    摘 要:對PHC管樁進行低周往復荷載作用下的抗震性能試驗發現,PHC管樁會發生變形且延性不足。為改善其抗震性能,特對PHC管樁在模擬地震力作用下的受力狀態、破壞機理進行了分析,并實施了二項改善措施。結果表明,影響PHC管樁在地震力作用下受彎狀態抗震性能的主要因素為受力縱筋的變形能力,配置一定量的非預應力筋可明顯改善PHC管樁的變形、延性、剛度退化等抗震性能,使高強混凝土的高承載性能得以充分利用。 Abstract: Bases on the cyclic loading test on the PHC Pile specimens, it finds hat PHC piles have no enough aseismic stability in deformation and ductility. For improving aseismic behavior of PHC piles, the force state and failure mechanism of the piles under imitation seismic action were analyzed. Two improvement measures of serismic behavior of PHC piles are carried out. The results indicate that the aseismic behavior of PHC piles is mainly influenced by the deformation capacity of the longitudinal steel bars. And by adding non-prestressed steel bars to PHC piles, their behaviors in deformation, ductility and stiffness degradation can be improved, and it makes full use of the high bearing of PHC.

    摘 要:通過比較不同配合比、潮濕養護時間和水泥摻量的膠砂在碳化環境中碳化深度和抗壓強度保持情況,研究了石灰與硫酸鹽復合激發粉煤灰膠凝系統的抗碳化性能。結果表明,生石灰與粉煤灰的最佳比例為25∶75,同時硫酸鹽激發劑摻量為3%時可獲得較佳的抗碳化性能;延長潮濕養護時間和外摻一定量水泥能夠顯著改善該膠凝系統的抗碳化性能。 Abstract:The experimental study on the carbonization of lime and sulfate activated fly ash cementitious materials is carried out through different mix proportion, wet curing time and cement content. The carbonation depth and compressive strength of mortar are investigated. The results show that the optimal proportion of fly ash, lime and sodium sulfate is 75%∶25%∶3%. In addition, the property of carbonation resistance of the cementitious materials is significantly improved by the duration of wet curing time and the addition of Portland cement.

    摘 要:根據連續粒徑分布的緊密堆積模型,計算出砂子緊密堆積時各粒徑范圍內的質量百分比。通過混料試驗設計修正理論計算值,并得出砂子作緊密堆積時的最優級配。結果表明,砂子作緊密堆積時,砂漿具有較高的強度和流動性。利用優化后的砂子制備C80高強自密實混凝土,與用未經優化的砂制備的混凝土相比,優化組各項性能均優于普通組,且28d抗壓強度比后者高出10MPa。 Abstract:According to the close accumulation model of continuous particle size distribution, the mass percentage of each particle size range is figured out when the sand is close packed. Through mixture uniform design, the theoretical calculating value is corrected and the optimal gradation sand is obtained when the sand is close packed. The results show that the mortar has higher strength and liquidity when the sand is close packed. The optimal gradation sand is used for preparing C80 high strength of self-compacting concrete. Compared with the concrete which is prepared with the sand without optimization, all the performances of the optimization concrete are better than the ones of concrete without optimization, and the 28 days compressive strength is 10MPa higher than the latter one.

    摘 要:混凝土與水泥制品廠(以下簡稱制品廠)往往給人粉塵多、噪音大的印象。隨著我國工業大發展,工業建筑得到了質的提升,制品廠的景觀規劃及建筑形象設計開始引起重視,并應該成為廠區設計的重要指標。本文以天津和山東兩個制品廠的景觀設計為例,闡述了景觀規劃與建筑形象設計的實際效果及其重要性,并提出了一些具有實用價值的設計手法和技巧。 Abstract: Concrete and cement works (hereinafter referred to as the product factory) always gives the dust, noise big impression. With the development of China's industry, the quality of industrial buildings has been enhanced; meanwhile, the landscape planning of products factory and building image design have begun to attract more attention, and should be the important index of the plant design. In this paper, by analyzing products factory cases in Beijing and Tianjin design, the actual effect and importance of the landscape planning and design of architectural image are clarified, and a number of design practices and techniques with practical application are put forword.

    摘 要:分析了片麻巖的活性激發,研究了片麻巖作為輔助性膠凝材料對水泥凝結時間、抗壓強度、干縮性能的影響。結果顯示,片麻巖延長了水泥的凝結時間,降低了早期強度,促進了后期強度。在片麻巖摻量為20%時,可以配制出凝結時間符合要求、28d抗壓強度超過32.5MPa、干縮小的水泥。 Abstract:Activity stimulation of gneiss is analyzed in this paper, and the effects of gneiss as a supplementary cementing material on the setting time, compressive strength and dry shrinkage of hardened paste are studied. The results show that gneiss can prolong the setting time and decrease the early strength of the cement, but it promotes the late strength. When the gneiss content is 20%, the cement’s setting time can meet the requirements, 28 days compressive strength is more than 32.5MPa and the dry shrinkage is small.

    摘 要:以強度等級為LC30的普通陶?;炷翞榛鶞式M研究對象,采用L9(34)正交表進行試驗設計,通過改變水泥、橡膠粉、GRT纖維摻量,分別配置了9組GRT纖維-橡膠粉陶?;炷凛S心抗壓試件,養護7d和28d后測試軸心抗壓強度。通過對試驗數據的直觀分析和方差分析,研究了水泥、橡膠粉、GRT纖維摻量的變化對GRT纖維-橡膠粉陶?;炷?d和28d軸心抗壓強度的影響趨勢。通過運用回歸分析的方法建立了GRT纖維-橡膠粉陶?;炷?d和28d軸心抗壓強度的強度預測公式,并驗證了公式的可用性。 Abstract: With LC30 intensity level ceramsite concrete as the basic research object, L9(34)orthogonal table is adopted to design the test by changing the cement, rubber powder, GRT fiber dosage, and 9 groups GRT fiber-rubber powder ceramsite concrete specimens are prepared. The axial compressive strength is tested after 7d and 28d curing. Using intuitive analysis and variance analysis, the effects of the different cement, rubber powder, GRT fiber dosages on the 7d and 28d axial compressive strength of GRT fiber-rubber powder ceramsite concrete are researched. Using the regression analysis method, the forecast formulas of 7d and 28d axial compressive strength of GRT fiber-rubber powder ceramsite concrete are established and the formulas are proved available.

    摘??要:利用包頭地區堆積密度較大的粉煤灰陶粒和礦物摻合料,通過正交試驗的方法研制出工作性能良好的LC40結構用粉煤灰陶粒輕骨料混凝土,并對其導熱性能及抗凍性能進行了試驗研究。結果表明,輕骨料混凝土的導熱性能比同強度等級的普通混凝土好,但其抗折強度、抗凍性能相對較差。Abstract:ThegoodperformanceofLC40flyashceramisitelightweightaggregateconcreteappliedtothestructureisdevelopedbyorthogonaltestmethod,whichismadebylargepackingdensityflyashceramisiteandmineraladmixturesofBaotouarea.Anditsthermalconductivityandfrostresistancearestudiedbyexperiment.Theresultsshowthatthethermalconductivityoflightweightaggregateconcreteisbetterthantheordinaryconcretewiththesameintensitylevel,butitsflexuralstrengthandfrostresistancearerelativelypoorer.

    摘 要:研究了玄武巖纖維對水泥基材料力學性能,以及摻有礦物摻合料的水泥基材料力學性能的影響。結果表明,玄武巖纖維對早期水泥基材料具有增強作用,隨著齡期延長,增強作用減弱,后期強度反而低于未摻纖維的水泥基材料;使用粉煤灰和硅灰等活性摻合料對摻有玄武巖纖維水泥基材料長期強度發展的改善是有效的,能夠有效延緩玄武巖纖維在水泥基體中的腐蝕,其中以30%粉煤灰,10%硅灰取代普通硅酸鹽水泥的改善效果最佳。 Abstract: The influences of basalt fiber on mechanical properties of cement-based materials and cement-based materials with mineral admixtures are researched. The experimental results show that the basalt fiber could improve the early strength of cement-based materials. The improved effect decreases with the age increasing. The later strength is lower than the ones without fiber. The mineral admixtures such as fly ash and silica fume could improve the long-term strength of basalt fiber cement-based materials and delay the corrosion of basalt fiber in cement-based materials. The best improved effectiveness is 30% fly ash and 10% silica fume replaced to ordinary Portland cement.

    摘 要:采用全計算法進行了高性能混凝土配合比設計,在試驗過程中分析了摻合料的作用機理,通過試驗優化了配合比,配制出了C60泵送高性能混凝土,并成功將其應用于南通某高層結構的混凝土工程中。 Abstract: The overall calculation method is used to design the mix ratio of the high performance concrete and the function mechanism of admixtures is analyzed during the test process. The mix ratio is optimized by the experimental research and C60 pumping high performance concrete is prepared. And it is successfully used in the concrete project of a high-rising building in Nantong.

    摘 要:闡述了鋼筋混凝土框架結構的延性設計原則,指出了現行抗震規范在結構設計時存在的一些問題,著重分析了框架梁跨度對“強柱弱梁”的影響。結合工程實例具體說明了由于框架梁跨度引起梁端超配筋的形成過程,并就如何減小框架梁跨度對結構抗震性能的不利影響提出了建議。 Abstract: The design principles of reinforced concrete frame structure on “strong column-weak beam” is elaborated. Some problems of the current seismic specification in the structural design are pointed out, and the effects of the frame beam span on "strong column-weak beam" are analyzed. Combined with engineering examples, the reason of over reinforcement of frame beam because of the frame beam span is explained specifically, and the suggestion on reducing the adverse effect of frame beam span on seismic performance is proposed.
