    摘??要:利用廢棄混凝土粉磨制作再生微粉作為摻合料應用于水泥混凝土中。研究了再生微粉混凝土的抗凍性及抗碳化性能,同時與粉煤灰及礦粉作為摻合料的混凝土進行性能對比,進一步研究再生微粉與其它摻合料共摻情況下混凝土的耐久性。研究結果表明,控制再生微粉摻量的混凝土抗凍性及抗碳化耐久性能與普通混凝土相當;采用堿性激發劑的再生微粉混凝土、再生微粉與粉煤灰及礦粉雙摻及三摻情況下,混凝土的耐久性更優。Abstract:Cementconcreteismixedbyrecycledmicro-powderwithwasteconcretepowder.Thefreezingresistanceandcarbonationresistanceofrecycledmicro-powderconcreteareresearched,andtheperformancesofconcretewithflyashandslagpowderarecomparedwiththoseofrecycledmicro-powderconcrete.Therefore,thedurabilityofconcreteisfurtherstudiedwhenrecycledmicro-powderismixedwithotheradmixtures.Theresultsindicatethatthefreezingresistanceandcarbonationresistanceofrecycledmicro-powderconcretearesimilarwiththoseofcommonconcretewhencontrollingthedosageofrecycledmicro-powder.Thedurabilityofrecycledmicro-powderconcreteisbetterwhenusingthealkaliactivatoraswellasmixedwithflyashandslagpowder.

    摘 要:以廢棄混凝土為原料配制再生混凝土。通過對再生混凝土進行拉拔試驗,研究再生粗骨料取代率和水灰比對再生混凝土的握裹力及抗壓強度的影響,并對試驗現象進行了分析和總結。結果表明,再生混凝土的粘結強度大于普通混凝土的粘結強度,并對水灰比給出了合理的取值范圍,為再生混凝土的進一步推廣應用提供了試驗依據。 Abstract: Recycled concrete is prepared by the waste concrete as aggregate materials. Through the pull-out test related to recycled concrete, the effects of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and cement-water ratio on the bond stress and compressive strength of recycled concrete are studied. From the experiment and the analysis, the cohesional strength of recycled concrete is stronger than that of common concrete. Rational range of cement-water ratio is given and it can provide theoretical basis for further application of recycled concrete.

    摘 要:在對比高性能混凝土和普通混凝土的基礎上,研究了濕養齡期對摻加粉煤灰、礦粉及硅灰的高性能混凝土力學及表面性能的影響規律。結果表明,由于養護作用區域的存在,高性能混凝土的抗壓強度對表面連續濕養并不敏感,而表層滲透性則受養護條件影響較大;摻加摻合料的高性能混凝土需至少進行7~14d的濕養護。 Abstract:Effects of moisture curing on mechanical and surface properties of high performance concrete with fly ash, slag and silica fume are studied in the paper, based on the comparison between high performance concrete(HPC)with low water-binder ratio and ordinary concrete (OC) with low compressive strength. The results indicate that the compressive strength of HPC can be considerably less sensitive to surface moisture conditions, while surface properties can markedly improved by wet-curing, for curing affected zone is the main reason. Furthermore, wet curing of 7~14 days is necessary for HPC.

    摘 要:依托曹妃甸北環立交工程,以偏高嶺土為基礎制備偏高嶺土基改性劑,針對其對混凝土工作性、強度和耐久性的影響進行研究,并通過孔結構分析探討其機理。結果表明,偏高嶺土基改性劑可在不影響混凝土工作性能的基礎上,顯著增強混凝土的強度和抗氯離子滲透性能,并改善其微觀結構。 Abstract: Based on the Cao-feidian northern loop overpass project, the metakaolin-based modifier is prepared by the metakaolin. The effects of the metakaolin-based modifier on the workability, strength and durability of concrete are researched. And the improving mechanism is studied with mercury intrusion porosimetry analysis(MIP). The experiment results indicate that metakaolin-based modifier has obviously improved the compressive strength and penetration resistance of concrete while has no disadvantage effects on concrete’s workability. The pore size distribution of concrete containing metakaolin-based modifier has been optimized to improve the microstructure and enhance the penetration resistance of concrete.

    摘??要:研究了不同粉煤灰和礦粉摻量下水泥砂漿試件的力學強度發展過程,并對標養28d后該砂漿在恒溫變濕條件下的質量損失、線性收縮率等進行了研究。結果表明,本試驗條件下,在RH(100%~80%)濕度變化區間,隨著濕度降低各試件質量損失率由大到小為1>2>3-3>3-2>3-1>0。各試件的線性收縮率基本呈現快速收縮RH(100%~50%)和相對平衡RH(50%~35%)兩個階段。RH(100%~50%)濕度變化區間隨著濕度降低各試件線性收縮率與其質量損失率大小順序一致。Abstract:Undertheenvironmentofinvariabletemperatureandvariationhumidity,thecompressivestrength,masslosingandlinearshrinkageofcementmortarsmixedwithflyashandslagpowderaretestedafter28daysstandardmaintenance.Theresultsindicatethatunderthisexperimentalcondition,intheRH(100%~80%)humiditychangeinterval,themasslossrateofspecimenschangedwithlowerhumidityfromlargetosmallas1>2>3-3>3-2>3-1>0.LinearshrinkagerateofeachspecimenbasicallyshowedtwostagesasrapidcontractionRH(100%~50%)andrelativebalanceRH(50%~35%).IntheRH(100%~50%)humiditychangeinterval,thelinearshrinkagerateofthespecimenandmasslossrateshowthesameconsistentorderwithlowerhumidity.

    摘 要:介紹了應用在110kV四回直線線路中的環形混凝土電桿的設計方法,并對其實際應用作了經濟分析,結果表明,110kV直線采用四回路混凝土單桿架空線路具有較好的經濟優勢。 Abstract:The design method of annular concrete poles for 110 kV four loop straight lines is introduced. And the economic cost of the poles in the practical application is analyzed, which shows that using four loop concrete pole overhead line for 110 kV straight lines has good economic advantage.

    摘 要: 研究了三種常用減水劑對水泥凈漿流動度的影響,通過測定水泥砂漿流動度來初步確定這幾種減水劑的減水率,利用微珠和硅灰的充填及滾珠效應來改善C105混凝土的工作性,在免壓蒸條件下制作出了C105強度等級的管樁混凝土。此外,還對C105混凝土的離心制度作了研究,討論了C105混凝土強度的形成機理,提出了無定形二氧化硅的水化特性。 Abstract:The influences of three common water reducers on fluidity of cement paste are studied. The water-reducing rate of the three water reducers are decided preliminarily by testing the fluidity of cement paste. The workability of C105 pile concrete can be improved by using filling effect and rolling ball effect of micro-bead and silica fume. In the condition of non-autoclaved, the C105 pile concrete can be made. In addition, the centrifugal system of C105 concrete is also studied. The strength mechanism of C105 concrete is discussed, and the hydration character of amorphous silica is put forward.

    摘 要:進行了5根鋼筋增強PP ECC梁及1根鋼筋混凝土梁的滯回性能試驗研究,試驗的主要參數為纖維摻量,齡期及配筋率。試驗表明,PP ECC 梁的破壞形態與普通混凝土明顯不同,極限狀態時,其裂縫寬度控制在0.3mm以內,未出現壓碎現象。極限承載力隨著配筋率的增加而增加,而延性呈緩慢下降趨勢。隨著齡期的增長,承載力呈上升趨勢,延性有所下降。在試驗參數范圍內,纖維摻量對其滯回性能影響總體不大。與普通鋼筋混凝土相比,其耗能能力為其2.4倍左右。試驗結果證實PP ECC對于提高構件或結構的抗震能力有明顯效果。 Abstract:The mechanical property of 5 steel reinforced PP ECC beams and one control R.C beam under reverse cyclic load is investigated and results are presented in this paper. The main parameters of the test are the dosage of fiber, curing age and reinforcement ratio. The results indicate that the damage pattern of PP ECC beam is quite different from the one of common concrete, the maximum crack width of PP ECC beam is below 0.3mm and not crushing of ECC is observed during the whole loading process. The load bearing capacity increases as the reinforcement ratio and curing age increase, while the ductility decreases. During the test parameters range, the effects of fiber content on the hysteresis property are not obvious. Compared with the common reinforced concrete, the energy dissipation is 2.4 times higher than the common ones, and the test results verify that PP ECC is helpful to improve the seismic capacity of segments or structure.

    摘 要:為研究玻璃纖維增強復合材料(GFRP)約束素混凝土柱體的力學性能,進行了6組試件軸心的受壓試驗,主要從GFRP用量、纏繞方式和角度方面考察了GFRP布對約束素混凝土柱體力學性能的影響。試驗結果表明,螺旋纏繞試件承載力和延性均有較大提高;采用螺旋與全包約束相結合可以較大提高GFRP布的利用效率;±15°交叉螺旋纏繞的素混凝土柱比6°螺旋纏繞的素混凝土柱表現出更強的承受軸壓的能力,但極限應變稍低;剪切裂縫經常發生在試件的45°處; GFRP 布在軸向和環向可提供有效的變形和強度,可部分替代混凝土柱中的鋼筋。 Abstract: To study the mechanical property of GFRP confining concrete column, the axial compression tests of 6 groups of specimen are conducted. The influences of GFRP dosage, mode and angle to GFRP confining concrete column on the mechanical property are mainly taken into account. The results show that the bearing capacity and ductility of spiral winding specimen are improved greatly, the fiber polymer utilization ratio can be improved greatly when using spiral combined with all wrap. The concrete column of ±15°cross spiral winding has stronger capacity of bearing axial press than that of 6°spiral winding, but the limiting strain tends to be lower. The shearing crack often happens at the place of 45°of the specimen. Effective deformation and strength can be provided by GFRP along axial and circular direction, which can partially substitute the reinforcing steel bar in concrete column.
