高溫飽和蒸汽環境下管樁混凝土的堿骨料反應研究

摘 要:從堿骨料反應的定義、分類、條件、機理、預防措施等方面介紹了堿骨料反應的原理。利用白云巖制作了兩組膠砂試件,一組試件膠材采用純水泥,另一組摻入10%的硅灰等量替代水泥,并在水泥標準養護箱中養護24 h,脫模后在常溫蒸汽中養護6 h,再到高溫蒸壓養護8 h。通過骨料堿活性試驗方法中的評定方式對結果進行評定。試驗結果表明,堿骨料反應在高溫環境下可快速發生,且硅灰摻入量為10%時,能夠有效抑制堿骨料反應。
Abstract: The definition and classification of alkali aggregate reaction, reaction conditions, mechanism and preventive measures were introduced. Two groups of mortar specimens were made from dolomite. One group was made of pure cement. The other group was mixed with 10% silica fume to replace cement. The cement was maintained in standard curing box for 24 h. After demoulding, it was maintained in normal temperature steam for 6 h, and then in high temperature steam for 8 h. The results were evaluated by the evaluation method of the alkali activity test of aggregate. The results show that the alkali aggregate reaction can occur quickly under high temperature and the alkali aggregate reaction can be effectively inhibited by adding 10% silica fume.
