    摘 要:中國水利水電科學研究院李金玉教授等人在實驗室中用速凍法試驗得到了混凝土抗凍性與大氣中的抗凍性存在一定的相關性,從而為全國各地大氣中混凝土建筑物的抗凍性使用壽命設計指出了方向。 Abstract: The correlation between frost resistance of concrete and frost resistance in atmosphere is obtained by quick freezing method by Professor Li Jinyu of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, which points out the direction for the using lifetime design for frost resistance of concrete buildings in atmosphere in China.

    摘??要:利用XRD、DSC/TG、SEM/EDS和顯微硬度等測試手段對電場作用后砂漿內部預埋水泥凈漿的組成和微觀結構進行了分析。結果表明:電場作用的初期,陰極附近生成大量結晶較好的Ca(OH)2,且取向性指數大;然而隨著通電時間的延長,Ca(OH)2的生成趨于穩定,且取向性指數逐漸減??;陰極附近試樣的顯微硬度呈現先減小后增大的發展規律;掃描電鏡的結果揭示,通電初期陰極附近的凈漿表面富集大量Ca(OH)2,隨著電場作用時間延長,陰極附近生成富鈉硅酸鹽相。由此可見,電場作用在一定程度上弱化了陰極附近的砂漿與混凝土。Abstract:Thecompositionandmicro-structureofcementpasteinelectricfieldareinvestigatedbyinstrumentsofXRD,DSC/TG,SEM/EDSandmicrohardness.Theresultsshowthatintheinitialstage,thereisalargequantityofbettercrystallographicCa(OH)2withveryhighorientationnearthecathode.However,theinformationofCa(OH)2becomesstableandtheorientationofCa(OH)2graduallydecreaseswiththeextensionofconductiontime.Themicrohardnessoftheembeddedpastesdecreasesatthebeginningofelectricfield,andthenincreasesattheendofelectricfield.TheresultsofSEMindicatethatalotofCa(OH)2gatheronthesurfaceofcementpastenearbythecathode,buttherearemanysilicatesdopingsodiumintheneighborhoodofthecathodeafterlongelectrification.Aaresult,thebondbetweenmortarsandconcretenearthecathodeisdecreasedinsomeextentbyelectricfield.

    摘 要:通過試驗對萘系高效減水劑和聚羧酸系高效減水劑的減水效果以及對混凝土性能的影響進行了對比。試驗結果表明:聚羧酸系高效減水劑的減水效果更好;聚羧酸系高效減水劑提高混凝土的抗壓強度、抗滲性和抗碳化性能的效果更為顯著,而提高抗凍性的效果與萘系高效減水劑相當;聚羧酸系高效減水劑能減小混凝土的收縮值,而萘系高效減水劑對減少收縮沒有作用,后期甚至有負面影響。 Abstract: A comparison between the effects of naphthalene series superplasticizer and polycarboxylate series superplasticizer on the concrete’s performances is made by experiments. The results show that polycarboxylate series superplasticizer is better in reducing water and more effective in increasing the concrete’s compressive strength, permeability resistance as well as carbonation resistance; but it is as effective as naphthalene series superplasticizer in increasing the concrete’s frost resistance. In addition, polycarboxylate series superplasticizer is able to reduce the shrinkage of concrete, while naphthalene series superplasticizer is unable, and even has negative effect in the later age of

    摘??要:研究了礦物摻合料對混凝土抗雜散電流性能的影響。結果發現:粉煤灰和礦渣微粉均可以改善混凝土的抗雜散電流性能,并且隨著摻量的增加,改善效果逐漸增強。粉煤灰和礦渣微粉復摻后,改善混凝土抗雜散電流的效果最為顯著,尤其是復摻總量為20%時,混凝土雜散電流腐蝕開裂時間比基準混凝土延長了28.67%。通過對各配合比混凝土試樣進行Sirion場發射掃描電鏡實驗觀察混凝土表面形貌特征發現,粉煤灰與礦渣微粉的復摻使得膠凝材料水化完全,混凝土表面較為致密,大大提高了混凝土的抗雜散電流性能。Abstract:Theeffectofthemineraladmixturesonthestraycurrentresistanceofconcreteisstudied.Theresultsshowthat:addingflyashorslagpowdertotheconcretecouldimprovethestraycurrentresistanceofconcrete,andwiththecontentincreasing,theimprovingeffect?enhancesstraightly.Double-mixtureflyashandslagcouldeffectivelyimprovethestraycurrentresistanceofconcrete,especiallywhentheoptimaldosageis20%,thecrackingtimeofstraycurrentcorrosionforconcretecanprolong28.67%comparedwiththenormalconcrete.ThroughobservingthesurfaceshapecharacteristicofconcretebytheSirionscanningelectronicmicroscope,double-mixtureflyashandslagcouldmakethehydrationofthecementitiousmaterialbeingcomplete,whichcanenhancethestraycurrentresistanceofconcretegreatly.

    摘 要:在承臺海工混凝土中摻入新型復合氨基醇阻銹劑后出現“滯后泌水”現象,導致砂線的外觀缺陷,就此進行了試驗研究與成因分析表明,含氣量過大是造成“滯后泌水”的根本原因。 Abstract:Lagging bleeding phenomenon is appeared after adding corrosion inhibitor maded by composite amino alcohols into marine concrete of pile caps, which leads to bare-sand defect on concrete. It is considered that oversize air content is the basic reason for lagging bleeding.

    摘 要:通過低堿度風淬鋼渣制作成鋼渣混凝土試件,采用兩電極法測量了滲濾閥值。根據滲濾閥值制作了含有不銹鋼片電極的鋼渣混凝土窨井蓋,模擬窨井蓋在實際工況下的受力情況,測試了窨井蓋從加載至破壞時電阻的變化情況以及在循環荷載和不同沖擊荷載作用下電阻的變化情況。結果表明,在不同的受力狀況下窨井蓋的電阻變化是不同的,正常工作荷載下窨井蓋的電阻率趨于一常數,破壞荷載下電阻率急劇上升,通過測量窨井蓋電阻率的變化情況,可以感知窨井蓋的破壞狀況,便于及時更換,提高城市的管理水平. Abstract: Low basicity air quenching to treat steel slag are collected to produce steel slag concrete, and the percolation threshold of steel slag concrete is measured by two electrodes method. Based on the percolation threshold, the steel slag concrete manhole cover which has two stainless steel electrodes are produced, the actual force of manhole cover is simulated, the resistivity of manhole cover from beginning loading to damage as well as under cyclic loading and different impacting loading are measured. The results show that the resistivity variety under different forces is not same. Under normal working condition, the resistivity of manhole cover tends to a constant and it moves higher sharply under damage loading. Through measuring its resistivity, the destroying state of manhole cover can be known, which is helpful for replacing the manhole cover in time.

The special rotating vibration phenomenon of centrifugal casting is discussed, and the possibility of preventing the mould vibration by limiting the objection degree of equipment is investigated.

    摘 要:對鋼纖維混凝土與老混凝土粘結收縮性能進行了系統的試驗研究;從新老混凝土收縮差異的角度,分析了鋼纖維摻量對新老混凝土粘結收縮性能的影響。通過試驗及對比分析可知,新老混凝土的收縮差異受鋼纖維摻量及粘結面的共同影響,鋼纖維含量越高、距粘結面距離越近則新老混凝土的收縮差異越小。 Abstract: Abstract: The systemic experiment research on the adherence shrinkage performance between steel fiber reinforced concrete and old concrete are carried out. From the aspect of the shrinkage differences, the effects of content of steel fiber on adherence shrinkage performance between new and old concrete are analyzed. Through the experiment and comparing analysis, the differences of shrinkage between new and old concrete are affected both by content of steel fiber and bonding interface. The higher content of steel fiber, the closer distance with bonding interface, the difference of shrinkage between new and old concrete will become smaller.
