黏土質泡沫混凝土試驗研究

摘 要:以黏土取代石英砂,采用普通硅酸鹽水泥、高鋁水泥和發泡劑等原材料制備黏土質泡沫混凝土。研究探討了泡沫摻量和微硅粉摻量對黏土質泡沫混凝土表觀密度、28d抗壓強度、導熱系數以及孔隙結構等物理性能的影響。試驗結果表明,泡沫摻量和微硅粉摻量對泡沫混凝土的強度和保溫隔熱等性能有較大影響,其中泡沫摻量在40%~60%時最為合適。隨著泡沫摻量的增大,導熱系數不斷減小,黏土質泡沫混凝土的表觀密度和強度不斷降低;隨著微硅粉摻量的增大,黏土質泡沫混凝土的強度和保溫隔熱性能均得到提高。
Abstract: Ordinary Portland cement, soil, high-alumina cement and foaming agent are used as raw materials to make soil-based foamed concrete. The effects of foam and silica fume contents on the physical properties such as the density, the 28d compressive strength, the thermal conductivity and the pore structure of soiled-based foamed concrete are studied in the paper. The experimental results indicate that the contents of foam and silica fume have a great impact on the compressive strength, insulation and other properties of the foamed concrete. The dosage of foam in the range of 40% to 60% is the most appropriate. The thermal conductivity increases and the density and compressive strength decrease with the increasing dosage of foam. The compressive strength and the thermal insulation are both improved by the increasing dosage of silica fume.
