    摘 要:對夏季高溫日曬、風吹的施工環境進行了模擬,考察了采取兩種養護措施和摻加三種特殊材料對混凝土在此模擬環境下早期收縮性能的影響。通過復摻聚丙烯纖維和膨脹劑,研制了一種在夏季施工環境下10d內幾乎不產生收縮的混凝土,并對在夏季環境下混凝土的養護提出了具體的建議。 Abstract: The high temperature and wind-blown environment of concrete construction in summer is simulated. In this simulated environment,the effects of two kinds of curing measures and three kinds of special materials on the early shrinkage properties of concrete are studied. Through combined adding polypropylene fibers and expansion agent in concrete,a kind of concrete which is almost non-shrinkage in this simulated environment within 10 days is developed. And specific curing measures of concrete construction in summer are proposed.

    摘??要:為實現核廢物處置成本最小化,提高放射性焚燒灰的固化效率和水泥固化體的安全性,開展了高包容量放射性焚燒灰水泥固化材料的研究。結果表明:經偏高嶺土、粉煤灰、沸石、蛭石及聚合物乳膠粉優化改性的新型水泥固化材料,固化體中的放射性焚燒灰包容量高(40%),力學性能及耐久性能優良,核素離子浸出率低,尤其是固化超鈾核素時,第42d浸出率<1.0×10–6cm/d,累計浸出分數<6.0×10–4cm。新型水泥固化材料可大幅度減小單位數量核廢物的最終固化體積。Abstract:Tominimizenuclearwastedisposalcost,improvesolidificationefficiencyofradioactiveincinerationash(RIA)andsecurityofcementsolidifiedwaste,theresearchanddevelopmentofcementsolidifiedmaterialforradioactiveincinerationashwithhighwasteloadingiscarriedout.Theresultsshowthat:newcementsolidifiedmaterialsoptimizedandmodifiedbymetakaolin,flyash,zeolite,vermiculite,andpolymeremulsionpowdercansolidifyRIAwithhighefficiency.ModifiedcementsolidifiedwasteexhibitshighRIAloading(40%,bymass),excellentmechanicalpropertiesanddurability,lowleachingrateofradionuclideion,suchasCs+andSr2+.Besides,theleachingrateat42dayis<1.0×10-6cm·d-1andthecumulativeleachingfractionis<6.0×10-4cmwhileespeciallysolidifiestransuraniumelements.Newcementsolidifiedmaterialcansignificantlyreducethesolidifiedwastevolumeofunitquantitynuclearwaste.

    摘??要:以P·O32.5級水泥、Ⅲ級粉煤灰為主要原料,采用外加劑單因素試驗研究方法和塌模試驗,研究了四種外加劑對泡沫混凝土性能的影響。結果表明:聚羧酸減水劑最佳摻量為2.5%,速凝劑最佳摻量為3%,PP纖維最佳摻量為0.4%,穩泡劑最佳摻量為0.06%。通過四種外加劑相互耦合,制備的泡沫混凝土能有效解決泡沫混凝土Abstract:UsingP·O32.5RcementandⅢgradeflyashaschiefrawmaterials,influencesoffouradditivesonpropertiesoffoamedconcretearestudiedbysingle-factortestsoffourkindsofadditivesandcollapsingmouldexperiment.Theresultsshowthattheoptimumcontentofpolycarboxylicacidsuperplasticizeris2.5%;theoptimumcontentofacceleratingagentis3%;theoptimumcontentofPPfiberis0.4%andtheoptimumcontentoffoamstabilizeris0.06%.Withthecouplingoffouradditives,thepreparedfoamedconcretecaneffectivelysolvetheproblemsofcollapsingmouldandcrackingwhenitiscast-in-place.

    摘 要:利用正交試驗,比較普通混凝土在水、氯鹽溶液、硫酸鹽溶液和氯鹽+硫酸鹽復合溶液中凍融環境下的抗壓強度、質量損失和膨脹率。試驗結果表明,配置良好的混凝土,水泥應控制在一定范圍內;相對氯離子,硫酸根離子對混凝土性能的影響更大。 Abstract: With orthogonal test, compressive strength, quality loss and expansion ratio of common concrete in water, chlorine salt solution, sulfate solution and chlorine salt + sulfate composite solution under freeze-thaw environment are compared. The experimental results show that for preparing good concrete, cement dosage should be controlled in a certain range and compared with Cl-, SO42- has greater influences on the performances of concrete.

    摘 要:分別采用單一粒徑的碎石和陶粒作為粗骨料,按照目標孔隙率為25%、水灰比為0.26的要求制備兩種不同級配的多孔生態混凝土試件,同時以這兩種骨料按等體積緊密堆積并用塑料網框包裹作為對照,采用人工配置廢水靜態吸附試驗方法,定時采樣分析其對總氮(T-N)、氨氮(NH4+-N)和總磷(T-P)的處理效果。試驗結果表明,多孔生態混凝土試件對氮和磷的吸附效果明顯好于同期的骨料塑料網框包裹方式,以碎石為骨料的生態混凝土試件吸附氮效果好于以陶粒為骨料的生態混凝土試件,對磷的吸附效果則相反。對多孔生態混凝土的吸附機理進行了分析。 Abstract: Two kinds of porous eco-concrete with different aggregate gradation are prepared with a single size of gravel and ceramisite as aggregates respectively according to the target porosity of 25% and water-cement ratio of 0.26, and two kinds of aggregates are stacked closely according to same volume and parceled in plastic nets as comparison. The static test of adsorption is adopted and water specimens are collected to monitor and analyze the removal efficiency of total nitrogen(T-N), ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N) and total phosphorus(T-P) in synthetic wastewater periodically. The results show that the adsorption effect of nitrogen and phosphorus of porous eco-concrete specimens is better than that of the same age plastic nets specimens, and the nitrogen adsorption effect of the eco-concrete with gravel aggregates is better than the ones with ceramisite aggregates, while the phosphorus adsorption being reverse. Finally, the adsorption mechanism of porous eco-concrete is analyzed.

    摘 要:從預應力鋼筒混凝土管(PCCP)的年設計生產能力、年產量、在國家、省市重點輸水管道工程中的應用情況及生產設備全部實現國產化等幾個方面,說明了我國PCCP的生產、使用已取得了重大突破。 Abstract:From the aspects of annual design producing ability and annual productive capacity of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP), application situation in the water conveying pipeline work in country, provinces and cities, and production equipments all achieved homemade, the production and application of PCCP in China are shown to have the significant breakthrough.

    摘 要:介紹了采用芯模振動工藝生產預制裝配式混凝土檢查井的工藝技術特點及方法。通過芯模振動工藝生產檢查井生產過程中遇到負壓、塌陷等工藝技術問題的分析研究,提出了相應的解決措施;就制井生產工藝技術與質量控制進行了分析與論述,提出了質量控制措施。 Abstract:By using core vibrated process, technical process characteristics and methods of precast fabricated concrete manhole is introduced. Through analysis research on technical process problems such as negative pressure, collapse in production process of manhole prodrced by core vibrated process, the relevant solutions are brought out. The production process technology and quality control in manhole are analyzed and discussed, and the measures of quality control are offered.

    摘 要:結合溫州地區某樁基工程實測沉降數據,以多元回歸分析模型、時間序列分析模型及GM(1,1)灰色理論模型為組合模型的子模型,經大量數據的演算,探討了不同組合模型建模方案在對歷史數據的擬合及未知數據的預測上的不同特點,總結了各種組合模型的一般規律及其適用性 Abstract:Combining with the actually monitoring settlement data of one pile foundation project in Wenzhou district, using multivariate regression analysis model, time-series analysis model and grey theory model GM(1,1) as the submodel of combined models, the different characteristics of historical data fitting and unknown data forecasting made by different modeling scheme of combined models are discussed according to a lot of calculus of data, and the general law and its applicability are summarized for the different combined models.

    摘 要:試驗研究了不同摻量的玄武巖纖維對高性能混凝土和易性、抗壓強度、抗折強度和抗拉強度的影響。結果發現,摻入玄武巖纖維后,混凝土的坍落度略有降低,但粘聚性能和保水性大大提高,且7d抗壓強度和28d抗折強度明顯提高。試驗結果還表明,在水泥砂漿中摻入亂向短切玄武巖纖維后,其強度及抗裂性能均得到改善。此外,在低摻量情況下,玄武巖纖維與聚丙烯纖維對混凝土增強、增韌性能的影響基本一致。 Abstract:The effects of different dosages of basaltic fiber on workability, compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strength of high performance concrete are researched by experiment. The results indicate that after adding basaltic fiber, the slump of concrete is slightly decreased, but cohesion properties and water retention are greatly increased. 7d compressive strength and 28d flexual strength are obviously increased. Experimental results also show that after adding random short-cut basaltic fiber into cement mortar, the strength and crack resistance of mortar are both improved. Besides, under the situation of low dosage, the influences of basaltic fiber on reinforcing and toughening performances of concrete are basically identical with the influences of polypropylene fiber.

    摘??要:針對嚴寒地區陶?;炷疗鰤K墻體極易產生裂縫的現狀,在墻體飾面砂漿中摻加聚丙烯纖維以改善砂漿的抗裂性能。試驗研究了聚丙烯纖維長度及摻量對陶?;炷疗鰤K墻體飾面砂漿的抗壓、抗折、抗裂性能的影響。結果表明,聚丙烯纖維的最佳長度為15mm,最佳摻量為0.15%~0.20%。Abstract:Forthestatusofceramicconcreteblockwallcausingcrackseasilyincoldareas,?thecrackresistanceofmortarcanbeimprovedbyaddingthepolypropylenefiberinthewallfacingmortar.Theeffectsofthelengthanddosageofpolypropylenefiberoncompressivestrength,flexuralstrengthandcrackresistanceoffacingmortarinceramicconcreteblockwallareresearchedbyexperiment.Theresultsshowthattheoptimumlengthofpolypropylenefiberis15mm,andtheoptimumdosageis0.15%~0.20%.
