    摘??要:以黏土取代石英砂,采用普通硅酸鹽水泥、高鋁水泥和發泡劑等原材料制備黏土質泡沫混凝土。研究探討了泡沫摻量和微硅粉摻量對黏土質泡沫混凝土表觀密度、28d抗壓強度、導熱系數以及孔隙結構等物理性能的影響。試驗結果表明,泡沫摻量和微硅粉摻量對泡沫混凝土的強度和保溫隔熱等性能有較大影響,其中泡沫摻量在40%~60%時最為合適。隨著泡沫摻量的增大,導熱系數不斷減小,黏土質泡沫混凝土的表觀密度和強度不斷降低;隨著微硅粉摻量的增大,黏土質泡沫混凝土的強度和保溫隔熱性能均得到提高。Abstract:OrdinaryPortlandcement,soil,high-aluminacementandfoamingagentareusedasrawmaterialstomakesoil-basedfoamedconcrete.Theeffectsoffoamandsilicafumecontentsonthephysicalpropertiessuchasthedensity,the28dcompressivestrength,thethermalconductivityandtheporestructureofsoiled-basedfoamedconcretearestudiedinthepaper.Theexperimentalresultsindicatethatthecontentsoffoamandsilicafumehaveagreatimpactonthecompressivestrength,insulationandotherpropertiesofthefoamedconcrete.Thedosageoffoamintherangeof40%to60%isthemostappropriate.Thethermalconductivityincreasesandthedensityandcompressivestrengthdecreasewiththeincreasingdosageoffoam.Thecompressivestrengthandthethermalinsulationarebothimprovedbytheincreasingdosageofsilicafume.

    摘??要:以道路修補灌漿料指標作為評價標準,采用含有高活性基團(-NCO)的異氰酸酯(TDI)作為中間體改性環氧樹脂,制備高性能水泥路面裂縫修補灌漿材料。研究結果表明,改性后的環氧樹脂路面修補材料的吸水率、收縮率、熱穩定性、力學性能、耐老化性等指標提高了20%以上,其綜合性能超過同等水泥裂縫修補材料。紅外光譜分析表明,有機硅成功接枝到了環氧樹脂上。掃描電鏡觀察表明斷面呈現韌性斷裂形貌。?Abstract:Takingroadrepairgroutingmaterialindexasevaluationstandard,usingisocyanate(TDI)whichcontainshighactivemoiety(-NCO)astheintermediatemodifiedepoxyresin,thehighperformancecrackrepairgroutingmaterialforcementpavementisprepared.Researchresultsshowthattheabsorptionrate,shrinkagerate,thermalstability,mechanicalproperty,agingresistanceindexofthemodifiedepoxyresinmendingmaterialisimprovedbymorethan20%,itscomprehensiveperformanceisbetterthanthesamecementcrackrepairmaterials.Theinfraredspectroscopyshowsthatsiliconesuccessfullygraftedontoepoxyresin,andthescanningelectronmicroscopeshowsthatthesectionpresentsductilefracturemorphology.

The effects of foam and silica fume contents on the physical properties such as the density, the 28d compressive strength, the thermal conductivity and the pore structure of soiled-based foamed concrete are studied in the paper. The experimental results indicate that the contents of foam and silica fume have a great impact on the compressive strength, insulation and other properties of the foamed concrete. The dosage of foam in the range of 40% to 60% is the most appropriate. The thermal conductivity increases and the density and compressive strength decrease with the increasing dosage of foam. The compressive strength and the thermal insulation are both improved by the increasing dosage of silica fume.

    摘 要:研究了高效減水劑、早強劑、引氣劑、膨脹劑和緩凝劑對混凝土蒸養強度的影響。實驗結果表明,相同水灰比下,萘系高效減水劑對混凝土蒸養強度的提高效果優于聚羧酸高效減水劑和氨基磺酸鹽高效減水劑;摻入適量早強劑或膨脹劑均有利于提高混凝土蒸養強度;摻入緩凝劑和引氣劑對混凝土蒸養強度不利。 Abstract: The effects of adding superplasticizer, early strength agent, air-entraining agent, expansive agent and retarder on early strength of steam-curing concrete are studied. The results show that the steam curing strength of concrete is improved more effectively by adding naphthalene superplasticizer than polycarboxylate superplasticizer or aminosulphonate based superplasticizer under the same water-cement ratio. Adding proper amount of either early strength agent or expanding agent is helpful to improve the steam curing strength of concrete. On the contrary, adding retarding and air-entraining agent is disadvantageous to improve the steam curing strength of concrete.

    摘 要:用測定混凝土碳化深度方法對摻粉煤灰、礦粉混凝土的抗碳化性能進行了研究。用壓汞法、TG-DTA法、能譜分析法和XRD法分別對摻粉煤灰、礦粉的水泥凈漿的孔結構、Ca(OH)2含量、C-S-H凝膠的C/S和凈漿與骨料界面處的Ca(OH)2取向指數進行了研究。結果表明,摻合料摻量相等時,單摻礦粉混凝土的抗碳化能力大于配合比相同的單摻粉煤灰混凝土;單摻粉煤灰混凝土和單摻礦粉混凝土的抗碳化能力均隨摻合料摻量增加而降低;在粉煤灰混凝土中用礦粉等量取代部分粉煤灰后混凝土抗碳化能力增加;在礦粉混凝土中用粉煤灰等量取代部分礦粉,隨粉煤灰摻量增加,混凝土抗碳化能力先增加后降低,存在一個使混凝土抗碳化能力達到最大的最佳粉煤 bstract: The anti-carbonation of cement concrete added with fly ash or/and slag powder is studied by measuring the carbonation depth of concrete. For the cement paste blended with fly ash or/and slag powder, the pore structure, content of Ca(OH)2, C/S of C-S-H gel and orientation index of Ca(OH)2 of the interface between paste and aggregate are studied by mercury intrusion method, TG-DTA, energy spectrum analysis and XRD respectively. The results indicate that the carbonation resistance property of slag powder-cement concrete is superior to that of fly ash-cement concrete with the same mix proportion. The carbonation resistance capability of fly ash-cement concrete or slag powder-cement concrete will decrease with the increase of the content of admixtures. After the fly ash of fly ash-cement concrete is partially or fully substituted by slag powder, the carbonation resistance performance of the concrete will increase. If the slag powder of slag powder-cement concrete is partially replaced by fly ash, the carbonation resistance capability of concrete will increase at first and then decrease with the increase of the content of fly ash, so there exists a optimum content of fly ash at which the carbonation resistance capability of concrete will be strongest.灰摻量。

    摘 要:通過正交試驗,研究了水膠比、砂率、沸石粉摻量、石灰石粉摻量四因素對混凝土強度、工作性能的影響規律。給出了利用沸石粉-石灰石粉制備混凝土的適宜配合比,根據正交試驗結果,分析了各摻合料之間的最佳組合以及每種摻合料影響的顯著性。 Abstract: By using the orthogonal test, the influence regulation of some factors such as water-binder ratio, sand ratio, dosages of zeolite and limestone on the strength and workability of the zeolite-limestone concrete is studied. The suitable mix proportion of zeolite-limestone concrete is obtained. According to the orthogonal test results, the best mix proportion and the influence significance of all mix materials are analyzed.

    摘 要:為了合理表征在超聲回彈綜合法檢測混凝土抗壓強度過程中檢測結果的分散性,對測量結果的不確定度進行了分析。通過相關的數學模型確定不確定度的來源,并對各不確定度來源進行獨立分析,最終確定了各來源的不確定度分量值及其最終測量結果的靈敏系數。 Abstract:In order to express the discreteness of the test result for compressive strength of concrete with ultrasonic-rebound combined method, the uncertainty of its result is needed to be analyzed. The source of uncertainty according to relevant mathematical models is determined. Then, some independent analysis should be done about the uncertainty source, so as to confirm the sources of uncertainty values and the sensitivity coefficient about its final measurement result

    摘 要:介紹了日本和我國管樁、異型樁的生產、使用以及相關標準的制定情況,提出目前我國的三角形樁、六邊形樁、齒形樁、錐形管樁、八角形樁等異型樁至今未有國家、行業和地方標準,強調了國家標準《先張法預應力混凝土異型樁》制定的必要性。 Abstract:The production, use and related standard making situation of piles, shaped piles in Japan and China are introduced. It's put forward that at present it is still absent national, industry and local standards for shaped piles such as triangle piles, hexagon piles, tooth piles, conical piles, octagon piles in China. And the necessity of making the national standard 《Pretensioning prestressed concrete shaped piles》is emphasized.

    摘 要:結合國內外經驗,論述了已研發并進行試制生產的部分預應力混凝土空心方樁的類型及其制作工藝,并結合試驗研究了空心方樁的高抗彎、大吸附能性能。此外,對部分預應力管樁也進行了一定的研究和分析。 Abstract:Combined with the domestic and foreign experiences, types and production process of prestressed concrete hollow square piles have been researched and trial production are discussed. Meanwhile, combined with the experiment, the high bending performance, big adsorption energy performance of the hollow square piles are studied. In addition, the partially prestressed piles are also researched and analyzed.
