摘??要:以黏土取代石英砂,采用普通硅酸鹽水泥、高鋁水泥和發泡劑等原材料制備黏土質泡沫混凝土。研究探討了泡沫摻量和微硅粉摻量對黏土質泡沫混凝土表觀密度、28d抗壓強度、導熱系數以及孔隙結構等物理性能的影響。試驗結果表明,泡沫摻量和微硅粉摻量對泡沫混凝土的強度和保溫隔熱等性能有較大影響,其中泡沫摻量在40%~60%時最為合適。隨著泡沫摻量的增大,導熱系數不斷減小,黏土質泡沫混凝土的表觀密度和強度不斷降低;隨著微硅粉摻量的增大,黏土質泡沫混凝土的強度和保溫隔熱性能均得到提高。Abstract:OrdinaryPortlandcement,soil,high-aluminacementandfoamingagentareusedasrawmaterialstomakesoil-basedfoamedconcrete.Theeffectsoffoamandsilicafumecontentsonthephysicalpropertiessuchasthedensity,the28dcompressivestrength,thethermalconductivityandtheporestructureofsoiled-basedfoamedconcretearestudiedinthepaper.Theexperimentalresultsindicatethatthecontentsoffoamandsilicafumehaveagreatimpactonthecompressivestrength,insulationandotherpropertiesofthefoamedconcrete.Thedosageoffoamintherangeof40%to60%isthemostappropriate.Thethermalconductivityincreasesandthedensityandcompressivestrengthdecreasewiththeincreasingdosageoffoam.Thecompressivestrengthandthethermalinsulationarebothimprovedbytheincreasingdosageofsilicafume.
