    摘 要:合成了一種水溶性聚氨酯,通過與水泥及細骨料復配制備出水溶性聚氨酯水泥砂漿。利用紅外光譜、粘度法對水溶性線型聚氨酯結構和分子量進行了初步表征。采用正交試驗研究了各原料組成及不同粘度的水溶性線型聚氨酯對水泥砂漿力學性能的影響,并通過Zeta電位、水泥水化熱試驗和XRD、SEM等分析方法研究了水溶性聚氨酯摻量對水泥水化與產物結構的影響。結果顯示:水溶性聚氨酯對水泥水化反應有一定的緩凝作用,能抑制水化產物鈣礬石的生長,促進C-S-H凝膠和氫氧化鈣晶體的形成。 Abstract: A kind of water-soluble polyurethane are synthesized and water-soluble polyurethane cement mortar are prepared by compounding with cement and fine aggregates. The chemical structure and molecular weight of this material are preliminarily characterized by infrared spectroscopy and viscosity. The effects of the composition of raw materials and the different viscosity of linear water-soluble polyurethane on the mechanical properties of cement mortar are investigated by orthogonal testing method, and the effects of the content of linear water-soluble polyurethane on the cement hydration and the structure of the product are studied by the testing methods of Zeta potential, the heat of hydration, XRD and SEM. The results show that the water-soluble polyurethane has the retarding effect on cement hydration, can restrain the growing of the hydration product of ettringite, and promote the formation of C-S-H gelatin and calcium hydroxide crystals.

    摘 要:利用脂膜石灰、硬石膏、粉煤灰和自制塑性膨脹體為主要原料制備一種復合膨脹劑,測試不同膨脹劑配比對所配制灌漿料的工作性、膨脹性和耐久性的影響。結果表明,自制塑性膨脹體效果顯著,3h內漿體可產生預期的塑性膨脹;石灰對體系中硬石膏和塑性膨脹體具有良好的激發作用,形成的鈣礬石-氧化鈣復合膨脹源可作為水泥基灌漿材料的穩定膨脹源。同時,制備的灌漿材料工作性、力學性能和耐久性能優異,堿含量低,有利于抑制堿-集料反應的發生。 Abstract:Lipid-coated lime, anhydrite and fly ash combined with one kind of plastic expansive agent are used to prepare the composite expansive agent. The impacts of expansive agent ratio on workability, expansion rate and durability of grout are tested. The experiment results show that the plastic expansive agent has a good effect on grout in 3 hours; and the lime has a good stimulating effect to the anhydrite and plastic expansive agent, and the complex of new formed ettringite-calcium oxide can be used as a stable expansive resource for grout. Meanwhile, the workability, compressive strength and durability of the grout are excellent, and alkali content is low, which is good for inhibiting the alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR).

    摘 要:采用復合固體激發劑激發礦渣、粉煤灰的潛在水硬活性,研究了制備多組分硅鋁質膠凝材料的方法和技術路線。研究結果表明,將復合激發劑、礦渣粉和粉煤灰及活性粉末按比例混磨,制備得到的膠凝材料28d強度達到45.0MPa以上,凝結時間正常,其主要性能相當于P·O42.5級水泥。同時,該種膠凝材料生產成本較低、質量穩定,是一種環境友好型膠凝材料。 Abstract: The method and technology for producing multi-component?salic cementitious material are studied by activating the potential hydraulic activity of slag and fly ash with composite solid activator. The research results show that by grinding the mixture of solid activator, slag and fly ash as well as reactive powder with a certain ratio, the cementitious material can be prepared. The 28 days compressive strength of the prepared cementitious material is more than 45.0MPa and the setting time is normal. Its performances could be equivalent to the P·O 42.5 cement. In addition, this cementitious material is the one with lower cost, stable quality and friendly to the environment.

    摘 要:通過試驗研究了不同種類的高性能減水劑對水泥凈漿干燥收縮性能的影響。試驗結果顯示,不同種類的高效減水劑在不同條件下(水灰比、減水劑品種與摻量、擴展度)對水泥凈漿的干燥收縮性能有所不同。 Abstract: Through the experiment, the effects of different types of high performance water reducers on drying shrinkage property of cement mortars are studied. The results indicate that under the different conditions(water-cement ratio, the type and dosage of water reducers, the slump flow), different types of water reducers have different influences on the drying shrinkage property of cement mortars.

    摘 要:研究了干濕交替-硫酸鹽溶液耦合作用下混凝土的損傷過程,以混凝土相對動彈性模量的變化來表征混凝土內部的損傷程度。采用環境掃描電鏡(ESEM)分析了干濕交替與硫酸鈉溶液作用下混凝土的微觀結構。結果表明,與自然浸泡硫酸鹽溶液腐蝕方式相比,干濕交替作用加劇了混凝土在硫酸鹽溶液中的損傷程度;干濕循環早期,硫酸鹽對混凝土有填充空隙缺陷的作用。同時試驗表明,水膠比對混凝土的相對動彈性模量有重要影響;礦物摻合料的加入能顯著提高混凝土的抗硫酸鹽侵蝕能力。 Abstract:The damage process of concrete under dry-wet circulation and sulfate attack is researched using the parameter relative dynamic elastic modulus(Erd)to reflect the degree of damage and ESEM to observe the microstructure of interior concrete. The results indicate that compared with the corrosion mode of natural immersion of sulfate solution, dry-wet circulation can accelerate the process of damage of concrete exposed to sulfate solution. At the early period of dry-wet circulation, sulfate inside the concrete is harmless due to its padding the crack of concrete. Also the ratio of water to cementitious material can significantly affect the relative dynamic elastic modulus(Erd)of concrete, and the admixtures used can obviously improve the ability of sulfate resistance of concrete.

    摘 要:討論了混凝土強度的不同概念及其與耐久性的關系。指出不同齡期混凝土強度與耐久性的相關性存在相反的情況,并進一步指出在不同的組成結構范圍內,混凝土28d抗壓強度與耐久性分別存在正比和反比關系。 Abstract:The different concepts of concrete strength and the relation between concrete strength and its durability are discussed. The pertinence between the strength of concrete under different ages and its durability has inverse changes. And with the different composition structure ranges, the 28 days compressive strength of concrete varies both direct ratio or inverse ratio according to its durability.

    摘 要:在對國內預制混凝土襯砌管片生產進行調研的基礎上,介紹了我國管片的生產技術及質量標準現狀,結合預制混凝土襯砌管片生產過程控制對管片國家標準及管片生產工藝技術規程行業標準具體內容進行了敘述。 Abstract: On the basis of investigating precast concrete lining segments production in China, the production technology and quality standard status of segments in China are introduced. Combining with production process control of precast concrete lining segments, the details of national standards and industrial standards in production process rules of precast concrete lining segments are introduced.

    摘??要:基于“地基-預制塊道面結構-飛機輪載”的相互作用,以蘇-30飛機為例,并借助大型通用有限元ANSYS軟件建立了單塊水泥混凝土預制塊道面的三維有限元分析模型。應用此模型,計算了單輪荷載在不同作用位置情況下預制塊道面的應力和變形,揭示了道面結構的力學響應。即在單輪荷載作用下,預制塊道面結構的最大應力位于輪載作用位置的板底部。計算結果表明,預制塊板彈性模量、基層回彈模量和地基反應模量對板底彎拉應力的影響不是很顯著。Abstract:Basedonthe“subgrade-precastblockpavement-aircraftloading”interactionsystem,choosingSU-30aircraftasexample,a3DfiniteelementmodelforsingleprecastblockpavementofconcreteisconstitutedbyusingtheANSYSsoftware.Thestressanddeformationofprecastblockpavementwithsingle-gearloadingunderdifferentactinglocationsarecalculatedbyapplyingthismodel,whichrevealthemechanicalresponsesofpavementstructure.Namelyitisshownthatthemaximumtensilestressinthepavementoccursatthebottomoftheslabundersingle-gearloading,besides,thecalculationresultshowsthattheelasticitymodulusoftheslab,theresiliencemodulusofthebaseandthereactionmodulusofthesubgradeallhaven’tsignificanteffectsonthetensilestressofthebottomslab.

    摘 要:通過試驗研究了砂漿在微細鋼纖維的不同摻量、不同形態下的抗裂效果,比較了鋼纖維直徑的粗細對力學性能的影響,并對試驗數據進行了分析。結果表明,波浪型微細鋼纖維不僅具有較佳的抗裂效果,亦可提升砂漿的韌性。 Abstract: Through the tests, anti-crack performance of mortar mixed with different dosages and different shapes of micro-fine steel fiber is researched. The effects of the fibrous diameters of steel fiber on mechanical properties are compared, and these test data are analyzed. The results show that wave-shaped micro-fine steel fiber not only has the better effect on crack resistance, but also can improve the toughness of mortar.
