    摘 要:利用固硫灰、燒鋁礬土、硬石膏為原料制備了混凝土膨脹劑。結果表明,固硫灰、燒鋁礬土和硬石膏按照質量比35:15:50能制備出滿足GB23439-2009《混凝土膨脹劑》要求的Ⅰ型膨脹劑。運用SEM電鏡掃描、XRD衍射分析研究了混凝土膨脹劑摻入水泥的水化反應,結果表明,隨著水化齡期的延長,鈣礬石含量增多。制備的膨脹劑是以鈣礬石為主要膨脹源的混凝土膨脹劑。 Abstract:The expansion agent for concrete is prepared utilizing fluidized bed combustion ash, burn bauxite and gypsum. The results show that when the mass ratio of fluidized bed combustion ash, burn bauxite and gypsum is 35:15:50, it can achieve good performance and satisfy with the requirements of Ⅰ type expansive agent of GB23439-2009 standard. The hydration between the expansion agent and cement is studied by SEM and XRD analysis. The result shows that with the extension of hydration ages, the content of ettringite increases. This concrete expansion agent is sulphoaluminate expansion agent and the ettringite is the main expansion source.

    摘 要:對經過阻銹劑自然滲透的混凝土的耐久性及阻銹劑在硬化砂漿中對鋼筋的阻銹性能進行了試驗研究。結果表明,該種阻銹劑不僅阻銹性能優良,還可有效提高混凝土的抗凍、抗滲、抗碳化性能。 Abstract: The durability of concrete with antirust natural permeability and the effect of antirust on rust-preventing property of steel bar in hardened mortar are experimentally studied. The results show that this antirust has good rust-preventing property, and it can effectively improve the freezing resistance, impermeability and carbonation resistance of concrete.

    摘 要:用快凍法研究了低摻量水性環氧樹脂乳液對高性能混凝土抗凍耐久性的影響。結果表明,水性環氧樹脂乳液的加入可以顯著提高混凝土的抗凍性。當乳液摻量為5%時,采用Ⅳ型養護制度養護得到的高性能混凝土的抗凍效果最好,在經歷300次凍融循環后,相對動彈性模量可達94.1%;且水性環氧樹脂能明顯改善新拌混凝土的工作性,易于施工 Abstract:The influences of low volume waterborne epoxy resin on freezing resistance durability of high performance concrete are investigated by accelerated freezing-thaw test. The results show that the addition of waterborne epoxy resin can obviously improve the freezing resistance of concrete. The freezing resistance effect is optimal when the dosage of waterborne epoxy resin is 5% and the curing system is the Ⅳ curing system. The relative dynamic modulus of elasticity is about 94.1% by 300 times freezing-thaw cycle, and in addition, waterborne epoxy resin can improve the fluidity and workability of concrete obviously, which is easy for construction.

    摘 要:針對安徽省建筑用砂的特點,采用細河砂與機制砂混摻,配制C30高性能混凝土,通過正交試驗優化混凝土配合比。試驗結果表明,用60%的機制砂與40%的天然細砂作為細骨料,能夠滿足高性能混凝土的各項技術指標要求,與天然中砂相比,其力學性能和耐久性能更為理想。 Abstract:In view of the characteristic on sand used in construction industry of Anhui Province,using the mixture of fine natural sand and machine-made sand, the high performance concrete of C30 is prepared and the concrete mix proportion is optimized by orthogonal experiment. Test results indicate that through the mixture of 60% machine-made sand and 40% fine natural sand as fine aggregates, the prepared concrete can satisfy the various technical indexes of high performance concrete. Compared with middle natural sand, the mechanical properties and durability of the prepared concrete are better.

    摘 要:對C50混凝土在高溫、干燥的特殊環境下進行了配合比設計研究。通過混凝土力學性能及耐久性能試驗,結果表明,所設計的配合比能夠滿足C50混凝土在蘭新鐵路第二雙線(新疆段)LXTJ5標所處地段的施工,滿足設計要求。 Abstract: The research on the mix proportion for C50 high performance concrete in high temperature and dry environment is carried out. Through the mechanical behavior and durability experiment, the results show the mix proportion for C50 high performance concrete can be used in the lanxin railway double line 2 LXTJ5, which are satisfied the design requirement.

    摘 要:為研究滲透結晶防水材料對混凝土裂縫的自修復功能,采用人為制造裂縫后進行混凝土抗滲的試驗方法,結合掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對混凝土的微觀結構進行了分析和表征。結果表明,在既定的混凝土和水泥漿配合比下,28d齡期時滲透結晶防水材料對混凝土小于1.0mm的裂縫具有很好的自修復作用。摻加滲透結晶材料的水泥漿與混凝土間的界面結合程度與表面無裂縫的混凝土界面過渡區結構基本相同。裂縫寬度大于1.0mm,水泥漿與混凝土間的界面處空隙較大,混凝土抗滲性能降低。 Abstract: Cracks of concrete are healed automatically from prefabricated cracks with permeated crystalline materials by impermeability test methods of concrete. And microstructure of concrete is analyzed and characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that cracks of concrete that is less than 1.0mm is healed well automatically with permeated crystalline materials at 28 days with determined mix proportions of concrete and cement paste. In addition, interfacial microstructure between concrete with cracks and cement paste with permeated crystalline materials is the same as that of concrete without cracks. Impermeability of concrete whose crack width is more than 1.0mm will reduce because interfacial gap between concrete and cement paste is quite great.

The mould vibration caused by camber near top end part of mould is discussed, and limiting camber degree is proposed to prevent the mould vibration.

    摘??要:通過帶切口梁的三點彎曲試驗,對玄武巖纖維摻量為0、1、3和6kg/m3的混凝土試件進行了荷載-變形測試,根據荷載-位移曲線擬合計算得到混凝土的斷裂能。研究表明,隨著玄武巖纖維摻量的增加,玄武巖纖維混凝土的斷裂能及其增益比均呈現增長趨勢,且增長速度是非線性的。Abstract:Throughthethreepointsbending(TPB)experimentwithnotchbeam,theloading-deformationtestoffiberreinforcedconcretewiththedosageof0,1,3and6kg/m3basaltfiberarecarriedout,andthefractureenergyofeachtypeofconcreteiscalculatedaccordingtotheloading-displacementcurve.Experimentalresultsindicatethatthefractureenergyandratioofgainsofbasaltfiberreinforcedconcreteraisewiththeincreaseoffiberdosage,andthevelocityofincreaseisnon-linear.

    摘 要:為了研究玻璃纖維增強復合材料(GFRP)約束素混凝土柱體的力學性能,進行了13組試件的軸心受壓試驗。主要考慮GFRP用量、倒角半徑對GFRP約束素混凝土柱體的力學性能的影響,通過試件的試驗過程和最終破壞形態可知,GFRP約束素混凝土柱體的強度都有一定程度的提高,延性增大,破壞過程與沒包裹GFRP試件相比緩慢;由于試件的棱角處存在應力集中現象,所以隨著倒角半徑的增加,GFRP約束的試件強度提高幅度逐漸增加,GFRP約束不同倒角半徑(0、20、35、50)素混凝土方柱試件的強度提高幅度遠不如圓形截面柱,較方形截面柱分別提高了6%、14%、16.9%、20.9%。 Abstract: To study the mechanical property of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) confined the concrete column, axial compressing tests of 13 specimen groups are conducted. The influences of GFRP dosage and chamfer radius on mechanical property of GFRP confined concrete column are mainly taken into account. Through the test process and the final failure form of specimen, the strength of GFRP confined concrete column has been improved, ductility has been amplified, failure process is slower than that of non-confined; as stress concentration exists at the edge of the test specimen, the strength of specimen confined by GFRP gradually increases with the growth of chamfer radius, strength improvement of GFRP confined concrete column with different chamfer radius(0,20,35,50)is less than that of round section column, and it can improve 6%, 14%, 16.9%, 20.9% respectively compared with square section column.
