    摘??要:為滿足海洋環境下混凝土的施工要求,開展了粉煤灰海工自密實高性能混凝土配合比參數的試驗研究。試驗結果表明,摻入30%~40%粉煤灰、水膠比為0.35~0.37、用水量為170kg/m3的自密實混凝土具有較高的流動性、填充性、間隙通過性和抗離析性,滿足自密實混凝土的施工要求,且具有較高的抗壓強度和抗氯鹽侵蝕性能,滿足海洋環境下抗氯鹽侵蝕的耐久性要求。Abstract:Tosatisfythemarineconcreteconstruction,themixproportionparametersofflyashhighperformanceself-compactingmarineconcreteisexperimentallystudied.Experimentalresultsshowthatthefluidity,fillingability,passingabilityandsegregationresistanceofself-compactingconcretewith30%~40%flyasharebetterwhenitswater-binderratioisfrom0.35to0.37anditswatercontentisheldat170kg/m3,whichsatisfiesthedemandofmarineconcreteconstruction.Moreover,itscompressivestrengthandchlorideresistanceishigheranditcanbeusedinconcretestructureofmarinecircumstance.

    摘??要:針對災后混凝土工程需要快速及時修補的情況,研究了磷酸鹽快速修補材料的力學性能、水化產物及微觀結構。結果表明:磷酸鹽快速修補材料的抗壓強度隨水膠比和P:M的增大而降低,隨著齡期的增長,水膠比和P:M對磷酸鹽水泥抗壓強度的影響逐步顯著。摻加20%粉煤灰或20%磨細礦渣后,快速修補材料抗壓強度有所降低,后者更為明顯。磷酸鹽水泥在3d內強度增長較快,3h抗壓強度較高,約為28d的40%~60%。XRD及DSC-TG分析顯示磷酸鹽水泥主要水化產物為MgNH4PO4·6H2O,SEM結果表明摻合料玻璃微珠和磷酸鹽水泥的界面過渡區較為明顯,內部結構較疏松。Abstract:Aimingattherequirementoftimelyrapidrepairforconcretestructureundergonenaturedisaster,themechanicalproperties,hydrationproductsandmicrostructureofphosphaterapidrepairmaterialarestudiedbyexperiment.Theresultsshowthatthecompressivestrengthofphosphaterapidrepairmaterialisreducedwiththeincreaseofwater-cementratioandP:M.Itisgraduallysignificantthatthecompressivestrengthofphosphatecementisaffectedbywater-cementratioandP:Mwithage.Mixedwith20%flyashor20%groundslag,thecompressivestrengthofrapidrepairmaterialisdecreasedandthelatteronebecomesmoreobvious.Thecompressivestrengthofphosphatecementincreasesrapidlywithin3d.Thecompressivestrengthishigherat3h?anditis?40%to60%of28dcompressivestrength.ItisshownbyXRDandDSC-TGthatthemajorhydrationproductsofphosphatecementisMgNH4PO4·6H2O.Theinterfacialtransitionzoneisobviousbetweenglassbeadsinadmixturematerialsandphosphatecement,andtheinternalmicrostructureisalittleloose.

    摘??要:針對應用全計算方法進行C40高性能混凝土配合比設計時存在膠凝材料總量及砂率等相關參數偏大的問題,引入修正系數,并通過試驗確定了該系數合理的取值范圍。結果表明:采用相關參數優化后確定的配合比,不僅可以配制出強度滿足要求、抗Cl-滲透性能良好的高性能混凝土,而且降低了膠凝材料用量。Abstract:Whentheoverallcalculationmethodisusedformixdesignofhighperformanceconcrete(HPC),theparametersoftotalcementitiousmaterialsandsandratioarecomparativelybigger.Inordertosolvetheproblems,thecorrectionfactorsareintroduced,andthereasonablevalueofthecoefficientisobtainedthroughthetests.Theresultsshowthatthestrengthoftheconcretewhicharemadebytheoptimizedmixproportionscanmeettherequirements,theperformanceoftheanti-chlorideionpenetrationofthisHPCisbetter,andthecementitiousmaterialconsumptionisreduced.

    摘 要:研究了陽極電解液對碳化混凝土再堿化效果的影響,重點討論了再堿化過程中混凝土抗壓強度、鋼筋與混凝土粘結性能及腐蝕電位與總電量之間的關系。試驗結果表明:鋰的堿性溶液作為陽極電解液比鈉的堿性溶液好;電化學再堿化處理能使碳化混凝土中的堿性和鋼筋自然電位恢復到碳化以前水平,使活化鋼筋重新處于鈍化狀態;再堿化過程中混凝土性能劣化與總電量(堿化時間與電流密度的乘積)之間存在較好的線性關系,可根據回歸的線性方程合理設計再堿化過程。 Abstract: The effects of anode electrolyte on electrochemical realkalisation of carbonated concrete are investigated. In addition, several mechanical properties including compressive strength, bond strength and the relationship between corrosion potential and total electric quantity are discussed. The experimental results show that alkaline solution of lithium used as an anode electrolyte is better than sodium, and the open circuit potential and pH value nearby the rebar indicates that the realkalisation successfully returns to the carbonization state, and concrete properties are clearly related with the influence parameter, defined as the product of the polarization time and cathodic current density, unified regressive curves are obtained to design a suitable realkalisation process.

    摘 要:研究了石灰石粉對水泥基材料自收縮性能和自干燥效應的影響,探討了硬化漿體自干燥效應與自收縮的關系。研究發現:硬化漿體的自收縮隨石灰石粉摻量的增加呈現先增加后降低的趨勢,石灰石粉摻量為10%時達到最大值。同時發現,當石灰石粉摻量超過15%時,硬化漿體的自收縮開始低于基準組,隨著摻量增加,自收縮進一步降低。石灰石粉對硬化漿體自干燥效應的影響規律與石灰石粉對硬化漿體自收縮的影響規律一致。硬化漿體的自干燥體積與自收縮變形具有良好的正相關性,硬化漿體的自干燥效應能夠在一定程度上體現硬化漿體的自收縮變形。 Abstract: Effects of the ground limestone on the autogenous shrinkage and the self-dessication volume of the cement-based materials are studied, and the relationship between the self-dessication effect and the autogenous shrinkage is discussed. The results show that the autogenous shrinkage of the hardened pastes increases at first and decreases later with the ground limestone content increasing, which reaches the maximum when ground limestone is 10%. At the same time, it is found that the autogenous shrinkage of the paste containing more than 15% ground limestone starts to be lower than that of the pure ones, and the increasing ground limestone content leads to the further increase of the autogenous shrinkage. The influence law of the ground limestone on the self-dessication effect is consistent with the influence law of the ground limestone on the autogenous shrinkage of the pastes. It is known that there is a significant positive correlation between the self-dessication volume and the autogenous shrinkage of the pastes through the research of the relationship between the self-dessication effect and the autogenous shrinkage of the samples, therefore, the self-dessication effect can reflect the autogenous shrinkage of the pastes in a certain extent.

    摘 要:介紹了國內外立式徑向擠壓制管工藝技術及設備狀況。通過立式徑向擠壓制管工藝及設備的引進及消化吸收與自主研制,以及國內配套設備如立式徑向擠壓專用模具、滾焊機等設備的設計制造與實際應用,表明立式徑向擠壓制管工藝技術及設備在國內已經走向成熟,該制管技術在生產小口徑排水管方面具有獨特的優勢,生產效率特別高,并提出了該生產工藝技術設計與質量控制的要點。 Abstract: The process technology and equipment situation of vertical radial extruding producing pipes in China and abroad are introduced. Through the bringing in, absorption and autonomous developments of process and equipment of vertical radial extruding producing pipes, and the design production and practical application of marching equipment such as special mould for vertical radial extruding, roll welder and other equipments, the process technology and equipment of vertical radial extruding producing pipes in China have been becoming mature. This producing pipe technology has the specific advantage on producing small diameter pipes, the production efficiency is very high, and the key point of technical design and quality control of the production process are brought up.

    摘 要:針對薄壁方鋼管混凝土在軸壓下易產生局部屈曲問題,考慮材料本構關系的非線性,利用ANSYS程序建立了不帶肋和帶肋的薄壁方鋼管混凝土組合柱的三維有限元模型;在普通鋼管混凝土工作原理基礎上,對帶肋薄壁方鋼管混凝土受力機理進行了探討。揭示出受力過程中帶肋薄壁鋼管與核心混凝土截面應力分布發展規律及二者間的相互作用。結果表明,設肋后顯著削弱鋼管角部應力,增大核心混凝土區面積,即增強了對核心混凝土的約束效應,改善了薄壁方鋼管混凝土柱的局部屈曲性能,增強了承載力和延性。 Abstract:Aimed at the problem on local buckling of thin-walled concrete filled square steel tubes under axial compressive loading, considering the nonlinear material constitutive relation, using ANSYS program to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of the non-ribbed and ribbed thin-walled concrete filled square steel tubes of composite columns, on the base of the working principle for common concrete with steel tubes, the stress mechanism of ribbed thin-walled concrete filled square steel tubes is discussed, which reveals the developing rules of stress distribution and the interaction between ribbed thin-walled steel tube and core concrete section in the stress process.The results show that the stress of steel tube corner is significantly weakened after ribbed, and increasing the area of core concrete, namely enhancing the binding effect on core concrete, can improve the local buckling performance of the thin-walled concrete columns filled square steel tubes, and enhance the bearing capacity and ductility.

    摘 要:針對錨固體系的結構安全性,利用三維有限元法建立模型,通過對M15ZH-9D型號高性能混凝土復合錨墊板與M15E-9DT型號傳統鑄鐵錨墊板的受力分析比較,結果表明,高性能混凝土復合錨墊板強度不低于傳統鑄鐵錨墊板。結合工程實際,并根據M15ZH-9D型錨墊板荷載傳遞試驗結論和錨固區混凝土局部受壓應力分布規律,為錨墊板結構優化和成本降低提供了理論基礎。 Abstract: According to the structure safety of the anchorage system, utilizing the 3D finite element method to establish the model, through the comparison analysis on the stress between the high performance concrete (HPC) composite anchor plate (M15ZH-9D) and the traditional cast iron anchor plate (M15E-9DT), it is concluded that the strength of the HPC composite anchor plate is not less than that of traditional cast iron anchor plate. Combined with the engineering practice, according to the load transfer test conclusion of the M15ZH-9D anchor plate and the distribution rule of the concrete local stress in anchorage zone, the theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the anchor plate and cost reduction is provided.

    摘 要:結合淮南某礦區典型錨噴巷道工程,進行了聚丙烯纖維混凝土噴層抗拉、抗壓、抗剪及彎曲性能試驗研究和工業試驗。結果表明,聚丙烯纖維的摻入大幅度提高了噴層的極限變形量,同時使噴層具有較強的抗彎能力和讓壓能力。噴射聚丙烯纖維混凝土施工工藝簡單,回彈率低,噴層成形較好,可增加一次噴射厚度,減少復噴量,有利于提高施工效率。 Abstract: Combining with a typical project for anchor spraying roadways in Huainan mining area, the test researches and industrial tests for tensile strength, compressive strength, shear strength and flexural property with shotcrete layer for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete are accomplished. The results indicate that shotcrete layer for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete can greatly increase the ultimate deflection of shotcrete layer, at the same time, shotcrete layer has greater flexural capacity and yielding capacity. The process of spraying polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete construction is easy, rebound rate is low, and the foundation of shotcrete layer is good, which can add the once thickness of spraying and reduce the content of combined injection, which is useful for improving the construction efficiency.

    摘 要:針對動壓失穩巷道的變形特征,提出了在動壓巷道中采用聚丙烯纖維混凝土鋼筋網殼錨噴支護技術。該新支護結構具有一定的整體可縮性,有較高的承載能力和讓壓性能?,F場監測表明,在不降低支護承載能力的情況下,該支護形式能很好地防止動壓變形,具有良好的柔性,是一種優良的動壓巷道讓壓支護結構。 Abstract:Aiming at the the deformation characteristics of dynamic pressure instability for roadway, the supporting technology of reinforced wire-shell bolting shotcrete for polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete in dynamic pressure roadway is proposed. This new supporting structure has a centain retractable proporty in total, higer bearing capacity and yielding property. The on-site monitoring indicates that under the situation of not reducing the bearing capacity for supporing, the supporting form can greatly prevent the dynamic pressure deformation, and has good flexibility, which is a good kind of yielding supporting structure for dymanic pressure roadway.
