    摘 要:研究了固硫灰細度和摻量對水泥基自流平砂漿性能的影響。研究發現固硫灰細度越細,砂漿1d、3d、28d抗折和抗壓強度越高,收縮則先減小后增大。摻加粉磨后固硫灰砂漿的收縮均較摻原灰砂漿的收縮小。隨著固硫灰摻量增大,水泥基自流平砂漿的1d和3d強度先增大后減小,28d強度呈減小趨勢,收縮隨著固硫灰摻量增大而減小。固硫灰取代硅酸鹽水泥的40%~60%時,砂漿的強度和收縮性較好,取代率為50%時性能最佳。 Abstract:The influence of fineness and dosage of fluidized bed combustion fly ash(FBCFA) to the properties of cement-based self-leveling mortar (CLSM) is researched. The results show that with the decrease of the partical size of FBCFA, the flexural and compressive strength of 1d, 3d and 28d increase while the shrinkage of the CSLM firstly decreases and then increases. The shrinkage of CSLM with grinding FBCFA is less than the ones of CSLM with original FBCFA. With the increase of dosage of FBCFA,the flexural and compressive strength of 1d and 3d firstly increase and then decrease while the flexural and compressive strength of 28d decrease, and the shrinkage decreases with the increase of FBCFA. When the FBCFA replaces portland cement by 40%~60%, the strength and shrinkage are well, and the CSLM properties are best at the ratio of 50%

    摘 要:研究了聚羧酸系減水劑配制的海工自密實高性能混凝土的拌合物性能、抗壓強度和抗氯鹽侵蝕性能。試驗結果表明,四種聚羧酸系高效減水劑與海工自密實高性能混凝土膠凝材料的適應性良好,配制的海工自密實高性能混凝土拌合物性能良好,且具有較高的抗壓強度和耐久性,能滿足海工混凝土結構耐久性的要求。 Abstract: The workability, compressive strength and chloride resistance of high performance self-compacting concrete for marine structure with polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers are studied. Experimental results show that the adaptability between binder materials of high performance self-compacting concrete for marine structure and four kinds of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers is good, the properties of concrete mixture are fine, and the compressive strength and chloride resistance are high, which can meet the durability demands of concrete for marine structure

    摘 要:采用等量內摻法單摻粉煤灰,對粉煤灰砂漿做減水、7d和28d抗折、抗壓、壓折比變化分析,得到粉煤灰砂漿最優配合比為水泥:粉煤灰:砂:水=220:55:1410:275。在單摻粉煤灰20%的基礎上,復摻環氧樹脂聚合物,對減水效果、含氣量、凝結時間、7d抗折、抗壓強度、施工性進行分析,并擬合了以7d抗折、抗壓強度、含氣量、減水率、密度為因變量,聚灰比為自變量的回歸曲線,得到了可信度較大的回歸方程。 Abstract: By adding equal amount fly ash in the mortar, the water-reducing rate, 7d and 28d compressive strength as well as flexural strength, the ratio of compressive strength and flexural strength of fly ash mortar are analyzed. Results show that it exists the optimum proportion of fly ash mortar, which is cement:fly ash:sand:water=220:55:1410:275. On the basis of mixing 20% fly ash, the epoxy resin-polymer is added, and the water-reducing rate, gas containing, setting time, 7d compressive strength and flexural strength, construction workability are analyzed. At the same time, the regression curve is fitted, which is using the 7d compressive strength and flexural strength, gas containing, water-reducing rate and density as the dependent variables, polymer-cement ratio as the independent variable. And the credibility of regression equation is much high.

    摘 要:基于實際海洋環境暴露條件,研究了力學荷載作用下混凝土中的氯離子擴散性能。以Fick第二定律理論為基礎,用誤差函數對混凝土中隨深度變化的氯離子含量分布進行了曲線擬合,從而得到氯離子表觀擴散系數,并以此表征氯離子在混凝土中的傳輸性。分析了氯離子的擴散系數與原材料、配合比、暴露環境以及力學荷載間的關系。結果表明,力學荷載對海洋環境下混凝土中的氯離子傳輸性能有顯著影響,在利用氯離子擴散模型預測暴露海洋環境下混凝土結構的使用壽命時,需要考慮荷載因素的影響。 Abstract:The diffusion performance of chloride ion in mechanical loaded concrete is studied in the conditions of actual exposure to the marine environment. Based on Fick’s second law and the error function, the chloride content distribution along with the depth in concrete is fitted by curves and the apparent diffusion coefficients of chloride are obtained. The relationships between the diffusion coefficient of chloride and raw material, the mix proportion, the exposed environment as well as mechanical load are discussed. The results indicate that the transportation of chloride in concrete depends on the applied mechanical load remarkably. The influence of applied load factors should be considered while using the chloride diffusion model to predict the service life of concrete structure under exposed marine environment.

    摘??要:設計研究了管樁生產用的混凝土配合比,將硅砂粉與礦渣微粉作為混凝土摻合料,在滿足管樁生產要求前提下,以一定比例取代硅酸鹽水泥,采用常壓蒸汽養護和高壓蒸汽養護,并測定了混凝土的脫模強度及高壓蒸汽養護后的強度。試驗結果表明,利用硅砂粉和礦渣微粉以一定比例復摻等量代替水泥生產PHC管樁是可行的,其中,復合摻合料的取代比例可達45%,硅砂粉和礦渣微粉的摻量分別為150kg/m3、50kg/m3,混凝土脫模及壓蒸后的抗壓強度分別為49.1MPa、89.0MPa,符合管樁國家標準要求。Abstract:ConcretemixproportionusedinthePHCpilesproductionisdesigned,andPortlandcementwithacertainpercentageisreplacedbysilicasandpowderandslagpowderasakindofconcretecompositeadmixturesunderthepremiseofmeetingthePHCpileproductionrequirements.Thecompressivestrengthsofconcreteafterdemouldandautoclavedcuringaretestedbynormalstreamcuringandautoclavedcuring.TheresultsshowthatitisfeasibleforproducingPHCpilesbyreplacingPortlandcementwithequalamountsofthesilicasandpowderandslagpowderwithacertainpercentage,andthereplacingrateofconcretecompositeadmixturesisupto45%.Whentheamountsofsilicapowderandslagpowderare150kg/m3,50kg/m3,thecompressivestrengthsofconcreteafterdemouldandautoclavedcuringare49.1MPa,89.0MPa,whichcanmeettherequirementsofnationalstandard.

    摘 要:闡述了預應力高強混凝土管樁的工藝技術原理、應用及發展,論述了C80高強混凝土配合比設計以及C80高強管樁混凝土與普通混凝土離心成型工藝的特點及發展。指出管樁的工藝技術主要涉及C80高強混凝土配制/外加劑技術、預應力張拉技術、離心成型工藝技術以及壓蒸養護工藝技術4方面內容,其中,C80高強混凝土配制/外加劑技術和壓蒸養護工藝技術是管樁工藝技術的核心。 Abstract: The technology principle, application and development of PHC piles are described. The mixture proportion design of C80 high strength concrete, the centrifugal molding process characteristics and the development of C80 high strength piles concrete and ordinary concrete are discussed. It points out that the PHC pile technology mainly includes four aspects which are C80 high strength concrete preparation/additives technology, prestressed tension technology, centrifugal moulding technology and pressure steam curing process technology. And C80 high strength concrete preparation/additives technology and pressure steam curing process technology are the keys of PHC piles technology among the four technologies

    摘 要:為了提高軌枕的承載性能,延長軌枕的使用壽命,特選用混凝土軌枕作為磁感應裝置(磁軌枕)的基座。將原Ⅲ型混凝土軌枕進行創新改良,在安裝磁體位置增加了異形剛性支撐件,并且將其與軌枕內部鋼筋焊接在一起,磁感應器采用n×n×n形式矩陣磁組。并確定了剛性支撐件的制作與安裝、混凝土攪拌、鋼絲張拉、振動成型和蒸汽養護工序的重要控制指標。檢驗結果表明,磁軌枕的外觀質量、外形尺寸、靜載強度、混凝土的脫模強度等均符合標準要求。 Abstract: In order to enhance the loading properties of sleepers and prolonging their service lives, concrete sleepers are selected as the substrate of magnetic induction devices(magnetic sleepers). The original Ⅲ type concrete sleepers are improved and a kind of special shaped rigid bracing is welded together with the sleepers at the installation position of magnets. A matrix magnetic combination with the form of n×n×n is applied on the magnetic inductor. Furthermore, the key controlling indexes of the manufacture and installation of rigid supports, concrete mixing, steel wire tension, vibration moulding and steam curing are determined. The test results indicate that some important indexes of magnetic sleepers such as appearance quality, boundary dimension, static load strength, demoulding strength of concrete and so on can meet the standard requirements.

    摘 要:在國內外有關鋼纖維混凝土疲勞特性研究的基礎上,試驗研究了低溫下鋼纖維混凝土梁抗折疲勞特性。試驗結果表明,應力水平對低溫養護鋼纖維混凝土梁抗折疲勞壽命產生顯著影響,低應力水平下的疲勞壽命遠遠高于高應力水平下的疲勞壽命。 Abstract: On the base of the domestic and overseas fatigue research on steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC), the flexural fatigue feature of SFRC beam is researched according to the basic mechanics property investigation of SFRC at low temperatures. The test results indicate that the stress level has significant effect on the flexural fatigue life of SFRC beam under low temperature curing. The fatigue life under low stress level is much higher than the fatigue life under high stress level.

    摘??要:研究了不同摻量聚丙烯纖維對水泥基材料力學性能的增強作用,以及納米SiO2在高速研磨攪拌+超聲波分散的條件下,對摻聚丙烯纖維的水泥基材料的增強作用。試驗結果表明,在水泥基材料中摻入聚丙烯纖維能在一定程度上提高試樣的抗折、抗壓強度,隨著纖維摻量的增加,水泥基材料強度呈現先提高后逐漸降低的趨勢。采用高速研磨攪拌+超聲波的方法分散納米SiO2,在纖維及納米SiO2摻量均很小的情況下,可較大幅度提高水泥基材料的強度。Abstract:Theinfluencesofdifferentcontentsofpolypropylenefiberonmechanicalpropertiesofcement-basedmaterialarestudied.AndtheenhancedeffectsofnanometerSiO2ondifferentcontentsofpolypropylenefiberreinforcedcement-basedmaterialdispersedbythemethodofhighspeedgrinding+supersonicwavedispersingareinvestigated.Theexperimentresultsshowthatthepolypropylenefibercanincreasethebendandcompressionstrengthofsamplesinacertainextent,andwiththeincreaseofpolypropylenefibercontents,thestrengthofsamplesincreasesatfirstandthenreduces.Thestrengthofcement-basedmaterialsincreasesobviouslyintheconditionoflesscontentsofpolypropylenefiberandnanometerSiO2,whennanometerSiO2isdispersedbythemethodofhighspeedgrinding+supersonicwavedispersing
