摘 要:以硫酸鹽侵蝕環境中混凝土抗壓強度損失為評價指標,結合壓汞測孔技術,研究了靜養時間、升溫速度、恒溫時間和恒溫溫度等蒸養參數對高強混凝土抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能的影響。研究結果表明,與標準養護相比,蒸養可導致混凝土抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能明顯劣化;靜養時間的延長對高強混凝土抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能有明顯的改善作用,而過快的升溫速度、較長的恒溫時間及較高的恒溫溫度均對混凝土的抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能有不利影響。
Abstract: According to the evaluation indexes of concrete compressive strength loss in sulfate erosion environment and MIP(Mercury Intrusion Pressure) testing technology, the influence of rest period,heating rate,thermostatic period and temperature on the sulfate resistance of steam-cured high strength concrete is studied. The results indicate that the sulfate resistance performance of steam-cured high strength concrete is worse compared with that cured in standard conditions; the sulfate resistance of steam-cured high strength concrete is obviously improved with a longer rest period,but it is undermined with a rapid heating rate,a longer thermostatic period or a higher thermostatic temperature.
