摘 要:研究了礦物摻合料對混凝土鋼筋保護性能的影響。結果顯示,單摻礦粉、粉煤灰與礦粉復摻均能改善混凝土的鋼筋保護性能。粉煤灰和礦粉復摻時,改善混凝土鋼筋保護性能效果最為顯著,復摻總量為20%時,比基準混凝土鋼筋銹蝕率減少了24.37%。通過對各配合比混凝土試樣進行壓汞試驗和Sirion場發射掃描電鏡實驗觀察混凝土表面形貌特征發現,粉煤灰與礦粉復摻使膠凝材料水化完全,混凝土表面較為致密,從而大大提高了混凝土對鋼筋的保護性能。
Abstract: The influence of mineral admixtures on the property of concrete protecting steel bar against corrosion is studied. The results show that the slag powder and combined mixture of fly ash and slag powder can improve the property of concrete protecting steel bar against corrosion. The effect is particularly significant when the dosage ratio of combined mixture of fly ash and slag powder is 20%, and the concrete reinforcement corrosion rate decreases by 24.37% compared with the one not mixed admixtures. Through the mercury?test and sirion field emission scanning electron microscopy experiments to observe the microstructure of the concrete, it is found that the hydration of cementitious materials is more complete mixed with fly ash and slag powder, concrete surface is denser, the pore ratio is significantly reduced, which greatly improve the property of concrete protecting steel bar against corrosion.
