摘 要:基于固體粒料最佳堆積密度理想曲線(Fuller曲線),研究了膠凝材料顆粒分布對蒸養混凝土抗壓強度的影響,并對其作用機理進行了初步分析。研究結果表明,不同細度的粉體膠凝材料復合摻配時,其顆??梢韵嗷パa充,當膠凝材料顆粒的粒徑分布更接近緊密堆積狀態要求時,改善了水泥漿體的密實度,蒸養混凝土的抗壓強度明顯提高。
Abstract: Based on the Fuller curve which can be used to determine the particle size distribution of all solid materials, the influence of particle size distribution of cementitious material on the compressive strength of steam curing concrete is studied, and the mechanism is also discussed preliminary. The result shows that the different cementitious materials can make the packing of cement particles getting closer when they are compounded, so it make the compressive strength of steam curing concrete getting much higher and the microstructure of cement mortar getting much denser too.
