    摘 要:結合武漢融僑錦江項目工程,對磨細鋼渣粉在大體積混凝土中的應用進行了研究,并通過試驗對原材料和配合比參數進行了優化。試驗表明,磨細鋼渣粉摻量為取代水泥量的20%時,混凝土7d抗壓強度平均值為24.8MPa,28d抗壓強度平均值為48.2MPa,滿足C40級混凝土設計規范的要求。 Abstract: Combining with Wuhan Rong Qiao Jin Jiang Project, the application of ground steel slag powder in mass concrete is researched, and the raw materials and mix proportion parameters are optimized through the tests. The test results show that when the dosage of ground steel slag powder is about 20% substituting the cement, the average 7d compressive strength of concrete is 24.8MPa, and the average 28d compressive strength is 48.2MPa, which can meet the requirements of C40 design specifications for concret

    摘 要:對基礎滑移隔震研究與應用現狀進行了綜述,介紹了滑移隔震技術的基本原理和隔震裝置;根據國內外的研究和應用情況,從理論分析、試驗研究和工程應用等方面進行了分析和總結;最后評述了存在的問題,并對今后的發展進行了展望。 Abstract: A systematic introduction to the research achievements in the field of sliding isolation of building vibration is carried out. The basic theories and isolation sets of sliding isolation technology are expounded. According to the research and application in home and abroad, the theoretical analysis, test research and project application are analyzed and summarized. Finally, some problems are reviewed, and the developments in the future are prospected.

    摘 要:以相變膨脹珍珠巖儲能顆粒為保溫砂漿輕骨料,水泥及粉煤灰為膠結料,并摻加一定量的可再分散乳膠粉及纖維來配制相變儲能保溫砂漿;研究了相變膨脹珍珠巖摻量對相變儲能保溫砂漿抗壓強度、相變儲能板材導熱系數和保溫砂漿吸水率的影響;用SEM及DSC對相變儲能保溫砂漿內部形貌及熱性能進行了探討。 Abstract:Through the phase change expanded perlite used as lightweight aggregate for thermal insulation mortar, cement and fly ash as binder, the phase change energy storage insulation mortar is prepared which is mixed with a certain amount of polymer powders and fibers. The effects of the dosage of phase change energy storage insulation mortar on the compressive strength of mortar, thermal conductivity of phase change energy storage plates and water absorption of insulation mortar are studied. The surface morphology and thermal properties of the phase change energy storage insulation mortar are discussed by SEM and DSC.

    摘 要:研究了局部區段內銹蝕鋼筋暴露、混凝土保護層剝落的鋼筋混凝土柱的承載力問題??紤]局部區段內不同鋼筋銹蝕率、柱兩側鋼筋均暴露的情形,通過理論分析,提出了一種計算局部區段內鋼筋銹蝕情況下的偏心受壓柱的承載力簡化計算模型,并通過實驗驗證了模型的可行性。 Abstract: The load capacity of reinforced concrete (RC) column with partial length corrosion is theoretically studied, where the exposure of the longitudinal bar, delaminating of concrete cover and loss of the bond within this partial length are considered. Simplify analytical model about the load capacity of RC column with partial length corrosion under eccentricity load is proposed through the theoretical analysis, and the feasibility of the proposed model is verified by the experiment results

    摘 要:在滿足客運專線活性粉末混凝土(RPC)材料人行道擋板、蓋板技術要求前提下,并在保證構件生產工藝的情況下,試驗研究了水膠比、硅灰、石英粉以及鋼纖維摻量對RPC混凝土工作性能及抗壓強度的影響,配制出了抗壓強度為154MPa,抗折強度為21.5MPa,且各項指標均能滿足《客運專線活性粉末混凝土(RPC)材料人行道擋板、蓋板暫行技術條件》所規定的RPC混凝土。 Abstract: Under the technical demands for sidewalk baffle and cover plates of passenger dedicated line reactive powder concrete(RPC) material, to ensure the component producing process, the effects of water binder ratio, silica fume, quartz powder and steel fiber dosage on workability and compressive strength of RPC is researched by experiment. The RPC with 154MPa compressive strength, 21.5MPa flexural strength and each index satisfied the < Temporary technological terms for sidewalk baffle and cover plates of passenger dedicated line reactive powder concrete(RPC) material> is prepared.

    摘 要:通過試驗,研究了酸環境、堿環境、鹽環境和濕環境四種不同地質條件對纖維增強聚合物筋粘結強度的影響。研究結果表明,酸性環境條件下纖維增強聚合物筋混凝土粘結強度有所降低,而濕環境、堿環境與鹽環境下纖維增強聚合物筋混凝土粘結強度有一定程度的提高。輸電鐵塔混凝土塔基破壞是輸電塔線體系破壞的一種形式,局部采用纖維增強聚合物筋代替鋼筋有較好的效果。 Abstract: Through the tests, the effects of different geological conditions such as acid, alkali, salt and wet environment on the bond strength of fiber reinforced polymer bars are studied. The research results show that the bonding strength of fiber reinforced polymer bars is a bit decreased under acid environment, however, it is increased under alkali, salt and wet environment. The damage of concrete tower foundation of transmission tower is a kind of damages of transmission tower line system, which can be improved by locally using fiber reinforced polymer bars substituting reinforcements.

    摘 要:通過正交試驗對噴射素混凝土、噴射補償收縮混凝土、噴射鋼纖維混凝土、噴射補償收縮鋼纖維混凝土帶模養護與標準養護的抗壓強度進行了極差和對比分析。試驗結果表明,鋼纖維體積率與膨脹劑摻量的推薦組合,在標準養護條件下為0.8%和6%,在帶模養護條件下為1.6%和6%;在膨脹劑摻量為10%,鋼纖維體積率為1.6%時,抗壓強度提高比率最大,為17.9%。 Abstract: The range and comparative analysis on compressive strength of shotcrete, shrinkage-compensating shotcrete, steel fiber shotcrete, shrinkage-compensating steel fiber shotcrete are carried out by orthogonal experiment under molding maintenance or standard maintenance. The experimental results show that the recommendations for steel fiber volume rate and expansive agent under the standard maintenance condition are 0.8% and 6%, and under the molding maintenance condition are 1.6% and 6%. The largest improving ratio of compressive strength is 17.9% when the expansive agent dosage is 10% and steel fiber volume rate is 1.

    摘 要:軌道板模具是CRTSⅡ型無砟軌道板預制中的關鍵設備之一。介紹了CRTSⅡ型軌道板模具的主要結構組成,闡述了運用ANSYS軟件對軌道板模具有限元模型的建構方法、單元應用、載荷組合及加載方式等過程,并通過分析計算得出最不利工況下模具的應力與變形,對其強度和剛度進行檢算以優化軌道板模具的結構設計,以期推廣該方法的應用。 Abstract: The mold for track plates is one of the key equipments for the prefabricating process of CRTS Ⅱ unballasted track plates. The main structures of the mold for CRTSⅡ track plates are introduced. The model of the construction method, the unit type, load group and loading method using finite element software ANSYS are illustrated, and the stress and deformation of the mold under the most unfavorable conditions are analyzed and calculated. The mold strength and rigidity are confirmed to optimize the structure design of the mold, in order to popularize the application of this method

    摘 要:對使用了25年的一階段預應力混凝土管進行了性能檢測,其目的是為了檢驗預應力混凝土管在運行了25年后的質量變化情況。結果表明,一階段預應力混凝土管的質量無明顯下降,仍能達到產品標準要求的指標。 Abstract:The performances of the first stage prestressed concrete pipes which have been used 25 years are tested. The aim of the experiment is to test the quality changes of this prestressed concrete pipes after using 25 years.The results show that the quality of the prestressed pipes doesn't appear obviously decline,and it still can reach the indexes of the product standards requirements
