    摘 要:綜述了國內外廢舊橡膠改性水泥基材料的現有研究成果。分析了廢舊橡膠改性水泥基材料未能得到廣泛應用的原因,并指出了今后研究的方向?,F有研究成果表明,摻入橡膠顆粒取代部分集料可以有效提高水泥基材料的抗凍性和抗滲性,成倍提高混凝土的彎曲疲勞壽命,同時使抗裂性、抗沖擊性能也得到改善。此外,橡膠混凝土應用到結構構件中能提高結構的延性及耗能能力。 Abstract: The current research achievements of cement-based materials containing scrap rubber at home and abroad are summarized. The reasons why the cement-based materials containing scrap rubber is not applied widely are analyzed, and the future research direction is pointed out. Literatures show that the additive composition of scrap rubber replacing a part of mineral aggregate can improve the frost resistance and impermeability of the cement-based materials efficiently, increase the bend fatigue life of the concrete remarkably and enhance the crack resistance and impact resistance of concrete. Furthermore, rubberized concrete applied in the structural member can improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the structure.

    摘 要:利用X-射線熒光光譜儀、X-射線衍射儀以及強度法對自燃煤矸石的活性進行了研究,將自燃煤矸石部分替代水泥制備成水泥砂漿,研究自燃煤矸石活性、用量對水泥砂漿性能的影響。結果表明,煤矸石中在自燃過程中形成的活性物為α-石英、無定形SiO2、κ-Al2O3和無定形Al2O3。自燃煤矸石的疏松程度會影響其活性;晶相結晶度的高低決定自燃煤矸石活性的高低;自燃煤矸石活性越高,其水泥基復合材料體系強度越高。 Abstract: The activation properties analysis of spontaneous combustion coal gangue is studied after selecting, crushing, milling and sieving by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and method of intensity, and using spontaneous combustion coal gangue partly replacing cement to prepare cement mortar, the effects of activation properties and dosages of spontaneous combustion coal gangue on properties of cement mortar are investigated. The results indicate that the active substance of spontaneous combustion coal gangue are ??quartz, amorphous SiO2, amorphous Al2O3 and Al2O3. The activation properties of spontaneous combustion coal gangue are affected by the crystallization rate of crystal phase, and the activation properties is affected by the structure loose ratio. The strengths of cement-based compound materials are increased with the activation properties of spontaneous combustion coal gangue heightened.

    摘 要:以某發電廠雙曲線自然通風冷卻塔工程環形承臺基礎施工為例,介紹了大體積混凝土跳倉法施工的技術要點。同時給出了混凝土配合比、溫度控制措施以及施工縫做法,解決了大體積底板因混凝土收縮應力及水泥水化熱作用而出現的裂縫問題。 Abstract:Taking one power plants hyperbolic natural ventilation cooling tower engineering ring elevated pile caps foundation construction as an example, the technical key points of mass concrete concreting sequence method construction are introduced. The concrete mix proportion, temperature controlling methods and construction joint practice are pointed out to solve the mass slab crack problem resulting from concrete shrinkage stress and cement hydration heat.

    摘 要:在砂漿中加入粉煤灰,不但能降低砂漿的成本,而且還能夠改善砂漿的施工性能、提高砂漿保溫性能。在滿足加氣混凝土(泡沫混凝土)抹面砂漿粘結強度高、收縮率低的前提下,粉煤灰摻量30%時,所配制的砂漿導熱系數為0.1953W/m·K,與加氣混凝土(泡沫混凝土)砌塊導熱系數接近,具有良好的保溫效果。 Abstract: Adding fly ash into mortar can not only save costs of mortar, but also improve the workability and heat preservation performance of mortar. To meet the premise of high adhesive strength and low shrinkage of the aerated concrete (foamed concrete) surface mortar, the thermal conductivity of prepared mortar is 0.1953W/m?K when the content of fly ash is 30%, which is near the thermal conductivity of the aerated concrete (foamed concrete) block, and it has good heat preservation effect.

    摘 要:采用帶約束拉桿矩形鋼管混凝土的本構關系,利用纖維模型法對帶約束拉桿矩形鋼管混凝土短柱承載力進行了數值分析,計算結果與試驗結果吻合良好。利用經試驗結果驗證的計算程序對帶約束拉桿矩形鋼管混凝土短柱軸壓和單、雙向偏壓承載力進行了較系統的參數分析,回歸出帶約束拉桿矩形鋼管混凝土軸壓和單、雙偏壓承載力簡化計算公式,公式的計算精度高,形式簡單,便于應用,可供工程設計參考。 Abstract: Fiber model method is adopted to calculate the bearing capacity of rectangular concrete filled steel tube (CFT) stub columns with binding bars and the constitutive relationship of rectangular CFT with binding bars is employed in the numerical analysis. The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The parameters analysis of the bearing capacity of the CFT stub columns subjected to axial, uniaxial and biaxial eccentric loading are performed by using verified programs through experimental results. Simplified formulas for axial and eccentric bearing capacity of rectangular CFT stub columns with binding bars are presented by regression, which have high accuracy, simple expression and can be useful as references to the design of relational projects.

    摘 要: 研究了玄武巖纖維、聚乙烯醇纖維、聚丙烯纖維單摻及復摻對砂漿抗滲抗裂性能、吸水率、抗壓抗折強度、線膨脹率的影響。結果表明,纖維能提高砂漿的抗滲抗開裂性能,降低砂漿吸水率,提高砂漿柔韌性,產生一定的膨脹以抵抗砂漿的內部收縮。纖維增強干混砂漿,復摻比單摻效果好。單摻時,增強效果為聚乙烯醇纖維>玄武巖纖維>聚丙烯纖維;復摻時,玄武巖纖維:聚乙烯醇纖維:聚丙烯纖維=1:0:2時,砂漿的抗滲抗裂性能及力學性能達到最佳。 Abstract: The influences of multi-mixing basalts fibers (BF), polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVA) and polypropylene fiber (PPF) on impermeability, anti-cracking, water absorption, compressive strength, flexural strength, linear expansion rate of the mortar are investigated. The results show that fiber can improve the impermeability, anti-cracking and flexibility, reduce the water absorption of mortar, and resist internal shrinkage of mortar by producing certain expansion. Meanwhile, the properties of mortar is better reinforced with fibers multi-mixed than only mixed, and when fibers only-mixed, enhancing effect: PVA>BF>PPF. However, the impermeability, anti-cracking and mechanical properties of mortar reached optimum when BF: PVA: PPF=1:0:2.

    摘??要:研究了循環荷載作用下普通混凝土和鋼纖維含量為2.0%的混凝土圓柱形試件,在應變速率為10-5/s、10-4/s、10-3/s時的卸載點應變與累積塑性應變的關系。試驗結果表明,在開始卸載點的應變值相同的情況下,鋼纖維含量相同的混凝土提高應變速率會增加混凝土的累積塑性應變;在混凝土中添加適量的鋼纖維能延緩混凝土在加載后期的破壞;高應變速率會加快混凝土材料的累積塑性應變增長。Abstract:Thenormalconcreteand2%steelfiberreinforcedconcrete(SFRC)ofthecylinderconcretearetested,andtherelationshipofthestrainofunloadingpointandaccumulatedplasticstrainarestudiedwiththreekindstrainrates:10-5/s,10-4/sand10-3/s.Thetestsresultsshowthatatthesamestrainofunloadingpointlevel,theaccumulatedplasticstrainofSFRCisincreasedwiththeincreaseofthestrainrateswhenthecontentsofsteelfiberarethesame.Itshowsthataddingpropersteelfibercandelaythedamageofconcreteatlaterloadingage,andhighstrainratecanpromotethegrowthoftheaccumulatedplasticstrainofconcrete.

    摘 要:對比分析了10G409《預應力混凝土管樁》與03SG409《預應力混凝土管樁》和GB13476-2009《先張法預應力混凝土管樁》與GB13476-1999《先張法預應力混凝土管樁》新舊標準之間的差異;并以管樁400(95)AB樁型為例,采用新標準詳細計算了混凝土管樁的有效預壓應力、抗裂彎矩、抗裂剪力、樁身軸心受壓承載力、樁身軸心受拉承載力。 Abstract: The standards of piles between the new and the old(10G409《prestressed concrete piles》and 03SG409《prestressed concrete piles》, GB13476-2009《Pretensioned spun concrete piles》and GB13476-1999《Pretensioned spun concrete piles》)are compared, and their differences are analyzed deeply. In addition, taking 400 (95) AB pile as an example, some mechanical calculations of concrete piles such as the effective prestressed stress, anti-cracking bending moment, anti-cracking shear, axial compression capacity and axial tensile capacity of pile body are listed in details using the new standard.
