    摘 要:以中國建筑玉樹援建項目為依托,開展了高原高海拔地區普通強度等級混凝土的高性能化的研究工作。從混凝土原材料、工作性能、耐久性能等方面進行了混凝土配合比的設計;從混凝土原材料質量、原材料供應、坍落度控制、生產設備功率等方面分析了混凝土生產中應注意的事項;根據當地氣候條件、環境條件、機械設備條件、人員身體條件等影響因素,對混凝土運輸中應注意的事項進行了說明。 Abstract:Relying on Yushu reconstruction projects in Qinghai Province, the mixture design, production and transportation of concrete in the plateau high altitudes are carried out. From the concrete raw materials, work performance, durability and other aspects, the mix proportion design of concrete is proceeded. The attention issues of concrete production is analyzed from the aspects of concrete raw material quality, raw material supply, slumping control, production equipment power. According to the local climatic conditions, environmental conditions, equipment conditions, body conditions and other factors, the concrete transportation matters needing attention are described.

    摘 要:以自制的內埋式應變傳感器作為早齡期混凝土體積變化的測量器件,在低溫變溫制度下測定高性能混凝土的熱膨脹系數并把握其時變規律。利用等效齡期原理計算不同溫度條件下不同齡期的熱膨脹系數,進而對密封狀態下高性能混凝土的早齡期體積變化成分加以分離,并初步考察自收縮的溫度依存性。結果表明,內埋式應變傳感器具有較高的應變測量精度和跟蹤效果;低溫變溫制度下測定熱膨脹系數的方法能有效控制自收縮的影響;考慮熱膨脹系數的時變性情況下對體積變化應變成分分離的準確性更高;養護溫度越高,自收縮發展越快且其量值越大。Abstract: A self-designed embedded strain gauge is used to monitor volume changes of cement-based materials at early ages. For the purpose of measuring thermal expansion coefficient of high performance concrete and grasping its time-dependent behavior, the special low-temperature scheme and corresponding testing method are presented. Based on the measured thermal expansion coefficient and equivalent age concept, the components of volume changes of high performance concrete under sealed condition are divided. Also, temperature dependence of self-shrinkage is preliminarily explored from an experimental viewpoint. The results indicate that the embedded strain gauge has higher strain measuring precision and track impact, and measuring the thermal expansion coefficient under low and variety temperatures can effectively control the self-shrinkage. The veracity of the strain components dividing of volume changes is higher when considering the time-dependent of the thermal expansion coefficient. When the curing temperature is higher, the self-shrinkage develops obviously and the value of the self-shrinkage is larger.

    摘 要:通過對原材料的優選和配合比的優化,配制出了C80高性能混凝土。在大幅提高混凝土強度的同時,重點實現了對混凝土工作性能及耐久性能的改善與提高。在蘭州地區率先從技術上實現了C80高性能混凝土在試驗室的配制,為在工程中應用C80高性能混凝土提供了經驗。 Abstract: Through the choosing of raw materials and the mix proportion optimization, C80 high performance concrete is prepared. The workability and durability of concrete are improved obviously, as well as the strength of concrete. In Lanzhou region, C80 high performance concrete is firstly successfully prepared in the lab, which can provide the experience for the engineering application of C80 high performance concrete.

    摘 要:通過混凝土中砂漿的抗壓、抗折耐蝕系數和膨脹率判斷混凝土受硫酸鹽腐蝕的情況,并結合混凝土孔結構參數,對礦物摻合料抑制混凝土硫酸鹽腐蝕作用進行了分析。 Abstract: The degree of the concrete by sulfate corrosion is judged by the compressive resistance coefficient, flexural resistance coefficient and expansion rate of the mortar from concrete. And combined with concrete pore structure parameters, the effects of mineral admixtures on the sulfate corrosion inhibition of concrete are analyzed.

    摘 要:通過可蒸發水含量法結合掃描電鏡(SEM)微觀分析,研究了雙摻偏高嶺土和石灰石粉對混凝土強度、抗碳化和抗氯離子滲透性能的影響。結果表明,雙摻10%偏高嶺土和不超過20%的石灰石粉可以細化混凝土孔結構并改善其界面結構,從而提高混凝土強度、抗碳化和抗氯離子滲透性能,雙摻時石灰石粉最佳摻量為20%;繼續增加石灰石粉摻量對改善混凝土內部結構無益,反而劣化了混凝土性能。 Abstract: The effects of the metakaolin and limestone powder on the strengths, the resistance to carbonation and chloride ions penetration performance are studied by the evaporable water test and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicate that the strengths, the resistance to carbonation and chloride ions penetration performance of concrete mixed with 10% metakaolin and not more than 20% limestone powder are improved, for the pore structure is refined and the interface structure is improved. The optimal replacing dosage of limestone powder is 20%, when double mixing the metakaolin and limestone powder. The properties of concrete mixed with 10% metakaolin and more than 20% limestone powder are degraded for the internal structure is not improved effectively.

    摘 要:小灣水電站大壩混凝土采用兩種中熱P·MH42.5水泥,由于兩種水泥特性不同,在使用過程中出現了與減水劑不相適應的現象。由此對水泥與外加劑的相容性展開分析,通過系列試驗研究以及調整減水劑配方等措施,解決了中熱水泥與外加劑的適應性問題。 Abstract: Xiaowan Hydropower project dam concrete uses two kinds of moderate heat P·MH42.5 cement, because of different characteristics of two cements, during the use process, the modearte heat cement appears incompatible phenomenon with water-reducing agent. The compatibility of cement and additives is analyzed. Through the series experimental study and adjusting the superplasticizer proportion, the compatibility problem of the moderate heat cement and additives is solved.

    摘 要:介紹了芯模振動混凝土管的外觀質量缺陷類型;分析了混凝土振動過程中表面氣泡和內部孔腔形成機理、振動參數對排氣和混凝土密實性的影響;提出了減少空氣吸入量的關鍵、工序操作注意事項、芯模振動工藝技術參數選擇以及芯模振動工藝的改進意見。 Abstract:The appearance quality defect type of the core mold vibration concrete pipes is introduced, and the concrete vibration process surface bubbles and internal hole cavity formation mechanism, the influence of vibration parameters on the exhaust and concrete compaction are analyzed. Meanwhile, the key points and solving methods to reduce the air suction volume, process operation attention matters, selection of core mode vibration technical parameter and the improvement suggestions of core mode vibration process are put forword.

    摘 要:以陶粒作為輕骨料,高強度等級水泥作為膠凝材料,輔以聚酯纖維和減水劑等外加劑進行復合,制作出一種新型水泥基陶粒多孔無砟軌道道床吸音板。通過試驗分析得出,吸音板在6個中心頻率下的平均吸音系數達到0.72,降噪系數(NRC)達到0.82,屬于吸音產品中的優秀水平。通過優化混合、攪拌、壓制、養護等制作工藝,使其28d抗壓強度達到5.7 MPa,抗折強度達到4.3MPa。在水泥用量基本固定的情況下,各因素對材料抗壓強度的影響的主次順序為:水灰比>減水劑摻量>聚酯纖維摻量。 Abstract: The porous cement-based ceramsite acoustic board on the unballasted track is prepared by using the composite materials in which the ceramsite is utilized as lightweight aggregates, the high strength cement as cementitious material and the polyester fiber, water reducer and other additives as adjuncts. Based on experiments and analysis, it's found that the average sound absorption coefficient under 6 center frequencies and the noise reduction coefficient(NRC)reach up 0.72 and 0.82 respectively, which demonstrates the acoustic board advanced sound absorbing technology. In addition, the fabrication processes such as cement mixing, compaction and curing can also improve the 28d compressive strength of concrete up to 5.7MPa while the flexural strength is no less than 4.3MPa. The compressive strength is affected by several ingredients, while keeping the amount of cement, these factors affecting on compressive strength, in terms of importance,have a certain sequence: water cement ratio>dosage of water reducer>dosage of polyester fiber.

    摘??要:研究了不同纖維品種及纖維摻量高性能混凝土的抗壓強度及抗裂性能。研究結果表明,摻加纖維對高性能混凝土的抗壓強度影響不大,但可以明顯增強高性能混凝土的早期抗裂性能,其中以單摻玄武巖纖維6kg/m3、復摻聚丙烯纖維0.5kg/m3和玄武巖纖維2.5kg/m3阻裂效果更為明顯。?Abstract:Thecompressivestrengthandearlyagecrackresistancepropertyofhighperformanceconcretewithdifferentfiberkindsanddifferentfiberdosagesareresearched.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheinfluencesofdifferentfibersoncompressivestrengthofhighperformanceconcretecanbeignored,butitcandramaticallyimprovethecrackingresistanceofhighperformanceconcreteatearlyage.Andthecrackingresistanceeffectisthemostobviouswithmonodopingbasaltfiberby6kg/m3,anddualdopingpolypropylenefiberby0.5kg/m3andbasaltfiberby2.5kg/m3.
