    摘 要:參照砂漿棒快速法,調整試驗溫度,研究了溫度對骨料堿-硅酸反應(ASR)膨脹的影響規律。采用化學反應速率常數描述溫度對混凝土ASR膨脹的影響,探討了ASR速率常數與養護溫度之間的關系,驗證了溫度對堿-骨料反應的影響可以用Arrhenius方程來描述的設想。運用Arrhenius方程初步建立了ASR膨脹預測模型。 Abstract: Based on accelerating mortar-bar method, the effect of temperature on alkali-silica reaction (ASR) is studied through a series of testing programs. Chemical reaction rate constant is used to describe the effect of temperature on ASR, and the relationship between ASR rate constant and curing temperature is discussed, which further verifies the supposition that the effect of temperature on ASR could be described by Arrhenius equation. Thus ASR expansion prediction model is established through Arrhenius equation.

    摘 要:研究了摻與不摻膨脹劑HME的水泥凈漿、砂漿和混凝土在直接干空養護條件下的收縮變形,分析了膨脹劑HME對水泥凈漿、砂漿以及混凝土的干燥收縮影響規律,并探討了膨脹劑HME在干空養護條件下的減縮作用機理。結果表明,膨脹劑HME在干空養護條件下仍然具有水化反應能力,產生有效膨脹,可以完全消除水泥凈漿、砂漿以及混凝土的早期干燥收縮,并對其中后期干燥收縮也有較好的補償作用。 Abstract: The shrinkage deformations of cement-based materials with or without new type expansive agent HME in dry air environment are studied. The influences of HME with replacement percentages of 0% and 10% on the drying shrinkage of cement paste, mortar and concrete are compared and analyzed. The reduction mechanism of HME is discussed in dry air curing conditions. The results show that HME still has the ability to participate in the hydration reaction in the dry air curing conditions, and produce effective expansion, which can completely eliminate the drying shrinkage of cement paste, mortar and concrete at the early age,and also has an excellent ability to compensate for drying shrinkage of cement-based materials at the later age.

    通過正交試驗考察了膠凝材料總量、水泥用量及超細粉煤灰用量對超高強混凝土抗壓強度的影響,研究了硅灰、超細粉煤灰與復合硅材等礦物摻合料對C100~C120超高強混凝土基本性能的影響。結果表明,對超高強混凝土強度影響最主要的因素是水泥在膠凝材料中所占的比例;超細粉煤灰與硅灰復摻對超高強混凝土工作性能與強度改善效果較好;復合硅材對超高強混凝土的工作性能與強度均有一定的提高。Abstract:Theinfluencesoftotalamountcementitiousmaterial,cementcontentandultra-fineflyashdosageonthecompressivestrengthofultra-highstrengthconcretearestudiedbyorthogonaltest.Theeffectsofmineraladmixturessuchassilicafume,ultra-fineflyashandsiliceousadmixtureonthebasicpropertiesofC100~C120ultra-highstrengthconcreteareresearched.Theresultsshowthatthemainaffectedfactoronthecompressstrengthofultra-highstrengthconcreteistheproportionofcementinthecementitiousmaterial.Compoundingbothultra-fineflyashandsilicafumeisbetterfortheworkabilityandstrengthoftheultra-highstrengthconcrete.Atthesametime,siliceousadmixturealsohastheimprovementontheworkabilityandstrengthoftheultra-highstrengthconcrete.

    摘 要:采用海水熱雨循環90次、海水浸泡90d兩種試驗條件對比研究了四種混凝土抗壓強度、擴散系數、電通量和鋼筋腐蝕電位等性能的變化。結果表明,經熱雨循環90次后試樣抗壓強度較海水浸泡90d的高,涂抹滲透結晶材料(CRM)對混凝土試樣的強度影響不大;經熱雨循環90次后試樣擴散系數和電通量較28d的試樣提高,海水浸泡90d后試樣擴散系數和電通量均較28d的試樣降低;C30混凝土擴散系數和電通量較C50的高,涂抹CRM會提高混凝土試樣的擴散系數和電通量;經熱雨循環90次后試樣內鋼筋腐蝕電位較28d試樣降低,海水浸泡90d后試樣內鋼筋腐蝕電位較28d試樣降低,但高于熱雨循環90次的試樣;C30混凝土試樣鋼筋腐蝕電位下降幅度較大,個別試樣內鋼筋發生點蝕,涂抹CRM的試樣內鋼筋腐蝕電位降低明顯。涂抹CRM在海濱環境下會影響混凝土的耐久性。 Abstract:Using heat and seawater shower cycles 90 times and seawater immersion 90 days, the compressive strength, diffusion coefficient, electric flux and corrosion potential of four concrete are comparatively studied. The results show that the compressive strength of samples by 90 times heat and seawater shower cycles is higher than samples by 90 days seawater immersion; adding of corrosion inhibitor has little effects on the strength of concrete; diffusion coefficient and electric flux of samples by 90 times heat and seawater shower cycles are higher than samples cured in standard condition for 28 days; diffusion coefficient and electric flux of samples by 90 days seawater immersion are both lower than samples cured in standard condition for 28 days; the diffusion coefficient and electric flux of C30 concrete are higher than the ones of C50 concrete; adding of corrosion inhibitor could increase the diffusion coefficient and electric flux of concrete; the corrosion potential of rebar of samples by 90 times heat and seawater shower cycles is lower than samples cured in standard condition for 28 days; the corrosion potential of rebar of samples by 90 days seawater immersion is also lower than samples cured in standard condition for 28 days, but higher than samples by 90 times heat and seawater shower cycles; the corrosion potential of rebar of C30 concrete decreases obviously, and the pitting could be found in the rebar of C30 concrete; the corrosion potential of rebar of concrete adding corrosion inhibitor decreases obviously, which would affect the durability of concrete under seashore environment.

    摘 要:設計并完成了在摻與不摻減水劑兩種配合比下,再生粗骨料取代率分別為0、30%、50%、100%的再生混凝土的和易性、立方體抗壓強度、棱柱體抗壓強度的相關試驗,并以天然骨料混凝土作為基準進行了對比分析。試驗結果表明,粗骨料取代率對混凝土的流動性、粘聚性與保水性有不同的影響,適量的減水劑可以增強混凝土的流動性;在水灰比相同的情況下,再生粗骨料取代率為30%時再生混凝土立方體抗壓強度和軸心抗壓強度都高于普通混凝土;再生混凝土的抗壓強度隨齡期的發展和普通混凝土比較相近。 Abstract: The workability, cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete are tested, which is based on the testes of natural concrete. The percentages of recycled aggregate are 0, 30%, 50% and 100%, with or without superplasticizer. The results show that recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate has different influences on the fluidity, cohesive properties and water retention property of concrete. Proper amount of superplasticizer can enhance the fluidity of concrete. In the case of the same water-cement ratio, the cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete are higher than the natural concrete when the recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate is 30%. The development of compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete with the ages is similar to the ones of natural concrete.

    摘 要:用粘土陶粒作為粗骨料、膨脹珍珠巖作為細骨料和其他膠凝材料(水泥和粉煤灰)通過人工攪拌的方法配制輕骨料透水混凝土,研究不同的水泥、粉煤灰和細輕骨料用量對混凝土抗壓強度、孔隙率、透水系數、pH值及表觀密度等性能的影響。結果表明,隨著水泥、粉煤灰和細輕骨料用量的增加,輕骨料透水混凝土的強度增加、表觀密度增大,而孔隙率、透水系數會降低,pH值變化不大。 Abstract: The lightweight aggregates pervious concrete is prepared by handing mixing, which is used by the ceramisite clay as coarse lightweight, the expand perlite as fine lightweight aggregates, fly ash and ordinary portland cement. The effects of various dosages of cement, fly ash and fine lightweight aggregates on the compressive strength, porosity, permeability coefficient, pH value and apparent density of prepared concrete are researched. The results show that with the dosage increase of cement, fly ash and fine lightweight aggregates, strength and apparent density of concrete increase, but the porosity and permeability coefficient decrease, and the pH value changes a little.

    摘 要:為解決PHC管樁在腐蝕環境中接頭的腐蝕問題,對目前PHC管樁快速接頭連接件及其應用情況進行了分析研究,并結合PHC管樁接頭特性和防腐措施,設計出一種新型PHC管樁單面法蘭防腐接頭,同時,對其進行了力學性能測試。研究結果表明,PHC管樁單面法蘭防腐接頭的安裝過程和力學性能科學可靠,防腐方案有效可行,且整套PHC管樁單面法蘭防腐接頭制作簡單、成本低。 Abstract: To solve the joint corrosive problem of PHC(Prestressed High Concrete) piles under the corrosive environment, the application and research about quick joint connecter of PHC piles are analyzed, and according to the characteristics of PHC pile joints and their corrosion protection methods, a new kind of single-side anticorrosion flange joints of PHC piles is designed, and its mechanical property is tested. The research results indicate that installation process and mechanical property of single-side anticorrosion flange joints of PHC piles are scientific and reliable, and the method of joint corrosion protection is viable. Meanwhile, a complete set of single-side anticorrosion flange joints of PHC piles is easily manufactured and has low cost.

    摘 要:管片作為地鐵隧道的主要受力構件,其質量非常重要,是地鐵隧道結構安全性、耐久性的主要保障。為了有效預防和規避管片的質量問題、提高管片質量,對預制混凝土管片在施工過程中常見的質量問題進行了分析,并提出了相應的解決方案和規避措施。 Abstract:As the main bearing components for subway tunnel lining, segments production is very important, and it’s the key guarantee of safety and durability of subway tunnel structure. In order to effectively prevent and avoid quality problems of segments and improve their qualities, the common quality problems of precast concrete lining segments in tunnel construction are analyzed, and some related solving methods and elusion tactics are proposed.

    摘 要:為解決道床板現澆混凝土養護難、易開裂的問題,研究了自制高效養護劑對道床板現澆混凝土的強度、塑性收縮變形和抗裂性的影響。結果表明,采用養護劑養護有利于提高混凝土的抗壓強度,其早期(7d)抗壓強度高于標準養護下的抗壓強度,后期(28d和56d)抗壓強度與標準養護下的抗壓強度相近,但其7d和28d抗折強度略低于標準養護下的抗折強度。在混凝土澆筑成型后立即噴涂養護劑,可有效降低混凝土塑性收縮。72h后,TJ-A、TJ-B和C型3種養護劑分別降低混凝土塑性收縮率為42%、27%和27%,同時,這3種養護劑養護下的混凝土表面水分蒸發量比自然養護下分別降低了60%、54%、60%。養護劑養護有效地防止了混凝土早期裂縫的產生,提高了混凝土的抗裂性能。 Abstract:The influence of curing agent on the mechanical properties, plastic shrinkage and crack resistance are studied in order to solve the problem of hard providing effective curing ways for track bed cast-in-situ concrete which is easy to crack. The results indicate that curing agent can improve the compressive strength of concrete, and the compressive strength of concrete with curing agent is higher than that of concrete under the standard curing at early ages(before 7d), and it’s similar to that of concrete under the standard curing at later ages(28d, 56d). But flexural strength of concrete with curing agent is slightly lower than that of concrete under the standard curing at ages of 7d and 28d. Spraying curing agent on concrete surface immediately after casting can effectively reduce the plastic shrinkage. Three kinds of curing agent(TJ-A, TJ-B and type C)can reduce 42%, 27% and 27% of plastic shrinkage and reduce 60%, 54%, 60% of water evaporation value than that of concrete without curing agent after 72h. In addition, the result of cracking resistance test shows that curing agent can efficiently prevent the early cracking of concrete, and improve the anti-cracking ability of concrete.

    摘 要:對比分析了10G409《預應力混凝土管樁》與03SG409《預應力混凝土管樁》和GB13476-2009《先張法預應力混凝土管樁》與GB13476-1999《先張法預應力混凝土管樁》新舊標準之間的差異;并以管樁400(95)AB樁型為例,采用新標準詳細計算了混凝土管樁的有效預壓應力、抗裂彎矩、抗裂剪力、樁身軸心受壓承載力、樁身軸心受拉承載力。 Abstract: The standards of piles between the new and the old(10G409《prestressed concrete piles》and 03SG409《prestressed concrete piles》, GB13476-2009《Pretensioned spun concrete piles》and GB13476-1999《Pretensioned spun concrete piles》)are compared, and their differences are analyzed deeply. In addition, taking 400 (95) AB pile as an example, some mechanical calculations of concrete piles such as the effective prestressed stress, anti-cracking bending moment, anti-cracking shear, axial compression capacity and axial tensile capacity of pile body are listed in details using the new standard.
