    摘 要:基于固體粒料最佳堆積密度理想曲線(Fuller曲線),研究了膠凝材料顆粒分布對蒸養混凝土抗壓強度的影響,并對其作用機理進行了初步分析。研究結果表明,不同細度的粉體膠凝材料復合摻配時,其顆??梢韵嗷パa充,當膠凝材料顆粒的粒徑分布更接近緊密堆積狀態要求時,改善了水泥漿體的密實度,蒸養混凝土的抗壓強度明顯提高。 Abstract: Based on the Fuller curve which can be used to determine the particle size distribution of all solid materials, the influence of particle size distribution of cementitious material on the compressive strength of steam curing concrete is studied, and the mechanism is also discussed preliminary. The result shows that the different cementitious materials can make the packing of cement particles getting closer when they are compounded, so it make the compressive strength of steam curing concrete getting much higher and the microstructure of cement mortar getting much denser too.

    摘 要:研究了磨細鋼渣粉的摻量對水泥膠砂和水泥混凝土工作性與強度的影響,以及鋼渣粉和粉煤灰不同比例復摻對混凝土性能的影響。結果表明,磨細鋼渣粉在一定程度上可以改善混凝土的工作性,降低混凝土的強度,鋼渣粉摻量不宜大于30%;鋼渣粉與粉煤灰復摻可以發揮超復合效應,配制出C40以上的高性能混凝土。 Abstract: The effects of the dosage of ground steel slag on workability and strength of cement colloidal mortar and concrete are studied, and the effects of combined mixture of steel slag and fly ash on the performances of concrete are researched. The results show that the ground steel slag can improve the workability of concrete to some extent and decrease its strength, and the dosage of steel slag should be no more than 30%. Combined mixture of steel slag and fly ash can play composite effects to prepare high performance concrete with the strength grade more than C40.

    摘??要:通過向低水灰比高流動性水泥漿中摻入不同比例的泡沫和EPS顆粒,制備了一系列200kg/m3超輕EPS復合泡沫混凝土,并測試了強度、吸水率、軟化系數、干縮、導熱系數等性能。結果表明,EPS顆粒的引入可以提高復合體系的強度,降低吸水率,提高軟化系數,降低干縮,不會明顯影響導熱系數,表明EPS可作為制備超輕泡沫混凝土的優質填充料。Abstract:AseriesdifferentratiosoffoamandEPSparticleshasbeenaddedtothelowwatercementratiopastewithhighfluiditytoprepareaseriesof200kg/m3ultralightweightEPSfoamconcrete.Thestrength,waterabsorptionrate,softeningcoefficient,dryingshrinkageandthermalconductivityoftheEPSfoamconcretehavebeentested.IthasbeenobservedthattheadditionofEPSparticlescanimprovethestrengthandsofteningcoefficient,reducedwaterabsorptionrateanddryingshrinkage,andnotsignificantlyaffectthethermalconductivityofthecompositesystem,whichindicatesthatEPScouldbeusedasahigh-qualityfillerforpreparingultralightweightfoamconcrete.

    摘??要:從新拌混凝土的含氣量、凝結時間以及硬化混凝土強度等角度評價了改性油茶皂甙引氣劑摻量對混凝土性能的影響。結果表明,引氣劑摻量小于0.15‰時,含氣量1h經時變化量均介于-1.5%~1.5%;摻量小于0.25‰時,改性油茶皂甙引氣劑對凝結時間的延遲小于2h;引氣劑的摻入對早期強度有所提高,摻量小于0.15‰時,所有齡期的抗壓強度比均大于0.95。綜合考慮,改性油茶皂甙混凝土引氣劑的適宜摻量為0.05‰~0.15‰。Abstract:Theeffectsofthecontentofair-entrainingagentmadeofmodifiedcamelliasaponinontheaircontent,settingtimeandhardeningstrengthoftheconcretearediscussed.Theexperimentalresultsrevealthattheaircontentchangein1hourislessthan-1.5%~1.5%whenthedosageofair-entrainingagentislessthan0.15‰;thesettingtimedelayisalsolessthan2hourswhenthedosageofair-entrainingagentislessthan0.25‰.Addingthisair-entrainingagentcanincreasetheearlystrength,andthecompressivestrengthratioofallcuringagesisgreaterthan0.95whenthedosageofair-entrainingagentislessthan0.15‰.Combinationofthefactorsabove,theappropriatedosageofthisair-entrainingagentis0.05‰~0.15‰.

    摘 要:研究了萘系減水劑、氨基磺酸鹽減水劑、聚羧酸減水劑對水泥漿體塑性開裂的影響規律。通過溶液表面張力、漿體表面水分蒸發速率和毛細管負壓的變化,分析了減水劑對水泥漿體塑性開裂的作用機理。 Abstract: Effects of naphthalene-based, aminosulfonic-based and polycarboxylate-based superplasticizers on the plastic cracking of cement paste are studied. Action mechanism of superplasticizers on the plastic cracking of cement paste is investigated through the methods of surface tension of the solution, evaporation rate of paste surface water and capillary pressure changes.

    摘 要:水泥砂漿中加入經硅烷偶聯劑改性后的橡膠顆粒,可改善兩者間的相容性及界面結合性,使橡膠顆粒達到較優的使用效果。試驗研究表明,KH550、KH560和KH570三種硅烷偶聯劑的最佳摻量分別為橡膠顆粒質量的2.0%、1.5%和2.0%。綜合考慮對橡膠集料水泥砂漿力學性能的改善效果及經濟性,應選用摻量為1.5%的硅烷偶聯劑KH560配制的水溶液對橡膠顆粒進行改性,對應的28d抗壓、抗折強度較摻加未改性的橡膠顆粒時分別提高了9.0%和30.6%,壓折比降低了19.9%,28d抗沖擊性能提高了80%。 Abstract: Adding rubber particles modified by silane coupling agent in cement mortar can improve the compatibility and interfacial bonding properties, and make the rubber particles achieve better effect. The experimental results show that the optimum amount of three silane coupling agent of KH550, KH560 and KH570 is respectively 2.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% in rubber quality, and the aqueous solution prepared by 1.5% silane coupling agent KH560 should be used to modify rubber particles considering the mechanical performance of rubber fine aggregate mortar and economy, and the corresponding 28d compressive and flexural strength is increased by 9.0% and 30.6% compared with unmodified rubber particles, the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength is reduced by 19.9%, and the 28d impact resistance is improved by 80%.

    摘 要:選擇水泥凈漿流動度作為檢驗減水劑與水泥適應性的主要試驗方法,通過測定水泥凈漿流動度,研究了減水劑、緩凝劑對水泥凈漿流動度的影響,并考察了外加劑復配后對混凝土強度的影響,獲得了最佳復配方案。 Abstract: Choosing the fluidity of cement paste as the main experimental method to test the adaptability?between the superplasticizer and cement, the effects of the superplasticizer and retarder on the fluidity of cement paste are studied through testing the fluidity of cement paste. And the influences of additives remixed on the strength of concrete are investigated, and the optimum remixed scheme is obtained.

    摘 要:分析研究了先張法離心成型預應力高強混凝土方樁與管樁的結構性能,結果表明,二者具有同樣的受力特性,在豎向承載力、抗彎、抗剪、抗拉及水平承載力、耐久性指標等方面存在一定的差異,設計單位應根據各工程的具體情況和地基基礎條件選擇適用的樁型。另外,為了確保預應力高強混凝土樁的安全使用和建筑物的耐久性能,業界有必要對這兩種樁型開展進一步深入的研究工作。 Abstract: The performance and structure of prestressed high strength concrete square piles and pipe piles both prepared by the process of pretensioning method centrifugal moulding are analyzed. The analysis results indicate that the two kinds of piles have the same mechanical characteristics, but exist some differences in some aspects such as the anti-bending, anti-shearing, anti-tensile, vertical load bearing capacity, horizontal load bearing capacity, durability indexes and so on. Therefore, design departments should choose right type piles according to the engineering situations and foundation conditions. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of prestressed high strength concrete piles and the durability of buildings, it's necessary to do further researches for prestressed high strength concrete square piles and pipe piles.

    摘??要:以南昌某高層建筑的大體積混凝土樁承臺為例,考慮冷卻水管作用,采用MIDAS有限元分析軟件對施工期大體積混凝土的水化熱溫度場進行模擬研究。研究結果表明,樁承臺中間布置兩排冷卻管,水管間距取1.0m,保持1.2m3/h水流量的管冷方案能夠保證各控制點內外結構溫差不超過25℃,有效控制了溫度裂縫,使施工質量得到保證。Abstract:Consideringtherolesofcoolingwaterpipes,hydrationheattemperaturefieldsonmassconcreteofapilecapofhigh-risebuildingsinNanchangduringtheconstructionaresimulatedandstudiedusingtheMIDASfiniteelementanalysissoftware.Theresultsindicatethatthepipecoolingscheme(pilecapswithtwo-rowcoolingpipes,1.0mspacebetweenpipes,1.2m3/hwaterflow)canensurethatthetemperaturedifferencesbetweeninternalandexternalstructureofpilecapsisnomorethan25℃,whichcaneffectivelypreventthetemperaturecracksandguaranteetheconstructionquality.

    摘 要:介紹了一種無端板增強型預應力混凝土管樁的快速接頭技術,從設計原理、施工工藝、試驗驗證及工程應用等方面對該接頭技術進行了論述。通過與傳統焊接接頭技術對比發現,無端板增強型預應力混凝土管樁的快速接頭技術具有安全環保、適用性強、社會和經濟效益顯著等特點。 Abstract: A kind of quick joint technique of no end plates enhancing prestressed concrete piles is introduced and the technique from some aspects including design principles, construction processes, testing verifications and engineering applications etc. is discussed. Compared with the traditional welding joint technique, the quick joint technique of no end plates enhancing prestressed concrete piles has many advantages such as better safety, environmental protection, wider general applicability, greater remarkable social and economic benefits.
