    摘 要:針對先張法預應力混凝土管樁產品存在的主要質量問題,為提高其產品質量,根據FMEA質量控制技術(故障模式及影響分析)的基本應用原理,論述了其在先張法預應力混凝土管樁產品生產過程中應用的步驟和方法,列舉了在產品設計和生產過程中質量控制的具體案例。 Abstract: According to the main quality problems of pre-tensioned prestressed concrete pile products, to improve the quality of products, and based on the basic application principles of quality control techniques of FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis),the steps and methods of FEMA applied in the producing process of pre-tensioned prestressed concrete pile products are discussed,and the specific cases for quality control in the product design and producing process are listed.

    摘 要:淮北某煤礦地壓災害極為嚴重,圍巖頂、底多為砂巖、粉砂巖、泥巖,導致巷道底臌量大,現有支護無法得到滿意的支護效果。通過對導致底臌因素的分析并結合目前礦井巷道現狀,采用了全封閉棚架和注漿聯合支護技術,有效地控制了圍巖變形,使巷道一次支護成功。 Abstract: The situation of ground pressure hazard of a coal mine in Huaibei is extremely serious, because the top and bottom of surrounding rock are mostly sandstone, siltstone and mudstone, which leads to large amount of floor heave of roadway, and the supporting effects of existing support cannot be satisfactory. Based on the analysis of the factors leading to floor heave and combining with the current situation of mine roadway, a full-sealed scaffolding and grouting combination supporting technology is used, which can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation, and make the primary support of roadway be successful.

    摘 要:現澆板負彎矩鋼筋保護層偏差直接影響到鋼筋混凝土板的力學性能及耐久性,關系到建筑物的使用安全及使用壽命,現行混凝土結構驗收規范要求在驗收時必須提供保護層厚度實體檢測結果,因此,在設計和施工中應采取有效措施保證保護層厚度的準確性,以確保構件的正常使用,提高工程質量。 Abstract: Negative bending moment reinforced protection layer deviations of in-situ slab can directly affect the mechanical properties and durability of reinforced concrete slabs, which is relative to the using safety of a building and its service life. The existing concrete structure acceptance specification requires that the entity test results of protection layer thickness must be supplied when doing acceptance, therefore, during the design and construction, effective measures to guarantee the accuracy of protection layer thickness should be taken, which can ensure the normal use of components and improve the engineering quality.

    摘 要: 利用聚合物水泥包覆膨脹珍珠巖制成改性珠粒,并將改性珠粒摻加到水泥砂漿中制成保溫砌塊。測試了改性珠粒的吸水率、筒壓強度及導熱系數,并據此確定了聚灰比;研究了改性珠粒不同摻加比例的保溫砌塊的密度、導熱系數、吸水率以及強度的變化,并對摻加比例與導熱系數進行了線性回歸分析。 Abstract: Expanded perlite cladded by polymer modified cement-based composite materials is made into modified beads, and thermal insulation blocks are made out through adding modified beads to cement mortar. The water absorption, thermal conductivity and compressive strength of modified beads are tested, and polymer cement ratio is determined. The density, thermal conductivity, water absorption and changes in intensity of the thermal insulation blocks with different proportions of modified beads are studied, and the linear regression analysis between mixing ratio and thermal conductivity is carried out.

    摘 要:根據西北采暖地區外保溫抹面膠漿的性能要求,對廢舊輪胎橡膠顆粒在水泥基材料中的已有研究進行了分析。分析研究表明,廢舊輪胎橡膠顆粒能夠提高抹面膠漿的抗開裂性、抗沖擊性和抗凍性,并能增強其隔聲效果和保溫性能。指出了在應用研究中,應設置模擬環境試驗測試抗裂性,選擇簡易型的抗沖擊試驗,并著重研究低溫施工性能和質量。面對應用橡膠顆粒時需進行界面改性的難題,對比了已有研究中不同改性劑的實用性和經濟性,確定了初步的試驗方案,并指出應結合工程應用對改性劑的使用方法進行深入研究。 Abstract : According to the performance requirement of plaster mortar for external thermal insulation system in northwest region with heating provision, the existing research of waste tire rubber particles in cementitious materials are analyzed, and the results show that the waste tire rubber particles could increase the crack resistance, impact resistance, frost resistance of plaster mortar, and also can strengthen sound insulation and thermal insulation properties. Attentions in application research are pointed out including using simulated environment experiment to test crack resistance, choosing simple impact resistance experiment and discussing the construction performance and quality in low temperature. Facing the technical problems of interface modifying when rubber particles are in application, the practicability and economy of different modifiers in former study are compared, the tentative testing program is defined, and the use-method of modifiers should be studied in-depth combined with engineering applications.

    摘 要:為研究壓型鋼板-混凝土組合樓板的剛度,進行了18塊由YX75-200-600和YX76-344-688型壓型鋼板制作而成的混凝土組合樓板的載荷試驗。通過分析試驗結果及其受力性能,得到了其荷載-撓度關系曲線的變化規律、受力過程中三個階段的受力特征、以及中和軸的變化規律;得到了端部栓釘、壓型鋼板板型及其厚度對剛度的影響規律,從而為該類型組合樓板剛度的理論分析及其工程應用提供試驗依據。 Abstract: In order to study the rigidity of profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite slabs, loading tests for eighteen YX75-200-600 and YX76-344-688 cold profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite slabs are carried out. By analyzing the test results and the bearing performance of these specimens, the variation regularity of the load-deflection curves, the stress characteristics of three stages during the loading and the variation of central axis are obtained. Then the influence laws of the studs,the deck shape and thickness of profiled steel sheeting on the rigidity of composite slabs are analyzed, which provide the test foundation for theoretical analysis of rigidity and engineering application of this type of composite slabs.

    摘 要:利用大型通用有限元軟件ANSYS,對碳纖維片復合材加固鋼筋混凝土T形梁的平面假設進行了研究,分析了各級荷載下橫截面上的水平位移。分析結果表明,平面假設在所有情況下均是有效的。 Abstract: Using the large common finite element ANSYS software, the plane assumptions of cross section on strengthened reinforced concrete T-beam with carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite material are researched. Horizontal displacement on the cross section under loadings is analyzed. The results indicate that the plane assumptions of cross section under all situations are available.

    摘 要:利用聚丙烯纖維對混凝土的影響,選用對防滲墻、路基等有利的低彈?;炷僚浜媳?,并同時兼顧混凝土強度、彈性模量、抗裂抗滲性能,做了本構模型和力學性能分析。結果表明,在混凝土中摻入一定量的聚丙烯纖維是克服混凝土開裂的有效途徑,能夠有效提高混凝土的延性,改善混凝土的變形性能。當水灰比為0.65,聚丙烯纖維摻量為0.9%時,低彈?;炷恋目沽?、防滲性能達到最優。 Abstract: Using the influence of polypropylene fiber on concrete, selecting a right mix-proportion with a low elastic modulus concrete for anti-permeability wall and road base, and considering the concrete strength, elastic modulus, crack-resistance and anti-permeability, the constitutive model and the analysis on mechanical properties are carried out. The results show that mixing a suitable amount of polypropylene fiber into concrete can overcome the concrete cracking, effectively improve the ductility of concrete and improve the deformation property of concrete. When the water-cement ratio is 0.65 and the dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0.9%, the crack-resistance and anti-permeability of low elastic modulus concrete can achieve an optimal performance.
