact of polypropylene fiber on the recycled concrete medium-and long-term crack resistance is analyzed and studied by polypropylene fiber recycled concrete tablet test. The experimental results show that the polypropylene fiber doped with a certain amount can greatly improve the recycled concrete medium-and long-term crack resistance.
