    摘??要:為明確應變速率對混凝土單軸抗壓特性的影響,本文應用MTS試驗機對C50混凝土在應變速率為10-5~10-2/s范圍內進行了單軸動態抗壓試驗。系統研究了不同應變速率下混凝土的抗壓強度、彈性模量、峰值應變等抗壓力學特性,分析了混凝土抗壓強度、彈性模量等與應變速率之間的關系。試驗結果表明:混凝土抗壓強度、彈性模量隨著應變速率的增加而增加,峰值應變、泊松比離散性較大,受應變速率的影響不明顯。Abstract:Inordertoinvestigatetheeffectofstrainrateonconcreteuniaxialcompressiveproperty,dynamicconpressiveexperimentsofconcretespecimens(C50)arecarriedoutonMTSwiththeuniaxialstrainraterangingfrom10-5/sto10-2/s.Thecompressivepropertiesofconcreteunderdifferentstainrates,whichincludecompressivestrength,elasticmodulus,peakstrainandPoisson’sratio,arestudiedsystematically.Theformulaswhichcandescribethechangelawofthecompressivestrengthandelasticmodulusofconcreteunderthedifferentstrainratesareproposed.Thetestresultsindicatethatthecompresseivestrengthandelasticmodulusofconcretewouldincreasewiththestrainrateincreasing.ThediscretenessofpeakstrainandPoisson’sratioarelarger,andtheeffectofstrainrateonpeakstrainandPoisson’sratioarenotobvious.

    摘 要:采用偏高嶺土、粉煤灰和礦渣等量取代水泥,并將偏高嶺土與粉煤灰、礦渣分別復摻配制混凝土,對混凝土的工作性、抗壓強度和耐久性進行了研究。結果表明,偏高嶺土用作混凝土摻合料且摻量合理時,其對混凝土坍落度和抗壓強度的影響優于粉煤灰和礦渣,配制的混凝土抗腐蝕性和抗凍融性均有所提高。 Abstract: Using the metakaolin, fly ash and slag equivalently replacing cement, and using the metakaolin respectively mixing with the fly ash and slag, the specific concrete are prepared. And the workability, compressive strength and durability of concrete are studied. Test results show that, when the metakaolin is used as concrete admixture and the dosage is reasonable, the effects of metakaolin on slump and compressive strength of concrete are better than the effects of fly ash and slag, and the corrosion resistance and freezing-thaw resistance of concrete are improved

    摘??要:借助Ca(OH)2剩余量和化學結合水量的測定方法,對熱活化煤矸石復合水泥體系的水化反應程度進行了分析,并采用差熱分析法(DifferentialThermalAnalysis,DTA)對體系水化過程的熱特性進行了追蹤研究。結果表明:熱活化煤矸石水泥體系中,以煅燒溫度為750℃、保溫時間為4h的煤矸石-水泥體系的水化反應程度較高,Ca(OH)2剩余量較少,化學結合水量較多。Abstract:ThroughthedeterminationofCa(OH)2contentandchemicallycombinedwatercontent,hydrationreactiondegreeofblendedcementbasedonthermal-activatedcoalganguecanbeinvestigated.BymeansofDTA(DifferentialThermalAnalysismethod),hydrationcharacteristicofthesystemcanbeanalyzed.Theresultsshowthat:whencoalganguecalcinedunder750℃andheldfor4hoursatthistemperature,thermal-activatedcoalganguecementshowshighhydrationreactiondegreewithfewerCa(OH)2contentandmorechemicallycombinedwatercontent.

    摘 要:通過壓汞法研究了不同活性MgO對硬化水泥漿體孔結構的影響,探索了養護制度以及粉煤灰對外摻MgO硬化水泥漿體孔結構的影響規律。結果表明,40℃水養時,低活性值的MgO顯著降低了硬化水泥漿體的孔隙率和毛細孔體積,優化了水泥漿體的孔結構;提高養護濕度或溫度,促進了外摻MgO水泥漿體孔結構的優化分布;粉煤灰可進一步優化MgO水泥漿體的孔結構,即單摻MgO對水泥漿體孔結構的優化作用<粉煤灰與MgO復摻的<單摻粉煤灰的。 Abstract: The effects of MgO with different activities on pore structure of hardened cement paste are studied through using mercury intrusion method, and the influence laws of curing system and fly ash on pore structure of hardened cement paste with MgO are explored. The results show that the MgO with low activity can obviously decrease the porosity and capillary pore volume of hardened cement paste under 40℃ water curing, and it can optimize the pore structure of cement paste. Increasing the curing humidity or temperature can improve the optimum distribution of pore structure of cement paste with MgO. And fly ash also can optimize the pore structure of cement paste with MgO, which is better than single doped MgO or complex doped fly ash and MgO.

    摘??要:通過工程實例,比較了混凝土溫度場的常規理論計算方法及有限元計算方法,并與施工過程中的實測溫度結果進行了對比。結果表明,有限元方法能夠更好地模擬混凝土溫度場變化,是今后混凝土溫控計算的發展方向。Abstract:Withpracticalinstances,theresultsofcalculatingtheconcretetemperaturefieldintheoreticalmethodandfiniteelementmethodarecompared,whicharecomparedwiththeresultsobtainedinactualconstructionprocess.Theresultsshowthatthefiniteelementmethodcansimulatetheconcretetemperaturefieldbetter,whichwouldbethedevelopmentdirectioninthelaterresearchofconcretetemperaturecontrolcalculation.

    摘??要:考慮到天津地區Ⅰ類砂幾乎沒有,優質礦物摻合料也很少,本文將閩江優質江砂與薊縣Ⅱ類河砂混用,采用Ⅱ級粉煤灰及S75Ⅲ級磨細礦粉作為礦物摻合料配制C50高性能泵送混凝土。結果表明,試配后的混凝土強度不受影響,并且可降低水化熱,該試驗配比對早期強度要求不高的混凝土結構更為有利。Abstract:ConsideringthatthereislittleⅠclasssandandhighqualitymineraladmixturesinTianjinarea,highqualityriversandinMinjiangRiverandⅡclassriversandinJixianaremixed,andusingⅡclassflyashandⅢclassS75groundblastfurnaceslagasmineraladmixtures,theC50highperformancepumpingconcreteisprepared.Theresultsshowthatthecompressivestrengthissuitableaftertrialmixture,andtheexperimentalmixproportioncanreducethehydrationheat,whichismoreeffectiveontheconcretestructurewithouttherequirementtohighearlystrength.

    摘 要:基于福州盆地3根PHC管樁和2根沖孔灌注樁水平靜載試驗結果,對單樁水平荷載位移曲線進行數學擬合研究。研究發現,①沖孔灌注樁單樁水平荷載位移曲線呈雙曲線和冪級數形態,PHC管樁呈直線形態;②對PHC管樁單樁水平荷載位移曲線直線模型擬合效果最優,基于該數學模型的樁頂水平荷載計算值與實測值的誤差一般為-7.53%~20.74%,說明用直線模型針對PHC管樁水平荷載位移曲線的擬合是較為精確和可靠的;③雙曲線模型和冪函數模型均能對沖孔灌注樁單樁水平荷載位移曲線進行合理擬合,基于雙曲線模型的樁頂水平荷載計算值與實測值的誤差一般為-10.99%~18.91%,基于冪函數模型的樁頂水平荷載計算值與實測值的誤差一般為-16.03%~9.96%。 Abstract: Based on the test results of horizontal static load for three PHC piles and two drop impact-cone concrete piles in Fuzhou Basin, a mathematical fitting study is carried out on the pile horizontal load displacement curve. The results show that: 1) The pile horizontal load displacement curve of drop impact-cone concrete piles is in hyperbolic and power series shape while the one of PHC piles is in linear shape. 2) The fitting effect of linear model is the best for pile horizontal load displacement curve of PHC piles, and on the basis of such mathematical model, the error of calculated value and measured value for pile top horizontal load is generally between -7.53% to 20.74%, which means the fitting for horizontal load displacement curve of PHC piles is relatively accurate and reliable by means of linear model. 3) The pile horizontal load displacement curve of drop impact-cone concrete piles can be reasonably fitted both through hyperbolic model and power function model. Based on the hyperbolic model, the error of calculated value and measured value for pile top horizontal load is generally between -10.99% to 18.91%, while based on power function model, the error of calculated value and measured value for pile top horizontal load is generally between -16.03% to 9.96%.

    摘 要:利用聚丙烯纖維對混凝土的影響,選用對防滲墻、路基等有利的低彈?;炷僚浜媳?,并同時兼顧混凝土強度、彈性模量、抗裂抗滲性能,做了本構模型和力學性能分析。結果表明,在混凝土中摻入一定量的聚丙烯纖維是克服混凝土開裂的有效途徑,能夠有效提高混凝土的延性,改善混凝土的變形性能。當水灰比為0.65,聚丙烯纖維摻量為0.9%時,低彈?;炷恋目沽?、防滲性能達到最優。 Abstract: Using the influence of polypropylene fiber on concrete, selecting a right mix-proportion with a low elastic modulus concrete for anti-permeability wall and road base, and considering the concrete strength, elastic modulus, crack-resistance and anti-permeability, the constitutive model and the analysis on mechanical properties are carried out. The results show that mixing a suitable amount of polypropylene fiber into concrete can overcome the concrete cracking, effectively improve the ductility of concrete and improve the deformation property of concrete. When the water-cement ratio is 0.65 and the dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0.9%, the crack-resistance and anti-permeability of low elastic modulus concrete can achieve an optimal performance.
