    摘 要:研究了礦物摻合料對混凝土鋼筋保護性能的影響。結果顯示,單摻礦粉、粉煤灰與礦粉復摻均能改善混凝土的鋼筋保護性能。粉煤灰和礦粉復摻時,改善混凝土鋼筋保護性能效果最為顯著,復摻總量為20%時,比基準混凝土鋼筋銹蝕率減少了24.37%。通過對各配合比混凝土試樣進行壓汞試驗和Sirion場發射掃描電鏡實驗觀察混凝土表面形貌特征發現,粉煤灰與礦粉復摻使膠凝材料水化完全,混凝土表面較為致密,從而大大提高了混凝土對鋼筋的保護性能。 Abstract: The influence of mineral admixtures on the property of concrete protecting steel bar against corrosion is studied. The results show that the slag powder and combined mixture of fly ash and slag powder can improve the property of concrete protecting steel bar against corrosion. The effect is particularly significant when the dosage ratio of combined mixture of fly ash and slag powder is 20%, and the concrete reinforcement corrosion rate decreases by 24.37% compared with the one not mixed admixtures. Through the mercury?test and sirion field emission scanning electron microscopy experiments to observe the microstructure of the concrete, it is found that the hydration of cementitious materials is more complete mixed with fly ash and slag powder, concrete surface is denser, the pore ratio is significantly reduced, which greatly improve the property of concrete protecting steel bar against corrosion.

    摘 要:通過在拌合水中預先引入不同數量的氯離子,成型凈漿,由溶出法測試碳化前后自由氯離子含量,并利用X-射線衍射方法(XRD)分析碳化前后凈漿物相組成,研究了在碳化作用下固化氯離子的穩定性。結果表明,混凝土中氯離子結合滿足Tuutti提出的線性吸附關系;固化氯離子并不牢固,在碳化作用下會釋放;當碳化使混凝土的pH值降為11.5時,70%以上的固化氯離子會被釋放;礦物摻合料具有提高膠凝材料中固化氯離子穩定性的作用;XRD分析證實了碳化會使水泥石中Friedel鹽分解,由此造成固化氯離子的釋放。 Abstract: The free chloride ion content is tested by stripping method before or after carbonization, through adding different contents of chloride ion into the water and then molding the cement paste. The ?phase composition of the paste is analyzed by XRD before or after carbonization, and the stability of curing chloride ion is studied under the carbonization. The results show that the chloride ion of concrete can satisfy the linear adsorption relationship proposed by Tuutti. The curing chloride ion is not stable, which would be released under the carbonization. When the pH value of concrete is 11.5 because of the carbonization, more than 70% of the curing chloride ion would be released. The mineral admixtures can improve the stability of the curing chloride ion in the cementitious material. The XRD analysis proves that the carbonization can make the Friedel salts of the cement stone decompose, which make the curing chloride ion be released.

    摘??要:以飽和石灰水為電解液,對外摻3%NaCl的混凝土圓柱體試件進行電化學除氯試驗,研究了三種不同電流密度(1.0A/m2、2.0A/m2、3.0A/m2)作用28d后混凝土中氯離子和鉀、鈉離子的分布規律。結果表明:電流密度越高時,在距離鋼筋越近區域,混凝土中的殘余氯離子含量越少;電流密度為2.0A/m2和3.0A/m2時,可使混凝土中距離鋼筋20mm范圍內的氯離子含量均降低到水泥用量0.15%(占水泥質量)以下。在電化學除氯電場作用下,大量鉀、鈉離子向鋼筋附近區域遷移和聚集,使混凝土試件內層鈉離子含量達到最外層的4.8~17.3倍,鉀離子含量達到最外層的3.8~17.5倍,從而增加了混凝土內部發生堿骨料反應破壞的風險,并導致部分水化產物分解,使混凝土與鋼筋粘結力顯著降低。Abstract:Electrochemicalchlorideextraction(ECE)treatmentisappliedtocylindricalconcretespecimenscontaining3%NaClbytheweightofcementwithsaturatedCa(OH)2solutionastheelectrolytesolution,andthedistributionofchloride,potassiumandsodiumionsinconcretespecimensarestudiedafter28days’ECEtreatmentwiththreedifferentcurrentdensities(1.0A/m2,2.0A/m2?and3.0A/m2).TheresultsshowthatlessresidualchlorideionsremaininconcretewithashorterdistancetoreinforcedsteelintheECEtreatedspecimenwhenahighercurrentdensityapplied.Theamountofchlorideionsisreducedtolessthan0.15%(bytheweightofcement)in20mmconcreteportionsnearthesteelforeveryspecimentreatedwithcurrentdensitiesof2.0A/m2?and3.0A/m2.UndertheexternalelectricfieldofECEtreatment,agreatquantityofpotassiumandsodiumionsmigrateandaccumulateintothesteelsurroundingarea.Theamountofsodiumionsintheinnerlayerconcretereaches4.8to17.3timesofthoseintheexternallayerconcreteandtheamountofpotassiumionsintheinnerlayerconcretebecomes3.8to17.5timesofthoseintheexternallayerconcreteaftertheECEtreatment.Theriskofalkali-aggregatereactionattackisconsequentlyincreasedintheinnerconcrete,andasmallquantityofcementhydrationproductsbecomedecomposed,whichisattributingtothebondstrengthbetweensteelandconcretedecreasingevidently.

    摘 要:使用不飽和醇經過陰離子開環聚合加成環氧乙烷(EO)制得分子量較高的聚醚大單體,并進一步合成出超長側鏈型梳形聚羧酸減水劑??疾炝嗽摐p水劑對水泥漿體分散和早期水化的影響,結果發現,相比傳統酯化法制得的超長側鏈型梳形聚羧酸減水劑,合成的超長側鏈型聚羧酸減水劑具有更好的分散和分散保持性能,且早強性能不降低,合成過程更簡單、更環保。 Abstract:The polyether macro-monomer with high molecular weight is synthesized by the way of anionic ring opening polymerization. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer with super-length side chains is synthesized using the polyether macro-monomer. The effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with super-length side chains on the dispersion and early hydration of cement paste are investigated. Compared with the polycarboxylate superplasticizer using the macro-monomer obtained by esterification method, the superplasticizer here has better dispersion and better retention of dispersion, and without any reduction of early strength. The method in this paper is simpler synthesis and friendlier to environment.

    摘 要:對韶鋼轉爐鋼渣進行在線高溫重構制備重構鋼渣摻合料,研究了重構鋼渣微粉單摻或與礦渣粉、粉煤灰復摻對混凝土力學性能、抗滲和抗氯離子滲透性能的影響。結果表明,在混凝土中單獨摻入30%工業重構鋼渣微粉可制備出C30和C50強度等級的混凝土;利用工業重構鋼渣復合摻合料替代30%以上硅酸鹽水泥時,可以穩定制備出抗滲性、抗氯離子滲透性能良好的C60強度等級混凝土。 Abstract: The modified steel slag(MSS) is prepared by adding adjusting material into molten slag when it is discharged. The influences of modified steel slag, slag and fly ash on mechanical properties, impermeability and anti-chloride ion permeability of concrete are investigated. The results show that C30 and C50 grade concrete can be prepared with 30% MSS replacement of Portland cement by mass. In addition, C60 grade concrete with good impermeability and anti-chloride ion permeability can be prepared using the mixture of MSS and mineral admixtures as a substitution for 30% Portland cement.

    摘 要:新頒布實施的CECS 140:2011《給水排水工程埋地預應力混凝土管和預應力鋼筒混凝土管管道結構設計規程》與2002版相比,進行了大量的修訂和修改,但仍存在一些問題。本文結合使用經驗,分別對新標準涉及的有效預應力、預應力損失、鋼絲強度取值、可變作用分項系數、抗裂公式安全系數、受拉區混凝土的影響系數、抗裂檢驗壓力計算等方面進行了分析和探討,并提出了建議。 Abstract: Compared with the old edition, the new edition CECS 140:2011《Specification for structural design of buried prestressed concrete pipes and PCCP pipeline of water supply and sewerage engineering》was made a lot of revision and modification, but it still has some problems during practicing. According to the author own experience, some aspects of new standard CECS 140:2011 such as effective prestressed, loss of prestressed, strength of steel wire, variable function partial coefficient, safety coefficient of crack formula, concrete influence coefficients in the tension zone, crack inspection pressure calculation etc. are analyzed and discussed, and some suggestions are put forward.

    摘 要:結合管樁工藝管理特點,分析了管樁生產線的設計思路。從安全、效率、人力、節能、環境等方面對國內外現有管樁工藝流程的優缺點及存在的問題進行了論述,提出要盡量優化管樁工藝流程,減少人力,避免安全隱患和不合理的工藝環節。 Abstract: Combined with characteristics of pipe process management, the design ideas of pipe production line are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of technological process and existing problems of piles in domestic and foreign are discussed through analyzing safety, efficiency, human, energy and environmental etc. And it points out that we should try to optimizing the technological process, reduce number of worker in factory, avoid hidden danger and unreasonable process.

    摘 要:針對內蒙古地區氣候特點,用復合水泥取代普通硅酸鹽水泥,并在混凝土中摻入復合纖維、Ⅱ級粉煤灰、萘系高效減水劑,采用正交設計的方法優化了明渠混凝土的配合比,定性分析了試驗中幾種因素對混凝土強度的影響程度和作用機理。 Abstract: According to the region climate characteristics of the Inner Mongol, the compound cement is used to replace the ordinary silicate cement, and the compound fiber, grade Ⅱ fly ash, high-efficient water-reducing agent of naphthalene series are mixed into the concrete, and the orthogonal design method is adopted to optimize the mix ratio of the open channel concrete. The influence degree and function mechanism of several factors in the test on the concrete strength are qualitatively analyzed.
