    摘 要:對不同類型陶粒在陶?;炷林械奈邓^程、水泥石孔徑分布、陶?;炷恋膬炔繚穸扰c自收縮進行了測試。研究結果表明:陶粒經過預濕處理后,吸水率大的陶粒在陶?;炷林械姆邓芰Ρ任市〉奶樟?;普通混凝土的有效水灰比和內部相對濕度最小,吸水率小的陶粒輕骨料混凝土居中,吸水率大的陶粒輕骨料混凝土最大;對于經過24h預濕處理的粗骨料,在水泥石中孔徑小于50nm的累計孔徑方面,吸水率大的陶粒輕骨料混凝土最小,吸水率小的陶粒輕骨料混凝土居中,普通混凝土最大;混凝土自收縮是有效水灰比和粗骨料約束程度共同作用的結果,吸水率大的陶粒輕骨料混凝土自收縮最小,普通混凝土的居中,吸水率小的陶粒輕骨料混凝土自收縮最大。 Abstract: The water absorption and desorption process of different type ceramsites embedded in ceramsite concrete, the pore size distribution of hardened cement paste in ceramsite concrete, the ceramsite concrete internal humidity and the autogenous shrinkage of ceramsite concrete are tested. The study results reveal that in ceramsite concrete, the water desorption property of higher water absorption ceramsites is stronger than that of lower water absorption ceramsites after 24h prewetting processing. The effective water-cement ratio and relative humidity of the ceramsite concrete with higher water absorption ceramsites is higher than that of the ceramsite concrete with lower water absorption ceramsites, and the relative humidity of the ordinary concrete is the lowest. With 24h prewetting processing of coarse aggregates, the cumulative pore size(< 50nm) of hardened cement paste of the ceramsite concrete with higher water absorption ceramsites is lower than that of the ceramsite concrete with lower water absorption ceramsites, and ordinary concrete is the largest. Concrete autogenous shrinkage is the result of the joint action of the effective water-cement ratio and constraint degree of coarse aggregates. The autogenous shrinkage of ordinary concrete is larger than that of the ceramsite concrete with higher water absorption ceramsites, but smaller than that of the ceramsite concrete with lower water absorption ceramsites.

    摘??要:研究了乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯聚合物乳液(簡稱EVA乳液)對泡沫混凝土力學性能、收縮性能和孔結構的影響。結果表明:EVA乳液能顯著提高泡沫混凝土的抗折強度,使抗壓強度先提高后降低;EVA乳液摻量越大,齡期越長,改善泡沫混凝土收縮的效果越好;隨EVA乳液摻量的增加,100μm內小孔數量逐漸減少,100~200μm氣孔數量逐漸增加,400μm以上大孔數量逐漸增加,孔徑呈增大趨勢。Abstract:Theeffectsofethylene-vinylacetatepolymeremulsion(EVAemulsion)onmechanicalproperties,shrinkagepropertiesandporestructureoffoamedconcretearestudied.TheresultsshowthatEVAemulsioncanimprovetheflexuralstrengthoffoamedconcreteobviously,andletthecompressivestrengthincreaseatthefirstanddecreaselater.TheeffectonimprovingtheshrinkageoffoamedconcreteisbetteraccordingtotheincreasingdosageofEVAemulsionandtheprolongingages.WiththeincreasingdosageofEVAemulsion,thequantityofmicroporeswithin100μmisdecreasinggradually,thequantityofstomatawithin100~200μmisincreasinggraduallyandthequantityoflargeporesabove400μmisalsoincreasinggradually,andtheporesizetendstoincrease.

    摘 要:研究了聚羧酸高效減水劑單摻及與早強劑和消泡劑復摻對膠砂試件蒸養強度的影響。試驗結果表明:水灰比相同時,單摻聚羧酸高效減水劑由于緩凝和引氣作用,會顯著降低膠砂試件的蒸養強度,而摻入早強劑和消泡劑可明顯改善這種不利影響。降低水灰比并嚴格控制水灰比,是聚羧酸高效減水劑應用于蒸養混凝土的關鍵。 Abstract: The effects of adding poly-carboxylic acid superplasticizer alone and adding together with early strength agent and defoaming agent on the steam-cured strength of mortar specimens are studied. The results show that with the same water-cement ratio, because of the retarding and air entraining effects of poly-carboxylic acid superplasticizer, the steam-cured strength of mortar specimens will be obviously reduced when adding poly-carboxylic acid superplasticizer alone, but the compound mixture of poly-carboxylic acid superplasticizer with early strength agent and defoaming agent can apparently improve the negative impact. Reducing the water-cement ratio, and controlling the water-cement ratio strictly are the keys to the application of poly-carboxylic acid superplasticizer on steam-cured concrete.

    摘 要:進行了飛灰單摻及復摻礦物摻合料的混凝土試驗,對不同配比混凝土進行了微觀形貌、工作性能、力學性能、耐久性能、重金屬浸出量的研究。結果表明,單摻飛灰的混凝土具有良好的力學性能及耐久性能,且重金屬的浸出量未超過國家標準,適當摻量的飛灰可直接應用于普通建筑混凝土結構。 Abstract: The experiments of adding municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash and complex adding mineral admixtures into concrete are carried out. Through the micro-morphology, operating performance, mechanical properties, durability properties and leaching toxicity test of heavy metals, the concrete with different mix proportions are researched. The experimental results indicate that the concrete mixed with fly ash has good mechanical properties and durability properties, and its leaching toxicity of heavy metal also complies with the national standards, which means that suitable mixing quantity of MSWI fly ash can directly apply in the ordinary construction concrete structure

    Abstract: Through coating calcium acrylate and cement on the surface of aggregates, the compact interface transition zone with certain strength is formed between aggregates and cement pastes to improve the former weak interface transition zone. The results indicate that adding calcium acrylate can not only optimize the mechanical property but also improve the corrosion resistance of interface transition zone. When the content of calcium acrylate is 0.5%, the flexural strength of 1 day can improve 71.75% and compressive strength of 28 days can improve 13.44%. When the content of calcium acrylate is 2.0%, the corrosion resistance coefficient can rise to 1.184.

    摘 要:從許可證管理制度、工程招投標合理報價、PCCP結構設計、工程業主資料審核、過程控制與監造及腐蝕條件下應采取的應對措施等六個方面對PCCP的產品質量及管道工程耐久性、安全性應采取的必要措施和手段進行了探討。認為PCCP行業的正常發展應該由工程業主、設計單位、監理單位、施工單位及工程驗收控制等單位共同努力,才能形成有效的質量控制管理體制,才能有效保證PCCP管道的性能及管道工程的安全性和耐久 Abstract: The product quality of PCCP and the necessary measures for durability and safety of pipe project are discussed from the aspects such as license management system, suitable quoted price for project bidding, structure design of PCCP, data auditing of engineering owner, process controlling and supervision, and countermeasures for corrosion condition. The effective quality controlling and management system for PCCP industry should carried out through the multi-endeavor of engineering owner, design unit, surveillance unit, construction unit and project acceptance and controlling unit, which can effectively ensure the performances of PCCP and the safety and durability of pipe project.

    摘 要:對使用了25年的一階段預應力混凝土管進行了性能檢測,其目的是為了檢驗預應力混凝土管在運行了25年后的質量變化情況。結果表明,一階段預應力混凝土管的質量無明顯下降,仍能達到產品標準要求的指標。 Abstract:The performances of the first stage prestressed concrete pipes which have been used 25 years are tested. The aim of the experiment is to test the quality changes of this prestressed concrete pipes after using 25 years.The results show that the quality of the prestressed pipes doesn't appear obviously decline,and it still can reach the indexes of the product standards requirements

    摘 要:軌道板模具是CRTSⅡ型無砟軌道板預制中的關鍵設備之一。介紹了CRTSⅡ型軌道板模具的主要結構組成,闡述了運用ANSYS軟件對軌道板模具有限元模型的建構方法、單元應用、載荷組合及加載方式等過程,并通過分析計算得出最不利工況下模具的應力與變形,對其強度和剛度進行檢算以優化軌道板模具的結構設計,以期推廣該方法的應用。 Abstract: The mold for track plates is one of the key equipments for the prefabricating process of CRTS Ⅱ unballasted track plates. The main structures of the mold for CRTSⅡ track plates are introduced. The model of the construction method, the unit type, load group and loading method using finite element software ANSYS are illustrated, and the stress and deformation of the mold under the most unfavorable conditions are analyzed and calculated. The mold strength and rigidity are confirmed to optimize the structure design of the mold, in order to popularize the application of this method
