    摘 要:結合之江大橋水中承臺新型鎖口鋼板樁圍堰施工實例,對新型鎖口鋼板樁圍堰施工的工藝原理、設計與布置、鋼板樁插打、鎖口封堵、圍堰內吸砂及封底混凝土澆筑等方面進行了分析研究。結果表明,新型鎖口鋼板樁圍堰可以將側板的拼裝及安裝化整為零,使得拼裝及下放簡單、合攏便捷、封水效果好,是一種水中承臺無底圍堰施工的新方法。 Abstract: Combining with practical example of new locking steel-sheet pile cofferdam construction of the pile cap in water for Zhijiang bridge, the aspects of process principle, design and layout, driving of steel-sheet piles, locking plugging, absorbing sand in cofferdam and concrete pouring with bottom sealing of new locking steel-sheet pile cofferdam construction are analyzed and studied. The results show that new locking steel-sheet pile cofferdam can be assembled and installed for side bar with the whole into parts, so that it is easy to be assembled, conveniently closured and has good effects on waterseal, which is a kind of new method of cofferdam construction without bottom of the pile cap in water.

    摘 要:針對RCC施工質量的影響眾多因素,依據RCC施工的特點建立了施工質量評價指標體系,以信息熵確定指標權重,采用未確知測度理論構造綜合評價模型。實證分析表明,該模型可操作性和適應性強。 Abstract: Based on many factors affecting the construction quality of RCC, a relative index evaluation system of the construction quality of RCC is formed according to the features of the RCC construction. By using the entropy theory to compute every index weight, a comprehensive evaluation model by unascertained measure theory is built. An example demonstrates that this model has the applicability and feasibility.

    摘 要:以某工程筏板基礎混凝土為例,分析了大體積混凝土一次澆灌的可行性,介紹了計算機測溫技術在該工程中的應用,解決了測溫自動化問題,為信息化施工提供了一個良好手段。 Abstract: For an example as a project of raft foundation concrete, the feasibility for once pouring of mass concrete is analyzed. The applications on computer thermometry technology in this project are introduced, and the problems on automatic thermometry are solved, which provides a good means for informational construction.

    摘 要:波折開孔鋼板是一種新型剪力連接件。為了研究設置有波折開孔板連接件的組合梁的界面特性,對具有雙排波折開孔鋼板連接件的鋼-混凝土組合梁進行了有限元模擬,分析計算了混凝土板與鋼梁上翼緣交界面處的相對滑移及其分布規律、應變差及其分布規律、波折開孔板連接件及貫穿鋼筋的受力情況。對比試驗結果表明,波折開孔鋼板連接件的抗滑移性能、抗剪性能良好,混凝土板和鋼梁具有良好的協同工作性能。 Abstract: The corrugated perforated plate is a kind of new shearing connectors. In order to investigate the interface character of composite beams with corrugated perforated plate, the finite element simulation for steel-concrete composite beams with double-row corrugated perforated plate connectors is carried out. In this simulation, the relative slippage and its distribution regularities, strain difference value and its distribution regularities on the interface for top flange of steel beam and concrete slab, and the force condition of corrugated perforated plate connectors and transfixion reinforced steel in the composite beam are analyzed and calculated. The contrast experimental results show that the anti-slippage and anti-shearing properties of corrugated perforated plate connectors are good, and the concrete slab and steel beam have good joint cooperation performance.

    摘 要:生土墻體材料是以生土為主要原料制備的墻體材料,耐水性能較差、強度較低是制約其應用發展的主要技術問題。本文介紹了生土墻體材料的改性方法與機理,以及不同改性技術對生土墻體材料性能的影響,分析了目前生土墻體材料在研究和應用中存在的問題,提出了進一步研究的建議。 Abstract: The raw soil wall material is a kind of wall material mainly made up with raw soil. Its major?technical?problems are poor water?resistance and low strength. The modification means and mechanism of raw soil wall material are introduced, and the effects of different modification technology on the properties of the raw soil wall material are carried out. The problems on the research and application of the raw soil wall material are analyzed and the suggestions for further study are put forward.

    摘 要:為解決SRC異形柱正截面承載力的計算問題,根據有限元計算原理和SRC異形柱的試驗研究成果,研發了SRC異形柱正截面承載力的電算程序,并對所研發的電算程序進行了試驗驗證。驗證結果表明,電算結果與試驗結果吻合較好,從而證明了電算程序的正確性,為SRC異形柱正截面承載力的計算和受力性能分析提供了工具。 Abstract: In order to calculate the normal section bearing capacity of SRC special-shaped columns, the computer programs are developed according to the finite element calculation principle and the experimental results of SRC special-shaped columns, and the experimental verification is made for the computer programs. The results show that the calculation results of the computer programs totally correspond with the experimental results, which proves the computer programs are correct, and the computer programs provide the tools for calculating the normal section bearing capacity and analyzing the mechanical properties of SRC special-shaped columns.

    摘 要:作為新型墻材,燒結頁巖裝飾多孔磚在工程中近年來發展十分迅速,它有著高強、質密等特點,又能保護耕地、節約能源。本文主要分析了用其砌筑的四個強度等級水泥砂漿砌筑的4組24個試件的變形特征,對該砌體彈性模量進行了計算分析,通過數據回歸,提出了夾芯砌體彈性模量建議計算公式。 Abstract:As a new wall material, sintering shale decorative porous bricks are developing very rapidly in recent years. The sintering shale decorative porous bricks have the characteristics of high strength, mass density, and they can also protect the farmland and be energy conservation. In this paper, the deformation features of 24 test specimens as 4 groups bricklaying by cement mortar with 4 strength grades are analyzed. The elastic modulus of sandwich composite masonry with sintered shale decorative porous bricks is calculated and analyzed. Through the data regression, the suggested calculation formula for the elastic modulus of sandwich composite masonry is proposed.

    摘 要:針對動壓失穩巷道的變形特征,提出了在動壓巷道中采用聚丙烯纖維混凝土鋼筋網殼錨噴支護技術。該新支護結構具有一定的整體可縮性,有較高的承載能力和讓壓性能?,F場監測表明,在不降低支護承載能力的情況下,該支護形式能很好地防止動壓變形,具有良好的柔性,是一種優良的動壓巷道讓壓支護結構。 Abstract:Aiming at the the deformation characteristics of dynamic pressure instability for roadway, the supporting technology of reinforced wire-shell bolting shotcrete for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete in dynamic pressure roadway is proposed. This new supporting structure has a centain retractable proporty in total, higer bearing capacity and yielding property. The on-site monitoring indicates that under the situation of not reducing the bearing capacity for supporing, the supporting form can greatly prevent the dynamic pressure deformation, and has good flexibility, which is a good kind of yielding supporting structure for dymanic pressure roadway.

    摘 要:結合淮南某礦區典型錨噴巷道工程,進行了聚丙烯纖維混凝土噴層抗拉、抗壓、抗剪及彎曲性能試驗研究和工業試驗。結果表明,聚丙烯纖維的摻入大幅度提高了噴層的極限變形量,同時使噴層具有較強的抗彎能力和讓壓能力。噴射聚丙烯纖維混凝土施工工藝簡單,回彈率低,噴層成形較好,可增加一次噴射厚度,減少復噴量,有利于提高施工效率。 Abstract: Combining with a typical project for anchor spraying roadways in Huainan mining area, the test researches and industrial tests for tensile strength, compressive strength, shear strength and flexural property with shotcrete layer for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete are accomplished. The results indicate that shotcrete layer for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete can greatly increase the ultimate deflection of shotcrete layer, at the same time, shotcrete layer has greater flexural capacity and yielding capacity. The process of spraying polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete construction is easy, rebound rate is low, and the foundation of shotcrete layer is good, which can add the once thickness of spraying and reduce the content of combined injection, which is useful for improving the construction efficiency.

    摘 要:針對錨固體系的結構安全性,利用三維有限元法建立模型,通過對M15ZH-9D型號高性能混凝土復合錨墊板與M15E-9DT型號傳統鑄鐵錨墊板的受力分析比較,結果表明,高性能混凝土復合錨墊板強度不低于傳統鑄鐵錨墊板。結合工程實際,并根據M15ZH-9D型錨墊板荷載傳遞試驗結論和錨固區混凝土局部受壓應力分布規律,為錨墊板結構優化和成本降低提供了理論基礎。 Abstract: According to the structure safety of the anchorage system, utilizing the 3D finite element method to establish the model, through the comparison analysis on the stress between the high performance concrete (HPC) composite anchor plate (M15ZH-9D) and the traditional cast iron anchor plate (M15E-9DT), it is concluded that the strength of the HPC composite anchor plate is not less than that of traditional cast iron anchor plate. Combined with the engineering practice, according to the load transfer test conclusion of the M15ZH-9D anchor plate and the distribution rule of the concrete local stress in anchorage zone, the theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the anchor plate and cost reduction is provided.
