    摘??要:采用干濕交替的試驗方法對大摻量礦渣硅酸鹽水泥砂漿的抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能進行了研究。對侵蝕過程中砂漿的體積膨脹率、質量變化以及強度變化進行了測試,并對侵蝕后的砂漿試件進行了微觀分析。對比不同侵蝕溶液(分別為Na2SO4溶液和MgSO4溶液)中受侵蝕的砂漿試件發現在短時間浸泡、長時間烘干的循環制度下,在鎂鹽中受侵蝕的砂漿試件具有較低的膨脹率和質量變化率,強度下降也較小。電鏡結果顯示在鎂鹽中受侵蝕的砂漿試件形成了大量無膠凝性的物質,而在Na2SO4溶液中受侵蝕的試件表面孔隙中形成了大量膨脹性的針棒狀晶體。Abstract:Thewet-drycyclemethodisusedtoevaluatethesulfateresistanceofcementmortarswithhighvolumeofslag.Volumeexpansionratio,masschangeandstrengthchangeareexaminedtoevaluatethedamageafterthemortarsareimmersedin5%MgSO4solutionorin5%Na2SO4solution.AndSEManalysisistakenfortheerosivemortarspecimens.After60cycleswithshort-timeimmersionandlong-timedrying,thespecimensimmersedin5%MgSO4solutionshowabetterconditioncomparedtothoseimmersedin5%Na2SO4solution.TheSEMphotosshowthatalargeamountofnon-bindingcapacitymaterialshadformedinsidethemortarsimmersedin5%MgSO4solution.However,alotofexpansiveneedleshapedcrystallineisobservedintheporesofthosemortarsimmersedinNa2SO4solution.

    摘 要: 重量比為50/50的聚丁二烯接枝聚苯乙烯(PB-g-PS)膠乳用于改性水泥砂漿??疾炝司酆衔飳λ嘀亓勘龋ň刍冶龋┖团悸搫┖繉δz乳改性水泥砂漿的流動度、抗壓和抗折強度以及吸水量的影響。研究表明:改性砂漿的流動度隨聚灰比和偶聯劑含量的增加而增加;膠乳和適量偶聯劑能降低改性砂漿的毛細孔吸水量; 膠乳的加入使改性砂漿的抗壓強度降低,隨聚灰比的增加, 改性砂漿抗折強度呈下降趨勢,偶聯劑的加入極大地改善了砂漿的力學性能。利用SEM觀察到改性砂漿的結構更加致密,界面結構得到改善,觀察到了聚合物膜的纖維狀和互穿網絡結構。利用DSC對改性砂漿樣品進行了分析,結果表明:偶聯劑對水泥水化和晶形轉變具有重要影響。 Abstract: As weight ratio of 50/50, the polybutadiene-grafting-polystyrene (PB-g-PS) latex is used to modify the cement mortar. The effects of the polymer-cement ratio and coupling agent content on fluidity, compressive strength, flexural strength and water absorption of latex modified cement mortar are discussed. As a result, the fluidity of modified cement mortar is increasing as the polymer-cement ratio and the content of coupling agent increased. The latex and proper content of coupling agent can decrease the water absorption of capillary pores of modified mortar. The compressive strength of modified mortar is decreased when adding the latex, and as the polymer-cement ratio increasing, the flexural strength of modified mortar presents a downtrend, however, the coupling agent can improve the mechanical properties of modified mortar obviously. The structure of modified mortar is more compact, and the interface structure is improved observed by SEM, and the fibrous and interpenetrating network structures of polymer membrane have been observed. The DSC testing for modified mortar shows that the coupling agent has great influences on cement hydration and crystal form change.

    摘 要:以水灰比為0.3的高性能混凝土為研究對象,通過對作者所設計的早齡期拉伸徐變裝置的改進,對處于20℃和35℃條件下的混凝土拉伸徐變特性進行了實驗研究,探討了加載齡期和養護溫度對早齡期高性能混凝土拉伸徐變的影響。結果表明:早齡期混凝土的徐變隨著加荷齡期的增大而顯著減少,養護溫度的提高更加劇了這一現象的發生,并且隨著養護溫度的提高,拉伸徐變呈遞減趨勢。 Abstract: The behaviors of tensile creep of high performance concrete with water-binder ratio of 0.3 under curing temperatures of 20℃ and 35℃ at early ages are experimentally investigated by improving the set of testing apparatus designed by author, and the effects of initial loading ages and curing temperatures on tensile creep behavior are discussed. The results show that tensile creep strain of early-age concrete decreases as the loading age and curing temperature increases.

    摘 要:針對節能減排、綠色環保的時代要求,研究了紙漿廢液接枝共聚萘系減水劑制備木聚萘系減水劑的可行性。通過調整木質素減水劑和萘系減水劑的質量比,優化接枝共聚時間和溫度,成功實現了兩種減水劑的接枝共聚。紅外光譜分析表明,形成的木聚萘系減水劑是一種新型物質,其性能優于萘系減水劑。試驗表明,木聚萘系減水劑具備高減水、高保坍的性能,克服了萘系減水劑坍落度損失過快的缺點。 Abstract: In view of requirments of the energy conservation and environmental protection, the feasibility of poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is studied, which is prepared by waste paper pulp and naphthalene superplasticizer. By adjusting the waste paper pulp and naphthalene superplasticizer's mass ratio, optimizing the graft-copolymerization time and temperature, the graft-copolymerization of the two intermediates is realized successfully. Infrared spectroscopy show that the poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is a new material, and its performance is better than naphthalene superplasticizer. Tests show that poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is a kind of superplasticizer with high water reducing and high slump retaining ability, which overcomes the disadvantage of excessive slump loss of naphthalene superplasticizer.

    摘 要: 從國際總承包工程風險管理的角度出發,結合FIDIC《設計、采購、施工(EPC) /交鑰匙工程合同條件》,探討了國際EPC/交鑰匙工程合同雙方風險分擔機制和原則。從合同價格模式、現場數據、設計責任、不可預見困難、業主風險等方面,總結出EPC項目新的風險分擔原則,即業主過錯無責任原則和承包商無限風險原則。在EPC工程實踐中,承包商應充分考慮EPC特殊的風險分擔機制和風險費用,樹立正確的風險態度,重視重大風險因素的應對。 Abstract: From a point of international gengeral contract project risk management , combined with the FIDIC’s conditions of contract for EPC / turnkey project, the international EPC / turnkey project parties’ risk-sharing mechanisms and principles are discussed. According to contract pricing mode, field data, design responsibility, unforeseen difficulties and owner’s risks, the new risk-sharing principles of EPC project are summarized that based on the research of traditional risk-sharing principles, namely, the principle of owners’ fault without duty and the principle of contractors’ unlimited risk duty. In the EPC project engineering practice, the contractor should attach great importance to special risk-sharing mechanism and risk costs of EPC project, establish a correct risk attitude, and take attention to the response of major risk factors.

And the main quality problems of concrete and the preventive measures are introduced, which have some reference values in the application and popularization of the ready-mixed concrete and guaranteeing the concrete quality in overseas projects.

    摘 要:隨著PHC管樁生產、加工工藝的日益成熟,越來越多的礦物摻合料被應用其中以提高工作性能和使用性能。偏高嶺土作為一種高活性礦物摻合料,因其獨有的特性在改善混凝土耐久性能方面具有優異表現,因此在PHC管樁中將有著非常廣闊的應用前景。 Abstract: Through the producing and processing techniques of PHC piles become more mature, more and more mineral admixtures are used to improve the work and using performances. As a kind of high active mineral admixtures, the metakaolin has wonderful performances on improving concrete durability because of its particular properties. Therefore, the metakaolin will have a very wide application prospect in PHC piles industry.

    摘 要:為提高管樁混凝土耐腐蝕的性能,采用氯離子滲透、抗化學侵蝕等試驗方法來研究耐腐蝕早強超塑化劑對HPC管樁性能的影響,并且對混凝土耐腐蝕早強超塑化劑的作用機理進行分析。相關試驗結果表明:摻耐腐蝕早強超塑化劑的HPC管樁混凝土表現出優良的抗壓強度和耐久性能,相關性能指標均優于摻普通外加劑的管樁混凝土。 Abstract: In order to improve the corrosion resistance performance of concrete piles, the testing methods of chloride ion permeability, anti-chemical erosion et al. are used to research the effects of super plasticizer for corrosion resistance and early strength on the performance of HPC piles; and the mechanism of concrete super plasticizer for corrosion resistance and early strength is analyzed. Relative testing results show that the HPC piles mixing super plasticizer for corrosion resistance and early strength show excellent compressive strength and durability performance, and related property indexes are better than the concrete piles mixing ordinary admixtures.

    摘 要:研究了不同養護方式的PHC管樁混凝土耐硫酸鹽侵蝕的情況。結果表明,不摻摻合料的混凝土經蒸汽養護后,其耐硫酸鹽侵蝕的性能有所降低,而摻有磨細砂的混凝土經壓蒸養護工藝后混凝土抗蝕系數較高,抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能良好。 Abstract:The effects of the sulfate resistance on the prestressed high-intensity concrete piles with different maintenance methods are studied. The results indicate that after steam curing, the sulfate resistance performance of the concrete with no admixtures decreases,while the corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete with fine sand powder after autoclaved curing process is higher, and its sulfate resistance performance is good.
