不同種類外加劑對混凝土蒸養強度的影響

摘 要:研究了高效減水劑、早強劑、引氣劑、膨脹劑和緩凝劑對混凝土蒸養強度的影響。實驗結果表明,相同水灰比下,萘系高效減水劑對混凝土蒸養強度的提高效果優于聚羧酸高效減水劑和氨基磺酸鹽高效減水劑;摻入適量早強劑或膨脹劑均有利于提高混凝土蒸養強度;摻入緩凝劑和引氣劑對混凝土蒸養強度不利。
Abstract: The effects of adding superplasticizer, early strength agent, air-entraining agent, expansive agent and retarder on early strength of steam-curing concrete are studied. The results show that the steam curing strength of concrete is improved more effectively by adding naphthalene superplasticizer than polycarboxylate superplasticizer or aminosulphonate based superplasticizer under the same water-cement ratio. Adding proper amount of either early strength agent or expanding agent is helpful to improve the steam curing strength of concrete. On the contrary, adding retarding and air-entraining agent is disadvantageous to improve the steam curing strength of concrete.
