    摘??要:以道路修補灌漿料指標作為評價標準,采用含有高活性基團(-NCO)的異氰酸酯(TDI)作為中間體改性環氧樹脂,制備高性能水泥路面裂縫修補灌漿材料。研究結果表明,改性后的環氧樹脂路面修補材料的吸水率、收縮率、熱穩定性、力學性能、耐老化性等指標提高了20%以上,其綜合性能超過同等水泥裂縫修補材料。紅外光譜分析表明,有機硅成功接枝到了環氧樹脂上。掃描電鏡觀察表明斷面呈現韌性斷裂形貌。?Abstract:Takingroadrepairgroutingmaterialindexasevaluationstandard,usingisocyanate(TDI)whichcontainshighactivemoiety(-NCO)astheintermediatemodifiedepoxyresin,thehighperformancecrackrepairgroutingmaterialforcementpavementisprepared.Researchresultsshowthattheabsorptionrate,shrinkagerate,thermalstability,mechanicalproperty,agingresistanceindexofthemodifiedepoxyresinmendingmaterialisimprovedbymorethan20%,itscomprehensiveperformanceisbetterthanthesamecementcrackrepairmaterials.Theinfraredspectroscopyshowsthatsiliconesuccessfullygraftedontoepoxyresin,andthescanningelectronmicroscopeshowsthatthesectionpresentsductilefracturemorphology.

    摘 要:針對目前市場上水泥基灌漿材料品種多,各種灌漿材料性能參差不齊的狀況,從灌漿料流動度、微膨脹、強度等方面著手,對影響水泥基灌漿料性能的各項因素進行了研究。 Abstract: Based on the many varieties of cement-based grouting material in the market, and the different conditions of the performances of grouting material, from the fluidity, micro-expansion, strength and other aspects of the grouting material, the factors affecting the performances of cement-based grouting material are studied.

    摘 要:針對封蓋水泥漿體的抗裂技術,探討了拌合加水方法對流動性的影響,研究了采用摻加膨脹劑、內養護劑和細砂、改進養護措施等方法對水泥漿體抗裂性的影響。利用X-CT、XRD等分析手段,分析了硬化水泥漿體的抗裂效果。研究結果表明,采用二次加水拌和法可大大提高水泥漿體的流動性;膨脹劑與內養護劑組合使用可以提高漿體的抗裂能力;摻入5%或10%的特細砂及對漿體進行覆膜養護可明顯提高水泥漿的抗裂性;采用X-CT技術有助于更好的評估水泥漿體的抗裂性。 Abstract:The crack resistance technology of cement paste is investigated, including the adding water method, adding expensive agent together with inner curing agent, adding fine sand and improving curing conditions. Meanwhile, the X-CT and XRD are applied to analyze the test results. The test results show that adding water method of two batches can obviously improve the fluidity of cement paste. Suitable content of expensive agent together with inner curing agent can improve the crack resistance of cement paste. Adding the 5% or 10% fine sand and improving the curing condition can improve the crack resistance. X-CT technology can contribute to assess the crack resistance of cement paste.

    摘??要:通過調整大單體烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)的平均分子量,制得了具有較長聚氧乙烯基側鏈(PEO)的聚羧酸減水劑PCA-d。利用X射線衍射分析(XRD)、傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM),研究了摻入PCA-d后水泥早期水化的特點。結果表明,較長的側鏈促進了早期C3A的水化,加快了Ca(OH)2的結晶和鈣礬石的形成,從而提高了水泥漿體早期力學性能。Abstract:Akindofpolycarboxylatesuperplastizer(PCA-d)thathaslongsidechainofpolyoxyethylenegroup(PEO)issynthesizedbychangingtheaveragemolecularweightoflargemonomerallylpolyoxyethyleneether(APEG).TheeffectsofPCA-donthecharacteristicsofcementearlyhydrationareinvestigatedbytheFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),thescanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andtheX-raydiffraction(XRD).ExperimentalresultsindicatethatlongsidechainspeedsupthehydrationrateofC3AandacceleratestheformationofAFtandCa(OH)2atearlyage,thusitimprovestheearlymechanicalpropertiesofcementmortar.

    摘 要:研究了聚羧酸系減水劑(PC)和萘系減水劑(FDN)單摻及復摻對混凝土坍落度和蒸養強度的影響。結果表明,PC和FDN單摻時,隨摻量增大,混凝土拌合物流動性增大,但對強度而言,存在最佳摻量,此時蒸養強度及蒸養后再標養28d強度達到最大。而PC和FDN復摻時,與單摻PC相比,混凝土拌合物流動性降低,在最佳摻量時,蒸養強度和蒸養后再標養28d強度所達到的最大值也降低。 Abstract: The effects of adding polycarboxylic acid (PC) and polynaphthalene sulphonate superplasticizer (FDN) alone and adding together on the slump and the steam-cured strength of concrete specimens are studied. The results show that the fluidity of the concrete is enhancing with the increasing dosage of PC and FDN adding alone, but there exists optimum dosages for the strength of steam curing and standard curing for 28d after steam curing, which will be reached to the maximum at the moment. However, when PC and FDN are added together, the fluidity of the concrete is worse than adding PC alone, and both the maximums of the strength of steam curing and standard curing for 28d after steam curing are also reduced when the optimum dosage is used.

    摘 要:使用磷酸二氫銨和磷酸二氫鉀按比例(A/K)復合后作為磷酸鹽原料,對磷酸鎂水泥膨脹率、凝結時間和流動度等性能的影響進行了研究,并通過X射線衍射對各樣品進行了物相分析。研究表明,當A/K=4∶1時的膨脹率最小,凝結時間為18min,流動度為213mm;隨著水膠比和緩凝劑的增大,磷酸鎂水泥的膨脹率明顯減??;當A/K=3∶2時,磷酸鹽水泥具有較高的機械強度。 Abstract: The research of this test is using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate as raw materials, according to the different proportion (A/K) after compound phosphate to influence the performances of magnesium phosphate cement such as expansion rate, setting time and fluidity. The X-ray diffraction is used to take the phase analysis of each sample. And the research shows that it has the least expansion rate when A/K=4∶1, and setting time is 18 min, the value of fluidity is 213 mm. Along with the increasing water-binder ratio and retarder dosage, the expansion rate of magnesium phosphate cement reduced significantly, and when A/K=3∶2, the phosphate cement has higher mechanical strength.

    摘 要:介紹了芯模振動制管工藝的技術要求及成型制度,同時對芯模振動制管設備的主機和輔助設備,如激振器(芯棒)的技術指標、模具、滾焊機、攪拌設備和行車的配置要求等作了探討。并結合國內外情況,介紹了芯模振動制管設備的發展應用。 Abstract:The technology requirements and molding system of core vibrated making pipe process are introduced. Meanwhile, the main machine and auxiliary equipments of the core vibrated making pipe equipments, such as the technology indexes of vibration generator (core rods) as well as allocation requirements of moulds, seam welders, mixing equipment and drive avehicles, etc. are discussed. In addition, the development and application of the core vibrated making pipe equipment at home and abroad are introduced.

    摘 要:通過對管樁廢漿的有效組分及含量進行分析,設計出一種簡單、易操作的廢漿密度調配和流動度控制方案。經對比試驗發現,管樁廢漿代替部分原料摻入加氣混凝土中,對提高加氣混凝土澆注穩定性、縮短生產周期及保障產品強度都產生了積極的影響。 Abstract:A new method for adjusting the mixing proportion of discard slurry and controlling its fluidity is designed by determining components and contents of the discard slurry. The contrast experiment was carried out by adding the discard slurry instead of material partly with aerated concrete. The results show that the stability of aerated concrete is improved, the production cycle is shorter and the product strength is better after adding the discard slurry.

    摘 要:針對傳統生產小型混凝土構件的養護窯在資源和環保方面的缺陷,介紹了一種小型混凝土構件節能環保型養護窯。該養護窯采用新型材料作為圍護結構,提高了保溫性并降低了能耗。同時,考慮到特種設備安全管理要求、各種加熱設備的能耗、投資與運行成本、氣候等因素,采用空氣源高溫熱泵恒溫系統提供熱源,達到了低耗、零排放。 Abstract:Aiming at the existing defects of the traditional small concrete structure curing kiln in resource and environmental protection, a new kind of small concrete structure curing kiln with energy saving and environmental protection is introduced. The building surrounding of the curing kiln which made by introduced new materials can improve the insulation characteristic and reduce energy consumption. Meanwhile, considering some factors such as the special equipment safety management requirements, energy consumption of all kinds of heating equipment, investment and operation cost, climate, etc., high temperature air source heat pump thermostat system is applied for the curing kiln to provide heat, which achieve the desired effects of low power consumption and non-emission.

    摘 要:通過對傳統廚衛排氣道現狀和生產工藝進行分析,推出了一種新型廚衛排氣道自動化生產技術,并成功研制出一套基于PLC控制的機電液一體化、自動化生產線。實踐結果表明,該生產線不僅可以大量減少操作人員的數量,減輕勞動強度,而且極大地提高了生產效率及產品質量。 Abstract: Through analyzing the present situation of traditional exhaust for residential kitchen and its productive technology, a automation production technology of the new type of exhaust for residential kitchen is put forward, and a set of electromechanical integration automation production line which based on PLC control system is successfully developed. The practice results show that the production line not only can reduce a large number of workers and alleviate labor intensity of workers, but also can greatly improve the production efficiency and the quality of products.
