摘??要:在飽和Ca(OH)2環境下研究了溫度、時間及粉煤灰粒度對低鈣粉煤灰的活性率及水化粉煤灰顆粒表面微觀形貌的影響。結果表明,在本文實驗條件下,隨溫度的升高,粉煤灰的活性率增加,但并不存在線性的增加效應,在60℃~80℃區間粉煤灰活性率有較大的躍升;在80℃飽和石灰水環境下,粉煤灰活性率與反應時間呈線性增加的關系;在飽和石灰水中可以充分分散的前提下,粉煤灰的活性率與其本身的細度相關性較小。Abstract:Theeffectoftemperature,ageandthefinenessofpowdersofflyashonitsactivityratioandthesurfacemicrofeatureofhydratedflyash,atthealkalineenvironmentwithsaturatedlimewater,wasstudied.Theresultsshowthatalongwiththeraisingoftemperature,theactivityratioofflyashisincreasing,buttheraisingvalumsarenotinthelinear,theactivityratioofflyashhasaultrarisefrom60℃to80℃.Intheenvironmentofsaturatedlimewaterat80℃,therelationshipbetweenactivityrateandageofreactionislinear,i.e.theageincreasing,theratioincreasing,however,thereislessinterrelationshipbetweenactivityratioandthefinenessoffly-ashwhenflyashpowderswillbesufficientlyseparatedinsaturatedlimewater.
