摘 要:以中國建筑玉樹援建項目為依托,開展了高原高海拔地區普通強度等級混凝土的高性能化的研究工作。從混凝土原材料、工作性能、耐久性能等方面進行了混凝土配合比的設計;從混凝土原材料質量、原材料供應、坍落度控制、生產設備功率等方面分析了混凝土生產中應注意的事項;根據當地氣候條件、環境條件、機械設備條件、人員身體條件等影響因素,對混凝土運輸中應注意的事項進行了說明。
Abstract:Relying on Yushu reconstruction projects in Qinghai Province, the mixture design, production and transportation of concrete in the plateau high altitudes are carried out. From the concrete raw materials, work performance, durability and other aspects, the mix proportion design of concrete is proceeded. The attention issues of concrete production is analyzed from the aspects of concrete raw material quality, raw material supply, slumping control, production equipment power. According to the local climatic conditions, environmental conditions, equipment conditions, body conditions and other factors, the concrete transportation matters needing attention are described.
